E&P Events

We hired Peter way back in 2019 to help us plan for an April 2020 wedding. He was great in helping find the right vendors to best suit our unique needs and budget. Weeks before the wedding, COVID-19 shut the world down. Peter immediately started working with all of our vendors in rescheduling our wedding to 2021, hoping that this will be over by April 2021. Nope. Covid was still raging and we weren't comfortable yet and postponed it to 2022. With two reschedules, he was able to work quickly with our vendors and help us choose a new venue pretty dang quick. Peter made it a point to check in on us via text or phone call every few weeks or so to see how we were doing. Hw was quick to find a new decorator, even at 100 days before the wedding and thankfully they were available. He responded to emails, texts, and phone calls quickly and was the nicest person to work with. He was very transparent with the whole process and even explaining the logic behind some parts of the wedding and service industries. Him and his team were AMAZING on the wedding day. They made sure we were okay and fed and hydrated. He's been with us for 3 years because of COVID. Being a COVID bride has made this quite the story for us to tell for years. I highly recommend Peter. He's so patient, especially when I was getting nervous about a vendor being somewhat flaky, but he handled every situation with professionalism. Peter and his team are THE BEST!! We have nothing but truly WONDERFUL things to say about E&P Events. Peter was seriously the main vein that held everything together from start to finish. Thanks to him, Essie and their awesome assistants, our day was MAGICAL. He helped with everything from choosing the best vendors that fit our likes and budget to the smoothest execution on the day of! We knew we made the right choice in going with E&P Events from the very start. They are organized, detailed-oriented, attentive, and all-around genuine people who have a passion for making sure the happiest day of your life is pure perfection. Any question we had, big or small, Peter made himself available. He handled any and every situation that came his way. With us being impacted by our original venue going bankrupt, Peter sprung into action by first and foremost letting us know that things are going to be okay and then getting straight to work. Within days he helped us with different options. That meant so much to us. When our wedding day came, he let us see the reception space before our guests went inside. Having that moment was like the cherry on top. It was special, it was unique, and it was above and beyond our expectations. Just thinking about it brings the biggest smile to my face again. We are eternally grateful for all he did for us, and we’ll absolutely be recommending E&P Events to EVERYONE! Side note: They get EXTRA props because they’re based in Alpharetta, GA and we are in Dallas, TX and still they ABSOLTELY came through on everything!!

We hired Peter for day of coordination services our wedding. He and his team of 3 did a great job. We were pleased with their professional, punctuality, and overall assistance in making everything go smoothly. Highly recommend!

Peter is absolutely wonderful to work with. I have been working with him for years and each time has been fabulous. He is knowledgeable in the industry and has a fantastic vendor list to choose from!
