Not only is Beth the best wedding planner out there, she’s also the kindest person who will work so hard for you! Our big wedding fell victim to COVID restrictions and she was amazing through all the ups and downs. Our plans changed to a small, intimate gathering and Beth easily adjusted and made the whole process so easy for us. Can’t say enough nice things about Beth and her crew!
Elizabeth Anne Hogan (EAH) Wedding Planner is the best wedding planner! Beth, the owner and head wedding planner is a true professional with amazing organizational and creative skills. In addition she is very personable and reassuring.
My daughter's wedding was scheduled for July 2020. With the recent COVID-19 Pandemic the wedding was downsized and adjusted. Numerous vendors had to be contacted in order to have the downsized wedding this year and an Anniversary celebration next year in 2021.
Beth knew exactly how to handle each detail with the various vendors and schedule adjustments. She contacted the vendors by Email and phone and also insisted on new contracts. No stone was left unturned by Beth.
We had a very memorable and special wedding day in July 2020. We are looking forward to the Anniversary celebration in July 2021 when all of the invited guests will be able to share in the joy and happiness of our daughter and son in law's marriage.

Beth was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process! Beth was the first vendor we hired after we were engaged in 2018. Due to the "moving pieces" of our wedding: many out of town guests, bus transportation to and from our church, church ceremony, and set up for a reception at the hotel we knew we needed a coordinator. Coordinators are the best investment you can make as a couple so you do not have to worry about the details..but Beth goes above and beyond!
Beth was always checking in with me and my fiancé making vendor recommendations, and being the liaison between the vendors and us. She is a rockstar when making the connections and putting the couple first. Beth had our budget and vision in mind, and her vendors were honest, reliable, and had a true respect for Beth and her work. They always would comment on "how wonderful she is".
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit Boston in mid-March Beth, my mom, my fiancé, and I were starting to create our seating chart for our July 2020 wedding. On our check in call, she knew she also had to help us execute plan B with the current pandemic and our downtown Boston wedding. You could hear it in her voice that she wanted our vision to come to life but knew the reality of the global pandemic. Beth was realistic, positive, and always had our best interest and vision in mind during this plan A and plan B process. Beth was encouraging when we decided that we still wanted to be married, yet have a celebration next year.
Beth was our advocate for our wedding changes in plans and she made the process as seamless as possible. She was the contact with our vendors and hotel to make sure we got all of our services we paid for for 2020. Beth then organized a full chart with all the vendors that would be available for our large wedding celebration in 2021. Beth was a miracle worker in working with contracts, and next steps. Beth was able to work with all our vendors so they could perform their services in 2021 on our new selected date- we could have never don't this without her! Then she reviewed line by line on every contract, and negotiated when need be due to the pandemic. She was the first one to advocate for us and this was a true measurement of her as a person and a business. I was so happy that she had everything covered, so we did not have to deal with the postponment details. She is an expert in the field and we were so lucky that she had the professionalism and knack to work with vendors in their clauses/ postponement contracts.
Even though our wedding was not how we planned, she had us at ease and made our rescheduling seamless. My mom, my fiancé and I always keep saying "thank god for Beth" and it is very true. I would never know how to navigate the pandemic wedding worth without her. Beth is still our primary contact for our "micro wedding" even though we are limited on guests, she is working behind the scenes to make sure our big day is a success. She is also in the process of creating our big celebration wedding renewal for next year. Sure, it wasn't how we planned, but without Beth would be so lost. We can’t wait to celebrate two times!

Beth is simply amazing. I am a fellow wedding planner and I know I needed someone to take care of me on the day. She was the first person I turned to and thought of. I knew I could trust her to take my carefully planned day and ensure that everything went perfect. Honestly, I know I owe it all to her. Beth was an incredibly organized and knowledgeable planner. As a couple that was very busy with non-wedding activities it was essential to have someone who could make sure everything was coming together. Beth went above and beyond in the weeks before our wedding to make everything perfect.
All the warnings that I wouldn't get to enjoy my own wedding were totally wrong. We got to eat, talk to everyone, and felt completely stress free all day. We owe that to all the work Beth did to keep the day going seamlessly.
Beth is truly an incredible person and coordinator. She fully invests in making your day perfect and will always have your best interests at heart. We had an outdoor cocktail hour and reception, which immediately got flipped on it side when a lightening storm blew through during the cocktail hour.
Beth could not have handled it better -- she jumped into action, moving EVERYTHING from the outside indoors and made it absolutely beautiful. She kept us calm and happy the whole time, was completely in control, and kept the evening flowing perfectly.
I'm telling you, Beth treats your wedding like it's her own. She will make sure it is the perfect day you hope for. I cannot say enough nice things about Beth!! BOOK HER!!!
Beth was AMAZING! From the very first phone call, I knew she was a great match for us. Her energy & humor made us feel super comfortable and certain she was a good choice! We were looking for someone to help us with "day of" coordination, running the rehearsal, and vendor recommendations and she delivered above & beyond. She knew of so many different vendors, had great ideas for saving money in areas of our budget, and was always so encouraging and excited. We hired her 8-9 months out from our wedding date and she was in contact with us that entire period, set up multiple planning meetings with us, and was in contact the entire month of our wedding - not just the day of. Beth thinks of every detail, is always incredibly prepared, and level headed. She is professional and knows her craft, but so warm and friendly. All of our friends and families LOVED her and couldn't say enough about how helpful & on top of things she was during the rehearsal and day of. She made sure we were always on time, every decoration was exactly how we imagined it, and took care of not only Micah and I, but got to know our "people" as well. Truly, I can't say enough about how much we love and appreciate Beth. I can't imagine how the day would have gone without her! We didn't have to worry about a single thing, but enjoying the day and each other. BEST money we spent, hands down... according to us AND our parents! Hire her, you won't regret it! :)
I couldn’t be more pleased with the services EAH Events provided for our wedding! I hired EAH as our day-of-coordinator, and worked with Beth and Tia in the last month or so leading up to our wedding. Beth was so flexible with correspondences, be it over the phone after work hours, in person, via email, you name it. She knew my vision, and helped me to realize it. I went for a DIY wedding, but if I didn’t have Beth there to walk me through ALL the small details I had never considered, or to give advice when I didn’t know how to proceed, it would have been a disaster. She has such a wealth of knowledge from all of her experience, and was able to solve all of the small problems I encountered along the way, while personalizing it to stay within my vision.
I spent a year and a half planning for an outdoor Fall wedding at the Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm in Newbury, MA...of course, on the day of our wedding a massive Nor’easter hit, and we didn’t have a plan B aside from our reception tent. Tia arrived a few hours before the wedding, assuaging my stress, putting together the things I didn’t have time to with the storm, and running back and forth in the rain and hurricane-force winds all afternoon and evening. She even held an umbrella over me and my dad as we were *running* into the ceremony. The wind was so intense that I’m pretty sure she was using most of her strength just to hold that umbrella over us! Tia ultimately made the decision to evacuate the guests for everyone’s safety once dinner started, at which point she helped the caterers bring trays of our buffet piece by piece from tent to classroom. I can’t begin to imagine how our wedding would have gone down if I didn’t have Tia there to save the night: communicating the issues with all of our vendors, keeping guests safe, getting everybody out in an orderly fashion, keeping everything on schedule, and all with a positive attitude. Despite the evacuation, the party continued and our guests had a blast! I highly recommend EAH Events to anyone, because even if you think you can do everything by yourself (like I did), there is still probably a lot you are missing, and those details are the last thing you need to concern yourself with on the day of your wedding. Plus, you never know when a giant storm is going to arrive and blow away everything you had planned for!
You will NOT regret choosing EAH Events! Beth is so organized, on top of everything, flexible and an instant best friend to have with you on your wedding day. She thought of everything that never crossed my mind and dealt with things behind the scenes to make sure it never bubbled up to become a stressor. She was professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot stress enough how helpful having her was and how different my day would have been without her. HIGHLY recommend EAH Events.
We hired Beth knowing we would need some day of help. Well let me tell you this, she was more than just day of help. She was an instant friend and can she organize one heck of a wedding. I had a billion questions throughout the planning process and she was always there, quick to respond and help me with some of the visions. Day of, she took charge, got us to where we needed to be, on time. Weather failed us, so she was quick on her toes to go to the rain plan. Issues with missing flowers, she fixed it and got the flowers there. DJ issues, she regulated. The set up of each and every table, each and every knack, was exactly as we visioned and discussed. Every single thing that popped up, she took care of so my (now) husband and I could enjoy the day and night. Thank you Beth for all you did, it would not have been the same without you (not even close!). You are amazing. THANK YOU!!!
My friend had hired Beth for her wedding and she highly reccomended her. Well I see why!..I got married on NYE...She was AMAZING!! I am a complete TYPE A personality and wanted everything to go perfect and all of the decorations to be perfect and everyone is still talking about all the details of the wedding. When I was having a breakdown about the bustle on the dress she was right there calming me down and helping. Everyone loved her...she saved the day! If you are considering a wedding planner please choose her! she is worth every penny.
We hired EAH Events to coordinate our September wedding at the Seacoast Science Center, and could not have been happier. Beth was incredibly organized and detail-oriented in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding, reminding us of details we never would have thought of and ensuring that all our vendors would be where we thought they would be. The day of the wedding, it was so nice to know that Beth was worrying about all the small details so we wouldn't have to. Hiring EAH Events was one of the best things we could have done to keep us sane in the months before the wedding and to allow us to relax and enjoy our wedding day.
I recently worked with Beth at a wedding I was photographing. Beth coordinated with all of the vendors before the wedding, and was a dream to work with day-of. She helped me orchestrate the first look and family and bridal party portraits. She was very attentive to the bride and groom but also took care of me and my second shooter. I can't recommend Beth enough!!
Beth is a gem! I can't say enough good things about her. She's so genuinely nice and caring and helped us throw the most beautiful wedding we could have asked for. She's organized and attentive and never misses a detail. She was great at helping take care of the big things (i.e., decorating the venue, coordinating with all vendors, etc.), but she was also more than willing to help with the small details, such as writing the chalkboard signs for the reception when I forgot to, picking up special beers for me for the reception because I couldn't find what I was looking for near my apartment. I absolutely loved working with her and know that our wedding would not have been the same (or run as smoothly) if it wasn't for her help and expertise. If you are looking for a planner, do yourself a favor and hire Beth!! Thank you to Beth for being the best!!
We decided to hire Beth for our wedding after a booking a venue in which we'd have to take care of everything from the catering to the decor. I knew I wouldn't be able to manage it all on my own, and I was so afraid that I'd overlook some crucial detail, so I really wanted to hire someone who would take care of it all, and boy did she exceed my expectations! She is incredibly responsive, full of great suggestions, and she was able to get us discounts on many of our vendors. She really helped me to streamline my thoughts and ideas so that we came up with a cohesive vision for the day. She is so positive and energetic, and anytime I was stressed, I'd give her a call, and she'd have me feeling better in no time. When I arrived at the ceremony and I saw her standing there with her clipboard, I almost cried with relief because I was so happy to see her, hahaha! I was really, really nervous about our venue - we brought in everything from the lighting to furniture, and there was a LOT of work to be done. I was so afraid that my ideas would turn out to be tacky or that the room wouldn't look good, and I had no chance to see it until I arrived at the reception, and I was BLOWN AWAY by what she did. She made it even more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined. We are still receiving compliments a month later. Not only did she do all of the decorating, but she also did all of the hard labor - the woman was on ladders hanging lights, moving tables and chairs, setting tables, etc. On top of all of that, she dealt with last minute fires that came up (like when the parking facility I had paid for mistakenly turned guests away - Beth was ON IT) and cranky relatives who didn't like their seating assignment. Hiring her was THE BEST decision we made in regard to the wedding and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I often joke that I wish I could hire Beth to run everything in my life now! If I ever plan another event, she will be the very first person I call!
I have known Beth for years and as soon as I got engaged I went straight to her! Even just a few months into wedding planning she has been fantastic to work with. She is knowledgeable in the industry and has helped me with etiquette and vendor questions. I still have a few months before getting married and I’m sure she will be there every step of the way. Beth is an amazingly talented wedding planner and a true professional. We hired her as our day-of coordinator for a very much DIY wedding. We were in touch constantly during the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was always so responsive and on top of things - including creating a very detailed timeline and staying in touch with our many vendors. The day was just flawless, thanks to Beth. (I can't believe at one point I considered managing the day myself!) She's the type of person you feel like you've known forever when you meet her - very kind and thoughtful. Having worked with many vendors over the years, it's always a breath of fresh air when I get to work with someone who truly appreciates what they do. I had the pleasure of meeting Beth this past weekend and she was wonderful to work with! She is so in tune with the bride and groom's vision, and she truly makes the impossible happen. Everything she touched was beautiful and perfectly placed, you can tell she knows what she's doing and has an eye for design. Coming from a wedding photographer's point of view, EAH designs was wonderful to work with! The wedding rain very efficiently, and thanks to tactful planning I was able to get all of my photos in and the bride, groom, and guests were able to enjoy their special day. Not to mention Elizabeth is great at communicating with all of the vendors to keep us coordinated. Hope to work with her in the future!

Beth is simply amazing! I reached out to her early in our planning process, looking for help finding a venue. I was hoping she had suggestions I had not come across and/or unique spaces she could recommend. Not only did Beth get back to us immediately, but her recommendations we're just what we were looking for. In addition, Beth provided us with tips, planning worksheets, advice, everything we needed to prepare for the big day, along with the encouragement to feel like this could be the perfect day we wanted. Without Beth, we wouldn't have been able to find our venue or have kicked off this whirlwind of a planning process. She's great at what she does and I'm so grateful we found her!!!
Beth is an amazing wedding planner. Her communication was awesome. The day after our first meeting, she posted a private board on pintrest with color scheme, ideas, and connections. And off we went.
Our wedding was 5/9/15, and everything was perfect. While I was getting ready with my daughter, Beth was very busy with all our decorations. The ceremony was in a tent, so we had to provide our own backdrop, which she set up, tulle, flowers, aisle runner, aisle lanterns, and welcome sign...then into reception area...the seating table was elegant. Roses, baby's breath, silver framed table arrangement, with tapered led candleabra's...I cried! What an incredible job. Could not have done it without her. Thank-you just isn't enough!
