My husband and I recently had the pleasure of having East End Events Catering cater our wedding at Pellegrini Vineyards, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Chris, the chef, crafted a menu that was both delicious and beautifully presented. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, leaving our guests raving about the food long after the event. The flavors were exquisite, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite. Jenn, our coordinator, was an absolute gem. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and organizational skills made the entire day run smoothly. She was always one step ahead, ensuring that everything went according to plan and alleviating any potential stress. Her calm and composed demeanor was truly reassuring, and her dedication to making our day special was remarkable. Joanne was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event. She was very responsive, patient, and gave great advice for our wedding planning process. Not to mention she was lovely company during our two tastings! A special mention must go to the site manager at Pellegrini, John Larsen. John worked seamlessly with Jenn and the catering team, ensuring that every aspect of the event was executed flawlessly. Having east end events catering was the best decision we made for our wedding day. From start to finish Chris and Joanne were incredible to work with. Our day went off without a hitch, from the incredible maitre d Jane to the servers & bartenders they were all beyond perfect. Any request we had they were able to fulfill no questions asked. If they’re available for your wedding book them immediately. We hired them for our fall wedding at rgny, they executed everything perfectly the set up, the food, service everything was 5 stars. Our guests are still talking about how amazing our cocktail hour and dinner was. Jane our Maitre D was the most accommodating, anything we needed she was there, her bubbly personality made us feel at ease all day. Definitely request Jane for your wedding day! The servers were dancing around the room serving dinner they were so kind & friendly. The bartenders I can’t begin to say enough good things about, they made sure everyone had an extra good time! all of Chris and Joanne’s staff are incredible. Cannot even explain how amazing Chris and Joanne were throughout our wedding planning process. We could not have done it without them. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Anytime I had a question it was answered within minutes. The food and staff were both amazing!!!! Jane was our day of coordinator and absolutely killed it. She listened to me every step of the way and made sure my vision came to life. The guests loved her! Cannot thank this team enough for everything they did throughout the entire wedding process.

I don't know how to begin to express how incredible Chris and Joanne are. My original wedding caterer cancelled less than one month prior to my wedding for 150 people at a venue that required complete customization. Every chair, tray, fork, knife, etc. I was required to bring in and my wedding simply wouldn't have been possible without them. They truly go above and beyond to make your day incredible, and most importantly stress free. The attached photo shows Chris literally wiping the floor during a band break. Their staff set up all of my beautiful tablescapes, welcome stations, etc. Chris also set up my entire ceremony after an issue day of with the rental company. Aside from how above and beyond they went, the food was incredible. I married an Italian so my guests take food very seriously and the positive feedback was resounding. Chris and Joanne truly saved my day and blew every expectation out of the water. We are immensely grateful to have found them!

Chris, Joanne, and Jane at East End Events made our entire wedding. We met Chris when we were interested in Laurel Lake, but during the contract process with them we found out they were selling. Chris was a hero and showed us more venues on a Friday night. He helped us negotiate prices, and wouldn’t let us give him a down payment until we tried his food at a tasting with our parents. We had 2 tastings and went with the trilogy (every guest gets beef, poultry, and fish), which everyone raved about. The cocktail hour food was out of this world, and we did pies and apple cider donuts for dessert, along with passed late night apps. If you are thinking of getting married on the North Fork, call East End Events before anything else and see where they work!!

We loved working with Joanne! They're by far the most affordable option out there, as the per person cost includes everything, even tips. We paid extra for a day of coordinator, Jane, and she was an angel sent from heaven and well worth it. The food was excellent and they made our day so much smoother.

Amazing! East End Event Catering went above and beyond. Our tasting with Joanne was easy, she guided us through everything and the food the night of our wedding was perfect. Our guests are still reaching out telling us how delicious the food was. From the moment guests arrived to right before they left East End had everything covered. The food was amazing, the service was amazing, the attention to detail made our wedding day that much more perfect. And of course Melanie, our day of coordinator made the day go off without a hitch! She took over so we had no care in the world. Simply amazing, highly recommend.

We loved working with Chris and Joanne! The food was SO DELICIOUS and there was so much of it! Our cocktail hour was amazing, all our guests were commenting on how good the food was. They helped us put together a chicken nugget action station which was a highlight (as was the raw bar). Chris and Joanne were so helpful in the planning process too - Joanne basically replied immediately to any email I sent and she helped us coordinate with other vendors too. Our maitre d Jane was so great - she had a tray of appetizers ready for us as soon as we were done with pictures and had us sit down and take a minute to eat and enjoy some time alone. She made sure we always had a drink in our hands too. The entire wait staff was so attentive as well. They also did a great job at our venue working with the florist to set up all our decorations and make sure everything was beautiful. I can't say enough about how much we loved the food and the service!!!

Chris and Joanne, where do I start? They make you feel like family. C&J went above and beyond for us – because of course we had a little pickle thrown at as 5 months before our wedding day. C&J helped us find a new venue, made sure that we remained calm (well me… my husband is as calm as they come), and was just there for us. Chris and Joanne are professional and such kind hearted people. PS go out and try CJs American Grill in Mattituck its honestly amazing. Food… East End Caterers: their food is absolutely amazing. I wish I ate more. Everyone and I mean everyone loved the food. Cocktail hour was amazing – they set up a few plates for us to eat in our bridal suite which was so nice because as soon as we went to cocktail hour it was chatting and picture time with everyone. The food was honestly so delicious. Passed horderves were to die for, cocktail hour tables were set up so amazing and delicious, action table phenomenal, dinner trio was so good, and the dessert came out amazing as well. Jane – our day of coordinator. I don’t think I could have remained as calm if she wasn’t right by our side. It rained (briefly) and we had to decide if we wanted to move the ceremony inside – Jane just let me know everything was going to be alright. Weather right after the drizzle was gorgeous. There were a few other hiccups with different vendors and Jane was right there to help every step of the way. All staff- all staff members at East End Events are kind and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew.

Absolutely amazing caterer, highly recommend 100% to anyone having an East End wedding. Joanne (the coordinator) is organized, responds to emails instantly, and is extremely helpful through the planning process in terms on keeping us on track with various due dates (menu decisions, seating chart due dates). Chris (chef) is so passionate about what he does, you can truly tell he loves his work. We had a raw bar during cocktail hour and Chris himself was shucking oysters and took the time to take pictures with us eating fresh clams and oysters!! Our guests raved about the food….their “trilogy” style menu is both a time saver (no down time with wait staff taking orders) and amazing for guests - everyone gets everything! The fish, steak, and chicken! You really do get it all! Even our foodie friends were impressed with how every thing was served hot, cooked perfectly, and seasoned just right. Everything is cooked on site - they bring a grill and make everything fresh. It’s incredible. The waitstaff couldn’t be more accommodating, they were so friendly to each one of our guests and helped to set the tone of the evening. Finally, the cake that’s included in the caterer package is beyond delicious…definitely get their cake, there’s no reason to find another baker! We did the cupcake tower with a small cake on top for pictures. We added our own ice cream bar with local pies and cider donuts keeping with the theme of the wedding. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about the entire experience from when we did our first tasting right up until the dessert bar at the wedding. Hire Chris and Joanne, no need to look at any other caterer!!!

Chris and Joanne are amazing!!! The staff and the Maître D Lisa were so on point! Our guests are still raving about the food. I’m so thankful. Everything ran so smoothly.

My wife and I cannot say enough great things about Chris and Joanne. On the coordination side Joanne was amazing. Our wedding had to be moved multiple times and she made that process easy and stress-free. When it came to payment and breakdown of costs everything was communicated clearly and what we were told back in 2019 was the same when it came time for payment in 2021. In terms of the food, chef Chris and his team do such fine work. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food and its presentation. Nobody left our wedding hungry. Lastly the staff assembled to work our wedding was top-notch. We felt to attended to on our big day that it left us feel stress free to the point where we were truly able to enjoy our wedding. Back when planning began, we coincidentally decided to go with Chris and Joanne before we even picked our wedding venue, turns out that was 100% the right decision. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for catering services.

Chris and Joanne are amazing! We hired them for our backyard wedding this past June and they completely blew us away. They took care of everything including all wait staff, linens, glassware and china. We added a raw bar onto cocktail hour which was a HUGE hit and Chris was at the raw bar shucking clams the whole time. All of the food from cocktail hour, to our plated dinner was incredible. We got so many compliments and are guests could not believe he was able to cook everything fresh and on site. Chris and Joanne are so passionate about what they do and will ensure that your wedding day will be nothing short of amazing! I would recommend them 1000x.

From the very beginning we felt confident that Chris and Joanne would make our wedding special. They are pros, and always congenial and efficient in their service and attention to detail. The event went off without a hitch. The food was outstanding and was repeatedly complimented by the guests. The wait staff was incredible: very friendly to the guests, efficient and always attentive. Clare served as our event manager/maitre d’ and never missed a beat! We depended on her to make sure all was in order and she did not disappoint. All in all, this is a top notch, all inclusive caterer whose value and professionalism are unmatched!

They went above and beyond when catering our wedding and they made the entire process seamless and easy. Chris, Joanne, Claire, Lisa, & the entire staff was AMAZING. When I say amazing I do not mean that lightly. My wedding was quite big, outdoors, on 5 acres of land. Claire, the DOE was incredible. She did everything I needed and asked. Chris & Joanne make the perfect team. Meeting Joanne at the beginning and planning the wedding to having Chris at the wedding making sure the food was amazing, which mind you it was. I could have not asked for a better caterer to cater my outdoor wedding. Mind you, my wedding was not supposed to be outdoors but due to covid, adjustments had to be made. Chris, Joanne and Jane did an outstanding job from our initial meeting to the very end of our reception. Joanne had some excellent recommendations while we put together our menu. I encourage everyone to opt for the raw bar. Chris shucked clams and oysters during the cocktail hour and that was a big hit. Jane made us feel very comfortable during the wedding and she was very professional. My guests all commented how delicious the food was and all asked who the caterer was. East End Events made us very happy with our choice of caterers.

Chris, Joanne, and Tina were wonderful! They spent time with us to create the perfect menu and layout! Everyone is still raving about the food and service at our glamorous backyard wedding. Chris even brought a beautiful driftwood "Love" sign that everyone was taking pictures with and it helped with our wedding theme. They are wonderful to work with, and quickly responded to any questions we had in planning everything last minute during COVID. They made us feel safe and comfortable and made our wedding event so beautiful and intimate. They made our dreams come true. Thank you!

We had East End cater our daughter’s wedding. From the moment we met Joanne, the stress level dropped. She is extremely responsive and organized. Having a wedding in these uncertain times was quite a challenge but East End Caterers was able to do it professionally and safely while following all necessary protocols. JoAnne and her husband are true professionals at what they do. With very little notice they put together a wedding we only dreamed of. We selected a menu and did not have to worry about anything else. Their staff was top notch and Jane the Maitre’D was keen on the little details making our ceremony and reception perfect. Our guests went on and on about not only how great the food was; but how the service and coordination was better than the best catering halls they have been to. It doesn’t get any better than them; they go above and beyond to ensure you have smile during the planning of your event and very long after. Cannot say enough how much they meant to the success of our day.

My husband and I were married at Pellegrini Vineyards on September 1, 2019. From the very beginning, Joanne and Chris made the process of selecting the food for our wedding so easy. Joanne was, and is to this day, literally the most responsive person, let alone vendor, I’ve ever come into contact with. My husband and I work full time and would do a lot of wedding planning at night and it was to the point where I almost felt bad emailing Joanne late because I knew she would respond right away. Not only that, she is ridiculously experienced and has a great personality. She helped us select our menu, offered ideas for various speciality things we wanted to do (a mac and cheese bar!) and was extremely helpful with organizing other aspects of our wedding. Besides your venue, your caterer is the most important vendor to deal with regarding the flow of your day, and it is important to choose someone who knows what they’re doing. Tina was our maitre’d, and she was so sweet and professional. Tina was instrumental in coordinating our day and in helping us with all the little details. Our guests raved about the food, and we opted for East End’s “trilogy” selection, which was super unique and like nothing I had ever seen before. We also opted to do late night grilled cheeses and burgers, which our guests also loved. We loved working with Chris, who was genuinely excited for us and executed the entire evening flawlessly. Overall, we are so happy we used East End Catering and cannot recommend them enough!

Where do I start with Chris and Joanne. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. From the moment I met them to the day of the wedding, I have felt like they were family and I literally had no stress. THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The cocktail hour was so good and everything was made gluten free for my husband and tasted amazing. Ah and the dinner was so amazing! All of my guests raved about how good the food was. Also, I have to say a big Thank You to our Maitre D, Barbara, who also works with Chris and Joanne. She is a legend! She made my wedding come to life and I was able to have my pinterest wedding. She was the best! I can not thank everyone enough. If you want an amazing wedding you need to have Chris and Joanne. FACTS!

Chris and Joanne were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish! They were super responsive to every little question we had and were always willing accommodate any of our requests. The pricing was very reasonable and we never felt like they were trying to nickel and dime us on anything. The food was amazing, the best wedding food I have experienced. Everyone loved the raw bar at the cocktail hour! Our maitre d Marissa was super easy to work with and helped us figure out all the logistics the day of. She made sure everything went smoothly and the day was absolutely perfect for us. I cannot enough good things about east end catering, they helped to make my wedding day perfect and I am so grateful!

What can I say about Chris and Joanne? They did the right thing by us during the entire planning process and truly delivered for our wedding. Their prices were also exceedingly reasonable and affordable, like beyond reasonable. They were incredible to work with and we would recommend them to ANYONE who has any kind of even to host. First of all, not only do Chris and Joanne run a restaurant and cater, but they also will help you (greatly) with the wedding planning process. When we first decided to get married out east, they had us over their restaurant and presented plate after plate of delicious food (drinks, too!) where we talked about our vision for our wedding. This wasn’t even an official tasting. Then, Chris proceeded to drive us to different vineyards that we may be interested in for our wedding. Once we decided on one, Chris and Joanne also helped us by recommending vendors, who were also awesome and very reasonably priced. Since we did not get married in a traditional hall, so many people asked us if we were getting a wedding planner. With Chris and Joanne, we did NOT need one. So, about the food. Delicious! And so much! I come from a traditional Italian family and they raved about the stuffed clams and the pasta--not an easy feat. While selecting our menu, Chris and Joanne kept letting us add on and making suggestions for what else to include, at no extra cost. People still talk about our cocktail hour. My husband and I were busy schmoozing during it, but the staff constantly made sure we had food and drinks in hand. We also did not do a traditional sit down dinner, we did a buffet, and they did an amazing job. As an added bonus, people, especially the kids at our wedding--for whom they did not charge us AND made special kid-friendly plates--loved the s'mores pit. Our guests also made room for the Kobe beef sliders and pigs-in-a-blanket from the food truck at the end of the wedding. (I’m convinced they saved me from a hangover.) It takes not only admirable business owners, but an incredible staff to make an event run as well as our wedding did. Their staff is exceptionally professional and warm. Everyone was extremely accommodating, efficient, and friendly. Fantastic to work with. They set up the wedding beautifully. They even put out corn hole on the lawn outside the vineyard. They also provide a day-of-planner. Jane was ours and she was absolutely outstanding. I could NOT have enjoyed our wedding day as much as I did without her. She was incredibly receptive, open, and hilarious from our initial meeting and went above and beyond to help us plan. You should see the texts and e-mails between us. She even mapped out the table placement for the seating charts--lifesaver! I don’t think my wedding day could have been possible without her. We truly were in good hands. Finally, they will come to your rescue--no problem is unsolvable for them. Around four weeks before our date, we had an issue with our rehearsal dinner--which ⅔ of the wedding guests attended--and had to completely shift gears. When we contacted them, asking them if they could cater our rehearsal dinner, they responded immediately and even made a menu with options that would be different from our wedding. (Their chocolate cake was seriously one of the best desserts I’ve ever eaten. It tasted like a chocolate shake in cake form.) The last-minute change was extremely stressful for us, but once we knew Chris and Joanne were involved, we felt so much better.

We could not have been happier with our choice for caterer for our wedding last week! Chris and Joanne were the absolute best! Joanne was available by email at anytime and always answered right away. Chris provided us with a tour of our venue and then we went to his restaurant (equally as amazing!) to sample some food from the catering menu. From cocktail hour to dessert, we could not have asked for better food and service. Guests were complimenting the food the entire night. We are so happy East End Events Catering catered our wedding!

I cannot say enough great things about East End Events Catering! Chris and Joanne are top of their trade. They were an absolute pleasure to work with in helping us plan our reception. We sampled a couple of other caterers when deciding and they didn’t compare to the package that East End Events was offering for our budget. But ultimately it wasn’t what they were offering it is what they delivered and they delivered even more than they promised. From the tastings, to helping with other vendors, to the follow up and being open to changes as we went along. Chris visited the property ahead of party to discuss location of everything. The staff was excellent and so polite, especially Barbara who gave me extra help in coordinating everything the day of. Would not have got it done without her. But what you really want to know is, how was the food? I can honestly say hand to heart, the food was Awesome. The amount of choices, the presentation, and most importantly it was delicious. Our guest went out of their way to complement us, which means East End Events, on how delicious it all was, from the welcome drinks to the apptz. to a bountiful buffet and finished the evening with late night bites. If that wasn’t enough, which it really was, Chris brought our leftovers back the following day so our out of town guest who came back the next day could enjoy it. He doesn’t know how much we appreciate that. We will be grateful for that for a long time to come:) So, If you are searching for a great caterer that goes above and beyond we highly recommend Chris, Joanne and their staff at East End Events Catering. Look no further. Chris and Joann are amazing and every step of the way. Of planning. The food was great and their teams were unbelievable with making our vision of the day come to life at duck walk vineyards. We had Cathy as our event coordinator and she was amazing.

They are great from start to finish! It's like you are all family from the minute you meet Chris and Joanne and all of their staff. The food is amazing from welcome cocktails at the ceremony to late night munchies at the end of the reception! We contracted them to cater our Welcome Party the evening before the Wedding because of how great they are with planning menus for any type of event!

My wife and I were recently married at Brecknock Hall in Greenport, NY. Chris and Joanne of East End Events Catering were highly recommended by the venue staff. Needless to say, we met with numerous catering companies, but when we sat down with Chris and Joanne it was completely different. My wife and I immediately felt welcomed, like we were sitting with old friends. The duo's warmth and subtle confidence were enough to quell all of the worries we had in past meetings. After the first sit-down, we knew we had made our choice. The following year was decision after decision, Chris and Joanne were there each step of the way. If that was not enough, they paired us with Jane, one of the maître d's on staff, she was beyond helpful and creative to boot! The three hit every detail, promptly answered all of our questions and made the process enjoyable, even from a groom-to-be's point of veiw! The team helped sort through the endless choices that characterize today's wedding-planning industry with just enough clarity to drive home the important points while fostering our vision. Their professionalism, industry knowledge and complete dedication to their work is second to none, and the food, well, phenomenal, it has been the topic of conversation in both our families since our day. I, personally, am not one to write reviews, but in this case I am making an exception for an incredible company and three of the best people anyone could ever ask to have at the helm on their big day.

Chris and Joanne went above and beyond to make sure our day at Duck Walk Vineyards on 9/29/18 was more perfect than we ever could have imagined. I’ll be the first to admit, I was not an easy bride to please. But Chris and Joanne and our maitre d Tina were so accommodating with everything from other vendor recommendations to decor and set up. We even ended up having more guests than expected coming towards the big day and Chris was so fantastic with helping us find a last minute dance floor and helped with our tent set up right before the wedding. All of our guests are still raving about how fabulous the food was. You don’t really get to have such high quality real food at most weddings these days and it was prepared so beautifully. As a catering company they more than nailed the food but they really do so so much more than the food. They are experts so let go and trust their suggestions. We did and we couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out! I would recommend them to anyone 100 times over! Thank you SO much to Chris, Joanne, Tina and the entire East End Events catering staff!

East End Events catered our wedding on 9/2/2018 at Duck Walk Vineyards in Southold and it was amazing. Not knowing where to begin or what we wanted, we had met with Chris and Joanne on recommendations from past clients on December 31, 2017. From the first meeting we knew we would be in good hands and our choice was made. They had great ideas and helped to guide us through the planning process, not only for food and beverage, but for set up and extra items needed for an off site venue. Chris helped to negotiate venue site fee, set us up with a tent vendor, and gave suggestions of other vendors in the area that were great. Other caterers told us we were behind schedule for a wedding in 2018. Joanne and Chris never made us feel rushed or behind in our planning. The food tastings and menu selections were fantastic. Guidance on liquor and beer purchase was spot on. The staff the day of the wedding was amazing. Tina was our maitre'd and handled everything. The bartenders, wait staff, bussers, and cooks were all fantastic. Cocktail hour was a big hit and our family and friends loved the hors' devours and raw bar. The plated dinner trilogy was delicious. The day after the wedding we had a party at our house and East End Events catered that as well. Chris brought our left over beer and liquor to the house that morning, with the beers already on ice. The food came hot and ready to serve at the time requested. And the two servers who worked our wedding the night before were fantastic and took care of everything at our house. We would recommend East End Events catering to anyone looking for a catered event on the North Fork, or really across Long Island. East End Events catered my wedding last month and I cannot say enough good things about them! Anyone who has planned a wedding knows how stressful and overwhelming It can be but I never once worried about the food for my wedding. Chris and Joanne were amazing to work with and are extremely patient and accommodating. They are just as invested in the outcome of the wedding as you are as a couple. If you have a question or concern they are right on top of It and answer you almost immediately. To say the food itself is delicious is an understatement. Guests loved the raw bar and the trilogy dinner plating. Where else can you have all three meal options instead of choosing one?! They have a great selection of hors d’oeuvres and entrees and are flexible to guest’s allergies or food preferences. Tina was my maitre d and she was phenomenal as well. This whole company strives to make the vision of your wedding day come to life. Chris came to the rescue in a major way. When my liquor was delivered (from an outside company) the tequila was missing from the order. He saved the day by running to a local liquor store and got what I had wanted. East End Events goes above and beyond and I would recommend them to everyone!

I cannot rave enough about Chris, Joanne and East End Catering! We got married on 9/22/18 at Duckwalk Vineyard, and Chris, Joanne & the East End Catering staff truly EXCEEDED our expectations! From the moment we met Chris, we knew we were in the best possible hands. He is honest, sincere and passionate about his job! We first met Chris during a spontaneous trip to Duckwalk, as it was our top venue choice. Despite not having an appointment, he dropped everything and came running over to us, and ended up spending the rest of the day with us! He wouldn't let us commit to Duckwalk without seeing other vineyards, so he personally drove us to 2 other vineyards before letting us make our decision. He then invited us back to his restaurant (CJ's American Bar & Grill) to try some of their appetizers. We immediately felt at ease, and knew we weren't "just a number", like some other venues had made us feel. On multiple occasions, we ran into Chris while his staff was setting up an event, and he would immediately run over to us and say hello. His staff is professional, efficient and truly care about what they do. One thing I loved about working with Chris & Joanne is how calm they made us feel throughout this process. Joanne is SO organized, and responds very quickly and appropriately via email. She is an ABSOLUTE sweetheart, and made us feel so special every time we met! Our maître D was Tina, and she was truly god-sent! She took care of everything, and set up our decorations so beautifully! She was always available when we needed her, and helped us relax on the day-of! They provided us with amazing contacts, but never pushed anything onto us! Being that we had over 2 hours between our church and cocktail hour, we had a more complicated itinerary than most. They helped ease our anxiety and reached out to their personal contacts on our behalf to set up an interim "wine tasting" at another vineyard, and took it upon themselves to ensure that it ran smoothly! It's been a month since our wedding, and we are still getting compliments on how amazing the food was! My guests RAVED about the raw bar! The entrée trilogy was such a hit, and guests LOVED how they received 3 different items instead of having to pick only one, unlike most other venues. The only complaint that I heard from people is that they were too full from all of the food! Chris, Joanne and their staff have treated us like family from the moment we met them. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. We can honestly say that our favorite part of wedding planning was going to the restaurant for meetings and hanging out with Chris & Joanne! You are in the absolute best hands with East End Catering!

This review is long overdue. We had our wedding June 30 2018 at Pellegrini Vineyards. When shopping for caterers, please do yourself a favor and stop here. Their food selection is endless. Chris is willing to work with ANY ideas you have to customize your day exactly the way you want it. The team of Joanne, Chris, and Tina made our day stress free and amazing. Pre Wedding they are efficient with the planning process and making sure everything is planned accordingly. Once you choose them, you will be friends/family immediately. We are thankful and appreciative of everything they did for us behind the scenes. They truly make sure all you have to do is attend the wedding, because their team will take care of the rest. Family still rave about the food during cocktail hour and the trilogy. TRUST ME, you cannot go wrong choosing this team! Thank you again for everything!

I can’t say enough AMAZING things about the team at East End Catering. We had a more unique wedding at our families’ property on the beach in Southampton, NY and the team executed flawlessly at making our dream wedding come to life. We threw a lot of curve balls at the team throughout our wedding process and leading right up to the week of the wedding, but the team handled it with the utmost professionalism and did everything on their end to make sure our wedding came to fruition. They worked tirelessly on our wedding and had all hands on deck to see it through and make sure it was exactly what we envisioned. They went above and beyond what we expected and we couldn’t have been happier we chose to work with East End Catering for our wedding. Our wedding was a huge undertaking and they made it look easy! We had been working with East End Catering for over a year and throughout the process they were extremely responsive and flexible in meeting with us, which was very helpful for our schedules. The food was absolutely delicious and all of our guests are still raving about how good it was. We decided to do plated kebabs for dinner and they made the plates look beautiful and guests were glowing about the quinoa side, along with the apps that came out during cocktail hour. We also did late night snacks with East End Catering and it was a great idea because it kept our guests going through the after party and it was the topic of our brunch the next day. We did not have a wedding planner but we did have an amazing maître d', Kathy, that was a part of team East End Catering. When I met with Kathy for the first time she caught right up to speed with everything that was planned for the wedding and helped me bring the wedding of my dreams to life! The bartenders and servers were all so much fun and made the night feel so easy and seamless. Our guests truly had a blast and are still talking about the entire wedding, which is A HUGE THANK YOU and testimony to team East End Catering. I highly recommend working with East End Catering, as they are truly a professional company that can execute anything thrown at them.

East End Events catered our daughter’s wedding last weekend and everyone raved about the food! Chris and Joanne created a spectacular array of hors d’oeuvres and food stations and Jane, our maitre d’, pulled it all together beautifully. (Jane also hung the escort cards, arranged the votives, fluffed the bride’s train, cued the band, reminded everybody to eat breakfast early in the morning and kept us calm all evening and in the weeks before.) From start to finish, East End Events was a pleasure to deal with, incredibly accommodating and far more reasonably priced than other local caterers we consulted. (Most Hamptons caterers require clients to rent all the cooking equipment they need for an event, adding thousands of dollars to the bill. East End Events brings all of that, as well as decorative items like wine barrels, lanterns and rustic trays, for no extra charge.) And again, the food was incredible. We recommend them highly.

We are THRILLED with the experience and food that Chris and Joanne provided us at our wedding. While we were looking at venues in the North Fork in Long Island - they were highly recommended by several venues - so we felt like we couldn't go wrong. We were not disappointed! From the start, Chef Chris was enthusiastic about our event and wanted to make sure we had all of the best things he had to offer. We had two tastings (one with just me and my husband and one with our mothers) and both him and Joanne were so helpful and patient in letting us select the food that would work for us! Outside of service, the food was fantastic and there were plenty of options. We had a lot of flexibility in finding fun ways to make our wedding special with the food selection (welcome drinks, late night, donut wall) and were able to use servingware from them as well. They made it easy and the whole staff was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Chris and Joanne for your wedding events! We would absolutely use them again and hope to visit and catch up with them whenever we're in the area! They were so much fun!

Chris and Joanne are amazing!! They were instrumental in helping us create the wedding of our dreams. They go above and beyond just catering. They helped us with day of details, decor, and all aspects of the planning. The food is spectacular and all of our guests raved. Their staff is also top notch and made our day go off without a hitch. It is impossible to express in words how grateful we are to the East End Events catering team for the outstanding service my family and friends were afforded at our daughter's wedding. The excellent experience began the first day we met with Chris and Joanne all through the tastings and wrapped up with a spectacular crew at the event led by Tina who by the way is one class act. I can say without any question that the food was the best I have ever had at any catering event. In fact the quality and preparedness of the food was of the level of fine dining. I have no idea how that was even possible for 200 guests but Brian and his team of chefs are top notch. Anthony and his team of bar tenders are of the finest I have ever had the pleasure of working with. All the cocktails were made expertly and as expeditiously as one could hope for. The rain did not hinder their operation in the least at the outside bar during the cocktail hour it was very impressive. I also can’t say enough about the servers who moved through the crowds like ninjas, never in anyones way but always there when needed. The food was delivered hot and and perfectly plated without any exception. I heard nothing but complements regarding the catering from my friends and family.

Chris and Joanne are phenomenal!! My husband and I knew we were in great hands from the moment the planning began. Chris and Joanne walk you through every detail, are super organized, and also put you in contact with other vendors in the area (i.e., flowers, cake, etc). It was a wonderful experience. Can't say enough nice things about them!

We met Chris before we had even decided where we were getting married or when we were getting married and we knew then that he would do anything he could to make our wedding beyond perfect. Chris and Joanne quickly became like family to us throughout our long distance planning process. We were able to do as many tastings as needed and could even bring family in to join. They were with us through the entire process and were extremely responsive with any questions or concerns we had. We always felt like we were their top priority even though we knew they were juggling a hundred other weddings and a restaurant. There was never a question or request that was too small for them to fulfill. Our guests raved about the food at our Pellegrini Wedding and are still commenting on how unreal the food was. We are HUGE foodies and this was one of, if not the most, important thing to us. My only wish is that we could've paused the wedding so that we could both have had enough time to try everything at cocktail hour! They made everything we asked for come to life from a last minute donut wall to the most incredible raw bar at cocktail hour. We are so thankful we found them and highly recommend you hire them if you want your tummies to be happy!

Deciding on which caterer to use for our wedding at Pellegrini Vineyards in Cutchogue was an easy decision after meeting with Chris and Joanne Richards of East End Events Catering. As foodies, the quality of the food served at our wedding was our number one priority and let’s just say after meeting with Chris and Joanne, it was “love at first bite!” From the moment we met them, Chris and Joanne made us feel like family. Joanne handled all of the behind the scenes coordination. She was always available to promptly answer any and all questions we had. Chris gave us guidance in choosing the best food options, recommending other vendors, providing us with ideas for table settings and other ways to make our wedding day unique. We were fortunate to attend a wine club dinner at Pellegrini Vineyards that Chris was catering prior to our wedding day. It meant a lot to us to see how well our caterer would work alongside the staff at our wedding venue. The entire event was phenomenal and we knew we were in excellent hands with Chris and Joanne. At that event, we fell in love with this delicious goat cheese tortelloni (a giant tortellini!) and Chris made sure that we could share it with guests at our wedding. Chris and Joanne were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. Their Maître d’, Diane, was amazing and just as responsive and receptive to ideas. The amount of time they put in to make our wedding special was incredible. They are truly passionate about what they do and it shows. The food was prepared and plated with care from the very first time we met at their restaurant to the food they provided for us for the “day of” to our appetizers at the cocktail hour and meals at the reception. They were considerate of all dietary concerns and offered alternatives to meet the varying needs of our guests. Everyone at our wedding raved about the food, especially the tortelloni! Chris and Joanne made our day even more memorable with their subtle special touches and attention to detail. From our pre-ceremony lemonade stand to signature drink and craft beers to an impeccable meal with a triology entrée and late night apps to s’mores bar and rustic dessert station, it was certainly a night to remember. They helped us create a wedding day that was truly a tribute to us as a couple. Selecting a caterer is so much more than choosing someone to provide your guests with food. We hired East End Events for our backyard wedding on June 30th, 2018. From our very first tasting, Joanne and Chris were so accommodating and made the process super relaxed and fun. Not to mention- their food is AMAZING. After meeting with several other caterers, it was an easy choice to hire them. We had a cocktail style reception to reflect the more relaxed nature of the backyard wedding and our guests couldn't get enough of the passed food during cocktail hour + raw bar (SO GOOD) and then the buffet-style dinner options during our reception. Midway through the evening, we were running low on liquor and someone from their staff ran out to the store and picked up some more for us-- just an example of their effort to make sure everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend hiring them!

Having East End Events Catering as our caterers can only be described as the best experience. From the first meeting all the way through my wedding day, Chris and Joanne made my wife and I feel like we were family. Chris is talented beyond the kitchen. His knowledge ranges from food to event strategy. Joanne wraps all the details together and keeps you on track. CJ’s works with many local vendors and gives you the opportunity to work with them directly or to order through their business. When I had an issue with one recommended vendor I spoke with Joann and she rectified the issue immediately. She’s always available and easy to reach! The food is delicious! They have a wide variety of options in every category; fish, meat, poultry, and vegetarian. No detail goes forgotten in their dishes. You and your tastebuds will be pleasantly fulfilled! On the day of my wedding, the staff provided by CJ’s was friendly and always on task. They were efficient, worked in shortened timelines, and always had a smile on their face. After the event, watching them work was like watching a well-oiled machine. Everyone knew their job and with what seemed like effortless effort they returned the facility back to its normal state. If you are having a party, wedding, or other event that needs catering I would HIGHLY recommend CJ’s for their professionalism, friendliness and work ethic. They’re simply the best!

Chris and Joanne provided a fantastic service from the moment we met them to the wedding day. They went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. They were always quick to reply to emails and answer and questions, working around our ideas for the day. Most importantly, the food was excellent! So many of our guests commented on how amazing the food and service were. The friendly staff also worked tirelessly during the wedding, and I especially want to praise our maitre d', Jane, who practically became a day-of-coordinator — her upbeat personality and knowledge of what makes a wedding great proved invaluable. If you have the chance to have Jane on your day, definitely request her. Again thanks to the whole team at East End Events for making our day fantastic!

I honestly can not even find the words to describe what a great job Chris and his team did. From start to finish I did not have to worry about one thing. I did not have a wedding planner at all but with Chris I really did not feel like I needed one. Whatever I needed, and whatever questions I had Chris and Joanne had the answer and they had it now! Their service was the best I have ever experienced. The day before the wedding I was panicked about not having a place for pictures due to some last minute issues, and Chris found time in his schedule the day before to meet with my husband and I and got us two amazing locations to take pictures at. On the night of the wedding the rain get a little heavy and the dance floor was a little wet, but Chris was on his literal hands and knees drying off the entire floor. Besides the amazing service, the food was even better. Guests have told me it was THE BEST food they have ever had at a wedding. One guest told me they literally licked their plate clean! Everyone raved about the ahi tuna, and the raw bar, the seafood was so fresh and tasty. People were also amazed and ecstatic that they got all three dishes for the main entree (The Trio). Booking East End Events Catering was the best decision I made while planning my wedding.

Let me start off by saying, we would have been lost with out East End Events Catering. I walked into our first meeting with them and couldn't answer a single question they had. I had no idea what I wanted. Chris showed me the ideas he had for what would work in the space and things quickly came together. He was so intuitive that when I was showing him my Pinterest board he picked up that every picture had wood chairs, not the white ones I was getting, and made sure to connect me with a vendor who could make the brown chairs happen. Jane was our Maitre d' and she was fantastic! I cannot rave about her enough. By the end of the process she was like family. Once I started to build my vision she was able to execute it perfectly and was extremely accommodating with any changes. She was checking in with us throughout the wedding, making sure we were fed and did not need anything at all. Seriously, there were so many tiny details I never thought of, and some I didn't even think of until that day but they had it covered. They are amazing. That is not even including the food! Its been almost a month and people are still talking about my cocktail hour food.

My husband owns a party rental business and we knew from the moment that we got engaged that we needed to have Chris cater our wedding and we couldn’t have made a better choice! Chris and Joanne’s staff (Diane, Sandra and Nika to name a few) catered our 300 person wedding in the beginning of September and my husband and I and ALL 300 guests could not have been HAPPIER. Every time we see a guest that was at our wedding the first thing they say is how AMAZING all the food was. Chris went above and beyond with every single detail!

From the moment Maddelyn and I met with Chris and Joanne back in July I knew that the catering would be great. Well, it wasn't just great it was outstanding! I was truly overwhelmed by the quality of every part of everything you did. The way Founders had been laid out; the bar and beer kayak; the truly fabulous 'cocktail hour'; the plated food - which had no right to be that good, prepared for so many in far from ideal preparation conditions; all the staff, who were so helpful and super efficient and the wonderful Jane, for whom nothing was too much trouble. So, so many people commented on the quality of the catering - all saying that they couldn't believe how amazing the food was. Lots of folk said that it was the best restaurant food they had ever tasted - let alone it having been prepared in a mobile and/or unfamiliar kitchen. What a bunch of stars you are! I know this is what you do for a living and I fully understand that you cater for many, many functions but for Maddelyn to say to me, " Dad, this is exactly how I dreamed my wedding reception would be" puts the hugest smile on my heart and I cannot thank you enough. You and your fabulous team have helped to create such wonderful memories for Maddelyn and Steve and all those who attended - thank you so, so very much.

Where to start.... these guys were awesome!! From day one chris and jo gave 110%. They were the one vendor we never had to worry about, and even helped solve some issues for us with other vendors. These guys know and work with other vendors regularly, they know the venues inside and out, and had some great insight into what we could do to make our wedding awesome! Our biggest problem was narrowing down their selection, because we didnt try anything we didn't like. Day of the timing was absolutely perfect, the food was exceptional.... we cannot say enough about east end events catering! Would use them again for any event with no hesitation.
