This was the perfect wedding venue for us! It was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful through the entire process.

Everything we were looking for in a venue was eagle eye! We received so many compliments on the food, the amazing sunsets on the golf course and the location close enough to hotels (with shuttles!!) and the highway. 100% would recommend eagle eye!

Jennifer at Eagle Eye was extremely helpful during the planning process. She let us customize most everything the way we wanted and was always answering our questions quickly. She was a great person to have on our side during all stress of planning a wedding!

Eagle eye was amazing! Beautiful scenery for pictures. The staff was great. Jennifer explained everything to us, was always available for questions throughout the whole process, and everyone was really nice and organized! The food was great as well and my guests still speak out it to this day.

Sitting down with Jennifer prior to the wedding was SO helpful. We talked about every single detail (some that I would have needed thought about.) The venue was beautiful and willing to be flexible with us. We were able to get a golf cart to go around and take pictures. The dinner choices were amazing and having a balcony at the reception was amazing. We got ready at the hotel then I got dresses in a changing room there. Our wedding day/night was perfect and I’m so thankful so such a great team! I would recommend this place to any family/friend.

This venue was AMAZING to work with! They were very accommodating and professional, as I lived in Arizona. Planning a wedding in another State was so stressful, I appreciate how flexible and helpful they were to work with. The best part about working with Eagle Eye were their employees. Jennifer Geiger, Senior Event Planner, was the best coordinator of all time. She was professional, prompt in all communication and readily available. All of their staff went above and beyond, I appreciate the help with navigating family members on the wedding day and making last minute changes. As the bride, it was so nice to have Jennifer to take over, run the show and let me enjoy the magic of the day! Thank you Eagle Eye for everything you did.

My husband and I had our wedding reception in September of 2022 at Eagle Eye in the Grand room and had an AMAZING experience. We worked very closely with the head event coordinator Jennifer Geiger for the year leading up to your wedding and she was extremely helpful. She was always quick to reply with any questions and made time in her busy day multiple times throughout the year to relook at the room, linens, vases etc. The day before the wedding, the Eagle Eye staff had our room set up with linens and table settings very early on in the morning and allowed access to my wedding planner and decorating team to give them plenty of time to add the additional touches. The linens were very clean (with a ton of color options and chair bow styles) and the place settings were done nicely. We were also able to borrow a number of vases and motives for centerpieces. I brought in my own charger plates due to my color scheme and Eagle Eye allowed me to drop those off a week in advance so that I did not have to worry about hauling those over a week in advance. On our wedding day everything went very smoothly. The food was BEYOND delicious and we got multiple compliments from our guests on it. We had the bacon wrapped gouda chicken and the steak with bleu cheese compound. We had the salads pre-set and the staff did a great job in getting food out in a timely manner to all of the guests. There was a very large bar menu and was very reasonably priced. We had a very large reception (just under 300 guests) so Jennifer and Eagle Eye were able to accommodate this with a second bar to make sure that our guests were served quickly. Eagle Eye also did a great job accommodating to our special requests. There was a Michigan State football game the night of our reception and Eagle Eye was able to provide a TV setup so that our football loving guests wouldn't miss a second of action. The view for pictures at Eagle Eye was also incredible. WE did a photoshoot at sunset on the 17th hole and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. They were our favorite wedding photos! Overall our experience with Eagle Eye was amazing. If you want a wedding day stress free, with a beautiful view, delicious food, and a great alcohol selection Eagle Eye is the place for you! As a bonus, you won't break your bank to get the perfect day :)

Jennifer at Eagle Eye was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, and was easy to get in touch with when we needed questions answered. The venue was beautiful and was able to accommodate everything. The food was also 10/10! Only critique would be that the day-of ceremony and reception coordinators were somewhat absent when needed. I also wish there was a bridal suite at the venue for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in. Other than that, the venue was great. Would definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of getting married at the Chapel at Eagle Eye and had my reception at Hawk Hollow. In all honesty I felt that our wedding day went amazing, there is nothing that I felt went bad. However, the planning was extremely stressful, we were told one thing and then months later told another multiple times causing unneeded stress. I think the biggest advice for working with them is make sure you communicate good! I think there is a huge lack of communication and it was something that could have been preventable. I thought that the food was amazing, we got so many compliments about our food, I was a little upset that we were told our food would be out for grazing for two hours and was put away, way sooner than that. After taking two weeks to really process and think about our wedding, it was really amazing, the biggest complaint from me is the communication that I had with the venue, other than that it was a really amazing place to have our special day.

This venue was perfect and staff were wonderful for our enchanted evening wedding. They cared about details and were always available for any needs. They communicated well and the food and bartenders were A+!

I am sharing this information now, because it still hurts everyday, and I don’t want anyone to experience what we did. Our Wedding Day was 9/3/21. We also surprised my parents and had them renew their 50 year vows that day. We chose to have our Wedding at Eagle Eye/Hawk Hollow Chapel based off of their Wedding Coordinator, Jennifer. She promised us the world, including so much support, there would be no need to hire our own coordinator. We paid for their most expensive package. She promised to stay through dinner, and if she couldn’t, she would let us know the plan. She told us nothing that day and abandoned us at our Wedding, and left us employees who had never even worked at Eagle Eye. The chapel coordinator, Tracy, was no help, and inserted herself in all of our pictures and kicked us out before our time slot was up citing there was another wedding, which there wasn’t. We weren’t even close to being over on time, she rushed us out by telling us to get our stuff and get out. I never thought I would have to tell her to get out of my photos. I wish I would have known. Jennifer messed up my table numbers that I chose, based off her blueprint. We explicitly stated no tip jar as that was included in our final bill, but there it was. She then told us, “You never said that,” so apparently my husband AND Parents are liars. The food was disgusting and Jennifer told us what we were getting and even what the contract said, and we didn’t get that. Since Jennifer left someone in charge who spent all night puking in the bathroom, I heard later (we didn’t even learn her name until our meeting a week later), the reception had no direction and was nothing but chaos. No one was in charge and we all felt that. The Eagle Eye employees even asked my guests to help them clean up early, and had no clue how to work the lights or anything. When we brought this to Eagle Eye, Corey, their sales manager said they would do better next time. They blamed me for not having a coordinator and my DJ for their issues. I even emailed CEO Richard Henderson begging for some compassion. He never responded. Their resolve was to only refund us the chapel fee, 3 Covid guests and a condescending letter. Which leads me to Jennifer’s preferred vendor, Complete Weddings + Events out of Grand Rapids. We trusted Jennifer’s opinion since she was so involved in a lot of planning for us. I was assured they were familiar with the venue. This was 100% not true. Dan showed up with no camera and asked my DJ if he was the other videographer. Dan’s camera apparently didn’t work. Rachel assured us the pictures were good. 90% are unusable due to amateur reasons. Pictures out of focus, people not smiling, Tracy in all of our chapel photos, pictures of walls, my eyes closed…etc. I should have known I would hate all of them when the pictures came back in 2 weeks. We brought this to owner, Justin Loser. Maybe Rachel did take some better photos, and Justin just chose the ridiculously bad ones?? I’ll never know. He sent us a corrupted files over and over. Our highlight reel was short, and in and out focus. The full ceremony was literally the last 5 minutes from the side and looked like an old phone took it. Eagle Eye and Complete Weddings negligence, and lack of remorse was shocking. I pray for all who have been abused by all of these people. When we booked with Eagle Eye, we knew that our reception would run exceptionally smooth. Jennifer was extremely easy to work with, and made sure we felt confident in the day. The food was PHENOMENAL, staff incredible, and overall just an awesome experience!

Eagle Eye is such a beautiful venue, and we got so many compliments on the wedding garden as well as our reception room! The food was amazing, and our pictures turned out SO BEAUTIFUL with all of the scenic views around the property. I loved that it was kind of a “one stop shop” - they took care of linens, plates, drinkware, silverware, food, bar, etc. This meant that my husband and I didn’t have to spend time (or money) buying these things or finding a bunch of different vendors! We dealt with Jennifer and she was great about communicating with us and executing our vision for the day. 10/10 recommend booking at Eagle Eye!

Jennifer G was the gal who helped us with all the details and set up for our wedding in the garden, and reception just inside from the garden. She was fantastic. There was a coordinator on site during the rehearsal and wedding day, she was also great. We really had a great experience with Eagle Eye and enjoyed the wedding. I have had many guest compliment on how wonderful the wedding was and how pretty it all was. The food was also AMAZING. The only complaint that I have is that this venue site does not allow you to take any food/drinks into or out of the venue. They handle all the food and drinks and cater it all themselves. It is nice because you don't have to deal with that and its handled for you. But also it's annoying because anything that is left over, after the bill, you don't get to keep or enjoy after the fact. Overall, it was a great experience and amazing wedding.

We held our ceremony in the garden outside at Eagle Eye. We had planned to do our reception there as well but due to restrictions with COVID we decided to hold our reception elsewhere, Eagle Eye gave us a full refund for our reception room which we were very happy about. They had a wedding coordinator on site the night of the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. We were able to use their sound system and just hook up a phone or ipad to it to play music for the ceremony. My only complaint was that my veil ended up snagging on the brick when I was walking down the aisle and I ended up having to take it off. The wedding coordinator had said she would be there to help fluff my dress and make sure I was good to go before I walked down the aisle but she was nowhere to be found to help me with my little inconvenience unfortunately. But, overall it was a great ceremony and I’m so glad we chose to have it at Eagle Eye!

I would highly recommend Eagle Eye Golf Club and the adjoining Hawk Hollow Chapel. Carla was amazing to work with and really listened to what we wanted and what concerns that we had. If I could give Eagle Eye Golf Resort a higher rating I would. The venue was awesome, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding! The entire day starting with the wedding and concluding with the reception was very well coordinated.

Eagle Eye was an incredible choice for our wedding and reception. Carla Adams is professional that you want as a friend. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our venue changed in January for a June 1st wedding and I was petrified. Carlos stepped in along with her staff, and made it a most memorable experience without any flaws. We chose this venue for our wedding. It was a beautiful option, and the food was great, but there was a lot of miscommunication and small things that the venue did not follow through on. For example we had requested accent napkins in the middle of the guest tables under the table numbers, they were not there. The food was delicious especially the garlic crumb chicken but my guests had no idea what they were being served, labels on the food would be good. The beef tenderloin was delicious but it was cold. After dinner we cut our cake and I had to grab someone to ask them to serve the cake which was already discussed in our finalizations. I was told they were low staff for my event but if i really wanted it served they could do it. This severely disappointed me that at $67 a head regardless of our smaller guest count it was agreed upon that the cake would be served to my guests. The cake was beautiful and delicious but the frosting was so thick it was hard to enjoy the cake. Again I had to ask someone to box the cake top up and it was discussed and noted in our finalizations that the cake top would be put in the fridge. I forgot to ask someone to put it in the fridge so it sat out for the next 5 hours. We also ordered pin wheels for a late night snack and they were bland and most of them got thrown out. The venue was beautiful and overall the food was good but the the communication and professionalism made me feel like i had to continually remind the venue what I wanted.

Beautiful venue with amazing sunset views. Food was fantastic and the wait staff was on point. Dinner was served so fast! Few issues with wedding crashers from across the hall, last minute notice of changes, and incorrect color option but otherwise highly recommend this venue.

Happy, ecstatic, overjoyed and thankful are only a few of the words I have to describe my feelings about my wedding day, and that was all thanks to Eagle Eye and it's staff. The folks at Eagle Eye went above and beyond to make my day extra special. When I was meeting with Carla for my final appointment before the wedding, her phone was ringing off the hook which was a good indicator of how busy she must be, but she still made me feel like I was her only bride. Our food was out of this world. The flavor of the garlic crumb chicken was incredible and the bread! Oh my gosh the bread. Talk about a little slice of heaven. Chef Naomi made our cake and it was absolutely gorgeous and the flavor was delicious. The day of staff were so friendly and accommodating. When we were decorating our room we needed a few things that we left at home and the girl setting up our room very happily got those items for us. Our room manager Sidney was so sweet and pleasant and our bartender was a lot of fun! Our guests really enjoyed themselves and are still telling us how much fun they had at our wedding. The landscaping around the site was stunning (the perfect location for pictures) and the sunset at the tip of the pond/lake attracted all of our guests out to the balcony. I could go on and on forever about how special our day was but I'm about to run out of characters allowed! Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times to Carla, Naomi, Sidney and the rest of the Eagle Eye crew for making the most important day of my life one I will always remember.

These people were great! Very helpful, flexible, worth every penny! Beautiful facility, lots of parking, gorgeous view, the chef, Mrs. Naomi Batterbee's beef melts in your mouth! Her bread was as good as the cake! We had wonderful rave reviews on the food and facilities! Carla, Sarah, and Allie as well as the whole staff were beyond gracious! A++++ definitely recommend. We lived an hour away, and it was worth the drive. My best advice: Spring for the chair covers and sashes!

I booked our reception in the Eagle Eye Golf Club Banquet Hall, using the Eagles Nest room. It was absolutely STUNNING!!! Eagle Eye did our chair covers, table runners, food, and drinks and the guest, My husband and I could have not been more impressed!!! It was the BEST day ever, all thanks to them and their services. I will hopefully be booking again for a ten year vow renewal celebration! (:

Overall we had a good experience with eagle eye. The location and the venue itself were perfect! Our only issues came with working with one employee specifically who had forgotten she met us 3 times prior and lacked attention to detail. The food was good however it was under cooked so I would recommend being very specific on how you would like it cooled.

Eagle Eye did a wonderful job for our wedding, ceremony and rehearsal dinner. We received so many compliments on how delicious the food was and how wonderful the staff was. They made everything very effortless for us! We can't thank them enough!

Beautiful venue, and a good variety of room sizes. The staff was incredibly friendly, we dealt with the servers, had a golf outing, and interacted with the banquet team – all groups went above and beyond to make our day special. The food was fantastic, and at a very competitive price. We would definitely recommend them!

Eagle Eye seemed to be an incredible value for what I was getting. I got a beautiful venue with tons of perks included (tables, chairs, flatware, linens, and more). However, when you sign the contract you have to use their catering and bar service. Which from my opinion was both over priced for what we got. I will say the staff made sure things were ready for the day of and made sure things went smoothly. My greatest complaint would be the kitchen made a mistake on our hors d'oeuvres and only provided a third of the food we paid for. When we complained to the catering office after the wedding they didn't seem to care. The attitude they had was that our event was over and they had our money. They just said they were sorry for the issue the night before. Didn't offer to do anything even though we paid for service we didn't receive. Being treated that way was a very unfortunate last experience with them.

We had our ceremony at the Wedding Garden at Eagle Eye, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We also had our Reception in the patio rooms 1 and 2 at Hawk Hollow! I couldn't have imagined our wedding day to be any more perfect than it was. They did everything we needed and made a very thorough questionnaire to make sure every single detail was taken care of! The day went so perfectly, and the staff was very attentive and courteous. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE! Very very pleased :)

We had our wedding reception at Eagle Eye in May 2014. The room was gorgeous on its own, but we were able to get in early to decorate and make it unique to us. The price is affordable, and the food was amazing. The staff were accommodating and available by phone or email. I live in the Detroit area, and the staff was willing to stay late to meet with us on a weekday. We had our ceremony at the Hawk Hollow chapel. I recommend Hawk Hollow and Eagle Eye!

We had our reception on a Friday at Eagle Eye in the Hillside room, the decor is classic but doesn't overwhelm your decorations. The balcony was a favorite hangout for our guests and we loved being able to go out and take some sunset pictures on the greens. The service was amazing and the staff very friendly. They also cater (delicious food) and our bartender was fantastic! He kept up with our crowd and wasn't shy with the mixed drinks! The room seats a maximum of 180 but we had just over 100 and it didn't feel empty. The one thing that I was disappointed about was we were told we had private restrooms but the were only semi-private. We shared bathrooms with the pro shop. I made amenity baskets for the bathroom and less than 20 minutes after I placed them, someone from the golf side had helped themselves to some of the items from the baskets. Overall very happy with the venue, the food, the bartending and the staff.

I was pretty happy with the venue. Everything was set up on time like promised before we got there to add our decorations. The staff was always very helpful and answered all questions that we had. The venue is very pretty and we got many compliments on it. I am gluten free and they went out of their way to make me a gluten free cupcake. Although they made me the cupcake, it was not brought out until after the cake cutting. This was the only reason why I wanted the cupcake so I could participate in the cake cutting without getting major headaches from the gluten in our wedding cake. Since the cupcake wasn't there I had to eat a small bite of the cake for the cake cutting tradition. I never did eat the cupcake because the purpose of the cupcake was for the cake cutting. We had an open bar for our guest, and my grandmother was unaware of this until after the wedding. She said she was sitting on the balcony to get some fresh air and she would constantly see people from the wedding next door come over to our reception to get there alcohol. She just assumed that our room was the only room with a bar, until she found out after the wedding that we had an open bar. There is nothing we can do about this now, but be aware that the balcony leads to all of the reception rooms and is not separated. I wouldn't change anything about my wedding and I loved working with them, there were just a few small things that could have been prevented.

Eagle eye was very easy to work with, very helpful if I had a question about anything through email or by phone. Very great girls to work with out there. Food was fantastic, the venue was beautiful. A little pricey, but competitive. I'd definately reccomend this venue to future brides!

We had a great experience with Eagle Eye. We got married on a Tuesday so They allowed us to come in and decorate the day before which eliminated a lot of stress. Food was great and even had cake made through their chef which was good also. The only minor issue we had was our music for the ceremony. The staff member playing the music was havin trouble so there was a lag in music and songs playing at the wrong time. Oh well!!

The staff was great the food was delicious. Easy clean up beautiful view!

We were planning our wedding from North Carolina and the representatives were very easy to contact via email and phone to make arrangements. The morning of the wedding everything was set up and all we had to do was add our centerpieces and details around the room! When we arrived for the reception the manager and staff were friendly and helpful to all of our guests. Overall great experience!

What a great location for a wedding! It was beautiful, organized, and classy. We had no trouble planning and working with the staff there, plus it is SO affordable! Food is amazing!

I loved Eagle Eye from the start. They have beatuiful facilities, tasty food and top notch service as well. The entire staff was helpful to answer all of my questions and made my reception run very smoothly. They are an excelent choice for a reception site!!

At Eagle Eye your location, food and drink are all taken care of on site (we even used Naomi, the on site pastry chef, for our cake)! The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. The wedding went perfectly and professionally with the help of the Eagle Eye Staff!
