Kristi & her team at Eclipse were invaluable for all their help planning my wedding. Given a very busy schedule, wedding planning was made much more manageable and in fact doable with Kristi given her expertise, none the more evident than when our caterer filed for bankruptcy less than 3 weeks before our wedding. Kristi was immediately on it to secure a new vendor and worked with us and the vendor tirelessly to make sure we had a menu we loved. Her recommendations were second to no one, and most importantly, she learned and adapted to our style and curated her recommendations to what we wanted in our vision. I did not feel I was being fed cookie cutter wedding crap that I could generically find somewhere else. Kristi was always there with a solid rec and something to think about that I have not previously thought about. Her knowledge and resources kept me confident and sane. Also, her day-of management was great. The team coordinated a great wedding where we were able to enjoy without having to worry about vendors or plans or timelines. 10/10 would recommend.

We are so thankful that we hired the amazing Eclipse team to help us with our special day at Horseshoe Bay Resort! We did the mix package and thought that was a good choice for us because I’ve got some planner and attention to detail in me myself, but wanted peace of mind, lower stress, and local expertise and experience of professionals. In your intro call with your planner, I recommend asking about the expected communication frequency so you know which package will be right for you. Amy gave us fantastic vendor recommendations and helped us build our vendor dream team who we were so happy with. We loved her excel sheets and timelines that were so organized and detailed. On the wedding day, Amy and her assistants, Kelsey and Robin, did a beautiful job of setting out and placing some extra decor I had. They were so helpful and helped me be able to stay present and enjoy the moment without worrying about anything. Amy also helped save the day when my dress bustle broke while dancing, and had a fantastic emergency kit that allowed her to repair it. She repaired it so quickly and seamlessly that I barely even noticed because she fixed it WHILE I was dancing the night away! She has some serious skills. I also want to thank the owner, Lauren, for connecting us with our travel agent that helped plan a flawless and dream honeymoon for us. Eclipse helped us in so many ways and our wedding and honeymoon were better than we ever could have imagined. As the husband, I wasn’t deep into the wedding planning, but I know my wife has high expectations and a lot of specific requests. Kristi from Eclipse Event Co. did an amazing job keeping everything on track and managing all the details, big and small. She kept the process organized and took a lot of the stress off both of us. If you want someone who can handle anything thrown their way and keep things running smoothly, Kristi is the one you need. She delivered on every level and made sure the day was exactly what we wanted.

We regret choosing Kristi from Eclipse Event Co as our planner. This review is meant to help anyone who may be on the fence. We paid for her top tier package after being referred by a friend. We decided that if we could trust someone to help save us time planning and work hard to make sure that the details were how we envisioned, then this would be a good investment for us. Sadly, that wasn't our experience, here are some examples: Lack of time/stress saving: We had a long engagement period so that we could plan the wedding over time & avoid last minute stress. We communicated this at booking. In the first year, we barely heard from her. ~6 months before the wedding, we brought in the bride’s mother to get Kristi on track and planning/ reaching out to vendors. We had to do all design work. The week before so much was still not done that we had to take off work to label all the decor/ make detailed layouts of where everything would go (despite this, she still put decor in the wrong spots day of). We also ended up being the ones to send the timeline out to vendors 3 days before the wedding because she hadn’t done it. Gaslighting: Throughout the process, we would explicitly say “__ is important to us.” But the next time these requests came up, she claimed that she was hearing it for the first time. This was an issue that happened several times and in the presence of other people who remembered us saying this before. Lying/ poor vendor selection: We had a specific vision and budget in mind for floral. She wanted us to meet with a florist right next to her office (1hr drive). The florist was not within our budget. We were annoyed that we wasted time with a vendor we couldn’t afford, but asked her to find quotes from other florists that would be within our budget. She told us that “no one in Austin can do this less expensively” and we should go with her preferred vendor. That wasn’t true. The florist we ended up using did a phenomenal job for thousands less. This pattern of recommending vendors convenient for her but not us repeated. We ended up having to find our own DJ, Strings, lounge set, napkins, chargers, photo, video, candelabras, paper, signage, hair & makeup etc. Ruining special moments: A special moment for our wedding was supposed to be a private dinner away from everyone. We made it clear that after such an overwhelming thing as our ceremony, we wanted 30 min of alone time together to let it soak in. We told her no one was to come in. 10 minutes into our dinner she came into our private space because it was “too hot outside and [she] needed A/C,” she stayed for 10 min, taking that special time away from us. Attention to detail: From our initial call, we emphasized the importance of having our linens steamed (bride’s biggest pet peeve). She kept saying that she’d “make a note of it”. The week before the wedding, she told us that there wasn’t enough time to steam them and if we wanted it done we’d have to pay her additional fees for her to bring a 3rd assistant to our wedding. We wish that she had mentioned this earlier, but decided to pay the fee because it was important to us. The linens still weren't steamed day of. More examples: -Didn't show in person to our final walk through -Didn’t move the chairs inside the chapel for older guests -Didn't announce important details -Didn’t have the HMU team come down to photos after we paid extra for that service -Didn't keep to timeline This list goes on, but you get it.

We hired Lauren before any other vendor, and she saved our wedding multiple times in our 18 months together. have amazing relationships with the best vendors, she is always game to try something new. Not only does she From dealing with vendors cancelling on us, to working with our craziest "hey what if we did X", she handled everything with grace. She also kept us organized, UNDER budget, and made sure everything at our wedding was true to our love story. If we could hire Lauren to run our lives as smoothly as she ran our wedding, we would do so in a heart beat.

We recently got married and worked with Amy Bay! She was incredible and I truly do not know what we would have done without her. She made the planning process seamless and took so much stress and worry off of us. I can be very indecisive but talking to Amy about my vision for the wedding she knew exactly what I wanted and how to make it happen. She recommended some incredible vendors and helped arrange their services and made sure everyone was where they needed to be and on time the day of our wedding. There are so many details when planning a wedding and I would have been absolutely lost in the process without Stacy Harrell at Eclipse Events. She was referred to me by a close friend (whose wedding also went off without a hitch). Stacy helped me bring my vision to life, and she was there to keep everything on track and fix any hiccups we hit along the way. She was so responsive, and always made time when I had questions. She also gave great vendor recommendations; a hard part of planning is all the vendor options and picking what works best for your style and budget. Even with all the hard work and planning, I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the wedding, the decor, and how it all came together. The reception hall was GORGEOUS. My day of coordinator was Amy Bay. She and Stacy worked closely leading up to the wedding to ensure everything was accounted for. My wedding was perfect. I told them I didn't want to feel rushed, and they ensured that everything was planned so that it allowed us to be present and enjoy every second of our wedding (including some extra time for the dance floor). I cannot rave enough. Having an expert on your side is worth it throughout this process. It allowed us to get so much more out of the planning process and enjoy our day knowing Stacy and Amy at Eclipse Events had it all handled. They are AMAZING :)

Art at Eclipse is the best in the biz! We planned our Austin wedding from Boston and truly would not have been able to do it all without him. His portfolio of vendors were beyond impressive and made us feel confident in who we worked with for our big day. Stacy Harrell with Eclipse helped us with the Rehearsal dinner and the Wedding. She worked with the Bride and the MOG in person and via Zoom for months and did a wonderful job helping source local vendors for both events, following up with vendors, and creating 3 timelines for the events (1 for rehearsal dinner, 1 short version for the wedding party and 1 long version with the Bride and MOG). The events were flawless. All of our guests had a wonderful weekend. We could not have asked for a better wedding week.

We used Stacy’s complete service for our wedding and it was the BEST decision we could have made. She brought us several options for each vendor, tailored to our style/wants, then set up everything else from tours to tastings to zoom meetings. This saved us so much time and unnecessary stress. The day of the wedding literally everything went perfectly and looked absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and this was due to Stacy. She was such a pleasure to work with and took all our visions and made them a reality. I don't think our rehearsal dinner would have been as successful as it was if it wasn't for Lauren! I (MOG) live in the Dallas area and the wedding and rehearsal dinner were here in Austin. She had wonderful ideas and vendor suggestions as well as being very conscientious regarding our budget. With her help, we were able to create a beautiful and memorable event!

Eclipse Event Co. is the gold standard for weddings. Our planner was Stacy Harrell and she was incredible from start to finish. Planning a wedding is an endeavor that one shouldn’t do alone and we are grateful to have Art by our side. We decided to do the 30-day planner/coordinator package which allowed us to do a majority of the planning and for Art to handle to last minute details. One of the things that we loved about Art is that he was still in communication with us in the time leading up to the 30 days; giving us recommendations and answering any questions that we may have had. Outside of planning, Art’s personality makes him an amazing coordinator. He is personable, has a great sense of humor, he is great at handling situations behind the scenes and will stick up for you/fix the situation if something doesn’t go your way during your big day. We started working with Stacy for our December 2023 wedding all the way back in 2021! We knew we wanted a fall wedding so we waited another year to get the perfect venue and vendors. She helped us every step of the way, and gave wonderful advice and input! I don’t have much of a design mind so having Stacy help have the colors and ideas come to life was amazing. Kristi was AMAZING! Kristi was our month-of planner and she went above and beyond to make our wedding special. The wedding industry was very new to me and Kristi helped me navigate the million little details with ease. Kristi truly heard what was important to me. She prioritized the things I prioritized, and (to my extreme gratitude) she took things off my plate when they weren’t so important to me (for example, I really could have cared less about how the napkins were folded). She stepped up and stepped back in the best ways possible, allowing for our vision to be at the forefront, while also giving recommendations and asking all the right questions to make our wedding better than we could have imagined on our own. She even recommended our florist (I originally thought we didn’t need a florist because we got married at the Wildflower Center and I was worried about the environmental impact of having single use cut flowers). Kristi recommended a florist who became one of the biggest highlights of our wedding AND they addressed my sustainability concerns (BIG shout out to Flora Fetish!). Our wedding was so smooth and I am sure that is an indication of all the unseen work Kristi was doing in the background. I’m grateful that we had Kristi as our planner and I would choose her again!

Lauren did an amazing job of making my dream wedding vision a reality- the decor and vibes of the reception exceeded my expectations and more. Lauren also has a wide network of vendors and companies that gave us the freedom to customize our wedding with great options and good pricing. Lauren even packed up her own car with our leftover decorations and items after to wedding (unplanned) which really helped us out and allowed us to enjoy the after-party with all of our guests. All in all, it was an absolutely stunning wedding and I could not have imagined it being any more beautiful!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing my experience was with Tessa at Eclipse Event Co. Tessa is by far the best decision my husband and I made during the wedding planning process. She was extremely detail organized, personable and my go to gal with every question and concern I had. I truly feel like I was working with my best friend. From the start I knew that having a coordinator for our wedding was crucial, and I’m so glad I secured Eclipse Event Co. early! Our coordinator Amy was a great resource throughout the planning process, and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. The month of, Amy provided timelines, logistics, and helped communicate final details with all the vendors I had booked. The day of was seamless, and I didn’t feel stressed at all. I’m a firm believer that no news is good news, and I was so grateful we didn’t hear anything all evening while Amy and her team handled everything, and we were able to relax and enjoy our big day. We had a couple well-timed reminders to be ready for our dances, cut the cake, and do the photobooth before it closed. I had a thread caught on my shoe I couldn’t quite reach, and Amy was there with a pair of scissors before I could even look up for help. The little details made a huge impact, and our event was perfect thanks to the team. I had a local venue and a lot of flexibility with time, so I was able to do 90% of the planning myself. I would highly recommend Eclipse’s full planning experience for any brides who are out of the area of their venue, or don’t have the free time to plan!

Lauren one of the owners of Eclipse Events and our wedding planner was absolutely wonderful. She made it possible to put on a dream wedding for my daughter and her fiance. HIRE TESSA! Seriously, there’s not much more that need to be said. Being a Type-A-Control-Freak-Hyper-Organized-Project Manager that I am, I never really thought I needed a wedding planner, but friends kept recommending that I get one, so I decided to give it a try. I wanted someone that matched my detailed oriented crazy self and could understand and execute my vision. My husband and I met with Tessa and instantly clicked with her. We interviewed a few other planners, but none could even come close to her positive energy and clear communication skills. Tessa made the wedding planning process a total breeze. Based on just a quick chat, she understood what we wanted immediately and put together the perfect mood board. We then collaborated to narrow down vendors that were within budget and matched our styles, and every single one of them were incredible. Unlike some wedding planners that only get involved once you select and sign with vendors, she helped us handle everything from venue site visits to vendor selection and contract signing all within the listed package price. She was so helpful and patient (especially when dealing with my indecisiveness or change of hearts!), and saved us a ton of time and money with her tips and suggestions. On top of planning, Tessa and Maria (her assistant) also coordinated our wedding day absolutely perfectly. They took away all of the stress of the day by handling vendor setups, guest arrivals, making sure we had food and a drink at all times, and that our schedule stayed on time for every event/game we wanted to do (and we had a lot lol). My parents were so impressed by her, and so many of our guests told us that this was the most beautiful, fun, and on-time wedding ever. It was honestly just the most perfect day, and I have Tessa to thank for all of it!

We were lucky to work with Stacy and her full service planning for 8 months to create our dream wedding. Stacy was kind and fun and professional to work with, insanely responsive, and super organized. I'm an operations professional and can be very type A and wanted someone who could keep up with me and also make strong expert recommendations on all the things I didn't know having never planned an event of this scale. Stacy was perfect. Stacy was enthusiastic when she helped us with some more custom, less traditional elements. She made recommendations and informed me on all my questions, but never once boxed me in if it didn't fit with my vision. All the vendors she recommended were top notch, professional, and did a beautiful job. I legitimately didn't worry about a single detail the weekend of my wedding because we were so prepared. It allowed me to just be excited, present, and have fun. What a gift! Lastly, and most importantly, my wedding venue selection involved us having to design and bring in every last detail (chairs, tables, bars, linens, decor, lighting, all of it) and with that many decisions it could have been a chaotic combination, but with Stacy's eye and helpful guiding, it turned out stunning. Like truly beautiful, elegant, my absolute dream come true. I'm so grateful to Stacy and her partnership through this process!
