We take great pride in curating and preparing our menus from scratch. Our curation starts with each customer. We take the time to get to know our people and help them hone in on exactly what they want for food, service, personality and atmosphere. We are truly a one of a kind catering business. We have no pre-set menus or pricing, no hard and fast policies and procedures and are very open to working with other food and beverage vendors and ultimately our customers wants and needs. Everything we do from initial communications to the final product is customer driven. This concept is due to the owners common vision. They have very different yet complimentary backgrounds that allows us to create not only the food but construction of custom pieces. Erin is a CIA Chef and ran independent restaurants and large corporate ventures for nearly 20 years before starting Edible Crush Catering. She has traveled nationally and internationally with CMC (certified master chef) and won numerous local and National awards and competitions (although she’ll never tell you that)! Rob is a tremendous creative force and the peace behind the chaos. There is nothing he can’t do or figure out. As a lifelong builder, furniture designer, electrician, plumber, and renaissance man he brings the impossible into the possible. Together this team and their staff bring anything imaginable to the table … and it looks as amazing as it tastes. Their dicomodoty of skills, mastery of fundamentals and dynamic working relationship makes the customer the winner.
