Would give it zero stars if I could. What I thought would be the easiest part of the wedding was the biggest mess up… When booking this service I made my bookings based on this staffs recommendations, booking one 4 hour session to bring guests to the wedding and then a second 4 hour session to bring them back so everyone would be able to get to the wedding stress free and stay the majority of the time. Well, there was absolutely no communication on this companies side because when the bus was loaded to go to the venue the bus driver told everyone they would have to come back with him at 6 pm. This set all my guests in a panic and they were making new, last minute plans to carpool so they could stay for the whole wedding. Then after we thought we cleared it all up…they showed up again at 6 pm and we sent that bus away. Then the bus was supposed to come back at 9pm to start picking up and instead they came around 8:20…and this time I, the Bride, had to leave my celebration and go talk to the bus driver about this companies major miscommunication and mess up. Finally, as the bus leaves at the end of the night, the bus driver could not figure out how to exit the location and hit the gate and mail box of the venue. I was told it took him 20 min to get out. Am I made aware of this from this company? No, the people in the bus tell me along with a family member who is behind the bus patiently waiting for this disaster to end. Take my advice and use a different bus company for your wedding.

They were great! Everything ran smoothly, from booking to day of transportation. They were very understanding and flexible while trying to manage a final headcount leading up to the event. The shuttles arrived early, and everyone made it safely to and from the venue. The drivers were very courteous as well.

Eastside Transportation Services made our wedding day efficient and smooth. With over 100+ guests from out of town and a close circle staying at a particular hotel, getting around was easy and efficient. They had great communication throughout the entire process and the driver was very professional.

Eastside was so helpful for our wedding! They helped us decide what type of transportation would be best for our event, walked us through the process and timeline of the day, and had great attitudes the entire time. They were always pleasant to chat with and we would definitely recommend their company for your next event!

Very professional and responsive! Our only frustration was the four hour rental price for a twenty minute limo ride. We also used them for bus transportation between our ceremony at Grace Church Downtown and our reception at the Commerce Club which is exactly half of a mile distance. The bus only made a couple of trips but we still had to book a four hour rental. However- this is the case with any transportation company so this is not something that is just Eastside Transportation. Overall, they were great to work with and even showed up early with the limo!

I got a discounted deal (from meeting them at the Greenville Bridal show/expo) for a 12 passenger Navigator limo for the wedding party on the big day. They were flexible when needed, and the limo was so nice to have on the wedding day. Great company if you are getting married in the Greenville area.

Thank you Eastside Transportation Services for providing buses for our out of town guests. It was so nice to have this for our out of town guests staying at the hotel to be transported around throughout the wedding day. This made it easy for those not from Greenville. The buses were so comfortable and everyone loved it. Thanks again!

We hired two buses to transport guests from a hotel to the wedding ceremony then to the reception. The bus who picked up guests at the hotel left 5 minutes early and left people behind. One of the buses took the wrong turn getting to the reception and our guests were over 15 minutes late. There is clearly a sign pointing to the Clubhouse at the Cliffs Valley CC and the driver failed to see it. There is also a gate person who could have directed the driver if he didn't know where he was going. This is clearly incompetence as far as I am concerned.

We used ETS for shuttles on Friday, a big charter bus for the guests, and two limos for the bride and groom and wedding party. All were on time and not too costly. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in my limo with the girls on the way to the chapel was broken. Probably the worst day to be sweaty!

We rented a limo from this company for our daughters wedding. They we on time, very friendly and very accomidating. Would definately use them again!!!

We really didn't do much with the limo other then taking us from the church to the reception. If I had looked into my wedding day a little earlier I would have not used a limo. But they did an excellent job with just taking us from the church to the reception. They were on time and professional.

We used a trolley and a limo from Eastside for our wedding. The limo was immaculate, the trolley was a great touch for our guests and the drivers were awesome - they were both so friendly. The trolley driver even helped hand out tickets for the baseball game that our guests attended as part of our wedding weekend!
