Our wedding was a success due to Victoria and DVS Events. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day because we had everything planned out beforehand and Victoria handled anything that came up day of. There were so many things we didn't think of that she made sure we had covered.

Words cannot describe how wonderful Victoria was in helping coordinate our wedding! She was very responsive to all of our questions, supportive with all our ideas, and helpful in executing our vision leading up to the wedding. I can't say enough good things about Victoria! Our wedding event would not have been such a huge success if it weren't for Victoria and her team.. It truly was a Big Fat Indian wedding with all the craziness and she managed everything without any issues. She kept everyone calm (bride and groom) and took care of anything that came up! Her responsiveness was amazing. She was always quick to reply with answers or solutions. The entire weekend was perfect. I was able to spend quality time with everyone as Mother of the Groom and truly enjoyed every moment of the weekend. She made sure I got fed as well! :) There isn't anything I would have changed! Victoria went above and beyond any expectations we had. Victoria has such a cool, calm and reassuring presence that put all of us at ease throughout the entire process. She made sure every detail was executed flawlessly. Behind the scenes she handled any unexpected hiccups allowing us to enjoy every moment of the wedding weekend. We hired the DVS Team for the full wedding planning package, and could not have been happier. We were both people who wanted a wedding, without having to plan one. So when we had our initial call with Dan and Victoria, we knew immediately that they would be able to make it happen. They took care of EVERYTHING. Their vendor relationships were unmatched. Their advice always felt honest, and forthright. Communication and organization were stellar. With Victoria's design assistance, we always felt that we were listened to, and that our personal preferences were heard. And having her there on the day of, to direct everything was extremely helpful, and let us just have the freedom to relax and enjoy our wedding. We had the perfect wedding weekend and it was all due to having DVS on our team. Whatever your needs are, you will not be disappointed.

I cannot recommend working with DVS enough. We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Victoria 6 months before our November wedding. I had already booked the venue and was unsure if hiring a wedding planner was worth it or not, and after my phone call with Victoria, I absolutely saw the value and knowledge that hiring a planner would bring. Choosing to work with DVS was easily the best decision I made in my entire wedding process (besides my husband of course). From our very first phone call, Victoria [and Dan] have been beyond incredible. I truly cannot begin to describe the peace of mind she gave me throughout this entire process. I personally get overwhelmed super quickly, never know where to start, and am the biggest procrastinator. From our very first in person meeting, Victoria laid everything out in a way that I was able to process and actually be excited for. She asked questions I never would have even known to ask, was able to take my messy brain and aesthetic and put together the most AMAZING vision board of everything I was trying to describe. She created an amazing plan on Aisle Planner to house all our contracts, our ideas, our timeline, basically our wedding holy grail. This made it so much easier to see what needed to be done and when, where we were with certain vendors, when payments were due, etc. Despite all of the information being easily accessible and readily available, Victoria was CONSTANTLY there to answer my endless questions. I was always able to reach her with whatever question I had, both big and small. I was always met with her patience and knowledge no matter what I needed. We had zero stress throughout the entire planning process because we trusted Victoria, her team and the vendors. Victoria answered all of our questions and gave sound advice whenever we were on the fence about a decision. She always waited to see our reaction to options or if we had questions before commenting and she (tactfully) guided us when something was worth spending more on versus something that we didn't necessarily need or it didn't make a difference. Victoria was beyond professional and it was shown through her team member, Nicole, who was there with us the weekend of. Details were transferred flawlessly between the stars at DVS. Every single one of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and how amazing our coordinator was. No detail was overlooked. There was no way we could have pulled off such an incredible wedding without Victoria, Dan or Nicole. This review doesn't even capture everything that DVS provided -- there is so much more that she did behind the scenes that I'm sure I will never know about. We cannot thank her enough for being our calm, cool, collected pillar of strength and sanity.

To be fully transparent, I was against having a wedding planner initially. We absolutely loved our experience with DVS events and working with Victoria and her wedding day team of Amy and Jamie. My husband and I chose the month of planner option, and it worked beautifully to help with our coordination of vendors and final timelines for the wedding day. Victoria was a pleasure to work with attending final meetings to tending to every detail and managing her team. Victoria's planner website also provided us a way to manage our important wedding information and was super user friendly. Amy and Jamie were truly amazing to work with on the day of our wedding. Amy stayed with me through everything and was a helping hand to hold props/umbrellas/phones, keep us on track with time all day, manage the line ups for walking down the aisle, and help set up and take down all of our wedding decor in a very organized fashion. Jamie was also great at helping set up the decor and helping with take down too. On our wedding day, there was a chance of rain right at the ceremony time, and the team did wonderful at keeping us informed and calm to make decisions. They stood prepared with umbrellas and helped us afterwards with getting our photos in the rain. :) The next day, all of our wedding decor was placed in one of the hotel rooms, nicely organized, packaged, and cushioned. The team took hours late after the wedding to do this for us. I have nothing but positive feedback for DVS events, and truly trust and recommend them to any couple needing a planner team. :)

Could not imagine our wedding being even remotely manageable without the help for Victoria, Dan and team. They were so incredibly helpful, courteous and prepared every step of the way. They were extremely responsive over text or email, and hopped on calls on short notice to talk us through various topics. They were great at handling all of our vendors, and were extremely helpful in following up and pushing any slow vendors

We loved working with Victoria and DVS Events! Victoria always answered every question, was available whenever we needed her, and was so kind and easygoing to work with. Victoria and Dan were so helpful and we're not sure what we would have done without them! They provided "month/day of" services and assisted us in finding an excellent decor vendor. We also were fortunate to have their help with decor ideas. Our daughter and her husband had an Indian/American fusion wedding with several events. So many details and vendors and DVS was the perfect choice to coordinate everything and help us celebrate both cultures!

Victoria and her partner, Veronica of Wedding Whispher did a fantastic job assisting Christine and I with our wedding planning and wedding day. She made her self available for communication often which was greatly appreciated and helped make suggestions for our wedding day (like a back drop curtain behind the head table) which made very positive impacts for the reception experience. She was professional and curteous. There were some mix ups and mistakes that wasn't necessarily her fault but she helped us resolve them on the wedding day. It probably would of helped to have a couple more conversations with Victoria to develop and solidify backup plans and confirm smaller decisions beforehand like who will pay the bar tender. Overall, we would recommend Victoria to assist you for your wedding. Her price was fair for the services offered. Thanks Victoria!

We worked on a short timeline and were between getting married in Chicago or Indianapolis when we started looking for a planner. With 6 months to our wedding when we found Victoria, it hardly mattered where we ended up. She was a dream to work with and accommodated through the whole process, even though we eventually got married 4 hours outside of her typical Chicago market. Our wedding day, as chaotic as it was, seemed for us more calm and collected because she and Dan were there to make sure the chaos happened away from us. Our whole team of vendors were incredible, but Victoria managed to be the glue that kept everything in place. Her support throughout the entire process helped us to rest easier and gave us some clarity on how to prepare for our big day.

Victoria was absolutely a delight to work with! She is so organized and made our wedding weekend absolutely amazing! We had so many details to organize in our multi-day event and Victoria made sure that everything executed on time all while having a huge smile on her face. She answered all our phone calls and text messages promptly, and also ensured that all our vendors knew the schedules needed in order to give us the perfect wedding weekend. We are so happy that wedding whisperer was part of our special day! From reviewing our vendor contracts, to creating a seamless day-of timeline, to making sure we had drinks all night, Victoria was amazing. It was super helpful that WW did a venue walk thru to meet and attended our rehearsal because they came prepared with questions we would not have thought of ourselves and made us feel well prepared for the busy day ahead. Knowing that they were there at the start to set up and then pack up at the end of the reception also allowed our bridal party and parents to enjoy the night. We did not have to worry about order of events or deal with any vendors on the day of, which allowed us to truly enjoy our day!

Hiring weddingwhisperer for Partial Planning was without a doubt the best decision I made during my wedding planning process! I needed someone I could rely on for boots on the ground and high touch support given that I live out of state in NJ but was planning a downtown Chicago wedding. Victoria went above and beyond in every way for me, providing me with recommendations and serving as a sounding board for the entire 10 month period, which entailed several vendor switches and challenging vendor management. While I couldn't physically be at my venue walkthrough and visit my decor vendor, I didn't need to worry because Victoria went on my behalf. to make sure everything got executed as per my vision. On my wedding day, Victoria saved the day multiple times. She always knew what to do to make things right - whether it was reaching out to her network of cake decorators to redecorate my cake on-site when my cake vendor decorated our cake wrong and refused to fix it, providing a tide to go pen when my husband spilled on his tux, or coordinating with the DJ on stopping the music immediately when I lost jewlery on the dance floor (got found within seconds due to her quick judgement). Dan and Victoria are a dream team on the wedding day! I saved a lot of money on hiring an event producer because they set up a ton of my decor and details that I bought online. I honestly don't know when they did set up because I felt like their focus was on me the entire time! I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that weddingwhisperer is the absolute best partner I could've imagined. Will miss working with them!

Victoria and Dan are amazing! They kept our day running so smoothly and treated everyone with such kindness. I consider myself a very type A and organized person — I felt like I had everything under control and organized down to the smallest details. Even still, once the day arrives, you have no idea how busy things get and how necessary it is to have a planner like Wedding Whisperer. They kept us on our tight timeline and coordinated with all our vendors to ensure a seamless day where my now-husband and I could just be in the moment and not worry about the details. We had our day of coordinator back out on us a couple of months before our wedding, and Victoria and her team jumped right in and saved the day! Amy and Veronica were with us the day of our wedding and Victoria was very involved leading up to the day, and they were all wonderful. I am very type A so default to doing a lot of tasks on my own and my biggest thing was that I didn’t want to stress about anything on our wedding day. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Not only did they help with the things I had asked them to help with but also were constantly finding other ways to take things off my plate and ensure the day went smoothly. We had the best day ever and that was in large part to all of the work the Wedding Whisperer team was doing behind the scenes so that we could just focus on having fun. I cannot recommend them enough!

Victoria organized and coordinated such a wonderful wedding for us!! We absolutely loved it! She helped us find great vendors and worked with them to coordinate all the details. The flowers and the chuppah were gorgeous and the whole thing was perfect! Victoria has been a life saver for us when we had two months left to plan the wedding. We already booked our main venues and a couple vendors so we got the partial package. She helped us not only get our remaining vendors but also make sure we got the best deal with them and read the contracts as well. She will go to bat for you when a vendor is not communicating well or not responding in a timely manner. On the wedding day, Victoria and her husband are there to make sure your event goes smoothly. My husband and I honestly could not have done it without her, we are so thankful. We highly recommend her services for your wedding planning needs!

We're so happy to have Wedding Whisperers there for us on our wedding day! We went with their Month of Coordination package, which was just the right amount of help that we needed. They were very professional , thorough, and on top of making sure all of our last minute details came together. They were very helpful and brought up some additional things we did not think of while planning, and they exceeded our expectations. They took over communications with our vendors in our final month making sure everything was in place and ready to go, which was much needed with everything else we had going on. One example of why you should go with WW is that they saved our exit photos from the church! We bought a bubble machine not realizing batteries were not included. They made sure to test this out prior to the ceremony, and went and picked up the necessary batteries for the machine. Thank you WW! Victoria and her team were our day-of coordinators for our three-day wedding weekend and we couldn't recommend them enough! In reality, more than just day-of coordinators, they provided services for the month leading up to the wedding, including serving as the primary point of contact for all of our vendors. They helped our wedding weekend run incredibly smoothly and very quickly had backup plans in place for small mishaps that occurred. They were incredibly thoughtful and supportive of myself and my husband, as well as our families and friends. We received countless compliments about them from our loved ones! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Victoria was incredibly quick to respond to texts or emails with questions, and that made our wedding planning so much smoother. My wedding planning took place within 30 days start to finish. It was a short notice wedding so brought many challenges from guests all the way to vendors. I got to know Victoria in week 2 of wedding planning and she was incredible. I had all these loose ends I had gathered and was close to falling apart when she joined us and tied everything up asap. Victoria and Dan came to the rescue with planning our backyard wedding in October. As the month before our wedding approached, I found myself wondering why I even needed a month-of coordinator. Then came the month before the wedding and I was unbelievably overwhelmed by all my to-dos! The Wedding Whisperer duo swooped in; they were very attentive, organized, and so so helpful. One example being when our waitstaff/bartender vendor backed out a week prior to the wedding. Victoria and Dan found and hired a vendor for me, all when I needed the help the most. They helped with all the little stuff I hadn't even thought of as well as the big to-dos. Book them for your month-of planning, you won't regret it!

The best part, due to my crazy work hours, they were SUPER flexible. They both were so understanding and willing to meet us, even late night for planning to accommodate with my schedule. Which was such a relief, so I did not have to take additional time off of work. Such a friendly couple and really a pleasure to work with. They always kept us on our projected planning timeline. We never lost track of payment plans or had any trouble with contracts. Victoria and Dan were always there to offer advice and had organized all of this for us. If an issue did arise, they both were quick to have it taken care of and always on top of everything. They were always in constant communication with - updating us with budgets, contracts, timeline, checklist, seating charts, vendor adjustments, pricing, and many more tasks. You name it they were there to help get it done and they went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Victoria even offered to sew my dress from a tear! Our bridal party noticed how dedicated and interactive both Victoria and Dan were throughout this whole process. Everyone had an amazing time … I am still getting compliments and stories about how amazing our day was, even months later!
