Hey, I’m Fred — not DJ Fred, just Fred (or Stykz). I DJ but I do so much within the music industry, I don't go by the name DJ. I’ve been spinning weddings and events for over 15 years, and my goal has always been simple: make sure your day feels easy, fun, and completely you.
Music has always been my thing — well, that and basketball. It’s actually what led me into weddings in the first place. When I’m not out celebrating with couples, you’ll find me in the studio crafting mixes, producing records, writing and recording songs or on the basketball court with my son. Whether it’s setting the mood for your ceremony or keeping your reception packed and dancing, I’m all about reading the crowd and keeping the night flowing effortlessly.
I’m also big on preparation — because “effortless” doesn’t just happen. From backup plans to custom playlists, every detail is thought through so you can relax, be present, and enjoy the moment.
If you’re the kind of couple that loves music, good energy, and dancing all night long, i'm probably your guy, I do this full-time. Let’s make your celebration as cool, effortless, and unforgettable as it deserves to be.
