Eileen and her team were AMAZING i would give more than 5 stars if I could. Planning a wedding is super stressful and she took a lot of the guesswork out of it. I never felt like I was chasing her down for things, she is super professional, organized and has an eye for detail. She always took into consideration my thoughts and feedback when helping me with design. Our wedding weekend was perfect and she played a huge role in that. My husband and I both agreed that we would've paid double for her she is that good! Even my parents were so impressed by her professionalism and how well the weekend ran thanks to her help. Cannot recommend enough!

Eileen and her team are the absolute best! Even with the many challenges of throwing a wedding during COVID, Eileen doesn't skip a beat. E Events (Eileen & Sonia) were the BEST thing to happen in our wedding planning and are true gems - highly recommend them for wedding planning services! We hired their mid-level package ('month of' and design services) and got so much amazing support, professionalism, charisma, therapy (with lots of COVID date changes!) and so much more! Eileen had great vendor recommendations and a clear vision and POV on what would work in our design and what may not, while being respectful to balance our vision and idea for the day. She worked seamlessly with us to reschedule our full vendor team three times, while balancing many years of other clients doing the same! While she was taking family leave on our actual wedding day, she tapped in her expert associate, Sonia, to fill in for the final few months, and was an absolute dream. Sonia stepped in like nothing had changed, getting up to speed quickly and getting us to final day. We can't thank them enough for how well they've supported us the last two years and highly recommend anyone to hire them!

We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Eileen and Sonia! From the very beginning of our planning process, Eileen was there to answer our questions and provide recommendations, including helping us postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2021. We hired her as a month-of planner, but she went above and beyond those duties. It was only two months before our 2021 wedding date when the COVID-19 restrictions were finally lifted and we found out that we could have our wedding. At first we felt overwhelmed with the amount of planning we still had left to do, but Eileen stepped in and made us feel completely at ease. She took care of all the last-minute details, including so many things that we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. It’s clear that Eileen has a lot of experience, which is why she’s so amazing at what she does! Leading up to our wedding, Eileen and Sonia were extremely responsive, helpful, and organized. They really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. On our wedding day, Sonia made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we never had to worry about a thing. She helped us stick to our timeline while still allowing us to fully enjoy our day, which was the most important thing. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Eileen and Paige made our wedding the best day ever! We were so grateful for Eileen's superior organizational skills, level-headed guidance as we waffled about design choices, and calm, methodical attitude as she helped us postpone due to COVID and re-coordinate with vendors. A wedding held at a private home means lots of complications and logistics that we hadn't foreseen - but from our first walkthrough with Eileen, we could tell she had seen every possible scenario before and we were in good hands. Paige stepped in when Eileen was on maternity leave, and we were so lucky to have her take charge during the last couple weeks before the wedding, and of course the day-of! She handled the seemingly thousands of tiny, last-minute details with such grace and humor. And she made my mother the happiest each time she said, "yes, I'll take care of it!" This wedding would not have happened without E Events Co. They made it an incredible day, and we are so grateful. Definitely worth every penny!

I cannot say enough positive things about Eileen. My husband and I were planning on a summer 2020 wedding and began working with Eileen in spring 2019 after having some communication troubles with our venue. She immediately came in and was able to smooth out the planning process. When we had to postpone because of COVID-19, she handled all the communication with the vendors and found a new date that worked for every vendor so that we didn’t lose any deposits. She kept in touch as things changed and when we were able to move ahead with that date (July 2021), she jumped right back in to help us with the final details. We’re not the most design-oriented people, so she did most of the conceptualization and design for our rehearsal dinner, which we got endless compliments for. The whole weekend went so smoothly; no challenges or issues reached us and every event was beautiful. Our friends are still telling us how it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to and we never would have been able to achieve that without Eileen.

There will never be enough thank you’s to express my gratitude for Eileen. I immediately knew I wanted to work with her after our initial phone conversation. Throughout the planning process, Eileen took my vision and made it into an even better reality. Three months prior to my wedding date, we entered into a global pandemic. While this derailed our original plan, Eileen did not miss a beat. After months of planning the original wedding, she pivoted and basically came up with plan B, C and D!! The whole time reassuring me that everything would be okay and work out...settling my worries with every conversation. We ended up with a small backyard wedding that was one of the most magical, memorable experiences, despite every hurdle. It would not have been possible without Eileen. I cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone but her and would 1000% recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding planner.

From the very first moment Eileen (EEvents Co) began planning my daughter's wedding, we all felt we had made the perfect choice. Eileen is highly organized, extremely personable with enormous attention to detail and follow through -- she knows everything you'll need to know to have the best wedding ever. She meshed with our family and especially our daughter and her fiancé seamlessly. Her vendor selections were flawless and they all produced the most beautiful wedding, every single element was heart bursting and eye popping. This was true despite dismantling our original plans for a wedding of 220 at Holman Ranch which were held in limbo for several months while the pandemic kept everyone's lives and plans on hold and in limbo. And yet, Eileen was able to help us stay steady and calm, and she still produced an heartwarming, gorgeous, intimate wedding despite all and every hurdle. Hands down and every thumbs up in the universe for EEvents. Eileen is THE BEST. So much so, we are all missing her in these post wedding days, having just had our gorgeous wedding this past weekend. If you pick Eileen you will be happier than you can imagine.

If you're looking for someone who will take the time to get to you know you, your spouse-to-be, and your families; turn your half-baked vision into a gorgeous reality; seamlessly coordinate your day so that all you have to do is be in love, and become a friend in the process--Eileen is your person! Eileen has too many praises to sing than can fit in this review, but I will say that I could not have imagined my wedding planning process and the actual day without her. Not only did she help me to articulate my vision for the day (it was almost like she knew what was in my brain), but she really made it come to life. All the design details that made the day so beautiful (and our guests still talk about almost a year later) I credit to Eileen's expertise and skill. More than that, Eileen is an incredible person. She's fun, funny, kind, caring, super talented, and makes you feel so special. She really went above and beyond for us. When I found out the venue had changed the reception room, Eileen was the first person I contacted in a panic. She made me feel so calm and confident that this was a minor hiccup in the planning process and that she would do everything she could to make this my dream wedding. She worked well beyond our original agreement to contact new vendors and talk with my existing ones to make sure that the room was exactly how I had pictured it - and it turned out even better than I had imagined. On the day of the actual wedding, Eileen skillfully and seamlessly coordinated everything, while making me feel so at ease and excited. I trusted her completely and did not have to worry about a single thing and could just focus on being with my family, friends, and my new husband. Even my newlywed friends commented on how smoothly the day went and how they wished they had an Eileen to help them! All this is to say, if you are lucky enough to have Eileen on your team for your day, jump on that chance. She's really one in a million.

My husband and I were married in Carmel Valley six months ago, and we are so unbelievably happy & grateful to have had Eileen & her team at E Events. We live in San Francisco, and I knew I wanted to work with a wedding planner who was local to our venue. I spoke with 4 or 5 different wedding planners, and as soon as my conversation began with Eileen, I knew I wanted to work with her. She is so personable, warm, fun, and professional. It was very important to me to work with someone who I knew I could get along with and hang out with, because over a year of planning I knew we'd be spending some time together & on the phone! I was a little bit nervous about the inevitable stress that comes with the planning process, but Eileen gave me the biggest gift of absolutely loving our year of planning our wedding! She made each step so easy, and always put my happiness & excitement as the highest priority. She was ALWAYS up for the additional phone call or texts, was always happy to talk things through for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th time, without making me feel annoying :) . When I became overwhelmed, she helped me make decisions and I trusted her vision completely. Her work is detailed and her esthetic is stunning and cohesive. She is an absolute joy to work with. Eileen & her team helped us organize a pool party that we had on the Friday before our wedding, our rehearsal dinner, our wedding day, and a Sunday brunch. Each event was PERFECT and beautiful. When it came to our wedding day, her colleague Sonia was our "day of" coordinator. Sonia and I got to know each other during the last few months leading up to our wedding, and it is obvious that Eileen chooses her team not only for talent, but for personality. Sonia is caring and thoughtful and I am so happy and lucky to have had her as a part of our team. I cannot recommend E Events enough. My husband and I still receive compliments about our entire wedding weekend, and it would not have been possible without Eileen & Sonia. I woke up the morning after our wedding with such gratitude, and I was truly sad to say goodbye to them both after the weekend was over! I would not have changed a thing. Love to them both!!! XO

We met Eileen through a friend of a friend and wow, I’m SO glad that we did! Living in Los Angeles and planning a wedding in Carmel, we wanted to make sure that we had a planner that we trusted as majority of the planning would have to be done remote. This was not at all a problem with Eileen, she is SO incredibly organized and treats you as if you are her only client (which we all know is NOT the case!:)). She is incredibly hands on and handles every obstacle with grace – she thinks of absolutely every detail throughout the planning process: design, décor, logistics, and potential problems BEFORE they arise, for which she has already prepared backup solutions. She handled complex situations with vendors, the venues and family dynamics in a highly professional manner, and we were pleasantly surprised every step of the way. Also, not to mention she’s actually fun to be around and has GREAT taste herself which always helps when bouncing ideas. 😊 Overall, you can 100% trust that Eileen will do what she says she is going to do, and she will do it well. She has great relationships with vendors in Northern California, so we ended up with a vendor DREAM TEAM according to her recommendations. We also want to point out that she had her hand in every aspect of our wedding weekend – including our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding-day golf event, wedding ceremony, reception, after party, and Sunday brunch send-off. She re-purposed and re-used furniture, decor, flowers, etc. where she could to keep the weekend economical. Reach out to Eileen if you’re in need of a wedding planner because I promise you will NOT be disappointed!

Eileen and her whole E. Events team are lifesavers and indispensable for any event with lots of moving pieces and delicate coordination required. As an industry insiders, we have worked with them (Eileen, Paige, Sonya + more) many many times and always breathe a sigh of relief when we see their name on the vendor list. Doing your job is one thing, but doing it with genuine care and calm attentiveness is another. That's the thing about working with E.Events : they always make sure you are heard and somehow stay efficient and on top of it all. From behind the scenes we've seen them at every turn communicating and making sure one part of the day is prepared to transition to the next. As a wedding vendor they let us know everything we need to well in advance and set us up for success. So many of our success are a result of their help and we wish we could work EVERY wedding with them.

We knew from the get-go that we wanted to find a month-of/day-of planner to help make our planning experience as enjoyable and organized as possible. After lots of Google-ing and Instagram stalking we narrowed it down to a handful of companies in the Bay Area. I had intro phone calls with each, but from the moment I spoke with Eileen, I knew E Events was the company for us! Eileen was incredibly kind, warm, and really sought to understand who we were and what we wanted out of a wedding and a planner rather than trying to sell us on something or treat us purely as a business transaction. It turned out that she was already booked on our date, but that the E Events Associate Planner, Sonia, was free. Eileen assured us that she 100% trusted Sonia with her business and thought we would love her, and she was absolutely right!! We immediately clicked with Sonia and always looked forward to our calls and site visits with her. She immediately felt like a long-time friend, and was there for us throughout the entire process. Both Eileen and Sonia went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. They were super quick and thorough with communication, helped with vendor recommendations, and even let us use some of their items (Sonia set-up a super cute lounge area for us with a few things she already had). We had a couple small issues come up with our venue the week before the wedding and the week after, and Sonia handled everything with grace. There was no issue she couldn't solve - seriously!! Even after her job was "done" she was right there helping us wrap loose ends up. And all of our other vendors and wedding party loved her which was a great bonus. E Events seamlessly brought our entire vision to life and made every detail so wonderful for us. We cannot recommend them enough for your special day!!!

Eileen is a rockstar! She is a visionary who removes the stress of wedding planning and takes your ideas and elevates them to create your dream event. Planning a destination wedding with her was as easy as it gets. The venue went through personnel changes during our planning phase with the last one happening a week before our big day. Eileen took it in stride and never faltered. She communicated all the information to the on-site planner and didn’t miss a detail. Eileen is meticulous; one only has to look at the detailed event timeline she provides. Additionally, her network of vendors are top notch and her recommendations spot on. On our wedding day, she kept the vendors on schedule and made sure we were exactly where we needed to be every step of the way. Working with Eileen and her team allowed us to enjoy every aspect of our wedding — the ceremony, our golden hour photos and our reception — without worrying about logistics. My husband and I were able to focus on our family and friends. I highly recommend Eileen and her team to anyone who is planning a wedding in Northern California.

It’s clear that Eileen has taken on too many weddings, which is jeopardizing the services that she provides. The owner of the venue actually expressed this as an issue the day after our wedding. Given that her fees are not cheap, we were expecting she would limit her number of weddings to the number she could actually handle, which doesn’t seem to be the case. As you’ll see, she only has a handful of reviews from 2019, which is a low number in proportion to the number of weddings she has done this year. This is a clear sign that her services aren’t what they used to be, as we live in an age where people would rather stay silent if they had a poor or mediocre experience than to rock the boat by leaving a negative review. Our day-of coordinator was Hayley McCarthy. It felt as though this was the first wedding she had handled on her own. We had quite a few issues during the planning process and our actual wedding day. We actually believe our day and entire planning experience would have been smoother had we not worked with Eileen and her team. We ended up handling a lot of the logistics ourselves, needed to correct a number of Eileen and Hayley’s mistakes, and found Hayley’s day-of coordination to be chaotic and stressful. Unfortunately, when we offered feedback to them, it wasn’t received professionally. As was stated in their response to us, they stand by their team, which they seem to put ahead of their clients’ experiences and a desire to improve their business. No one was there to evaluate Hayley’s performance but us, yet there was a blind loyalty to Hayley’s perspective of our day. We were hoping that our feedback could improve their future weddings so that other couples wouldn’t have our same experience. Any mistakes we mentioned, which were clearly avoidable, were cast aside as normal wedding day hiccups. This term, “normal hiccups,” seemed to serve as a catchall excuse for the issues that were caused by their lack of preparation. If you’re planning to use Eileen, ask to see the email chain between the two of us regarding our wedding feedback. This will give you a good idea of how they respond to challenges when they arise and the types of hurdles you may face if you hire them. I believe their services are worth 1/4 of the price they charge, yet we wish we could have foregone their services in the first place. This is the only wedding day you ever get, so be careful and certain when making the decision on who to trust with planning it.

Eileen was the best wedding coordinator we could have asked for. She is professional, yet very personable! Right when we met her at our tasting, we felt more excited about our wedding. Being a bride that is very detail oriented, I e-mailed/called her with questions that would pop in my head at random times of days! She was always very responsive! She is very accommodating and was able to meet with us in person last minute when we were around the area to discuss final details and timeline. Now to the wedding day: it was flawless because of E Events Co. with Eileen and her assistant, Hayley. We can’t thank them enough! They were such key players on our wedding day and both facilitated our wedding day to make it perfect. Even so, that I didn’t even know a huge gust of wind blew over our champagne glasses, name tags, seating chart until hearing stories the next day. They were able to clean up the mess and make our reception look perfect. They were super on top of the timeline and kept everything in line, so we didn’t have to worry about logistics and details on the day of. Our bridal party and family even commented on how great it was to work with them! Eileen is very experienced and knowledgeable in the wedding space; she works closely with a lot of vendors! Her presence is lovely to be around-she was great with us, our guests and all our vendors. We could not recommend Eileen enough for any of your future weddings!

BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER!!! For anyone reading planning a wedding, hire Eileen! At first I wasn't even sure I needed a wedding planner (even for day of, silly me), but our venue's general manager highly recommended Eileen. Only about 5 minutes in our first call I knew I needed her, but I had no idea just how much her guidance and and organization would actually shape our incredible wedding day. She has the most amazing design ideas and will suggest things you didn't even think of or know you needed for your venue. She basically knows almost every vendor and everyone loves to work with her, which comes in handy :). On you wedding day you won't even know there's an issue if there is one, Eileen (and her team) are problem solvers and trust me you NEED that on your wedding day and while planning it. Aside from Eileen's wedding planning expertise, one of the best parts about working with her was her personality. She made every step along the way so fun, which if you're starting to wedding plan you know can be a super stressful time. My husband and I both agree Eileen was the best money we spent for our wedding and I know it will be for you too!

Working with Eileen is a dream. I really mean that. She is talented beyond measure, is extraordinarily committed, joyous and professional. It's not as easy as you think to find all of those qualities in an event planner and Eileen fits the bill beautifully. We retained E Events to arrange and coordinate our wedding held at the Seymour Marine Discovery Center in June 2019. We worked with the Owner, Eileen Lacey, and more directly with Paige McQuillan who, together with her assistant Sam, attended the actual event, with Paige serving as our direct contact and “Day Of” Coordinator. This is a first-class operation: professionalism, knowledgeable and deeply experienced, with excellent communication skills and prompt responsiveness throughout. Most importantly, they provided a comforting, friendly and calming approach, especially during the stressful moments of the actual ceremony and reception, when the wedding cake hits the fan. What also impressed and served us throughout was their familiarity and close working relationships with ALL of the local vendors and the venue, making all of the constantly moving pieces in the planning and execution of the event happen flawlessly. We would recommend this exceptional business to anyone who wants to be able to relax and focus on their celebration with friends and family without having to worry about the endless number of details and surprises that arise in the planning and execution of these types of events.

Hiring Eileen, Sonia and E Events was the best decision we made of all wedding decisions. Our only regret was not hiring the team to plan our entire wedding! These two are incredible. They are savvy, they have amazing taste, a strong group of recommended vendors, and foresight and experience to help you make the right decisions to plan an incredible celebration. They guided us through the whole process. And when weather unexpectedly hit the fan (rain forecasted the week of the wedding at an ALL outdoor venue), they quickly pivoted to full-force rain planning mode and were instrumental in coming up with plans A, B and C with us to ensure the wedding went off without a hitch. It did end up raining, and the wedding turned out gorgeous and a huge success thanks to this team. It also felt effortless for my husband and I - they were doing all the work behind the scenes without a bother to us, and we now there was a LOT of work. Importantly, I was so nervous day of and at every encounter with Sonia, despite the weather, she was cool, calm collected and smiling. She helped me stay relaxed and have the best day of my life. Eileen is the best! From planning to execution Eileen does it all. She has amazing relationships with everyone she works with but was also very open to new vendors. She handled every detail of our special day perfectly. All of our vendors went out of their way to tell me what a wonderful job Eileen had done. Although we only hired Eileen for our wedding she was also instrumental with giving advice and helping with our rehearsal dinner. To anyone looking for a professional, competent, caring, and fun event planner, look no further than Eileen Lacy's company, E Events Co. My son and daughter- in- law were married at The Gardener Ranch in Carmel Valley on September 22, 2018. I was the main parent involved in helping create a special day for our families. We worked with Eileen for 9 months and she directed our planning on every level. She never hesitated to contact us about our concerns and kept us focused on the important things in a wedding. Consequently, we did not get lost or too frustrated in making all the myriad decisions in a wedding. Her suggestions for the wedding were unique and our guests enjoyed having s'mores every night, something we would not have thought of on our own. As in all weddings, we had a couple road bumps, but Eileen stepped in and solved the situations before anyone was upset. Her recommended vendors are professional and competent. I would highly recommend using her venders. We used an outside floral designer and wished we had used her local vender. The outside vender had difficulty in logistics and lacked knowledge of our reception venue.However, Eileen was welcoming and worked well with the outside vender and they told us what a pleasure it was to work with her. Eileen has a wonderful working relationship with all the venders and all of them told us how lucky we were to have Eileen as our planner. Her assistants and the entire team of venders made the weekend a "seamless" event. We all agreed that one of her best abilities is managing to keep everyone on task and happy. Eileen's personality, knowledge and competency make her an ideal person for event planning. Hire her! I promise you will not only enjoy the process of working with her but you will have wonderful memories of a wedding that fit our families' needs and our guests' enjoyment. Our friends told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended and the best reason for using Eileen's company.

Eileen was a fabulous event planner for my daughter's nearly 200 attendee wedding at a private Santa Cruz venue which presented unique challenges, all of which she navigated expertly. Eileen communicated directly and in a timely way; managed all vendors; offered creative solutions; maintained a sense of humor and most importantly allowed the bride, groom and their families to thoroughly enjoy the big day with no worries.

Ok - so to be upfront, I am not a former bride or groom, I'm a wedding professional (a photographer) and I have worked with Eileen on many occasions. I'm writing this review because she is truly one of the best in the industry. I hear it from every couple that works with her, and I experience it myself in the course of the planning process on just seeing how she works on the day of the wedding. She's lovely to be around (shes great with the couple, the guests and all of the vendors) - cool-headed and still gets things done...AND her weddings are always BEAUTIFUL. Seriously some of the most gorgeous weddings I have ever shot. I realize that it's difficult to see what a planner and coordinator do for a wedding by looking at a website - but E Events does a fantastic job in helping you realize your vision, and you can trust that I really know what I'm talking about. I cannot recommend her or her business enough.

She went above and beyond for the entire process, making our private property location into a stunning venue and coordinating an entire weekend of wedding events for our 200 guests. Throughout the whole planning process, Eileen was calm, relaxed and confident, consistently managing anything that came up with ease which allowed us to actually have fun with the wedding planning! We had tried a different planner from SF who was unwilling to work with our unique ideas about what we wanted to turn the private property into so we asked around town for local recommendations and Eileen's name came up countless times. She was completely supportive of our thoughts on the property and was able to provide an incredible amount of guidance, resources and assurance that we could in fact have an amazing party at our site! She is the perfect combination of being 'low key' in her demeanor but having all of the experience, vendor relationships and 'get it done' attitude that allowed us to feel both calm and incredibly confident in her skill set and ability to make it all happen. She was available for phone calls, texts and emails about any questions or concerns we had in the planning process, and consistently made sure we felt taken care of. The days leading up to and on the actual wedding, Eileen was onsite managing every vendor and seamlessly creating a stunning scene, all while staying calm and enthusiastic with the wedding party. Everything from the lighting to the decorations to the food service went beyond our highest expectations and the wedding was the mind-blowing, magical day we had always wanted. Eileen facilitated the most amazing event we could have ever imagined and gave us the gift of being able to just enjoy ourselves at our wedding instead of worrying about any details or logistics. Eileen was fantastic!! My husband and I knew we had to get a planner for the 2-3 months leading up to our wedding so we wouldn't be stressed on our wedding day and we made the best decision. Eileen is so sweet and clearly loves her job. She is also very attentive and detail oriented and kept everything perfectly organized leading up to our wedding. During our wedding weekend, there was a big chance of rain and Eileen kept us completely relaxed the entire time. On the day-of, EVERYTHING and I mean everything, went off without a hitch. Eileen is truly an amazing wedding coordinator! She took officially took over a month before our wedding, but honestly, she helped us every step of the way. Graciously taking phone calls from my fiance and I when we were feeling a little stressed or overwhelmed. She helped us envision and execute all important wedding details. I was so happy when I left my bridal camp to walk down the aisle. She is the best.

Eileen is the BEST. For a while I was debating whether or not we needed help with vendors and our wedding weekend in general but I started feeling the wedding planning stress and because we live 5+ hours from our wedding venue, I decided to hire someone. I spoke with 3-4 coordinators via phone to get a general idea of the amount of help I'd need. It was difficult to gauge over the phone how we'd get along with each coordinator in person but with Eileen I felt an immediate sense of comfort and most importantly, trust. Meeting Eileen in person for the first time at the site visit confirmed everything for us. We hired Eileen for month-of planning and that worked out perfectly for our needs. She helped us lock down our final vendors and recommended some really great ones. Eileen was super personable and easy to talk to about our needs and budget. When rehearsal and wedding weekend rolled around, she got down to business, handled everything with vendors, while still making us feel like all's good and stress-free. Hiring Eileen for our wedding was the BEST BEST BEST decision we made. We had a 14-hour Indian wedding extravaganza the day after Thanksgiving (crazy on so many accounts), and she and her team handled it with ease and grace! It was truly a magical day. When I was first interviewing coordinators, I wanted to find someone who jived with me, someone who wouldn't make me feel judged for not giving in to wedding industry trends and expectations. Eileen was so easy to talk to. There was nothing but positive energy - I knew I could trust her, like I would trust a family member or a friend. I was also pleasantly surprised at how much she knew about Indian weddings :) Hiring Eileen paid off immediately. Because she knows what she's doing, and because she has great relationships with others in the industry, she was able to save us from having to pay thousands extra for a tent rental. Even though we'd hired her as a "month of" coordinator, Eileen was in touch throughout the 7 months leading up to our wedding. She was super responsive to e-mail (and through text the month of!). Eileen truly made our wedding dreams come true. There are a handful of things that could've gone wrong, but she handled it all! For example, the local pie shop we catered from decided to close the day of our wedding (they gave us a one week notice). I, of course, freaked out and called Eileen for advice. Without hesitation, she volunteered to pick up the pies herself. Who does that?? Only Eileen. If you care about schedules and timelines, Eileen is your girl. Throughout the wedding day, I remember asking people what time it was, curious if we were on schedule, and EVERY SINGLE TIME we were! We were even ahead of schedule during dinner! It is amazing how she wrangled 224 guests into being where they needed to be. Eileen not only cares about the couple, she also cares about their families, and all the vendors. Eileen made sure all the vendors ate dinner before she did. Amazing. We were able to relax on our wedding day - and during our wedding week - knowing she was in charge. Throughout the day, we kept looking out at everything thinking, "Wow, this is our wedding. How does it looks so good?!" That was all Eileen. She sprinkled her design touches everywhere, while respecting our wishes. Eileen let us be us! She expertly and professionally managed the numerous vendors on site. We've gotten SO MUCH positive feedback on the day, and it's all because of the magic Eileen & her team created. THANK YOU, EILEEN!!!!!

So hard to put into words, how much we appreciated having Eileen and EEvents Co. for our big day and the months leading up to it. We decided to do the daunting task of throwing together a wedding at a private venue...starting from scratch with only seven months to do it. From beginning to end, E supported us through our wedding planning and execution. Everything was handled. E is like the Olivia Pope of wedding planning. There's no problem she can't solve or detail she can't address. I felt so present in my wedding day and much of that was because E had a handle on everything. The weather was a bit cooler than we had anticipated and E preemptively ordered a fire pit for our after party - everyone was gathered around and stayed longer to enjoy the night b/c of that. This is just one example of the ingenuity she brings to her work. Additionally, it's clear she + team love the process. It was a pleasure to have E a part of our wedding and in fact, I couldn't imagine the weekend without her.

We went for the full service package so that Eileen could help us with all aspects of the wedding. She is lovely to work with: professional, creative and thoughtful. She is also smooth and well-organized behind the scenes and I am sure there are many aspects of the wedding we didn't worry about because her team was on it! Eileen's services were above and beyond outstanding. Her attention to detail, willingness to listen and adjust, and extra efforts to make our rehearsal dinner and the entire weekend as special as possible were more than appreciated. What stood out among so many other things was how she made the extra effort to transport gobs of leftovers, etc. after the rehearsal dinner and post wedding so as to permit our family to keep the momentum going. I knew nothing about weddings going into the planning processes, and to be honest, was a little nervous. Eileen reassured me from the very beginning and turned that nervous energy into excitement. Eileen was the best decision I made surrounding my wedding (other than the groom). She's very supportive/makes things happen, a joy to communicate with to and has a great aesthetic. It was her style that first struck me and lead me to contact her. Immediately after Eileen and I spoke for the first time I knew she was going to be the perfect coordinator for our wedding. Working with Eileen was such a great decision for my fiance and I! In the grand scheme of things, it helped make sure that both of us and our mothers were free to enjoy our big day stress free. But on top of that, it was all about the little things. Having Eileen around for the month of planning was just what I needed. In the last month leading up to the wedding, she met with me and all my vendors to make sure our vision came to life. She created our day of timeline which we shared with family and friends. She led our ceremony rehearsal , made sure our gift baskets got delivered to the proper rooms when people were checking in, and she helped create our seating chart. On the day of, she was in charge of all the set up and break down. She also made sure we stayed on time, that we had all the right family photos taken, and at the end of the night, figured out a way to light our sparklers for our sparkler exit (I totally forgot we'd need a lighter and almost no one at our wedding smoked!). Eileen was absolutely wonderful to work with. She has a great eye and really gets as excited as you about designing a wonderful and beautiful wedding experience. Additionally, she has her finger on the pulse of what is current without being trendy, and what little touches will elevate your wedding without breaking the bank. Lastly, our wedding venue had never hosted a wedding before and Eileen flawlessly handled relations the extremely challenging venue owner. In what has to have been an extremely stressful environment, she kept my whole family calm. Basically, she's fantastic and any couple would be lucky to work with her!

To begin our wedding weekend had 9 inches of unexpected rain! The week leading up to the wedding the forecast grew more dismal each day. In steps Eileen Lacey of EEvents Co. Not only did she talk me (MOB) off the ledge many times but she made many game day decisions that not only saved the day but made it spectacular! He skills at handling the many vendors from the beginning seemed effortless. She always thoughtfully discussed with us all our ideas and helped create a drama free day, rain and all. In addition to helping with all aspects leading up to the wedding her "day of" management was very impressive and led to a smooth running ceremony and reception. All the vendors worked well with her and I did not hear one complaint from anyone. She lead her team well. She really seemed unflappable and believe me that was a hard trait to come by considering our weather. I can only imagine what a breeze it would have been had we been given the sunny day we expected. Eileen is AMAZING! We are so happy we hired her! We hired Eileen about a year before our big day, we did her month of coordinator package. From the very first phone call Eileen was SO nice and her energy very positive, I felt like I was speaking with an old dear friend. Eileen gave us vendor advice when we were searching for our Florist, makeup artist etc and through her we found wonderful people. We live in NYC and planned a destination wedding in Sonoma so being so far away it felt extra challenging to navigate the wedding planning process, but Eileen really made it easy on us. We were able to send all our ordered decor etc to Eileen so we wouldn't have to travel with it which was a HUGE help, she was very organized with it all. When it came to FINALLY meeting Eileen in person (after a year of emailing and phone calls) at our rehearsal she was a shining light, so friendly, positive and just good vibes all around. We had no idea how to practice the rehearsal but Eileen was a pro and guided us through the whole rehearsal process smoothly and it went great. The day of the wedding she arrived early with her assistant and set up all the decor and made sure everything was running smoothly, it was such a relief to know she was out there taking care of everything so we could just relax and get ready before the ceremony. She did a fantastic job setting up the wedding! it looked so lovely. She even went the extra mile and found extra baskets at the venue to put our guest gifts in since we had forgot to buy something and she sent her assistant to get water asap when we ran out and no one ever noticed. Her assistant was great and super sweet, she walked with us during photos to hold my train and bring us cocktails and snacks! Hire Eileen she is a wedding pro and such a lovely person to have around during such a special time.

I don't know if I can truly put into words how amazing E Events Co is. From the minute I started planning my wedding, I knew I would need someone I could hand my vision over to and who would be able to execute on it. What can I say...I am so freaking grateful to Eileen. I just had a moderately large wedding at the Ritz-Carlton SF and I still cannot believe how smoothly everything went. We had so many moving parts and so many last-minute tweaks and additions, but Eileen always got it done and in a friendly and supportive way. What really made her so special to me were the small gestures, like having a plate of apps ready for us the minute we stepped out of the ceremony tent, and the fact that she walked my dogs during the reception on her own volition. My husband and I had kind of neglected our dogs that day and straight up forgot to have them walked later in the night. No worries, because she walked them, refilled their water, and got them an extra blanket without even needing to be asked. Go with Eileen! Eileen is WONDERFUL! She was the Month-of/Day-Of-Coordinator for our wedding at the Westin St. Francis in downtown San Francisco and was a total Godsend. She's incredibly organized, creative, and on the day of checked in with both myself and my husband regularly to see if we needed anything. Eileen literally takes care of everything (even the things you don't think of). I'd created hundreds of paper flowers for the wedding but due to restrictions at the venue could not set them up myself. Eileen styled the WHOLE ceremony & reception with what I gave her and it was exactly as I'd hoped. She also got all my vendors set up, tipped, and fed alongside the event coordinator. She's also wonderfully personable and warm. Many family members and vendors came forward during or after the wedding to tell us how much they loved working with Eileen.
