Jill organized a small COVID wedding for my brother and his, now, wife. To say that it was done effortlessly is a complete understatement. As stressful as 2020 was, having an event as elegantly and so perfectly executed was such a blessing. Jill and the team she works with are such loving and amazing people. She made the whole production seem like we, as the party/guests/family had no care in the world on this day. Highly recommend using Jill and her team for all party planning and huge events!

Where to begin with Jill Easley?! She’s a wedding lifesaver. We planned our wedding from the east coast, and decided to have Jill as our day of coordinator as well as our florist. I was easily overwhelmed by all the floral and design details of wedding planning, and early on Jill assured me she would help make sure it was beautiful (she was so right). Five weeks before our wedding I totally changed our color scheme, and much to my surprise Jill said this was no problem. She also suggested floral changes to stay within our budget. She provided all of our decor items (included in her day of coordination service), which was a huge help since we did not want to fly these items or coordinate their delivery to our venue. Jill and Christina were available to address our many questions along the way, especially the month leading up to our wedding day. My bouquet was stunning, and I’m obsessed with how our decor came together. Jill is just so calm and easy going, and she really helped us have a stress-free day (amidst a developing pandemic so this is saying a lot!). I HIGHLY recommend Easley Designs. Thank the heavens for Jill Easley and her team. She not only coordinated our wedding but she also was our florist/designer. The bouquets turned out wonderfully and the centerpieces/ceremony flowers were perfect. At our consultation she had a percise view of our tastes and made it come to life at our wedding. From succulents to roses to things we couldn't even name, it came out just right for our theme. On the day of our wedding she made sure things were organized and taken care of. From that morning she texted us and our vendors, we had nothing to worry about. Little details needed to be ironed out and she made sure we were not bothered. Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough nice things about Jill Easley and Easley Designs! We initially reached out to Jill about flowers and decorations. We exchanged ideas, and Jill provided amazing feedback. As someone living in Georgia, I was a little nervous about coordinating everything over the phone. But there was absolutely no reason to be nervous. Jill and team went above and beyond. The flowers were better than I could have imagined. The decorations were the little details that enhanced the wedding in unexpected ways. Throughout the wedding planning process, I was uncertain about getting a wedding planner. I was leaning towards asking a relative to do it, but last minute, we decided to use Easley Designs. This was the single best decision we could have made. The day was so carefree, and everything just flowed so perfectly. I never had to worry because Jill and team had it all handled. Jill and her team did a wonderful job putting the flowers together. The bouquet, centerpieces, and flowers on the arch were beautiful. The only difficult part about working with her was communication. Since she is a popular florist on the island, it often took a while for her to respond or we never received a response from her. It was a bit sad and disappointing that we were not able to contact her with many questions. However, even though there were difficulties in communicating, she does do an awesome job. I would recommend her if you are okay with minimal communication with the florist.

Jill is AMAZING!!! My husband and I are thrilled we hired Easley Designs for our wedding coordination at Turtle Bay Resort. She was highly recommended by Turtle Bay. I was a DIY bride and thought I could coordinate everything which was pretty successful, but I am so happy to have Jill take over coordinating our vendors a month prior and day of wedding. She provided a very helpful wedding timeline for all vendors and assisted with wedding rehearsal which was a great help. Day of she was incredible and relieved coordination stress with getting guest sat, wedding party in place, set up of décor and table settings, vendors and Turtle Bay all running smoothly. She also lent us several décor items to help accessorize the wedding so we didn't need to travel to Hawaii with additional décor which turned out beautifully! We were so thankful to have Jill pulling everything together so we can enjoy our big day to the fullest. Jill is a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend her for coordination and while we didn't hire her for floral as we already had a vendor booked I'm sure she would provide a beautiful floral package too. One word to describe Jill.......AMAZING! She was my florist as well as my day of coordinator. I felt like I had her undivided attention in the days leading up to the wedding. When we first spoke I told her my theme was bohemian, rustic, modern chic in a garden setting. She not only immediately saw my vision but expanded on it. She suggested I use the barrels at my alter instead of an arch which I'm glad she did. I love all the pictures I see with them in it. She also was my day of coordinator. I felt like I didn't have to worry about one thing. She kept us on schedule but still allowed for us to thoroughly enjoy our day. When I speak with some brides they say their wedding day was a blur because they couldn't enjoy every moment. When I say we enjoyed every moment we did. There is not one thing I would change about our wedding day except to do it all over again :-). I told Jill that it was important that we got to eat. I often hear brides saying they didn't get to taste their own food. We not only got to taste our food, we were able to devour the entire plate :-). I can't give any complaints about Jill as I have none. Aside from being good at what she does, she has a great personality (and a beautiful smile). Thank you again Jill! P.S. Jill and her team were so amazing to work with! I live in California and was a little worried about planning for floral needs, but they made the process so easy and fun! I only needed a bridal bouquet and matching flower crown. When Jill delivered them to me the morning of my wedding, I was completely blown away! They exceeded my expectations! They were so beautiful! I would work with Jill again for any floral needs when I'm in Oahu. She went above and beyond what I asked and gave me flowers on my wedding day that I'll never forget! Choosing good, professional wedding vendors is a MUST when planning your wedding. We met with other florists that we heard were affordable before we found Jill at Easley Designs. The other florists didn't seem to listen to my vision & were very unorganized in the first consultation. Jill was very receptive to my ideas and gave insightful input. She has a wealth of experience (not just as a florist, but as a wedding coordinator too!). She was very generous and even offered some of her rentals so we didn't have to purchase 100s of candles, votive, and other decoration. And she quoted us for the same price as the "affordable" florists and delivered far better service.

Jill Easley's flowers were INCREDIBLE and the perfect accompaniments to our Waikiki wedding. But, she didn't stop there, Jill spent an incredible amount of time going over our plan and making helpful suggestions -- including ukulele player Art -- that added immensely to the success of our day. She even personally delivered them to our hotel and offered to help my wife (to be) with her hair! In addition to Jill, everyone we interacted with at Easley Designs was over-the-top helpful, even with a last minute addition to our order!

Short story: Jill and her team was an amazing choice for a day-of coordinator for my 125 person wedding. The day was absolutely perfect quite literally due to Easley Designs. Long story: Jill came recommended to me through several people: a good friend who got married the year before who hired Jill, my caterer, and my venue. They all raved about Jill and her business, and the fact that they worked with her before made me feel relaxed. I wanted to stay as inexpensive as possible, but after talking with other coordinators and others in the business, this is not something you would want to go low-budget on. I would say Jill was about the median price for a day-of coordinator, and it was more than worth it. My husband and I hired Jill about 9 months out. I had an initial meeting with her to go over our vision, vendors we had already hired, what else was left to do during that stage of the timeline, and signed contract. I knew immediately that Jill was the right person for us. She was kind, understanding, knew absolutely everything, and even encouraged us to toy with (what I had previously thought) impossible ideas. Jill also has a whole office of wedding decor that is available for brides to sort through, we ended up using a few things from her. About a month before the wedding, Jill and her team became really involved. We had to fill out paperwork of every little detail, which honestly at first was overwhelming, but it needed to be done, I mean, this IS a wedding. After we sent the contracts, vendor contact info, general timeline of events, etc., it was all downhill! Jill involved me in what I needed to do, and I think she even did some behind the scenes communication with some of my vendors that were just logistical. Jill was there for the rehearsal (which I highly recommend). She literally knew everything about how traditional and non-traditional ceremonies run. The actual ceremony would have been a disaster if she didn't run the rehearsal the day before. After the rehearsal, I gave Jill all of the decorations I have bought and created, with a list of where I wanted each thing to be placed. The day of our wedding was flawless. Well, I'm sure there had to have been some hiccups but nothing that we were aware of. I thought I had a vision of how my decorations would be like, but Jill took it to another level. The day was a whirlwind, but we made sure to take a few minutes to walk around and see everything set up and it was truly beautiful. Jill's attention to detail is what separates her from anyone else. I also used Jill for a bridal bouquet. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew I wanted it to be big and green. We shared some example photos, I told her what I liked/disliked about the examples, and she took it from there. As we were getting ready and Jill was setting up the venues, Jill's team came to deliver the bouquet and it was absolutely stunning!! Better than I could have imagined! I 100% recommended using Jill as your day-of coordinator for your wedding. She made sure all the big details were taken care of as well as gave a lot of attention to the little details. Easley designs is a family business (I believe her mother was a wedding coordinator) so she knows what she's doing. Although I am mostly a control freak in real life, I had to trust her and let her take the reigns on many things, and I'm so glad I did. Our wedding day was flawless because of Easley Designs.

I had a great experience with Jill. I was referred to her from another vendor. I ended up hiring her for day of coordination and partial flowers for my wedding. She made sure our wedding ceremony looked beautiful, followed all of my directions for my decorations for the wedding and we were able to work on a timeline that was great! She stepped in when one of the vendors didn't come through and when I needed some last minute flowers for the bridesmaids' hair. We had a 200 person wedding that took place in two locations (two receptions), lots of moving parts, etc... and it was Hawaiian Cinderella themed. She made sure I was happy from beginning to the end. It was nice to see her send out certificate from our Pastor with our bridal team who signed our wedding certificate. Thank you Jill!! I had my Fairytale Wedding!

When you have a clear vision in your mind, sometimes it's hard to know if your florist is fully understanding that vision. I was so nervous that my flowers would not be what I had in my mind but everything was so perfect! Jill and her team did such an amazing job executing my vision and my flowers were exactly what I wanted. They went above and beyond to decorate my wedding space in the most beautiful way. They were so easy to work with throughout the planning process and were nice enough to let me borrow some mason jars and signs from them. You can tell that they truly want to give their brides the best experience possible. I would highly recommend Easley Designs!

Wow! My bouquet and the other flowers were beyond my expectations! I am not a designer at all, so my "inspirations" were pretty undefined, but Jill and her team found a way to blow my mind. I would definitely recommend.

Jill and her team pulled off a little miracle, making our day absolutely perfect, exactly how we had envisioned it. She did our flowers - AMAZING - as well as the venue design and vendor coordination. All of this, with only two months prior to our wedding. Although small (15 people), she made the venue fit perfectly to our requirements. The lighting, the tables, the music, the ceremony arch - all of it was absolutely what I wanted. We booked Easley Designs as our florist for our Kualoa Ranch wedding back in March after reading many wonderful reviews about Jill and her team. Working with them was a smooth process -- they're extremely busy but very good about scheduling in time to speak on the phone when needed. Jill had some really good suggestions and gave me great recommendations for other vendors, whom we ended up hiring as well. The flowers provided for our wedding were just beautiful -- we received many compliments on how fantastic it all looked and I appreciated that flowers used to decorate the ceremony were then transferred to our reception to be used on the tables. Her team did a great job making sure it all looked perfect! Sticking to a budget with something like flowers is not always easy, but Jill was really helpful in staying within our range, especially when our table layout went from round tables to long tables and we needed a lot more flowers for them. She also referred us to use Lin's Lei Shop for our leis, which we used in our ceremony for couple's and parent's lei exchanges. Lin's Lei Shop was easy to work with and very affordable, which we certainly appreciated! We are so grateful to Easley Designs for helping to make our wedding day beautiful and perfect! They're a wonderful choice for a talented team of floral experts!

Easley Designs is a well run ship! Jill and her team came highly recommended through our wedding venue and it completely lived up to our expectations. My wife and I live in San Francisco, but our wedding took place in Oahu. Jill consulted with us over the phone and let us know how she could best be of service. We decided to use her Day Of services. We shared our theme inspirations, and she let us know that she had some items that could potentially match in storage. Her wonderful supply filled in the blanks for some of our missing details. Jill and her team helped us finalize our timeline and schedule. The week leading up to our wedding was go time, and it was a seamless operation as they coordinated with all of our vendors. which for most she already had existing relationships with! We were initially worried how we could pull all of our decor together being that we were on the mainland, but Jill and her team set up our venue beautifully. It exceeded our expectations. Her team located our items, made the necessary preparations, and kept the show running smoothly in spite of a very windy tropical storm blowing through. So smoothly in fact, that we felt that my wife and I were able to float through the day and fully enjoy it. I have one last amazing thing that Jill did for us. We had expressed to her that we wanted to capture the blending of our two cultures. Chris was born and raised on Oahu, and I am a first generation Latina of Salvadoran and Mexican descent. To represent Chris's roots we contracted a conch blower and a Hawaiian officiant. We wanted to represent my latino heritage. In discussing this, Jill said she knows a Mariachi band on Oahu! The week of Jill was able to track them down, get them booked and I had my wish to walk into our reception to a Mexican Mariachi band. My family's reaction who had flown in from the mainland and EL Salvador was priceless! I can't thank Jill and her team enough for their professionalism, flexibility and quick thinking (it rained briefly). We would have been a lost cause in the organization of all of our vendors. Easley designs offers thorough and incredible services. She listened to who we were and executed perfectly with her team lead by Dani. I have to say our wedding day was a success because of Easley Designs.

Jill and her team are fantastic. I reached out to Easley Designs after my first wedding planner disappeared on me. Needless to say I was very stressed and had lost a lot of time in the planning process. Jill stepped in as both our wedding planner and florist and the day was absolutely perfect. The centerpieces were beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. Jill knew what I wanted even though I was very bad at putting my vision into words. Deni was great and very easy to work with throughout the planning process. Both Deni and Steph stayed until the hall was cleaned and anticipated everything throughout the day/night and ensured that it all ran smoothly. I couldn't have done it without them.

Wow I had such an incredible and seamless experience with Easley Designs coordinating and planning my wedding, helped me from start to finish and was absolutely amazing! Easley Designs was AMAZING in every way! They brought my wedding ideas to life in a way I didn't think possible. I wanted a succulent-themed wedding and it was everything I could have asked for and more. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly easy to reach and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend Easley Designs! The only complaint I have is that the flowers I had requested for my hair were loose and did not stay in my hair very well and required constant re-positioning. This may be more of a complaint for the hairstylist, I'm not sure.

We couldn't be happier with the way our flowers came out!! I couldn't have been more vague going into our consultation meeting, but somehow Jill read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted!! She created different bouquets and centerpieces that were simple, clean and with just a touch of blush pink and gold. Our guests really loved them, but more importantly my girls and I were estatic!! Jill Easley was both my wedding coordinator and florist for my wedding last week at Koolau Ballrooms. As the preferred vendor at Koolau, it was an easy decision for me to go with Jill since she has done hundreds of weddings there. As our florist, she created an ambiance true to our tropical theme with unique and beautiful floral arrangements for our ceremony outdoors. She then reused the same flowers to create stunning centerpieces for the reception. Jill’s desire to bring a client’s dream wedding to fruition was clear by her commitment to taking all of our ideas into consideration and then ultimately executing our vision within our budget. As our day of wedding coordinator, Jill’s role became more significant in the few days before the wedding and definitely invaluable on the actual wedding day. Her expertise emerged as she calmly and confidently orchestrated the events of the ceremony and reception. She anticipated and smoothed out rough spots, adjusted the program schedule to insure our guests' enjoyment, and even successfully removed mud from my bridal gown before the bridal party's grand entrance. She oversaw the entire event and did not allow us one ounce of worry. Her professional knowledge was outstanding but her personal character and qualities could only be viewed as being the support for her success. The calm and patience of her demeanor, her positivity and her willingness to listen all make Jill an event planner that you can place your confidence in.

As a perfectionist bride with recent first-hand experience of planning a destination wedding, I sincerely present to you two tips on how to have a successful and stress-free wedding: 1. Hiring a wedding coordinator is absolutely mandatory for a destination wedding. 2. Hire Easley Designs. I’ll admit, I’m kind of a control freak, also mildly obsessive-compulsive. The thought of winging a destination wedding somewhere I’ve never been, with vendors I’ve not met in person, was slightly mind-boggling. On top of that, we had a budget to stick to. Keywords: value and efficiency. Was this even possible for a dream boutique destination wedding? Yes, with Easley Designs, it is! When I first came across Easley Designs on review sites, I was confused by the single $ sign. There was no way a coordinator and florist could be inexpensive! Well, with Easley Designs, anything is possible. Brides on a budget, look no further! The beauty about Easley Designs is that they are willing to work with your budget, no matter what it is. I had set a strict budget for florals, and was rejected by 3 other florists. Harsh, I know. Alex and Jill warmly welcomed me into their embrace and offered alternative ideas that would help us meet our goal. Alex was so nice and warm, she could be the human definition of “aloha.” She kept up the communication and made sure every demand was met, as well as keeping all the vendors in check. This is why hiring a local coordinator is an absolute must. On top of that, they offered day-of coordination for just a bit more. What’s more, all the equipment rentals are free. That’s right. Chargers, runners, signs, arbor, linens, all FREE. Let’s do some simple math here, the rentals would’ve run me over a thousand dollars, with day-of coordination, this is all free. To put things in perspective, for the price I was quoted by another florist (for just florals), I was able to get florals + day-of coordination + rentals, for thousands less. This is starting to sound like a bad late-night infomercial that’s too good to be true, but it is, and it’s all FREEEE. Leading up to the big day, I was getting a bit worried. Would the florals turn out okay? Would they skim and cheap out on the bouquet because of my budget? All sorts of worrying ended when I finally met Alex in person. If I could read aura, she’d have a warm sunshine-like glow behind her. She was like a powerpuff girl, sugar spice and everything nice. I was so glad to have her there the whole time! She made sure everything ran like clockwork up until the end of the night. Jill and the rest of the team did an amazing job setting up the venue, they were highly efficient, on-the-ball, and awesome. On to the florals, ohhhh myyyyy gooodnessss…. When Alex brought my bouquet to my room, everyone’s jaws dropped. I had requested for a cascading bouquet by sending her a pinterest photo. Jill went above and beyond, the bouquet amazingly turned out even better than the photo! It was mind-blowingly beautiful. The ceremony florals were just as amazing, Jill provided extras that exceeded my expectations! I was able to see the ceremony venue from my room, and couldn’t believe my ecstatic eyes when I saw her decorating the arbor with flowers I had to forgo in order to meet our budget. It was just ridiculously gorgeous, I was prancing around like a sugar-high unicorn in my bridal suite. Thank you Jill and Alex for making our special day so much more special! You gals are the best!

As a wedding photographer, I have had the joy of working with Easley Designs on numerous events at several different venues. Jill and her team go out of their way to create the wedding details of their bridal couples' dreams. Working with a bridal day time line is essential to incorporating all of the elements of a wedding day. Easley Designs has always arrived promptly and professionally. This is always important to the other vendors on site as set up and before ceremony portraits can not be held up due to a late arrival. I can always count on perfection when Easley Designs is on board for the day. I love photographing the incredible arrangements that time after time are created by this fabulous team. It is always a pleasure to work with other vendors who love what they do and vendors who are good at what they do~ Easley designs is the best in the business!

Jill designed my wedding last year, and I loved her and her services so much that I asked her to assist with my baby shower two weeks ago as well. Jill is not only good at what she does in terms of design, but she also connects with her clients on a personal level in a way that leaves an impression. She is creative and thinks outside the box. Where do I begin with Jill and her team? They were the best thing to happen to me during this wedding (well second to the new husband but still the next best!). Jill was my florist and day-of coordinator for the wedding, and also help with set-up for my welcome dinner. She is on top of her game. Any and everything I mentioned to her, she remembered and executed flawlessly. She works hard to work with your vision and gives the best advice to help you get there. She is extremely mindful of your budget but still gives you a wonderful experience. We had a pineapple theme and she ran with it in such a wonderful way. She used the pineapples in different settings and reused them as centerpieces! The flower pieces in our arch and trees were just stunning and everyone loved how it pulled the venue together. She helped me brainstorm on different ideas to get the look I was going for. She even provided additional decorative pieces and vases that she had on hand at no charge!! The best surprise of all was when she showed up with gold chargers the day of. It really brightened all our tables!! As a coordinator, I could not believe the hands I was in. From the minute she showed up on Saturday, everything hit the ground running and I had zero worries. I was so worry-free that that got me a little worried :) But once I saw how well Jill was working with the venue, I really could shut my brain off and enjoy the wedding. The wedding went off flawlessly and everyone had a blast. Honestly, if there was something that didn't go right, I had NO idea. Jill did everything she could to make it amazing. For our welcome dinner, she and her team helped us set up the venue and they were so efficient that when we got there, pretty much everything was done! Her simple but gorgeous design had everyone asking me if that was our wedding dinner instead! Last but not least, Jill is not just your coordinator, she's your friend. She helped us identify the BEST wedding DJ ever who helped us tear up the dance floor and a flawless make-up artist who gave me a look that I could not sweat off.

We hired them for our wedding they were recommended to us by our wedding coordinator. After meeting them at the bridal show I wanted to interview them. Due to the weather our wedding timeline got thrown off course (even with a wedding coordinator) and they were able to handle everything so professionally. Our rainbow colored floral theme seemed so strange and I was worried that it would look so tacky but Jill was able to make it fun vibrant and bohemian without looking odd.

Easley Designs was a pleasure to work with and professional all around! We worked together for my wedding in Waimea Valley on the North Shore and although the owner could not come to the event since it is indeed wedding season, she promised me her team would represent the company well and boy did they ever!!! The team that came from Easley Designs came early and went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I had expected! Unpredictable occurrences can pop up on your wedding day however Easley Designs actually created a sense of peace and calmness because they were so prepared, puntcual and they all worked with big happy smiling faces! I was SO pleased that I felt compelled to write a review to spread the word on their beautiful bouquets, colorful archways, perfect place settings and vibrant isle decor; their hard work should not go unnoticed! I should note that Jill (the owner) listened to what I wanted via phone conversations and numerous emails with photos. Not only did she have answers to my questions and ideas but also options to complete my visions. My 5 bridesmaids each wore different bold colors and Easley designs made 6 different (including mine) coordinated bouquets. They were insanely beautiful! I wish I could keep them forever, haha <3 I also told Jill I dreamt of flower petals in designs on the isle at the ceremony and it was INCREDIBLE! Easley designs had a huge inventory of decorations to complete your "look" and they still incorporated the decor I purchased on my own; they even packed everything I purchased and returned it to me that night... To Jill and her team -AMEN- yall were amazing! Thank you for making my day THAT much more beautiful!! XO

Thoughts from the groom…To appreciate this review, first you must understand how anal retentive, attentive to detail, and demanding I am. When I first met Jill, I explained to her that I could not accept anything less than perfection and that I was hands on. She accepted the challenge and exceeded my expectations. My wife and I had a strong vision and Jill helped bring that vision to life. During our meetings, she would listen to what we had to say and make any suggestions while still letting us know that it was OUR wedding. Despite all the requests we had, she still manage to help us stay within our budget. The first thing that came to my mind when I arrived at the ceremony/reception site was, “Dang, she got it.” Not only was Jill our florist, she was also our “Day of Coordinator”. She worked very well with our other vendors (i.e. Photographer, DJ, Wait staff, etc) to ensure a smooth transition from one program to the next. This alleviated a lot of stress for myself and my wife, which enabled us to sit back and enjoy our special day. Whether your event is big or small, Jill will surely ensure a first class look! Jill Easley is a “MUST HAVE”!!!

I had my wedding at the Ko'olau Ballrooms and Abbie Richardson had told me about Easley Designs for the flowers AND a day planner. I had done some research at thought that it was going to be super expensive (in general). However, I emailed Jill Easley and got a response pretty vouch immediately. When I had my first meeting with her I had no idea what I wanted. All I knew was that I wanted ocean/nautical theme. Having her as a day planner, was a life saver! I have to admit, I was having some panic attacks because I was worrying about if the wedding and reception was going to be perfect. As soon as I saw everything, I was so happy. I mean, words cannot express how excited and pleased I was with the flowers, the set up, the centerpieces, EVERYTHING! I would definitely recommend Easley Designs for everything!

Jill and her staff at Easley Designs were wonderful to work with. We sat down for an hour and went over all of my needs. Once she saw my style, she made recommendations and I could not believe the designs she put together for me. Her enthusiastic personality made me feel like she was so excited to do my flowers. Her designs on my wedding day was exquisite and my guest fought to take the centerpieces home. I was sad that I had already booked my coordinator before meeting with her because I would have been much happier having Easley Designs run the entire day.

I recently was married in Hawaii and used Easley Designs for my wedding flowers and wedding planning. Being from out of state, I was concerned how everything would work. Easley Designs was referred to me by a friend that did her destination wedding in Honolulu from Australia. We were unsure of having it on Honolulu or Maui but after talking with Jill she got both my fiance and I so excited. She showed us different venues and we fell in love with the north shore. She helped us plan our wedding even though she was only our day of coordinator and put us in contact with our amazing vendors. We did not even meet her until the day before the wedding because our busy schedule. When we did everything was already done and taken care of. On the day we had not a worry and the bouquet and flowers were all of my dreams come true. Is was lovely. Our ceremony was a pop of bright colors near the beach and my guests were blown away. We had so much fun and not a care thanks to Easley Designs and Jill. I will continue to recommend her to all of my friends.

My daughter was looking for a florist who could create the wedding of her dreams in a forest theme. Just one problem, she had never personally seen a wedding like she desired before. In fact, the only way she could explain what she was looking for, was to piece together a variety of pictures she had found on Pinterest. I knew just who to recommend her to as my guests still talk about Easley designs, as they had done a beautiful job on my wedding eight years ago. Additionally, Jill Easley came highly recommended by those we know who work in the wedding industry. My daughter and her fiancé easily connected with Jill on their first meeting. And, she not only understood the vision for their wedding, she exceeded it! She took their forest wedding to a another level with her elegant style, creative designs and suggestions. Jill is AMAZING! She is a gifted artist and extremely talented!! Another thing we very much appreciated is that because Jill is also a wedding planner, she was able to make valuable contributions in other aspects of the wedding planning. She assisted my daughter with the timing of the day in reference to working with other vendors, and worked closely with my daughters wedding coordinator. On the wedding day, my daughter and I were busy getting ready, so didn’t get to see the finished ceremony site until we were walking down the aisle. It took our breath away. Jill made my daughters dream come true, we felt like we were walking down the path of an absolutely beautiful forest, with gorgeous flowers everywhere, many that I have never seen before! It was enchanting, romantic and absolutely perfect!! After the wedding we convened to the reception where I thought, this is the most beautiful floral designs I have ever seen at a wedding!! We were all mesmerized by how beautiful everything was. Jill managed to out do my wedding, and I could not be happier!! Jill put her heart into this wedding, and we could not have done it with out all of her hard work, talent and vision. She kept in close contact with my daughter through out the planning process, and was there especially during the critical week before the wedding. Bless her heart, she also came early to set up, and brought her amazing staff to assist her. Her work was seamless and well planned, making her as calm as a cucumber. I hired Jill as my event planner. I am a groom here in Hawaii with a bride that lives off island. I needed to plan my wedding and didn't know where to start. She put everything together for my from start to finish. We met and she ran with it. She took the little ideas we had and turn it into a dream wedding. She not only contacted all of my quests and mailed out invites for us but also got them all military passes to get on base which was a task in itself. We had the first wedding on the Bowfin on the water so she was able to transform this big metal submarine into something elegant that no one had ever experience and that my wife would love when she did arrive. The vendors she chose for us were amazing from the musicians to light and video. They worked the wedding and it was flawless. The flowers were over the top and stunning. All of my guests who are reputable, influential member of society were taken back from the timeline and execution to decor and beauty. The night was pure perfection and one I will I would not only recommend Jill as an event planner and coordinator but would say to have had to plan a wedding without her is a task I could have never undertaken and you should run to her for your wedding. I will use her for any other upcoming corporate or family event I will have.

I used Easley designs to help me plan a beach house wedding and reception...I ordered my flowers through them as well. First, I have to say that my flowers were gorgeous and perfect in every way...Second, I have to say I was on a budget and planned many of the details myself...Third, I didn't realize the cost of a day-of-wedding planner in Hawaii until I started meeting with planners and pricing around. I went with Easley because although their prices were above what I initially wanted to pay; they were still affordable, & I definitely felt that in my first meeting with Jill that she knew my envision and she worked most of the details I needed to get done during that very first visit I had with her. She was wonderful at helping me figure out what flowers to order for my bouquets, what leis to wear, hair pieces, etc. She even helped order my tables, & linens & pick up my cupcakes. Sometime right before the wedding (3-2.5 weeks before) I was getting a little nervous because it was almost my wedding day and I hadn't gone over too many details with the company since my initial visit, but again I had a meeting with Jill and then I felt reassured that she knew my envision and she had everything covered & taken care of. The main problem I think was that it was wedding season and Easley Designs are very busy with doing what they do best. (Big weddings)..& it was also around July 4th, so on and so forth...But the final outcome was So Amazing, & worth every penny, Jill really has great suggestions and an excellent eye for designing your day perfectly! Words alone cannot describe how pleased I was!...And overall Jill really did help me save money with a handful of different things:) The company is all inclusive because they can do full wedding planning or day of wedding planning, & they are also the florist;) They help to order and pick up your leis at the best prices in Hawaii!!! I would recommend them to many others!!!

If you are trying to plan a wedding in Hawaii I highly suggest this vendor! She really helped to put everything together even though we had to plan from thousands of miles away, and she made it incredibly beautiful. ON the wedding day she made everyone feel comfortable, calm, and confident. She was very flexible, helpful and available for any questions or help that we needed. She also helped with recommendations for other vendors who ended up being amazing as well. For example, the videographer/photographer and hair/makeup. Also the flowers were beautiful and classy. Thank you Jill for being a great event planner and putting together this beautiful memory for everyone who attended! I know the bride and her family were extremely happy with how everything turned out, and I'm just lucky that I was able to be a part of it and enjoy it myself! Like some of the other reviews when I first saw Easley Designs at the Bridal Expo, their flowers were so beautiful and elegant I thought they would be way out of my price range. My best friend told me to email Easley Designs and just talk to them. I'm sure glad I did, Jill asked me what my budget was and made sure everything I wanted for the wedding worked out. I also hired Jill and Adina as my day of wedding coordinators and thank goodness I did. I didn't have to worry about one thing that day. Everything went perfect, the flowers were gorgeous and everything I wanted! I would highly recommend Easley Designs to anyone who is getting married.

I don't know what I would have done without Jill and Adina. At first, I was reluctant to contact Easley Designs because their flowers were so elegant and looked too expensive for my budget. I decided to give it a shot and sent an email inquiry. Boy, am I glad I did. They were very responsive and Jill was able to work with my budget. She went over the different options to achieve my color theme with less expensive flowers while maintaining the look of simple elegance. I had a destination wedding and had a problem with my previous coordinator due to her lack of services yet alone responses so I was in need of great help. I then learned that Easley Designs offers Day Of Coordination services too. Jill was once again, able to work with my budget. I already felt comfortable with her and Adina as they have been nothing but a breath of fresh air throughout this whole process. They are so responsive and we were able to get so much done because of all their help and knowledge. The vendors they recommended were easy to work with and even gave us a discount cause I was an Easley Design referral. Planning a wedding is not easy yet alone a destination one but Jill and Adina were there from the beginning to end and I was very satisfied with their services. They were punctual, attentive, responsive, professional and accommodating with a great sense of humor. I can go on for days about how wonderful they are. The floral arrangements were as elegant as I thought they would be. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I would definitely refer them for both floral and coordination services. (I booked Easley Designs as my Florist AND Wedding Planner but I can only leave a review under one title). Jill and her team are beyond amazing. All I did was send her pictures of flowers and ideas that I liked and she made my dreams all come together. It was so easy to work with her and communication though email with Adina was so easy. The day of the wedding Jill showed up bright and early with her smile, team and my beautiful flowers. Her team went right to work in setting everything up from the reception to ceremony area. I had absolutely NO WORRIES at all. Jill made sure that we were on time with everything and the day flew by so fast by absolutely smooth. If there were any bumps in the road or problems, I did not see or feel any because Jill took care of EVERYTHING! I cannot even sum up everything that Jill and her team did nor could I express in words how grateful I am to her. I absolutely love her, her team, her creativeness, honesty, hard work and friendship. I would not recommend anyone else but Easley Designs!!

We hired Jill and her team for the floral & day-of coordination of our June wedding. Jill and Adina were amazing. They offered advice along the way, recommended vendors and handled everything on the day of the wedding so my husband & I could just relax & enjoy the day. Their floral design was amazing. We had pretty basic florals for our wedding (bouquets, bouts, and flower petals for the aisle). They were all gorgeous and everyone was very helpful! The phone/conference call helped organize exactly what I wanted. They arrived on time and they even gave us some extra flowers they had on hand in case we wanted to use them on the tables, etc. I would highly recommend them!

Jill, Adina and the rest of the Easley staff are amazing! When I walked to the ceremony sight I was floored by what they did but they totally outdid themselves with my reception! Loved everything about it! The last minute add on that Jill did with the laterns were amazing! Love everything about it. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful ceremony and reception! Jill was also my wedding coordinator and did a magnificent job! My entire day was smooth and flawless. SHe was on top of everything and I could not be any happier with how our day went! From the initial consultation with Jill Easley, I immediately felt like she understood my vision. I brought a few pictures to share and briefly described what I wanted and Jill took my ideas and ran with them. Our wedding colors were bright and bold and our flowers were equally colorful and fun. I wanted something vivid and vibrant to exude the happy mood of the occasion. Everything turned out beautifully from the bouquets, to centerpieces, ceremony flowers, to boutonnières & corsages. The ability to repurpose ceremony flowers for the reception also helped us stay within our budget. Jill even helped me brainstorm great design ideas for how to tie other elements of the wedding together. Her enthusiasm and creativity made the planning process even more exciting. When the big day arrived, I got to see the decorated site with Jill and her staff just moments before the ceremony. They were anxiously awaiting to see if things turned out the way that I had wanted and I told them it definitely exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure working with Jill and her staff at Easley Designs.

i really don't know where to begin with this review...all i can say is that jill of easley designs really surpassed my expectations. easley designs did all the floral arrangements for our wedding on oahu -- from flowers on the bamboo chuppah, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and, my favorite, the centerpieces. i gave jill and idea of everything that i wanted and we went over photos online. she took my ideas and blew my mind!! everyone was telling me all day and night how beautiful all the arrangements were. it was worth every penny to have easley designs for our florists. i got the wonderful opportunity to speak with jill the day after the wedding and she is such a sweet person. she is filled with passion for her job and it obviously shows in her work. she is filled with that warm aloha which we so loved since my now husband is from the islands as well. she was so kind to me AND all our guests which is SO important. she is so easy to talk to and is a great listener!!! and finally, i can't forget linda, jill's assistant. she was soooo easy to talk to throughout the entire planning process and sooo accessible. i had a lot of problems getting a hold of other vendors but linda was a different -- so quick with her responses and even if she didn't have an answer for me, she would let me know that she was working on an answer. thank you linda for being so, extremely, professional and helpful! They delivered all the flowers to the bridal suite in the morning. I ordered a limestone for the bridal bouquest which was written on the contract, and I even sent them a picture of a bouquet with a limestone. They forgot to bring the limestone, and they didn't even say sorry. They brought the limestone later to the room. I ordered corsages for moms, but they didn't bring them. Instead, they brought hair flowers which I didn't order at all. I found out moms' corsages were not delivered right before the bridal party walked down the aisle, so my friend used hair florwers for moms. It seems like they have a good reputation in Hawaii. They were on the recommended vendor list from my hotel. However, I would never recommened this vendor to anyone. Checking the items a customer roders is a very basic thing that has to be done, but they didn't do it. I was very disappointed with this vendor because I had been told they were really good. Also, they gave me a referral on a chair cover company (chair cover express). They delivered chair covers and sashes after the cocktail hour. Guests had cocktails in front of the ballroom. They said the car broke down and made really unreasonable excuses.

Easley Designs did an incredible job with my bouquets! I absolutely loved it! My bouquet was not a traditional easy bouquet, it had 3 layers and intricate crystal designs, but they did a fabulous job!
