Ebell of Long Beach is a timeless, classic wedding venue in Long Beach, CA. Restored to its original beauty and its entrance framed by palm trees, this historic landmark is one of three Southern California women's clubs built in the roaring 20s. Its distinctive architectural features are a stunning example of the popular Spanish-Revival design of the time.
Offering a fantastic space for your nuptials and ideal for photography opportunities, Ebell of Long Beach features a red-tile roof and an intricately sculpted portico. Rich, beautiful details and textures are in every corner of this fantastic location, providing an elevated experience to anyone who walks through its doors. Upon entering The Courtyard, you will be met with a high, hand-stenciled ceiling with a dozen shining crystal orbs hanging from it, exposed brick walls, gorgeous detailed arches, and mosaic-tiled floors. There's also a stunning water feature and lush green plants decorating the space. The Grand Hall boasts polished hardwood floors and detailed wainscoting that lead your eyes up to the twenty-four-foot, beamed, hand-stenciled ceiling. Three splendid iron and crystal chandeliers illuminate the room. You will see a floor-to-ceiling, hand-carved mirrored fireplace on one end of the space, opposite a full-length window. Excellent for mingling and lounging, The Parlor is exquisitely designed with vintage furnishings and tasteful artwork around a cozy hearth. A spacious, private, get-ready suite is available for the couple and their wedding party. In total, there are 17,200 square feet of event space that can accommodate up to 180 people during a sit-down reception and 300 standing guests.

The venue is absolutely stunning, with full spacious separate bridal and groom suites and a separate space for the ceremony and reception, it was really the absolute perfect fit for my vision. The staffed absolutely nailed it on my wedding day, and everyone was extremely kind, professional and lovely. The food was excellent from Tres LA (their in-house dining partner), and many guests commented on it afterwards. I don't have a single negative thing to say about this venue or its staff, and really think this is a gem of a space in Los Angeles County. It was the first venue I toured, and I toured 15 more just to be sure. But in my heart, I knew this was the one. And I was right. :) 10/10 recommend.

. Our favorite part about the Ebell is how turn key it is, but at the same time how they will customize for your event.
Without any additional decor, the venue is spectacular as is. But the team will work with you to customize in any way shape or form that you and your partner desire, and will ensure the space looks exactly how you imaged on wedding day. The Ebell team is extremely well organized, easy to work with, swiftly answers all questions, and does so all with a smile.
The Food and drink were fantastic, we loved joining the tasting party and meeting other couples leading up to the event - the menu was vast and we were able to select some wonderful food that really added to the vibe of our event.
Overall, would strongly recommend the Ebell for other couples - this is truly a unique, modern, yet classy venue - that will meet you where you are. I had so many guests say they had never been to a wedding in such a unique and beautiful space, we couldn't be more happy with how things turned out.

multicolored tiles on the floor to the tapestry of Frida Kahlo. But of course, the crown jewel is the stunning courtyard, with the modern chandeliers, the sort of Spanish-inspired architecture, and so much natural light. We didn't even get ceremony florals, because the greenery it comes with and the space itself were beautiful enough on their own. I could truly wax poetic about how much I love that space, and getting married in that space was everything I could have dreamed of and more.
Second, the Ebell team was fantastic. They were so attentive and helpful. Jen and Katie are superstars and they worked with us in such a thoughtful and compassionate way.
The catering was absolutely delicious - the short rib is melt in your mouth amazing - and they have an incredible selection! They were super accommodating when it came to crafting an almost entirely gluten-free menu and creating customized meals for some of our friends with multiple food restrictions. The drinks were also delicious.
Lastly, they have truly conquered the wedding event flow. The way the spaces are laid out and used is seamless, and many of my guests even commented on how smooth the day was!
