Eden Roc Miami Beach

Amazing! The staff were amazing for our wedding. I wasn't the easiest bride to work with as I work in the food business and had high expectations. The food was amazing, the attention to detail, service were outstanding. Thank you !

Thank you Eden Roc for making our wedding day super special. this venue is absolutely stunning, the staff are super friendly and attentive the day of. The coordinator is amazing she was with me every step of the way when we got closer and when things got hectic she took care of it. She always made sure that i never worried about anything and that we enjoyed our day.

I recently went to see the Eden Roc as a possible venue with my fiancé, and what a disappointment! I had an appointment with Shannon Garvey, who was over 25 minutes late for our appointment. At first, no one at the hotel even knew who she was, nor could get ahold of her, so we were shown around by a front desk associate who literally showed us the vacant ROOF as a possible ceremony spot. Bless her soul, she tried. But we would have been better off sitting in the lobby for 25 minutes twiddling our thumbs. She also showed us a ballroom we were now allowed to enter because there was a dancing event going on. The outfits hanging outside the room were just lovely. I wonder what the ballroom looked like? Once we got back downstairs from this 5 minutes waste of time tour, we found out that Shannon put the wrong time in her calendar and while she wouldn't apologize in person (never show weakness in person) we did get this email the following day: "Again, my apologies for being late this morning. I was traveling when I put the appointment on my calendar and mistakenly did so for 10:00 CST." (I hope she learns how to tell time before her next bride's wedding day!) After Shannon decided to come downstairs and greet us, she realized she didn't bring any information with her and ran back upstairs to get her pamphlet of information. We had to leave immediately after this because we had another appointment, so we were unable to view any other ballrooms for 10 feet away until the next week.... The Director of Catering, Yvonne Tamayo, sent what seemed to be a sincere and apologetic email after hearing what happened with Shannon and rescheduled our appointment for the following week for 1pm. I decided I would give it another chance, and took my best friend with me. It was deja vue. When we arrived at the Eden Roc on time and asked to see Yvonne, no one at the front desk knew who she was. It was only after waiting downstairs for 12 minutes did I see Shannon Garvey who said she would run up and get Yvonne. While I waited there fuming, I checked my email and saw that Yvonne had sent me an email a bit earlier that morning saying she was under the weather and would prefer to see me right after another bride around 11:30am if that were possible, so she could leave work early. That would have been GREAT to know BEFORE arriving at our scheduled time. So when Yvonne finally came downstairs, I asked why she didn't call me. Her response? "No worries." "What would you like to see today?" I responded "um... I don't know anything about the Eden Roc... what would you suggest?" and our "tour" began. As we began to walk, I stopped her and introduced her to my best friend and Maid of Honor who she had not even so much as glanced at. As we made our way up the staircase to the ballroom I was able to glance into the previous weekend, I had the honor of being able to do the same this time as well. There was an event going on again and I was told I could "peer in." I'm not sure about you, but before I drop $40,000 I would like to walk IN the room I'm going to be saying my vows in. At this point I stopped her and asked for a manager's number. I advise any bride out there to trust your instinct. If a venue is so disorganized on just an appointment day, what about the day of your wedding? How will they treat your guests? You should feel like a princess from the moment you walk into your possible dream venue and the Eden Roc brought me to tears (and not of joy!) BEWARE.

Had an amazing experience, Was always responded to within 24 hours of sending an email or leaving a voicemail. I built a relationship with the staff over the year of planning. They went out of their way to treat us special and made everything perfect. FOOOD WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Venue is stunning. Couldn't be happier.

My husband and I can't say enough about Eden Roc. The service was phenomenal and the staff would bend over backwards to give us a memorable experience. Our guests who also stayed at the hotel were mostly from out of the state even the nation and they all had an amazing time. It was one of our best decisions!

WOW! This hotel is A+. I had my wedding and reception here and our whole wedding party stayed in this hotel. We are from Texas but most family have to travel anyway so why not have it on the beach? The hotel stay was incredible. There's not one bad thing I have to say. The food was heavenly, the drinks were worth all experiences, the saltwater pools are amazing. There is something for everyone. The salon, although new, catered to my wedding day as though it were priority. They treated everyone with Star Quality. It was amazing and I'm positive we will be back every year for our anniversary. There is no where to stay in Miami that is better than The Eden Roc!!!!

If you live in South Florida or are planning on having your wedding in South Florida the Eden Roc is a MUST SEE venue. The hotel, ballroom, ceremony site, food, staff etc were PERFECT. There is a reason the Rat Pack used to hang out here, it is very cool and super hip without being obnoxious like the place next door.

It was a nice venue for our wedding and the hotel staff did their very best to manage & run our wedding as smooth as possible. However our event manager left the hotel 2 weeks before our wedding; handing it over to a completely new person whom we have never spoken before. It was very dissapointing. There is an unusally huge turnover in the event department and they will not give you any warning in the event of staff change. Someone will be just CC'd on your email conversations and you will have that person responding to your emails in a little while when the other one is long gone by then.. Very unprofessional.
