even though some things could not be changed they did their best to accomodate everything so things will look just how I dreamed of. The day of the wedding everything looked gorgeous, stunning and the best part I did not have to worry a bit. Leslie handled everything that day and more, she was able to help out with a situation that was occurring during the time of the event and I did not even find out. She settled everything down in the hotel for us, I did not have to worry about picking up the gifts after or anything. I can say the end result was what Amazing!!! Both my husband and I work full time jobs and Jess helped tremendously in the process of wedding planning and during the different wedding events. She was reliable, negotiated, read contracts and went above and beyond. Due to our heavy work schedules, she coordinated timings for phone calls and took care of a lot in the background. Brides, if you are not sure who to go with, trust that EBJ and her team will have you covered. Don't even take my word for it, whenever we spoke with vendors they would say Jess and her team are fantastic and are looking forward to working with her again. My wedding was outside and in Miami. With unpredictable weather, Jess thought ahead for the game plan. She even called the weather man to make sure we had the most up to date information about rain!! During the events, Jess also had one of her team members become my personal assistant. Ladies, you have no idea how helpful that was. Her assistant Leslie, literally was fanning me and helping with last minute tasks. Her team is very organized and timely. We had all our wedding set up items labeled in boxes and they set everything up as I envisioned; even better! Indian weddings take a lot of planning, time, and effort and Jess and her team will deliver without a doubt.

Olivia held down the fort handling vendors at the venue (and everything was set up perfectly), while Leslie acted as my bridal concierge. I could not speak more highly of Leslie. She took care of everything from fixing my bouquet to touching up my lipstick to holding our vow books, to even holding a snack for me. Marite acted as a liaison between everyone and helped keep our photographer on schedule and made sure the bridal party was where they needed to be at the right time. This team truly ensured my wedding ran perfectly; would recommend them to any bride. Thank you EBJ team!

hoosing this company. I chose this company because of the amazing reviews it got from the Knot (which I don't know how), and this company RUINED the whole process for me. I booked this company and worked with this woman named Lesile Cordero for almost a whole year before my wedding and had to fire them 2 months before my wedding because they were SO unprofessional and DID NOT care about my wedding at all and would only reach out to me once a month and read off a list of "things" that i was supposed to do WHEN I ALREADY DID THEM. My wedding was in April and all during Chirstmas time their excuse for not doing their job was because "it's a busy time for them and they're working with other clients." Please don't let these reviews fool you. They also wouldn't let me take my deposit back so I paid them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for sending me only a couple of vendors throughout that entire process and reading off a LIST!!!! This company and their employee Leslie Cordero is AWFUL and RUDE and literally ruined my wedding experience. DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!!

Our planner, Leslie, took amazing photos and videos for social and we received them almost instantly after our wedding. She knew exactly how to manage our vendors and provided great recommendations as well as advice. Everyone on the team is extremely hardworking and respectful. They adjusted quickly to any surprises or last minute changes and questions with professionalism and calmness. the vendors I used and be as honest as possible. EBJ Events is the first vendor I’m running to write a review for. I worked with Leslie and OMG was she amazing!!!!! I worked with a coordinator before I hired her and she scheduled a meeting with me twice and never showed up twice. Because of my previous experience I was extremely worried about working with an event coordinator but Leslie was incredible. She just got things done and made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing. If you’re not sure you should hire a coordinator, this is the best money you will spend for your wedding. She arrived at the hotel where I was getting ready and made sure we were on time. She dealt with my family in the best way possible and never once came to me for any issues, but just solved everything and made sure I was being taken care of the whole time. The day of T’arra and Olivia helped the event as well and they were just as awesome! My event wouldn’t have been the same without EBJ Events. There was so much behind the scenes that Leslie did for me that I wasn’t even aware needed to be done like contacting all my vendors prior to the event and coordinating EVERYTHING. What an amazing team. My venue was very strict about a lot of things and Leslie was incredible dealing with everything.

She was able to keep us on task throughout all this to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us incredible vendor recommendations that we are so so happy with from DJ to florals to photographers and makeup. They were all absolutely exceptional. Then comes game day- wedding day- and let me tell you I would have gone insane without them. Her team- we had Leslie, Tarra, Shurroq, and Marijose- were like a well oiled party machine. Marijose single handed kept me sane. She was excellent. They were on top of everything, kept the party going, kept us on task, and were even straight up body guards keeping guests away when my husband and I were trying to sneak something to eat in between socializing lol. They set up of the florals, Photo Booth, and cigar bar. Everything was just absolutely gorgeous and I can’t say enough good things about this team. We loved EBJ and would recommend them to anyone who needs help planning a special event. We know if we ever have another major event that we will absolutely want them on board. Thanks guys!!!

Jessyca is organized, efficient, and understanding of the entire experience. She kept us on track throughout the day, making sure we had enough time for all the little things we wanted. She patiently listened to ALL of my questions, and many of our vendors complimented her on how organized and on top of everything she was. Not only did she keep the day moving, but she did it all with a smile on her face! We're so thankful for her. Alongside Jessyca, she brought her team, which consisted of T’arra, Sara, and Ilana. These ladies were awesome and really on top of every situation. They worked really well together while keeping me in the loop. I also have to give a special shout-out to T’arra, who was my bridal assistant for the day. What a wonderful person to have around during all the emotions of the day! She had all the right answers and helped prepare me and the photographers for what was coming next. She knew what to say when emotions were running high, and I genuinely just enjoyed chatting with her. I could go on and on about Jessyca and her team. One of my best choices was hiring Jess and her girls for my big day! :)

There was a delay in the kitchen. She re-ordered the timeline. She spoke with the DJ and the festivities continued. No one knew that there was an issue. Closer to the wedding date, it was determined that I needed additional day of assistance. An extra fee that was well worth the money. MariJose was assigned to stay with me throughout the day. She was amazing. I felt truly pampered. If I needed water, she took care of it. If I needed to go to the bathroom in my giant gown, she was in the stall with me! All my questions or requests, she was on top of it. She laughed with me at all the silly situations, calmed me down when my bridesmaid went MIA, googled how to change my name on my social media because I was so excited to be married! She was the most reliable bridesmaid ever!! She will forever be a beautiful memory of the happiest day of my life. I know it’s an extra expense on an already expensive day but it is the best decision I made. The only thing worse than having no planner is having a bad planner. I was lucky enough to know previous clients of EBJ. I knew the day would run smoothly and I could just sit back and enjoy being a bride. I wish the same for every bride and I hope this review helps you make the right decision for you.

Luckily bride was confirmed with the church that it was in Marite’s possession and had been left in the church by her. Bride sent screenshots of the church confirming this to Marite which was the only point in which Marite admitted she made a mistake. The married couple had to leave their honeymoon suite at midnight to grab the grooms suitcase, which had to be left outside in a bush per the church’s policy. 2.) Insisted bride pay to hire additional staff but then proceeded to dismiss the staff three hours before the event was concluded 3.) One of the coordinators had four hours just to set up tables (they were given labeled bags for each table containing labeled ziploc bags for each seat containing all the items required for each seat). The set up should’ve taken no more than an hour. 10 minutes before the reception started, Marite runs up to the bride, tells her she just realized that table numbers had not been set up and she didn’t know where they could be, asking the bride if she had any ideas on how to fix this problem. 4.) Marite went into the grooms bag without permission and pulled out a master bag of tips in envelopes and distributed them without permission/discussing with anyone (including her own which she absolutely would not have received). This led to tips incorrectly being given which were meant for the event the day after the wedding (even though every single envelope was dated by the bride) leading the bride and groom to lose $400 in unintended tips. 5.) Included the priest in a group message to wedding vendors. The priest reached out to the bride to let her know this was grossly unprofessional as the priest is not a regular wedding vendor, and something he has never experienced in his years of doing weddings at this church. 6.) Two days before the wedding, Marite (lead coordinator) became unavailable, and when asked stated that she was working on another corporate event and would be too busy until the day before the wedding. Just understand she will not prioritize weddings. Sent the bride a minute and a half voicemail complaining about her own life which the groom listened to and was in shock and proceeded to spend only 30 seconds answering one of the brides three questions that had been asked over the past 72 hours. 7.) had the grooms divorced parents pose together when it had clearly been stated this picture was not desired 8.) had a groomsman run inside to get the grooms grandparents who had already taken photos, causing a 10 minute delay in an already tight time window in taking bridal party and newlywed photos 9.) interrupted the photographer from running the photo list by trying to run the photo list herself, did such a poor job that the bride stepped in and had to call her own family up to coordinate the photos. It was clear they hadn’t even glanced at the photo list prior to starting to call up the family members which had led to this chaos. This led to two families on the grooms side, not having their picture taken with the bride and groom. 10.) Per one of the vendors, Marite was extremely rude to all of the vendors and started off the wedding day by telling all the vendors that she was going to “yell at all of them today”.

We quickly realized we were getting a lot more than extra hands, as there were numerous things I never would have considered without EBJ, and I'm certain our event would not have turned out anywhere near as amazing as it was without their team. We worked with Jess (the owner), Leslie (our lead planner/ main point person), and Erin, Eliza, and Ivanka for extra hands during the wedding day. A few highlights: -They are incredibly professional and very responsive -They were flexible with our busy work schedules and Leslie constantly made herself available during non-traditional business hours to make our lives easier -They are open to feedback and easily made adjustments as requested -They keep you on track rather than you needing to reach out to them (great for busy schedules) -They were knowledgeable and have many vendor options based on a couple's vision. They will not recommend a vendor unless they are confident you will be happy with the results. They also negotiated a refund on a non-refundable item from a vendor without me asking them to do this. -They have the right mix of going with your vision and knowing when to suggest changes to make your event perfect -Leslie kept great timing on the actual wedding day so everything I wanted to happen was executed as planned without me having to even think about it - I felt like I was the guest of honor rather than a host and I think that's what everyone wants on that day Overall, they're fantastic. I always wondered how I'd feel about spending on my wedding after the fact, and thanks to EBJ, we had just the best day and it was so worth it.

They were all so kind and Mia never left my side! The only thing I will say (which is my fault for not realizing this) is to REALLY make sure you add every detail you want into the timeline. For instance, I didn’t add that I wanted to get photo shots of my mom helping me put on my dress or that I waned time to give my in-laws their wedding gifts. We ended up moving the timeline around to get the shots with my mom, but I never got to give my in-laws their gifts. Again, this is my fault for not being specific enough before the wedding. This is just a heads up for all future brides. Overall happy with their services.
