We had a wonderful experience having our wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception at the Eaglewood Resort. Big shout out to their event coordinator, Eileen Miller. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. Our wedding day was rainy and unfortunately need to move everything indoor the last minute. She was quickly able to accommodate our needs and had her team set up the indoor venue right away. The food was also excellent, our guests complimented them so much! Their price is very reasonable and incorporates many amenities. Highly recommend!!! (Btw, excellent driving of the golf cart, my husband loved it!)

We hit the jackpot with Eaglewood Resort and Spa. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew this was our spot. The staff at Eaglewood went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was executed flawlessly. From the initial planning stages to the big day itself, their professionalism and dedication were evident every step of the way. Planning a wedding can be very stressful but we always felt we were in good hands with Eileen and her staff. What truly sets Eaglewood apart is the personal touch they bring to every event. The genuine care and warmth extended to us, and our guests made us feel like family. I might be a bit biased but the food was so f*cking good. The empanadas are a must! If you're searching for a wedding venue that combines beauty, sophistication, and heartfelt hospitality, look no further than Eaglewood. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfection, thanks to the extraordinary team at Eaglewood Resort and Spa. PS We originally booked the Linden Ballroom with a band. We invited the max amount of people the room could occupy. We found out the week before our wedding that they were going to move us to the Red Oak Ballroom at no charge. We were beyond ecstatic! I don’t believe this is common, but we were the only wedding at the hotel that weekend. Perks of getting married in the spring. I almost want to leave my number for people to call and ask any questions. All wedding venues in the area are pretty much priced the same. I promise you 1000X over Eaglewood should be at the top of your list.

We had THE BEST experience working with Eaglewood Resort for our wedding. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception here and Eileen and her team truly made it a seamless experience. Eileen gives the most positive and genuine vibe and is so organized and helpful from the start to end of the wedding planning process. The venue is also so beautiful!

This venue is everything you could need! From the beautiful ballroom(s) to the attached hotel, everything is in one place. Not only that, but the staff is amazing. Eileen and her team work with you to make sure you have all of your needs met; they are amazingly responsive to emails. The food is also amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had the most amazing experience with Eaglewood Resort and Spa! Our first venue cancelled on us and it was a blessing in disguise because we were able to end up here. From Friday-Sunday everything went so smooth! We had our rehearsal Friday where Eileen and our day of coordinator both attended and made sure everything was set for the following day. Then we have our rehearsal dinner downstairs at the bar with the Italian dinner package and the food was phenomenal. The getting ready room for the bride and her party was huge and our hair stylist/makeup artist loved the setup. They both said it was one of the nicer setups they have had before and loved how spacious the room was. The natural light is also a wonderful bonus in the room with the floor to ceiling windows. Our ceremony was in the RedOak Ballroom and then turned that into the reception and it was everything we had hoped for. We had 220 people and could have fit more if we needed to so space was not an issue. We had so many of our guests coming up and completing the food and how amazing it was, many guest said that out of all the weddings they have been to the food at ours was by far the best they have had, which we would agree with! The breakfast voucher option we did for our farewell breakfast was perfect and such a big selection of food for everyone. Eileen was great and we cant recommend this venue enough for anyone else! It is worth the money we had the smoothest and stress free day! Thank you to all who made the day so perfect for us!

We had our wedding rehearsal, ceremony, & reception at Eaglewood Resort. The commutation during the planning process was great. It was very nice and that there was so many rehearsal dinner menu options. Our ceremony & reception were flawless. On the day of, the resorts staff wasn’t very helpful. Luckily we had a wedding day coordinator that we hired that took care of everything for us! After our wedding some of florals and decor were misplaced. Our friend used to work there and found everything for us. Besides that, it was a great experience. Everyone raves about how good the food was & how nice the hotel rooms were.

We chose Eaglewood for our wedding reception on 07/24/2021. It was a beautiful venue. We had the Pavilion and it was absolutely gorgeous. The food was incredible and the staff was extremely helpful. Eileen Miller was such a pleasure to deal with and very helpful throughout the entire planning process and up through that day. We would definitely recommend Eaglewood for your wedding or special event! :)

We had a fantastic ceremony and reception at Eaglewood! Their event coordinator, Eileen Miller, was a dream to work with and made our experience even better. She helped us through every step of the process - from doing a virtual tour of the grounds to helping us move our ceremony inside due to weather. She was always able to answer our questions and was quick to respond. We highly recommend working with her! Our wedding ceremony and reception were both in the Red Oak Ballroom, which is spacious and beautiful. The room also had a reception hall and outdoor patio for our guests to use. There was plenty of space for dancing and socializing throughout the evening. Our guests also had a wonderful time at our reception and absolutely raved about the food. Everything from the cocktail appetizers to the plated dinner was phenomenal. The wedding package also included a stay in the junior suite. The room was beautiful and was a great place for the groomsmen to get ready in. It even had a balcony overlooking the golf course. We highly recommend this venue.

We are so happy that we chose Eaglewood. They are a one stop shop, which is exactly what we wanted. We worked with Robb, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable every step of the way. Our wedding went exactly as planned, he didn't miss a thing. He was also super easy to communicate with. All of the other resort staff we worked with were also very friendly and professional. The ballroom we used fit our 100 guest count perfectly. When we initially toured the venue, they have multiple rooms that accommodate different guest sizes so they can host just about any size wedding comfortably. Eaglewood was a perfect and beautiful spot to host our event, and a fair price too! I would highly recommend Eaglewood for any wedding.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I can’t thank Eileen enough for helping us with all the planning along the way! She was very organized and helpful with all the questions we had. The venue itself was beautiful and was just what we were looking for! The day of the wedding, the staff did a phenomenal job working the reception. We are so happy how incredible everything turned out! We thought the food was amazing and we got so many compliments from our guests too! Eaglewood resort and spa was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding!! I knew I wanted an all in one venue, ceremony, reception, and lodging all in one, and Eaglewood was the perfect place. Robb was our main point of contact, his communication was amazing, fast, and professional. He answered all of my questions, made sure I had all of the exact details I wanted, and made sure the day went so smooth. All of the staff at Eaglewood was so nice and friendly, it truly is a resort hidden in the Chicago suburbs. The food selection was outstanding and delicious, we received so many compliments. Robb also made sure to let me know everything that was gluten free!! And walking to our penthouse suite after the wedding was the best after such a long day, and we had a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us! They also made sure the suite was spotless when we came back to our room. We enjoyed it so much was stayed for 2 extra nights after the wedding and cannot wait to return for our one year anniversary.

EILEEN MILLER IS THE MOST AMAZING WEDDING COORDINATOR EVER! I can’t say enough good things about Eaglewood. We had our rehearsal dinner and our reception here. They were professional, hardworking, and made our day perfect. The food was also out of this world good! Definitely book this as your venue! Worth every penny!

My daughter just had her wedding at Eaglewood. I could not have asked for anything better. Accomodations were great, food delicious, and service excellent. Eileen was the coordinator and she took care of everything. It was difficult balancing things with covid but Eileen handled it while keeping my daughter calm. She always responded quickly with any questions. The setting was beautiful and the wedding went perfectly. We had rehearsal dinner, wedding, and Sunday breakfast there for our guests that stayed. It's a great place to have a wedding.

We couldn’t be happier with Eaglewood! Eileen was our event coordinator and went above and beyond our expectations. They were amazing at making adjustments to our reception and cocktail locations as we still wanted to have our wedding at this time. Eaglewood moved our reception to a bigger space due to COVID and spaced out the guests and tables so all felt comfortable. We had our ceremony outside with the golf course as our back drop! They worked with our outside vendors so that everything went smoothly the day of! We cannot wait to go back and celebrate our 1 year anniversary there!

Eaglewood Resort and Spa was the best place to have our wedding accommodations at. All of the staff are phenomenal to work with and treat their guests like royalty. Laurie, Kristine, and Sylvester were amazing to have they made sure that all of our visions within our accommodations and wedding prep were fulfilled. Laurie went above and beyond to oversee everything and ensure that is was a seamless day without any concerns. I highly recommend this location for all your wedding accommodation needs!

I recently held my wedding at Eaglewood and have nothing but great things to say! I worked with Lori from the property and she was beyond accommodating, quick to provide responses and extremely helpful. The resort is absolutely beautiful and spacious. There are multiple/restaurants and bars on the property. The rooms were all very nice and offered at a VERY reasonable rate for the wedding room block. The staff that worked the actual wedding and reception were great and on top of everything. I did not have to worry about one single thing! The food offered was also great and we have received some many compliments from our guests.

We had both our ceremony and reception and Eaglewood. We worked with Lori through all of our planning. She was responsive, flexible, and so easy to talk with! The food and service at the reception was exceptional. We received so many compliments on it. Eaglewood ultimately made our wedding spectacular. If we could do it all over again, we'd choose Eaglewood over and over!

Absolutely wonderful venue for a one-stop wedding. Guests parked there cars and enjoyed the evening from wedding to breakfast. Staff is great and food oh so delicious. Had nothing but compliments!

We were very happy to have our wedding at Eaglewood in October! We were looking for a venue that could accommodate our ceremony, cocktail hour, and our reception in one location, and Eaglewood was the perfect place for all of it! It was a bonus that our out of town guests had a place to stay right upstairs, with the hotel being part of the resort. There were a few things that were sub-par in our experience, and Eaglewood was very responsive and compensated us for those things. Lori helped us with all of the planning, and gave us space to store decorations the week of the wedding. She was able to get us a rehearsal space the night before, and helped my mom plan a brunch the day after the wedding as well. The staff at our reception was fantastic, and our guests were super impressed with the hors d'oeuvres. Overall, it was a great venue for our wedding.

Lori Alanis was our go to for all of our planning, tastings and organization for our wedding reception. Mid planning our original planner had found another job with a different hotel but Lori stepped right in without missing a beat. She made sure our wedding was a dream come true. Lori took charge to make sure all the necessary items were in place for the night of our wedding and would send out periodic emails to give us ideas on how to get things organized in the easiest way. She was beyond accommodating for us, as well as our guests who stayed in the hotel. Eaglewood’s grounds are beautiful and the outdoor pavilion we had our reception in was amazing. If you want a beautiful reception at an affordable price, then give Eaglewood a chance. You won’t regret it. You’ll be able to have that destination wedding feeling without having to travel

We really couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Everything went off without a hitch, and we owe it all to the staff. Lori Laporte helped us plan for the wedding, and was always easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Any small issue we ever had, or help we needed, she was there for us. She even was there the day of our wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. Our reception was outstanding as well! The food was even more delicious than we remembered. Our guests were thrilled with their meals, as well as the venue itself. Everything was set up beautifully, as I had provided a candy bar and other decor, and the staff displayed perfectly. The banquet manager went above and beyond for us and the serving staff was kind and helpful as well. Our photographer took amazing pictures thanks to all the photo op spaces around the venue, from inside to outside. We came back to our bridal suite to champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and even a slice of our wedding cake from the staff. It was so kind of the staff to make us feel so special. I can't say enough good things about this venue and it's staff. I'm going to push my company to have business meetings here and plan on staying at the resort again soon! My husband and I truly did have the best day ever, and we owe it all to Eaglewood Resort and Spa!

We got married on the gold course, cocktail hour on the terrace and reception in the tent. We cannot say enough good things about Eaglewood & Lori and her staff. The day went on so perfect and we would not have changed a thing. Lori was so helpful during the process and super quick to respond to anything we needed. She was there day of to help calm any nerves we had & her day of staff is fantastic. The banquet manager and her team took top notch care of us, in a way I never expected. Thank you again Lori and your entire Eaglewood staff!

Eaglewood was our venue for our wedding on 8/18/18. and I would highly recommend it! All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. Lori is very responsive and organized and worked with us throughout all stages of planning process. Everything went smooth on our wedding day and we could not have asked for anything better! It is so fun to have all of your guests hanging out in the lobby and bar in between the ceremony and the reception, and then have them stay overnight and see them again for breakfast in the morning. We were a little worried about how 300 people were going to fit in the Red Oak Ballroom, but it turned out so great and did not feel crowded at all. At the end of the night, we wanted to keep dancing, and the event manager let us keep the party going well after (like atleast 30 minutes) it was offically over. Thank you Eaglewood! We can't wait to come back for our Anniversary celebration!

We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Eaglewood. We liked the idea of having all events for the wedding in one central location. Our ceremony was on the golf course. The golf course was well maintained, so the backdrop of our wedding was beautiful. The staff set up a table in the front for our unity ceremony and tables in the back for our DJ and programs. Our cocktail hour was on the Wisteria Terrace. The guests seems to enjoy cocktail hour, all the delicious appetizers, and watching us on the golf course as we took our photos. Our reception was located at the Pavilion. We absolutely loved the Pavilion. Our original wedding coordinator was Rob, but after not hearing back from him, we reached out he had left Eaglewood. Lori became our event coordinator. She was very helpful during our food tastings, all the emails back and forth with questions. The week before the wedding, she let us know that she was going on vacation during our wedding, so another coordinator (another Lori) became our wedding day coordinator. Lori was also very very helpful during our rehearsal and on wedding day. We had an absolute blast on our wedding day, and would definitely recommend Eagelwood Resort & Spa.

Our wedding was the most perfect day ever thanks to Lori LaPorte and the wonderful staff at Eaglewood Resort and Spa. The venue was absolutely beautiful. Lori made planning each and every detail of our wedding so incredibly easy. With her many years of experience, she was able to provide us with great ideas for flow and to ensure our day ran so smoothly. Lori was so quick to respond to all of my many emails. She went above and beyond to ensure all of our requests were made possible. The food at Eaglewood was out of this world. The appetizers were so delicious and unique! The salad was beautifully presented. And the entrees were exquisite and cooked perfectly. The venue was very flexible in regards to when our other vendors needed to set up and assisted when needed. We also had a room block through the resort and that was very easy to set up and add rooms to. We couldn't be more pleased with Eaglewood Resort and highly recommend this venue for weddings!

We booked our wedding at Eaglewood 16 months before we got married. We took a tour of the multiple spaces and decided on the outdoor pavilion due to having 150 guests. This space was large and beautiful, and also well air conditioned on a 95 degree day. We were walked through every step of the process over the next year and a half. Despite staffing changes, we were still able to get our questions answered and feel confident that everything was being taken care of. At our tasting, we were able to enjoy a full meal for four people and discuss the many meal options for our guests. Eaglewood was able to accommodate our changes to their typical packages (we got rid of the soup course) as well as allergies from guests. On the wedding day, there were three different events taking place. However, our coordinator was only working with our event, and was highly aware of our specific wedding needs. In addition, our coordinator worked with the mother of the bride and bridesmaids and decided to move the cocktail hour inside. This allowed for guests to avoid the extreme heat and still enjoy their appetizers and drinks. Eaglewood worked directly with our outside vendors (DJ, florist) and we did not have to act as a middleman. Everything was set up in the reception space just as we had envisioned it. At the end of the night, our dinner leftovers were placed in our hotel room fridge (the hotel room was included with the wedding package). In addition, our coordinator left some champagne, wedding cake, and chocolate covered strawberries. These treats were much appreciated, especially since the hotel rooms are quite a walk from the pavillion. We had a fantastic night, and the wedding guests were overjoyed with the beautiful space, golf course views, and hospitality of all the staff.

I'll start with the positives - the Pavilion is stunning, and the food is fantastic! Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone for their wedding. To start with, one of the biggest deciding factors for choosing this venue was the event coordinator we met with, Robb. We thought we would be in good hands with him, he really seemed to be on top of things and we felt comfortable with him. Turns out, he quit soon after we booked and was replaced with Lori. My first impression of her was not great - I had emailed Robb asking when the food tasting would be set up since he had told us that someone would reach out to us about 4 months prior to our wedding date and it was past that time; Lori responded by telling me that she had seen the last names on our file and assumed we were having our food catered from outside, which was not only offensive as she racially profiled us but also completely unprofessional, because that means she didn't even bother opening up the file and glancing at the contract before responding to my email. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled but after an urgent meeting with her, I was somewhat comforted by the fact that she boasted her 35+ years experience in the wedding industry for another venue. I went through ALL the details I wanted with her; all the things I had previously discussed with Robb, and things that he had kindly added to the contract prior to his departure. Over the course of the next few months, things continued to be dropped, forgotten, misunderstood & mishandled by Lori. Each time she would try to rectify the situation and attempt to make things better by sweet-talking her way out of the mess, but she would continue to drop things we discussed.. Including: 1.) I must have communicated with her at least 5 or 6 times that we were forgoing the cocktail hour for a Sweets table, and when we were given the final Banquet Order 2 weeks prior to the wedding, the Sweets table was still nowhere to be found. 2.) They do not provide a bridal suite to get ready in, but they do provide a room for the wedding night, which I was told by Robb I would be able to get ready in the day of the wedding but Lori said I could only check in at 3pm - my wedding was at 6pm, and I needed to be ready by 2pm, so we paid for an extra night to be able to use the room from the morning. 3.) She assured us that the room would be cleaned and put back in order by the time we came back to it after the wedding; that was not what happened. After a long day, we came back to an untidy room and had to call the front desk to ask for housekeeping and waited out in the balcony while they cleaned the room after midnight. 4.) After providing the final count, she emailed us the final invoice, which had handwritten calculations on it, and was completely off - she had added an amount instead of subtracting it, which almost doubled our final payment amount. Thankfully we double checked her calculations and caught the mistake before paying. 5.) We told her that both sides of the family would like to have breakfast there the next morning - we asked if we needed a reservation and what time we could get there; she told us no reservation was needed and to go around 9-9:30. When we went down around 9:30 we were told the buffet had closed, but the staff did end up seating us after explaining to them what Lori said. There were other incidents that happened but I can't write it all. Do not book this venue.

Let me just start by saying that while working wth Eaglewood, I always felt as if my questions and concerns were as important to Robb (venue coordinator) as they were to me. He was so kind, patient, informative and helpful in the nearly two years from the day we booked Eaglewood to the day of our wedding. On the day of our wedding, the entire staff was kind and attentive. The venue itself is beyond beautiful Pictures and tours don't compare to what it looked like on our wedding day. Our reception was held in the pavilion and it was perfect (ceremony off-site). I wasn't able to give the venue 5 stars for two reasons. The first was the cake. Eaglewood hosts multiple events a weekend and there was another wedding the same night as ours. Our cake got switched with theirs. After communicating with both the bakery and with Robb, it was determined that the bakery and the employee who delivered the cakes were not at fault. An Eaglewood employee put the cakes in the wrong rooms. Unfortunately, by the time I realized the problem, it was too late to switch them back. A few days later when the problem was brought up to Robb, he promptly offered suggestions to rectify the problem, going as far as to offer to have OUR cake remade and have a photographer brought in to capture it. My husband and I elected to just receive a refund for the cake and the topper that went missing. The second issue was with some of the entrees. For some reason not enough chicken dishes were prepared and some of our guests had to wait until after the desert was served to be given their entrees. I'm still not sure exactly what happened there. Overall, I would recommend this venue. While the mistakes made shouldn't have occurred, they went through great lengths to make them right with us. And we respect that.

We had a fantastic wedding at Eaglewood Resort. They have a great team there including our main contact (Robb) who made sure we had the kind of special experience we were looking for. We were planning our wedding from out of state and we handled just about everything by phone and email. They even made special arrangements to fit us into their schedule when we were only in town for 2 days. If there is something you really want just ask them. They did everything possible to accommodate us. We wanted to make it easy for our out-of-town guests so we decided to have everything at the hotel. We even did the rehearsal dinner at the bowling alley on the property and had a nice relaxing time. The next day we had the ceremony on the golf course and went right into cocktail hour and the reception. Easy for guests since no one had to drive or take any shuttles. Our guest gave us nothing but compliments. They were especially pleased with the dinner. Eaglewood makes things very easy for you and all of our vendors liked working with them as well. We'll be back to celebrate our honeymoon!

There are not words for how amazing this venue is! We had originally booked Indian Lakes, not even knowing that Eaglewood existed. Then less than a year out, Indian Lakes informed us that they would be closing and we couldn't have our wedding there. We by some miracle found Eaglewood, which was a million times better anyway, and I literally cried the day we booked out of complete and utter happiness. Rob was amazing helping us with ANYTHING we needed, the whole staff was extremely accommodating, as well. IMy husband and I shared the most beautiful penthouse suite and all of our guests loved their rooms. The little shop downstairs was amazing for coffee in the morning (and they have almond milk!) as well as snacks the night before. Brunch the day after was on site and wonderful! We got married outdoors on June 3rd, had our cocktail hour on the Wisteria Terrace, and our reception was held in the pavilion (which is their air conditioned/heated tent area that also has a balcony). Everything was absolutely perfect down to the last detail. People even said the food was better than at my brother's wedding, which was in the Signature Room in Chicago.. so you know that Eaglewood puts their all into it! My dad was able to golf in the morning before the wedding to calm his nerves, which was very helpful. They even allowed us to have a conference room for snacks/water/our guestbook between the ceremony and cocktail hour! I recommend Eaglewood 110%, and can't wait to spend our anniversary there!

Very disappointed ..we had our daughters wedding there last fall . I would not recommend. There were too many events going on at the same time. People were cutting thru our wedding and going to our open bar . Expensive things that were purchased for the wedding that were meant to be keepsakes were stolen , such as cake knife from Bldh and velvet pumpkins . We even hired a wedding planner on our own that was there till the end. This was told to the person we worked with and nothing was done For the amount that was spent do not suggest having wedding here.

Eaglewood Resort & Spa made our wedding day on 8/12/17 EXQUISITE! From the beginning stages of planning to the final touches on our wedding weekend, we cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. The wedding planning team responded to all of our questions and concerns promptly throughout the months of planning. They guided us when we needed recommendations or suggestions. They went above and beyond to treat us like royalty on the big day! It was an amazing weekend and we couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out. Thanks to everyone at Eaglewood for an amazing event! People are still talking about it!

We would definitely recommend Eaglewood as a wedding venue. Not only is it beautiful but the staff was very polite and accommodating. Robb is also great in helping plan all the details for the big day. We used the pavilion for our 6/30 wedding and it ended up looking absolutely beautiful!

My experience of having my wedding at Eaglewood could not have been better! My ceremony was on the golf course followed by cocktail hour on the upstairs outdoor terrace and the reception in the tented pavillion. Everything was so beautiful and our guests can't stop raving about how AMAZING the food was! Every staff member we encountered was attentive, professional, and made sure they went above and beyond to make my day perfect. We worked with Michelle and couldn't have been happier with her from the start. I referred to her as my fairy god mother since anything I wanted or any question I asked got taken care of immediately. Everything about my wedding day ran smoothly and was completely perfect. I couldn't be happier with my choice of using Eaglewood!

We were very happy with our choice of Eaglewood for our ceremony and reception. It was wonderful having everything take place in on spot! Loved working with Michelle, she was very responsive and always willing to help answer my hundreds of questions. It would be nice if they had gotten ahead a bit on some of the questions with some information ahead of time explaining some common items like what exactly they provide and how things will be set up, taken down, choices you need to make, etc. instead of having to figure it all out along the way. Everything went pretty well the day of the wedding. Some weather issues caused us some problems - but I would say Eaglewood (Michelle in particular) handled it all with grace. Beautiful resort and space to get married! If we had been able to do our ceremony outdoors as planned it would have been gorgeous (can't control the weather though!) The service throughout the night was wonderful - and the food was great, and that is something I will not say about most weddings I have attended. We also took advantage of Keglers - the bowling alley and bar on site and hosted our rehearsal dinner there. So much fun!

I can't even begin to tell you how much we appreciate everything you did for Allison and Chris' beautiful wedding. It was just perfect! Eaglewood was the perfect place to have our wedding, and everyone there went above and beyond to make everything amazing. Everyone of the staff there was kind, friendly, helpful, on the ball, and made sure that we were well taken care of and that our day was a great one. I absolutely cannot say enough about our experience, and the food was amazing!!! Michelle, you answered every question and email and phone call along the way quickly and thoroughly, and we just loved having your help and guidance through it all. Our guests have been sending us messages every day since the wedding, telling us how wonderful everything was, and we couldn't agree more. Thank you so very much for all you did for us. Eaglewood was absolutely the perfect wedding venue.

We truly can't say enough amazing things about Eaglewood. From day one, Michelle Mazza was extremely helpful in the planning process of hosting our reception in the Red Oak Ballroom. During the last month of wedding planning, michelle would answer our emails within a day and helped answer all of our questions in a professional manner. It is obvious she enjoys her work and is very knowledgeable. We had 300 guests and got so many compliments on the food which we were so happy about! The ballroom was the perfect size for our number and it did not feel crowded at all. The banquet and hotel staff were wonderful as well. Eaglewood truly helped make our reception a night we will never forget. We would highly recommend their venue/ammenaties for any event!!

They did a great job, everything was wonderfully set up. The food was amazing, everyone loved the food. Everyone we worked with was so nice.

Our wedding at Eaglewood was amazing! Michelle, our coordinator, was so helpful and made sure we had everything we wanted for our day. We had our ceremony on site and the transition from the ceremony to setting up for the reception was seamless. Our favorit part was the food! We had a private tasting with Michelle prior to the wedding and got to try everything from the appetizers to the wine. Our guests were really impressed with their meal and presentation. The ballroom was a great space for our reception. The bridal suite is perfect for getting ready the day of. There was plenty of room for my bridesmaids and other family to be in the room while we got ready. The guest rooms were also very nice and convenient if you have out of town guests. There is nothing we would have changed about our wedding day!

The wedding of our daughter was a wonderful beautiful day. It was all brought about by the wonderful people at Eaglewood. From the very beginning of the planning they were professional and put all our wants into the ceremony and reception. I love the attention to every detail. We could not of been happier. Thank you so much for making my daughters dream wedding come true!

Our wedding was the absolute best! Our coordinator Robb was so helpful throughout the process and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The staff and service can't be beat. We had quite a bit of decorations and special items to be set up and the staff did it better than I could have imagined. We also had so many compliments from our guests about how accommodating they were. Above all, the food is fantastic! We chose to have our wedding here based on two prior weddings we had been to because we loved the food so much. The roasted red pepper soup and Caesar salad in a Parmesen cup are EVERYTHING. We will continue to refer friends and family members to Eaglewood because they exceeded our expectations.

AMAZING VENUE!! My husband and I can't say enough great things about Eaglewood. From day one, Robb and Lori made us feel incredibly comfortable and prepared for our day. They went out of their way to make sure we were worry free. While searching for the perfect place, we kept running into the problem of having to have SO many different vendors. With Eaglewood, almost everything was in-house and you definitely get more than what you pay for. Plus, for the entire weekend, you never have to leave the property because everything and anything you need is at the resort. Make sure you visit this location in person because yes, the pictures are beautiful but it's even more stunning in person.

Can I give them 10 stars?? In love with Eaglewood Resort and Spa!!! All wedding events were held onsite; Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Day Hair and Make-up, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception and hotel rooms. Several guests commented on the ease of having all events in one place! I can not say enough amazing things about Michelle Mazza, our event coordinator on site. She is absolutely a pleasure to work with. Fast responses to questions, walks through all the details (either big or small), gets to know you on a personal level, and the list goes on and on. She was a huge part in making our experience at Eaglewood one we will remember forever and we will definitely be back in the future!! Everyone at Eaglewood made us feel special; even the Bell Hop! It seemed like everyone knew who we were; which was a nice, unexpected touch. Eaglewood Resort and Spa truly made our dreams come true, and I would recommend their services to anyone that asks!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Eaglewood was perfect. It has everything you could ask for in a venue. Beautiful setting, great service, delicious food and everything connected! Michelle was our coordinator for the event and she was an angel. We had so many questions and she always answered promptly and professionally. Our guests raved about the food and they loved the champagne parade. Overall, it was an absolutely perfect wedding and we can't thank Eaglewood enough for all of their help.

We got married at my family parish and had our reception at Eaglewood Resort. We also used them for our accommodations, and we can't say enough about how beautiful the venue was! We were lucky to work with Robb Rybicki and he was fantastic. He always got back to us quickly and was eager to help us when we needed some advice. The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful to guests as well. We had a large room block there and the hotel was a perfect size for our larger group. The food for our reception was also excellent, we got so many compliments on the venue overall that day. We would recommend Eaglewood to anyone who is looking for a nicer hotel venue in the suburbs!

Eaglewood held our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and hotel all in one. The food was AMAZING! Michelle Mazza, our coordinator onsite was amazing! I will say that not having a wedding planner and doing it all myself made for a few missed pieces falling into place, but they did a great job from start to finish. Honestly, you hear about these scary things that happen or missing pieces and they were just so on top of it. 5 stars for the food, views, ceremony, and the fact that I could bring our families together was amazing! My entire family and his dad's side were all coming in from out of town. The location is easy to find and right off the highway and close to O'Hare airport so a taxi isn't too expensive nor is the traffic terrible if you want to rent a car. They were incredibly flexible with our requests and did everything we needed to ensure a great day. There was even another big meeting event going on that day and we felt like the center of attention.

AWESOME! My husband and I just got married here on June 19th and we couldn't be happier! Everything was perfect! Our event coordinator, Michelle, was extremely organized and helpful and made sure that our special day was everything we dreamed it would be. We decided to do some of the flower arrangements ourselves, so she set us up with a room in which to work and store our creations. It was totally unnecessary to have an outside wedding planner. Michelle made sure that everything was covered and that our event ran smoothly. The food and service at our cocktail hour and reception was excellent! We received an abundance of compliments on both. Our cake, through Oak Mill Bakery in Arlington Heights, was also delicious and looked great! We were lucky to have a beautiful day on which to hold our outdoor ceremony, but if it had been necessary to hold it indoors, I'm confident that the staff at Eaglewood would have made the tented pavilion look just as wonderful. I can't wait to see our pictures, taken throughout the gorgeous grounds of the golf course. Overnight guests commented on how stylish and comfortable the newly renovated rooms are and we loved our complimentary penthouse suite! Thank you, Eaglewood, for making the wedding planning process fun and stress-free and for helping to make our special day everything we've dreamed of!

Wonderful Venue! My husband and I were married on Jan 3, 2015 at the Eaglewood Resort. We had a great experience and highly recommend this resort, especially working with Robb. We had a very small wedding but we were still treated as if we did have a large wedding. We loved working with Robb. He was so professional, had a very pleasant personality, always responded to my questions quickly, and he was very accurate; he never forgot any details. The banquet room was set up beautifully, the linens were beautiful, and the staff was attentive. Our suite was beautiful. The food was fabulous and had a great time at the tasting with Robb. The baker they work with gave us a beautiful tasty cake. We saved money on the wedding by having a small wedding in winter time and the price was reasonable at the resort. We visited other venues but everyone else wanted to place us in unattractive small conference rooms, but the Eaglewood gave us a large beautiful banquet room. Thank you to the Eaglewood and Robb for making our day so wonderful!

In searching for a ceremony and reception location for our 350 guest wedding in March 2014, I visited about 20 different locations. As brides in my situation know, its not easy finding a large venue in the Chicagoland area with reasonable prices and a gorgeous atmosphere. But, the Eaglewood really has all of that. From the first day I went to visit the Eaglewood, I fell in love with it. It is such a warm, inviting, and beautiful location. I didn't think I could find that type of place away from my Rocky Mountain homeland. And that's exactly what I wanted for my wedding. The staff, and in particular, Robb Rybicki, were just fantastic. Robb made the entire planning process seamless and I knew I could trust him for all of the details on the big day. He also made our tasting such an enjoyable experience that my parents and in-laws keep talking about what an amazing, accommodating place the Eaglewood was. The food also turned out amazing, even with a buffet and for such a large crowd. I'd recommend this venue to anyone, for any wedding, large or small.
