Lauren and the team at Eclipse Event Co were beyond amazing! I had no clue where to start in the planning process and Lauren was so helpful. She was so responsive and guided us through each step with amazing vendor recommendations. I can't recommend them enough!

Working with Lauren at Eclipse was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. When our original planner left the industry mid-way through planning, Lauren stepped in seamlessly and immediately put us at ease. She went above and beyond every step of the way — her attention to detail, organization, and calm, confident guidance were invaluable. I especially appreciated how she knew exactly when to push back on things so I didn’t have to worry about them as a bride. On top of all that, her warm and friendly demeanor made the entire process genuinely enjoyable. We couldn’t be more grateful for Lauren and would recommend her to any couple without hesitation.

It has been about a year since our wedding took place, and I genuinely can’t imagine it happening without Art Fuentes. He took the time to understand what we wanted and made it a complete reality. He did a PHENOMENAL job balancing my and my partner’s differing cultural backgrounds. I think that’s why our wedding was so perfect. Art gave us so many options for vendors without it being overwhelming. His communication was punctual and direct. He gave us a great level of reminders to complete tasks, but it never felt overbearing. He was also so great to talk to! He made important decisions easy to make, and I think that was essential to our very successful wedding. Thank you, Art!

Working with Stacy was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. I came into the wedding with about 75% of a vision, and Stacy struck the perfect balance between letting me fly when I wanted and narrowing down the perfect vendors to fit my budget and vision. She was the ideal partner and friend to collaborate on this with- incredibly responsive, on top of everything, and just an all around project manager. Not to mention her and Eclipse are very well connected within Austin. Could say so much more, but I'll leave it at- highly recommend!

My husband and I worked with Amy at Eclipse Event Co for full service planning. Choosing Amy and Eclipse ended up being the best decision we could have made for our mental health and peace of mind during the planning process! Having never planned a large scale event before, we would surely have lost track of all of the decisions, big and small, that needed our attention. I don't know what we would have been able to accomplish without Amy's constant vigilance in vendor communication and frequent check ins with us to keep us on task and thinking clearly about each phase of the planning, but I do know it would have been much, much more stressful. Beyond the stress-savings, having Amy's expertise also made us aware of different design elements or party options that we wouldn't have known to consider, like which types of cups go well with the napkins we liked, or what the names of the cups and fabrics were in the first place. Working with Amy we didn't have to spend as much time brainstorming or researching because we could already tap into her years of experience. As a couple planning from out of town, having her specific Austin expertise was incredibly instrumental for providing us with good recommendations and starting us off on a great foot with our vendors. Amy was also such a pleasure to work with on a personal level. She always brought a smile and positivity to our video calls and it was clear from the jump how much she enjoys helping couples carry out the wedding day of their dreams. Our wedding day itself went incredibly smoothly and we were so grateful that we never had to spend time worrying whether it would, thanks in large part to Amy and her team's time and effort. It’s hard to trust someone to execute your big day the way you envisioned it in your head, but I knew I was in good hands with Paige. I could tell right away that Paige was not only enthusiastic about bringing my vision to life but had the actual experience and competency to manage the logistics (vendors, schedule, catering and game time decisions). Paige was so attentive in every conversation, asked questions I hadn’t even thought of and knew exactly how to pair my ideas with what the venue could offer. I knew that I could absolutely sit back and enjoy my wedding because Paige was behind the scenes, directing the flow of the day. Our big day was so beautiful and stress-free and that was because of Paige’s hard work, care, and attention to detail. I would highly, highly recommend.

Paige was such a joy to work with and an absolute pillar for us planning our wedding! I don't think I've had a person care so much about our vision for the wedding more than her. Sometimes, the stress and obligations of planning can make it seem like tradition and others come before the couple's wishes, but not when Paige is around. She helped us from top to bottom with our planning and made sure we felt nothing less than great! Additionally, Paige made sure our wedding party and our guests had an inclusive space to gather and celebrate. I cannot recommend Paige and her team enough!

Stella was a rockstar on our wedding day. I am a very high-strung person, and one of my only goals for the day was to try to be as "head empty no thoughts" as possible. While I did still end up having to make some game-time decisions, I wouldn't have been anywhere near as relaxed as I was if she hadn't been there. Most memorably, it started raining while I was getting my makeup done and I had a smaaall mental breakdown. Stella took everything in stride and already had a full plan in motion by the time she came in to talk to me. It was great to have someone else be the vendor liaison for us so we could just enjoy our big day. Can't recommend booking a coordinator enough.

We worked with Stacy for our wedding, and she was really great. She was always on top of things and kept track of all the little things so they didn't fall through the cracks. She made the experience as stress free as possible for us and we're very grateful for her services.

We loved working with Amy from Eclipse on our wedding. We got the full package, and Amy helped us every step of the way, from brainstorming themes and colors to the details of every vendor. She set out a budget, checklist, and schedule to make our wedding planning easy. She is detail-oriented and a great listener, and we never had to worry that something unexpected would come up during the wedding. When we ran out of white wine she arranged a last minute shopping trip to HEB! I can't say all the things Amy did for our wedding here, and I can't recommend her services enough.

Kristi from Eclipse was amazing and really came through for my (now) wife and I when we were put in a bad spot due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances before our wedding. Kristi had our back and sprung into action for us and ultimately helped us plan a killer event. She was on top of it and has great connections throughout the industry. Would recommend her to anyone!

We used Stella Stone at Eclipse as our "30 day out" planner. She did an amazing job pulling everything together and insuring all vendors were dialed in. On the day of, she and her 2 assistants pulled everything off flawlessly and were there to make sure we did not have to worry about a thing. Even down to running to get other shoes for sore feet and running home the mother of the groom when her ride was delayed! Above and beyond! Highly recommend Stella and her team!!

Stacy was truly a lifesaver. She was so organized and thoughtful throughout the entire process. From building out our timeline to coordinating with vendors and answering our endless questions—she handled everything with calm, confidence, and crazy fast response times. She gave so much helpful input and also advocated for us with our vendors when something wasn't right which was such a relief. I never had to chase her down or wonder if something was taken care of—she was always five steps ahead. On the actual wedding day, I didn’t stress for a second because I knew Stacy was on top of it all. Everything ran smoothly, and we were actually able to enjoy the day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, don’t be—Stacy is the best. I honestly can’t imagine our day without her!!

Stacy was.. in the most simplest terms THE singular reason we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. My wife (😁) and I both work in public accounting and the idea of having our wedding at the beginning of May seemed impossible. I highly recommend Eclipse Event for your wedding planning needs and more specifically, Haley Richter!! She was the main reason our wedding in March 2025 went so smoothly and why I was not a bridezilla (seriously, my friends and family kept commenting on how chill I was and it was because I knew Haley had everything covered!) I talked to several planning companies before finally talking to Haley and I knew right away she was on the one because of how friendly, proactive and warm she was! We had a longer engagement so I worked with Haley for over a year and she was on top of it from the very beginning by scheduling the intro meeting with my finace and I to get an idea of our vision (which we didn't have and she helped us to bake it out). She then made a beautiful vision board which I was able to tweak and discuss. She created a payment calendar, budget, and entire spreadsheet of everything going into the wedding. She brought up things I would have never thought of and handled all of the communication with the vendors. I seriously cannot thank Haley and the team more!

Haley was meticulous, organized, calm, and timely in coordination and responses through all the wedding planning. Because of her, we had all our vendors booked a few months in advance of our wedding, and it was just finalizing details for the last 1-2 months. She was on top of communicating with the vendors. She also provided us great recommendations when asked. Leading up to the day, she stayed on top of every detail, making the process stress-free. I hired Amy Bay from Eclipse for their "The Works" package, expecting a high level of service for the price. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Amy provided minimal input on creative ideas for our wedding. The only suggestion she made was a mirror seating chart, which we used. Everything else—from wedding favors and place cards to unique touches like the wedding newspaper—was either my own idea or something I worked on with family and friends. Even when I asked for help finding a guest sign-in book, all she did was send me a link to a generic Etsy search page for "wedding guest book." Communication was another major issue. I often had to wait a week or more for a response to emails or texts. While I understand she has other clients, a simple acknowledgment that she received my message would have gone a long way. Our final guest count was 100, as outlined in our agreement, which only required one assistant. However, Amy repeatedly pushed to keep two assistants, which felt unnecessary and like she was trying to avoid putting in the effort. Overall, the lack of initiative, poor communication, and sense of laziness left me disappointed. While I've heard good things about other planners at Eclipse, I cannot recommend Amy Bay. If you're looking for someone to truly help you plan your wedding go with anyone else at Eclipse, otherwise, you'll likely end up doing most of it yourself, as I did.

We are very appreciative and grateful to Stella for her role in our wedding. We worked with her over the course of about 7 months using her full-service planning and she was with us the whole time. She is professional, responsive, upbeat and brought a lot of ideas to the table. She also has great relationships with her local network of vendors which makes for smooth planning and execution. She ensured loose ends were tied up the week before the wedding which led to minimal stress in the lead up to the wedding and more time to enjoy the week. Tessa from Eclipse helped to plan our wedding on 10/27. We went with the partial planning package, and would absolutely recommend! From the very beginning in setting our initial budget, to reaching out to all vendors, Tessa was super communicative and realistic with what we had in mind and what we could afford. She was a joy to work with, and on the day of the wedding I didn't have a single concern! She handled everything and from what I saw, it all went off without a hitch!

Kristi & her team at Eclipse were invaluable for all their help planning my wedding. Given a very busy schedule, wedding planning was made much more manageable and in fact doable with Kristi given her expertise, none the more evident than when our caterer filed for bankruptcy less than 3 weeks before our wedding. Kristi was immediately on it to secure a new vendor and worked with us and the vendor tirelessly to make sure we had a menu we loved. Her recommendations were second to no one, and most importantly, she learned and adapted to our style and curated her recommendations to what we wanted in our vision. I did not feel I was being fed cookie cutter wedding crap that I could generically find somewhere else. Kristi was always there with a solid rec and something to think about that I have not previously thought about. Her knowledge and resources kept me confident and sane. Also, her day-of management was great. The team coordinated a great wedding where we were able to enjoy without having to worry about vendors or plans or timelines. 10/10 would recommend.

We are so thankful that we hired the amazing Eclipse team to help us with our special day at Horseshoe Bay Resort! Our wedding was so wonderful, and we are so grateful to our planner, Amy Bay, for helping make it so great. We did the mix package and thought that was a good choice for us because I’ve got some planner and attention to detail in me myself, but wanted peace of mind, lower stress, and local expertise and experience of professionals. In your intro call with your planner, I recommend asking about the expected communication frequency so you know which package will be right for you. Amy gave us fantastic vendor recommendations and helped us build our vendor dream team who we were so happy with. We loved her excel sheets and timelines that were so organized and detailed. On the wedding day, Amy and her assistants, Kelsey and Robin, did a beautiful job of setting out and placing some extra decor I had. They were so helpful and helped me be able to stay present and enjoy the moment without worrying about anything. Amy also helped save the day when my dress bustle broke while dancing, and had a fantastic emergency kit that allowed her to repair it. She repaired it so quickly and seamlessly that I barely even noticed because she fixed it WHILE I was dancing the night away! She has some serious skills. I also want to thank the owner, Lauren, for connecting us with our travel agent that helped plan a flawless and dream honeymoon for us. Eclipse helped us in so many ways and our wedding and honeymoon were better than we ever could have imagined. We had Lauren and Kristen as our planners and had an absolutely amazing big day. Everything was planned and set up as we had imagined, and we were free to enjoy our day with no stress! Stella and her team did a wonderful job and executed all the details perfectly! Our caterer cancelled at the last minute and Stella found another fabulous caterer quickly so it was seamless! We regret choosing Kristi from Eclipse Event Co as our planner. This review is meant to help anyone who may be on the fence. We paid for her top tier package after being referred by a friend. We decided that if we could trust someone to help save us time planning and work hard to make sure that the details were how we envisioned, then this would be a good investment for us. Sadly, that wasn't our experience, here are some examples: Lack of time/stress saving: We had a long engagement period so that we could plan the wedding over time & avoid last minute stress. We communicated this at booking. In the first year, we barely heard from her. ~6 months before the wedding, we brought in the bride’s mother to get Kristi on track and planning/ reaching out to vendors. We had to do all design work. The week before so much was still not done that we had to take off work to label all the decor/ make detailed layouts of where everything would go (despite this, she still put decor in the wrong spots day of). We also ended up being the ones to send the timeline out to vendors 3 days before the wedding because she hadn’t done it. Gaslighting: Throughout the process, we would explicitly say “__ is important to us.” But the next time these requests came up, she claimed that she was hearing it for the first time. This was an issue that happened several times and in the presence of other people who remembered us saying this before. Lying/ poor vendor selection: We had a specific vision and budget in mind for floral. She wanted us to meet with a florist right next to her office (1hr drive). The florist was not within our budget. We were annoyed that we wasted time with a vendor we couldn’t afford, but asked her to find quotes from other florists that would be within our budget. She told us that “no one in Austin can do this less expensively” and we should go with her preferred vendor. That wasn’t true. The florist we ended up using did a phenomenal job for thousands less. This pattern of recommending vendors convenient for her but not us repeated. We ended up having to find our own DJ, Strings, lounge set, napkins, chargers, photo, video, candelabras, paper, signage, hair & makeup etc. Ruining special moments: A special moment for our wedding was supposed to be a private dinner away from everyone. We made it clear that after such an overwhelming thing as our ceremony, we wanted 30 min of alone time together to let it soak in. We told her no one was to come in. 10 minutes into our dinner she came into our private space because it was “too hot outside and [she] needed A/C,” she stayed for 10 min, taking that special time away from us. Attention to detail: From our initial call, we emphasized the importance of having our linens steamed (bride’s biggest pet peeve). She kept saying that she’d “make a note of it”. The week before the wedding, she told us that there wasn’t enough time to steam them and if we wanted it done we’d have to pay her additional fees for her to bring a 3rd assistant to our wedding. We wish that she had mentioned this earlier, but decided to pay the fee because it was important to us. The linens still weren't steamed day of. More examples: -Didn't show in person to our final walk through -Didn’t move the chairs inside the chapel for older guests -Didn't announce important details -Didn’t have the HMU team come down to photos after we paid extra for that service -Didn't keep to timeline This list goes on, but you get it.
