Wow! what an amazing event. Our wedding was spectacular this month. September will always be my favorite time of the year now. It could have been a disaster with the COVID Pandemic showing up right in the middle of our reserving this location, but that was certainly not the case. The staff starting off with the Catering Manager, Samantha Goldberg, assured us every step of the way in the planning and implementation of bringing our wedding to life. It went off without a hitch. Her professionalism and knowledge insured the success of our event. We couldn't have had a more dedicated Catering Manager, that we felt like she was a part of our wedding team and even we felt like she was a personal family member, the time and energy that went into making sure that her staff executed every fine detail that day for implementing our choices and requests. We were very well satisfied. If we had it to do all over again would certainly would choose the Eau. Because of the COVID Pandemic, we had guests cancellations at the last minute, and her team even worked with us on guests counts, and were flexible with our numbers and not so rigid as other properties would have been. The GSM, Tim Nardi, even was involved with our wedding, reaching out to us to make sure not only were our accommodations met during our event but they exceeded our expectations in terms of their service level. They upgraded us to the Presidential Suite. Talk about humbled. We will ever be so grateful to him. Melissa Monzon, their Reservation Specialist managed our guests over the months in making sure our room blocks were kept straight and were seamless for our guests in reserving their accommodations. Lastly, as beautiful as the property was with the gorgeous ocean and pool views, the dinner and appetizers for the reception was delicious and exquisite. Even, in our room champagne was waiting with a wonderful array of sweet treats when we arrived upstairs after our reception. We will certainly be going back next year to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Compliments to the Chef, my guests said the food was not bland but tasty and they felt they got really good portions. A Class Affair, we have not ever been to a more beautiful or regal hotel. Can't wait to see you guys next year. Thank you so much for making our day Fabulous!

Our daughter's wedding was spectacular...positively could not have been better! The staff's attention to detail was second to none and the dining, service, ambiance and accommodations were spectacular. All of the guests felt very, very special. Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa's event coordinator was extremely helpful with many "tips" and took the stress out of the entire process. We could not recommend The Eau more highly!

The Eau was professional from start to finish. Stacie and the Eau team don’t miss a beat. Always very responsive and more often than not answers questions before you can ever think of them. We just had our wedding weekend at The Eau. We held our welcome dinner there as well as our Farewell Brunch. Over 100 of our guests stayed there and every single one of them came up to me to tell me how wonderful the staff at the hotel was. Our events there were beyond perfection. They delivered delicious food and a great top shelf bar. The days spent at the pool were so wonderful with great service all around, even from the moment guests pulled up and were greeted by the bellmen. As the bride and groom, we were even given treats in our room every day, from s’more sets to take to the fire pit, to a bottle of champagne with chocolate covered strawberries. I miss it already. Take us back! Thank you Eau!

The Eau was the PERFECT choice for our November 2017 wedding!!! From the moment I walked in to see the property Stacie greeted me with a smile that lasted throughout the planning process. The resort is gorgeous -the views, the guest rooms, and the ceremony/reception spaces. You can't beat being a few feet away from the ocean. The food was fantastic as was the service. Stacie was SO helpful!! She was responsive and truly became an integral part of the planning process and event. Would work with her again in a heartbeat. If I could re-do my wedding, I wouldn't change anything about the venue - I would highly recommend friends/family to hold their wedding at the Eau as it is "Eau"ver the top!!! Thank you Stacie and the Eau!! Can't wait to have a staycation there soon with my new husband :)

Where do I even begin? First - I want to thank Stacie and the team at the Eau for making our wedding more than I ever imagined it would be. Our wedding day went smoother than expected even with rain and was also ahead of schedule! The grounds are immaculate and the perfect place to have your guests relax by the pool during the day and celebrate with you at night. The Eau goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect - as far as an employee lending their suspenders to a guest who had forgotten theirs last minute! It doesn't stop there - my guests literally cannot stop raving about the food and the cake! If I could do it all over again I would choose the Eau every single time without hesitation! Words cannot express my gratitude for such an amazing wedding experience and for Stacie and her team being with us every step of the way! FIVE STARS! THANK YOU!

The moment that I walked into Eau, I knew that was the venue that would be perfect for our wedding! It's vibrant, chic elehance feel, gorgeous property and 5 star service was perfect! Linsey worked with us every step of the way and made the planning aspect seamless. She went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was perfect and everything we dreamed of! Words cannot express my gratitude to Stacie and the entire team at The Eau Spa. They truly made my wedding more beautiful and perfect than I ever could have imagined. I live in Texas, don't have any friends who had gotten married in the area, and wasn't one of those girls who was planning my wedding sine I was 10, haha! Suffice it to say I needed a little guidance. Stacie took the time to get to know my personality and style. She not only helped me create a vision, but made it come to life. All of her vendor recommendations were PERFECT. She responded quickly to all of my emails, worked seamlessly with my vendors, and filled any gaps that I had missed in the planning process. The Eau itself is an amazing resort. The best part of my wedding weekend was seeing everyone I love relaxing and spending time together all weekend long. It was so much fun making the rounds to hang with guests by the pool, bar, beach, gym, and spa. It was a perfect getaway for my friends and family. Everyone is still raving about what a great time they had!

I cannot thank Linsey enough for everything she did to help me create the wedding of my dreams. The wedding day went so smoothly and I was able to completely relax because I knew everything was taken care of. If I could go back and do it again, I would pick the Eau every time. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. From the first moment I sat down with Stacie Hallinan I was truly blown away, she instantly made me feel at peace and I knew that with her in my corner everything would flow perfectly. The ceremony and reception were both flawless with all of my guests repeatedly commenting on how wonderful the staff and food was at the reception. The ceremony space speaks for itself - BEAUTIFUL. This place is 5 star in every dimension - this is a must visit when trying to decide on a venue!

Absolutely amazing venue! Besides a beautiful venue they Pampered and took care of every detail. Absolutely exceeded all expectations. Fantastic food! The event specialist, Linsey Bruce made planning the wedding very easy. My entire family enjoyed the entire wedding weekend knowing everything would be handled by the Eau palm staff. Exceptional facilities, spa, location and staff!

Our wedding was absolutely breathtaking ! All of our guest commented on the gorgeous view during ceremony! Everyone can't stop talking about how amazing it was. The resort was stunning and exceeded all expectations. The food and presentation was spectacular. Also, special thank you to Linsey Bruce, she was so friendly, super quick in her responses and made the whole event spectacular. From the first day we met she made the entire wedding planning a breeze and truely went on and beyond to make everything perfect! Definitely recommend the EAU! 5 stars!

This location was so unbelievably beautiful and I'm so happy I chose it for my wedding reception!! All my guests kept telling me how beautiful everything was and how nice and accommodating the staff is. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the Villa Perfect suite in the spa which was amazing and so relaxing preparing for the big day. Linsey was our wedding coordinator and she was great! She helped organize all the details and was very prompt with returning my emails and I definitely had a lot of emails being a Type A bride :) The whole night was seamless and we ended the night in the Angle for the after party. All the pictures from the day in and around the hotel turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with our choice to have our wedding reception at the Eau Resort!

I decided to have my reception at Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa and it was the best decision I made. The staff alone at the resort are so nice and accommodating. The wedding coordinators, Mandy and Alexa, made me feel at ease and I never stressed once. We spent a long weekend at the resort and everyone had the most amazing time. The ballrooms are breath taking and don't need much dressing up. I couldn't have been happier with choosing the resort for my reception and after party. It was a perfect weekend.

Formerly known as the Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach, this resort provided fabulous service for our wedding weekend. The resort is beautiful and service was impeccable.

every attention to detail was met and exceeded. Nadia and her staff set me at ease and let me enjoy the night. They had everything covered. The food was delicious and the staff on hand for the reception was spot on!

Colleen Grant from the Eau Spa was fantastic. She not only listen to what I wanted as far as shades and overlook during my trail make up run but on the day of event when I wanted to change the colors she rolled with it. She is the sweetest and did a great job on my make up . The only thing I wish is that I had her at my venue for touch ups. The only reason I knocked on value (not that Colleen isnt worth every penny) is because the Ritz charges WAY TOO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING.

We got married at the ritz Carlton and I used Eau spa for make up. They did a great job, Colleen was our make up artist.
