HORRIBLE BUSINESS RUN BY AN INCOMPETENT UNEMPATHETIC SCAM ARTIST!!!
Problem 1: Upon arriving at the location to take my photos the drivers told my bridal party they would not be able to drive us to the venue. Mind you my venue was glen island harbour club and we were taking photos at the park next door!!! the drivers had a full on verbal fight with my maid of honor and bridal party starting that it would be an extra $120 a car to wait - which i reluctantly agreed to as i didn't want this to ruin my wedding. after this was agreed upon the driver called his boss who told him he would need to charge us $500!!! Our photographer offered to drive us back to the venue. The photographer and crew took some and a family member need to come to pick up the remaining,( i had a large bridal party of 19)Only reason for the one star they get (other than the fact you have to enter at least 1) is that the rolls royce driver waited for me and my husband to finish photos. If the extra time to take photos was not included that should have been something discussed at contract signing. As someone who has never had a wedding before, as most who sign up for service, it would have been nice to know that 3 hours wouldn't cut it for church & photos!!!!!
Problem 2: The cars that were supposed to for 10-12 (as advertised on their site as well) i was tod two days before my wedding only fit 8-10. i ended up needing to schedule cars for both sets of parents from a different company so they would have transportation as now the limo size was downgraded....
Problem 3: The car that came to pick up my groom was ripped and disgusting inside with a broken aux cord.
Problem 4: The driver did not help to get me into the car or out as my dress was extremely large. He did not help get my train out of the car or anything.
Problem 5: Would be the misrepresentation of the honeymoon car service.

BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! If I could rate this business- zero stars I would. My best friend used Eclipse for their wedding and I honestly wish they knew sooner prior committing to them. The limo drivers were a slob, poorly dressed, no sense of professionalism at all. The limos were extremely dirty, all of the glasses had lip stained and were sticky, the seats of the cars were all ripped up. We were told that the limo would fit 15 people yet it uncomfortably fit 8 people.
After leaving the church, we had to stop at a pier to take photos before getting the wedding venue. However, the driver took us straight to the wedding venue and told us that he was not allowed to go anywhere else that the time was up. After screaming at the driver, he finally insisted to take us to the photo location that was less than a 2 minute drive. Upon arriving to the photo location, he and the other drive told us that they had to leave that the entire bridal party was to walk back to the venue. I am not sure in their right minds thought it was okay for them to leave everyone stranded no less the bride and the bridal party in their dresses and heels to walk 20 min to the venue. The driver demanded that each car would need to pay $120 an hour per car so figure $240/hour. He then proceeds to get his manager on the phone stating that it would cost an upwards of $600 total for them to stay.
I am not sure how these owners and employees sleep at night- it's absolutely stomach churning and disgusting how they try to uphold their business. They are complete CON ARTISTS, SCAMMERS AND RUTHLESS WHEN STEALING MONEY UNDER YOUR NOSE!! STAY AWAY!! THEY OUGHT TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE BBB. Take your money and business elsewhere where it's clean!
I was married in August this year and used Eclipse Limo for their Excalibur (which made for some awesome photos) to bring me to the ceremony then my husband and I to our reception. The limo was clean. The driver was on time and very polite. On the way to the church he asked me what mine and my husbands favorite drink was - when we got back in the limo after the ceremony, we had a few of our favorite beers on ice to enjoy on the way to the reception.
My wife and I had amazing service from Eclipse Limo. We used their Excalibur and a stretch limo and could not ask for better service or drivers. This helped make our day special.
Eclipse Limo is a must use for your wedding day. The process of requesting a limo and payment is very easy. The driver arrived early to the venue, was dressed appropriately and was very nice and helpful with the electronics in the vehicle. The limo was in beautiful shape, and champagne was provided for the wedding party. Eclipse pricing is well within everyones budget and should be considered for your wedding.
My experience with Eclipse Limousine was over the top from the day I booked to my special day the cars were extremely clean and polished the driver's were all on time and professional I would recommend this company to all my friends that are getting married
Awful experience... the owner was really rude calling 2 days before the wedding leaving messages asking if we were still getting married and if he needed to show up, meanwhile the coordinator had already confirmed with him... the Rolls Royce I booked broke down blocks away and they had to replace it with another car that I would have never chosen... the driver wouldn’t stop talking to me on the way to the church telling me what an awful day it was outside and it’s going to rain all day... the hummer limo with the wedding party got into an accident with a cab... Overall, awful!
The whole process with Eclipse started off well. My mom booked them last minute and they worked with her. She was able to lock in a limo which I was going to share with my bridal party and a bus to take guest to the reception. The people on the bus had no complaints, but the limo I was supposed to ride on was not professional at all. From the moment he picked us up we were running late, unfortunately my grandma was rushed to the ER and that set us back by 20 minutes or so. When we got downstairs the limo driver greeted us with the "You all are LATE"!! and opened the door and went and sat in his car. I decided to leave with a family member in there car because I did not want any confrontation. At the church the driver came into the mass twice upset because mass was not over, even asked my aunt he never saw anyone have a wedding mass that it is only supposed to be a ceremony. Once the mass was over he came up to my photographer and told him he was not taking pictures at the church because we had to go. Once we were done and were going to go in the Limo this driver went up to my mother and said that no one is allowed in the LIMO until she paid him$300.00 in CASH ONLY! I could not believe that this was happening and just could not hold the tears and he told me sorry but 300.00 cash or I am not driving anyone to the reception. Well my mother had to find someone who had cash in the church because all she had was credit cards, once she paid him he allowed the bridal party into the Limo. I REFUSED TO GET IN and waited for my uncle to come back and pick my husband and I up. This was the worst experience and am so upset my mom went with this company. To top it off my mother asked to speak to the owner which the driver said he had on the phone and the driver told her to call him from her own phone!
Great company and affordable! Joe the owner is very knowledgeable and very reasonable. The driver did an amazing job was on time and got us to reception quickly enough to enjoy the cocktail hour. I will gladly recommend this company.
Totaly ruined my wedding day.. we ordered two limos the hummer limo was a hour and half late to pick up the grooms men. We were told the hummer was on its way and then it was susposly in a accident . We had to ride in a 8 passenger car to the church, and then we were told that another hummer was on its way and that was another huge dispoiment. The spair tire was in the frount seat, the driver was a complet discrase, the limo had mold growing on the windows, radio didn't work, ac didn't work, the car shook all the way to the reception, the car belongs in the junk yard.. there was also no name on it or d.o.t numbers. I allowed to weeks to past and the owner never called so I showed up and a wedding expo and had a face to face talk w him, he agreed to refund me all my money and weeks latter he wanted papers sighted and would only give back half the money.. and I'm still waiting on that check 6 months latter. Joe is nothing more that a scam artist and a PICE OF SHIT. Don't ever use him, complete ass hole
Everything with Eclipse Limousine started out well. I had heard a lot of horror stories about limousines not showing up the morning of the wedding, so I had my sister in law call Eclipse the morning of to confirm they would be where they needed to be and when they needed to be there. They assured her the driver would be there a half hour early and he was! I was super relieved and very appreciative. My husband and I got married on a hot Saturday in July and while we were taking pictures in between the ceremony and the reception, the limousine overheated. I understand this happens so we rushed into the limousine and headed for the reception venue. Along the way it over heated again and we had to pull over to the side of the road. Here's where my problem starts. My brother in law got out and was putting ice on the engine to cool it off while the driver sat in the front seat doing nothing! If I am paying you for a service, why is my brother in law doing the work. Luckily our photographer was behind us and took myself, my husband and my maid of honor to the reception venue. A few minutes later the limo and the rest of the bridal party arrived. I later heard that when the driver called the company to let them know what happened, the company blamed us! They said we over loaded the limo and that is why it over heated! We weren't even in the limousine when it over heated! The entire bridal party was in a park taking pictures. Our contract said we would have a 10-12 person limo. We were 11 people, with the driver. I find it extremely rude to blame your paying customers for a problem with your vehicle. I also found out that the driver ran at least four blatantly red lights! I appreciate his rush to get my bridal party to the reception hall, but if they were killed or injured in a car accident because he was driving recklessly it sort of defeats the purpose. I do not recommend Eclipse for your big day, especially if it's hot out.
When we first booked the limos for our wedding we thought everything was going to be great, and the process was pretty easy. Our wedding day however was very stressful. The Excallibur car that we rented for my father and I to get to the church in showed up almost 40min late, with no notification from the driver or limo company that they were not going to be on time. We tried to contact the company and was unable to get in touch with anyone. Finally when the driver of the Stretch Escalade we rented for the bridal party arrived to the church he was able to get us in touch with someone to figure out where the car was. When the driver arrived he did not know how to get to the church, he said he was stuck in traffic and didn't have time to program his GPS, so my father had to give him directions on how to get there. To top off the day after the wedding ceremony, when my bridal party got back in their limo... it wouldn't start. The driver were asking my new husband, and any remaining guests leaving the church if they had jumper cables etc. The limos were a good price, but it was not worth that amount of stress on my wedding day.
DO NOT USE ECLIPSE!!! We used them for our wedding and praised them for two years to all our friends. That all changed after we went to a friend’s wedding in early August. The driver got off the wrong exit and was backing up on the off ramp. This is not only unprofessional but extremely dangerous! So this proceeded to make us late to the church and hence the reception. The driver would not leave until Joe spoke to the groom ON HIS WEDDING DAY and demanded payment of the overtime that was caused by his driver. Please do yourself a favor and do not use eclipse. Joe is rude and should not be in business. After calling Joe the following day and informing him that the reason we were late was due HIS driver taking the wrong exit and told him he should do the RIGHT thing and refund the money. He laughed in my face and said and I quote, that won’t happen. This is supposed to be one of the most important days in your life do not waste your time with arrogant and insensitive people at eclipse
Eclipse limousine was the best choice we made for our wedding. From the start meeting Joe in the office to the day of our wedding everything ran perfect. The cars were just what we wanted and our drivers Tim and Dom were the best. They took care if my wife from when they arrived at her home right up to the time we were dropped off at the reception. They made us feel comfortable with their driving and their professionalism. I would recommend Eclipse Limousine to any couple looking for limousines for their wedding.

We used Eclipse for our wedding recently and had a great experience. They were very easy to work with over the phone (we don't live locally, so everything was done over the phone), and the prices were competitive. We had two white 10 person limos and they were beautiful and in perfect condition. There was champagne in the limo and our ride to the reception was so much fun. Both drivers were very nice. I took one star off of quality/service because the other limo (thankfully not the one we were in) got lost three blocks from the reception venue. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but it was in mid-town Manhattan, and as a result of the driver circling the venue several times the other limo arrived 30 minutes after us. My father finally had to speak up and instruct the driver how to get to the location. Not a huge deal, but I think it was a little annoying for the people in that limo. Overall though we had a wonderful experience and I would recommend them!
Good overall service, however they did not send the limos we had reserve. We ordered two and they sent a substitute for one of them. That should have been communicated.

I just wanted to let you know you made my wedding on January 4,2014 perfect. The limos were clean and the drivers were the best. Bill was a perfect gentleman and he took care of us through out the bad roads we incurred. He was careful and the driver of the limo was just as good. I just want to say Thank You to the company including Joe who assured us the limos wouild be there and all would be perfect.
I would recommend this company to any bride getting married.

At the time of booking they were very helpful and accommodating and explained most things, what our time line was for the price. The day of the wedding the drivers were a bit pushy and their driving abilities are not something I would like to relive. The car my wedding party was in said, on the ride to the reception hall from taking pictures, they were spilling the champagne due to the rough driving. We (the bride and groom) actually sent our car back and got a ride from the photographer to the reception hall. The reason being, as we were taking pictures they kept saying we had to go but we had plenty of time to get to the reception hall by 5:30. If we listened to them, we would have missed out on great photo's of a once in a life time event. All I can say is, I would not use them again.
I used this company for my wedding and they were amazing. They were early in picking us up a assisted both myself and the bridal party in getting in and out of the car. The drivers also went out of their way and helped me with my train throughout the day. All of the staff in this company were so easy to talk to and answered all of my questions and concerns and were very nice. Their service is great and they help with anything you need. I would definitely recommend this company to all other brides and any of my friends for their special day.
You get what you pay for I suppose. Joe, the owner, was very nice to us. We paid cash to get a 10% discount. They provided us with a standard 6-8 passenger limo and an Excalibur as the lead car. A gratuity of 20% was included in the cost...lucky for them! The driver of the lead car was horrible. He went 75mph on a parkway, so fast that not only was he breaking the law and putting us danger, but our photographers and videographer couldn't keep up. We ended up at the park where we were taking photos at well ahead of them and had to wait. The photographer apologized and it wasn't even his fault! The reception was 5 minutes from the park. With more than a half hour to go on our contract, the limo driver was rushing us to finish our photos. When we inquired about a few minutes overtime, maybe a half hour, he said it would be $500 with an annoyed attitude. We ended up finishing our photos and were dropped off with 15 minutes to spare...the lead car left in a blink of an eye. I even think the other limo driver was uncomfortable with the lead car driver's actions. I would not recommend this service to anyone since you cannot be sure what driver you'll get!
Our driver was so helpful and such a gentleman. He made sure we got to the venue on time, to the lake for pictures, and back to the hotel.

** The Wedding Channel has asked me to edit my review, however, I stand by my recommendation NOT to use this vendor. I believe that it is a disservice to only post positive reviews of vendors and believe that Eclipse Limo should be removed from the Wedding Channel list of recommended vendors. **
Here is the story:
We had signed a contract and placed a deposit for a Rolls Royce to take us from the church to the reception location. We went in about 4 weeks before the wedding to pay the rest of the contract amount. We just want to get the payments completed so that we could focus on other wedding preparations. As soon as he took out our contract, he began asking us to pay for overtime upfront, because he didn't think that the contract allowed for enough time for the rental. The contract had allowed 3 hours to get us from one location to the next. It didn't make sense for us to pay upfront overtime, an additional $500 (!) and we did not agree to this. The battle went on for the next few weeks, and we ended up getting a regular stretch limo for the price of a Rolls Royce. We were not happy with the result. The driver was professional and helpful, but I would still steer clear of this company.
In addition the owner was very rude and insulting. After the wedding, I found out that other people had similar experiences on other review websites.
My wedding was on Sunday May 26,2013 and my experience with Eclipse Limousine was perfect. I want to start by saying that the staff of the company made us feel very relaxed and assured us that our wedding day would be perfect and it was. The cars were clean and and ready for us to get in. The temperature was over 90 degrees and the air conditioners were on before we got into the cars which made us very comforatable. From the start to finish when we arrived at our catering hall everything was just perfect. I would recommend this company to every bride and groom who are going to get married.

My wedding was Friday May 31,2013 and we used your service. My name is Leslie Hall formally ( Leslie Markos) and I just felt that everyone should know about your service. Your drivers made us feel so relaxed from all the stress from a wedding day. My driver Bill who drove the Rolls Royce payed alot of attention to me from the moment he arrived at my house. He was 45 minutes early for his pick-up but helped me with the pictures that we taken in front of my home. Your other two drivers catered to my bridal party from the time they arrived until we were dropped at our reception. I know everyone hears horror stories but Eclipse Limousine went above and beyond what I feel a driver and a company should do. I would rate them at the top of the scale and would recommend them to any bride and groom who is getting married.

We used Eclipse for a limo and a Rolls Royce on our wedding day. Both arrived on time, and both drivers were very nice. The limos could be in better shape, but they look good.
Make sure any deal that is promised to you is written into the contract that you sign. And make sure to read the contract before signing.
The limo drivers were both there on time to pick up myself and my husband. They were very accommodating since there was a bad snowstorm that day. They made sure that we were all comfortable and warm. They helped us in and out of the car and made sure that we got inside the Church without getting wet. Both drivers were very nice and helpful during the entire day.
I definitely wanted to make sure I wrote a review on this vendor since I was furious the days prior to my wedding and wanted to make sure no other bride went through this.
Two days before my wedding I was told that the limos I originally contracted were smaller than expected thus my entire wedding party would not fit in them. When I asked if there were any other limos available for that day I was told only one additional car was available for an additional fee. I then requested if I could switch the complimentary honeymoon car to the day of the wedding so I wouldn't have to pay a fee for the additional car and was told that that wasn't possible. Needless to say they were not helpful or apologetic.
On the day of the wedding they were late to pick me up and didn't get to my apartment until 4:30 which is when my wedding was set to start. I was a 1/2 hour late to my own wedding!!! And to top it off the limo driver said he would have to charge us for overtime!!! (he eventually didn't charge us for overtime but just the implication that he would was enough to infuriate me)They didn't even have the directions to the reception site and one of my groomsmen had to correctly direct the limo driver. Being in the limo was the most annoying experience I could have had that entire night. I would not recommend them to anyone. Brides beware - Go with a company that actually cares how you feel on your wedding day.
The specialty car did not show up on time to take me to my wedding. We had three limos total. The limo that took the groomsmen had to come back to pick up me and my father. The specialty car showed up in time to take me and my husband back to our reception hall, but it was a huge disappointment that they were not on time, mainly because, it caused me to be late to my wedding! The limos did stay a little bit later to "compensate" for what happened but I think timely service is extremely important and therefore I was disappointed and would not be able to recommend them in the future.
The limos were new, on time and clean!
They got good reviews and had the best price so I went with them but I was very upset I did. I was very clear that I had a large all adult bridal party that needed to be transported, he said he would give us 2 12 passenger limos. It was embarrassing what showed up Barely fit everyone. I was squished in my bridal gown with my husband and another person next to us on the one seat. When I asked the drive how many people fit in the limo
He said 9!!! Thank god we were only going 15 mins away, but I was very embarrassed.
I contacted Eclipse because I wanted a 14 passenger limo that wasn't an SUV for my wedding. I asked for a quote for a 4 hour rental and when I heard back I decided to book them. They asked for a deposit at the time, but since I was planning my wedding long distance and wouldn't be in town to hand over the balance in cash the week before the wedding, they asked for full payment upfront. I agreed. They then charged my credit card before I had even given them the authorization form, and when I got the contract, it turns out that price was for only 3 hours, not the 4 I requested. The day of the wedding, a big SUV Escalade pulls up. It looked clean but it smelled like a wet dog inside. The driver was nice enough until he thought we were cutting it too close to the 3 hour limit. He demanded $300 in cash if were went over the 3 hours... which is not even legal!! All in all I found them sketchy to deal with and was not impressed with either the service or the quality.
I was married in September 2011 and after lots of research, I choose Eclipse Limousine as they had the best price and were the most responsive of all the limo companies in lower Westchester. They were on time and provided the car that I had requested (and paid for). The driver was very sweet... i was running late so I didnt do much chit chatting. Overall, the best price and service in the area.
THE LIMO CEILING WAS DIRTY, THEY WERE ON TIME AND NICE. THEY RUSHED US THOUGH TO FINISH UP PICTURES ON TIME CAUSE THEY HAD TO LEAVE
The owner is demanding of cash only in order to get a good price from him. I was promised an aisle runner with the package, it never came, despite my husband picking it out at the final payment .
I don't know how all the reviews say "on time". Both limos were late! And then they tried to charge us overtime!

I have called many Limousine companies for my special day and the only one that stood out to me for my special day was Eclipse Limousine Company. The staff members were extremely helpful and professional. The limousines and cars the company provided were outstanding and beautiful! The drivers were on time and pleasantly nice to everyone. I couldn't have asked for a better Limousine company.

The limo showed up on time and the owner worked on our price with us. Our fist driver stopped short which shook us up, but overall the experience was good. The limos were new and they upgraded our order. I was a vocal customer.
I used Eclipse Limo for my wedding Day. We arrived everywhere in one piece, but think they need to make some improvements.
1) drivers rude - The limo drivers were rude. We reserved 3 limos. One of the three was a antique car for just my hunny and I. As we were getting into the limo, happy as can be on our rainy wedding day, all the driver did was harass us about being 15 min late and that he was going to charge us for a full hour on all three cars (approx 1000 dollars). FYI to limo company.. not something bride and groom want to discuss at this moment. Especially since my parents made all of the arrangements, so they should have been speaking to whom made the arrangements.
2) quality/condition of cars - not well maintained, didn't feel or look well maintained, rough ride, clunks, our antique car broke down on the way to the reception. We had to wait for one of the other limos to come and get us (btw.. the driver made me speak to the boss on his cell phone to confirm that this made us even in regards to the over charges! Now that I think about it, they should have refunded us some money!) :(
We used Eclipse Limo For our July 2011 wedding. They were extremely professional. The Rolls Royce was super clean and the driver was so nice and professional. All 3 limos arrived early and everyone was transported to where they needed to be in style.
My Wife And I rented a Rolls Royce and a two 12 passenger limousine in 2010 for our daughters special day in August 2010. We were told that the lincolns he had in his gargage could hold 12 passengers. When the cars arrived at the hotel the drivers did not put no more than ten each car. The driver Bill was very rude and spoke to us like we were kids. Another problem I had is I ordered a Rolls royce for my daughter to be driven to the church I got a Exacaliber thing. The driver was nice I remember him very well his name was lou and he owned a bakery in bronx were I was born. The other driver was always on the phone and not dressed in a tuxedo i think his name was Brian. If you are thinking about useing this company please think twice. I rate the pricing a 8 , Service a 3. I WILL NOT EVER USE THEM OR RECOMMENED THEM AGAIN.
When my daughter got married on 2/26/11 we used Eclipse Limousine, after being referred by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went from the first time we sat down with them, to make the arrangements, to the wedding day. The limo was perfect, clean, and driven by a very friendly, curteous, and professional driver. He arrived a little earlier than scheduled, which releived some worries, and assisted the bride to make sure she got to the wedding on time.
I would highly recommend Eclipse to family and friends in the future, and plan to hire them again when my other daughter gets married next year.

From the first day upon meeting the owner Mr. Joseph Gross to the day of the wedding to was pure satisfaction
When we started out looking for Limo companies we were focused on two things. The best price and a long white super stretch limo that would fit 12 people. It was really important to us to not have a big clunky truck or escalade. We wanted to go the traditional route, but my dress would have also made it impossible to get in and out of a big truck. Right from the beginning we knew Joe Gross (the owner) wasn't a great business man, but we tried to see the good and looked past it. He's a straight shooter and we believed his word. To get the best price we paid in full upfront. WORST MISTAKE EVER!
Our wedding day came and a huge beat up old Excursion came LATE rolling up my driveway. I nearly had a heart attack. We all piled into the clunker with Joe's phone number in hand. The inside was WORSE than the outside. It looked like it was at a prom the night before, they had barely cleaned it and there was NO AC! Did I mention I got married in June and was wearing a big heavy dress?
My best friend called Joe on the way from the house to the church. Obviously any smart business man would remedy the situation during the ceremony and we'd have what we paid for by the time we said I Do. Instead Joe brought my best friend (who was pretending to be me.. the BRIDE) to tears on the phone. Cursing and screaming at who he thought was the bride on the wedding day. Then my Dad got on the phone to continue the heated conversation. It was not the tranquil way i wanted to be driven to the church at all.
Bottom line, nothing was resolved, we got no money back, one of the groomsman had to sit on the floor on the way to the reception, another one literally almost passed out from the heat. The Only good thing I will say was that our limo driver was the best! If i were him I would switch to a different company ASAP.

Limo arrived on time and clean. It was not exactly what was promised. Attention on phone could have been better. We sat in traffic when it could have been avoided.
The limos were fine. They came on time, and looked nice. Our car was hot, even with the air on we were sweating, but I guess it's just because it's an old Rolls. They had a red carpet that was pulled out as I entered the church, and we did a champagne toast when we left. The drivers were very nice.
Evrything about the limo company was fabulous-you hear stories about them being late/not the right car/etc...not this company. They were early, at the last minute we requested 2 limos both arrived, everything went smoothly except that we were originally told they our stratch could fit 12 people since it was a super stretch and the limo driver would only let 10 in (thats all ti would really fit) the 2nd limo was supposed to be for family which some landed up ont he bus so the rest of the bridal party could fit in that one. So I give them a 3 on quality $ service becuase we were disappointed our best man rode seperate. They did however give great prices...

In addition to limo for the wedding party, I hired (different vendor) to get authentic checker cab for me, and later for me and my husband. It was absolutely awesome. Both vendors were really great to work with and accomodate our needs (we changed cars and hours many times - no problem).
Our driver was great, and the cars were perfect - exactly what we had picked out - no surprises and no glitches. Very reliable.
They had a great selection of cars and SUVs to pick from. They were well taken care of. The drivers were very friendly. And, when you went to sign the contract, they have a wedding store with different types of wedding gifts, favors etc.

They were on time and had drinks ready for us in the limo. THe driver was very nice and even waited for us when we were running a few minutes late.
I was surprised two days before my wedding to receive an offer to upgrade my limo package with no cost change.;The limos were late to my house after hanging out at the church for over half an hour. One never made it to the house, so I had to ferry the bridal party in the Excaliber Limo and almost lost having the full mass at the Church because the limos made me so late. The limo for the bridal party was in much better shape than the Excaliber, which was driven by the world's oldest chauffer. He did not know where he was going and drove down Jericho Turnpike with his left blinker on for over two miles. He was unaware that the radio was coming in as static until my husband asked him to change the station. I basically had to get myself into and out of the car, because it would have taken the driver forever to get to me, and I felt bad because he was so elderly. I used this company for my high school prom and had no problems with them, but after my wedding, I would recommend other brides to check out other limo places before this one.
