I am very happy I chose Eivans. They helped me through out the entire process and were very quick to answer any questions. The photographer and videographer were Amazing.

It was an amazing experience working with Eivan’s. Best thing about them is the bundle package for both photos and videos, so it’s a one stop shop for all your memories needs.

We hired one photographer for our wedding from Eivans and he was great. Misha was incredibly patient and took some great pictures! The whole process from start to finish was very easy and customer service was always helpful when I had a question!

We are so happy we chose Eivans. They made the process very easy. They have great communication, customer service, and packages. Our wedding day went perfect with this team. We can’t wait for the edited to return.

The photographers and videographers are amazing! I had no problems with Eivans before the wedding because I wasn’t super concerned about which photographers I’d be working with. However, post wedding has been an absolute nightmare. We got access to our gallery within 2-3 weeks of the wedding and I was shocked by how fast that turnaround was. But now they are essentially holding my photos hostage until JUNE in an effort to make me pay the ~$50 per digital photo. I have a feeling none of that goes to the photographers. Also their photo albums are insanely priced. I had a $300 coupon and still ended up paying ~$650 for a 10x10 album of 50 photos. Also, the day I’m supposed to get my photos released to me, they also are scheduled to be archived and I will have to pay some sort of unarchive fee (another ~$900) I can see this coming from a mile away… Do yourself the favor and spend the extra $1000k on someone else. You’ll end up saving in the long run.

What I loved about Eivan's is that they were very responsive and when I talked to the woman Meghan during our consult she was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. They were also very reasonably priced. Overall I had one excellent photography and an excellent videographer. I did have a second photographer and he seemed to butt heads with my first photographer. That was a little stressful and annoying. The second guy also was a bit disorganized and slow. While I get that it takes a bit to capture the perfect shot, all photographers know how time is of the essence on a wedding day and it did not help my nerves. Overall, they were professional and very nice. I met the two that I clicked with prior, and the second photographer emailed me once. Fast forward, I received a link to my unedited photos. I purchased some so that I could send my thank you cards out timely. This week I received my "edited" photos and they don't looked edited at all. MANY are blurry and MANYYYYY have RED EYES. They don't look edited AT ALL. How could you send me photos with my eyes still red???? That's a pretty basic editing tool. I am in shock. I will be reaching out to the customer service department, but I really truly do not think they are edited at all. I believe that the action shots that are blurry and the red eyes could be edited, also the evening photos are not pleasant looking and are definitely not edited touched up.

Eivan's Photo supported us through the chaos of COVID. Eivan's accomodated us through several wedding date and location changes, and they made it super easy for us! We also found the pricing reasonable as we looked through other companies - the package overall was on the expensive side, but the things it included was worth it! Overall, booking and paying of our services was easy and pleasurable. However, once the wedding date got closer, we did experience some stress getting through to customer service. We did not hear from our photographer/videographer until a few days before the wedding, and reaching customer service was miserable. The company did explain that it was due to COVID and lacking staff and having so many rescheduled weddings, but the stress the week of was definitely disfavorable. Nonetheless, the experience we had on our wedding day was incredible. Our photographer and videographer had completed weddings together, so they made a great team. They gave us space while still capturing every moment, and their vibe matched the vibe of the wedding well. There were pleasurable to have at the event, and they made taking the photos fun! I can't believe how many amazing candids they captured. We had a power outage for 45 minutes during our event, and the equipment they brought made it so they did not have to miss 45 minutes of footage. They did our portraits through a power outage and rainstorm, and they remained calm and collected the entire time. If they were stressed, they definitely did not let us sense it! I would rate the service our team gave a 12/10. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the process after the wedding. We did not get any proofs or teasers after the wedding, and we got our proofs after about 5 weeks. We still do not get the photos released without watermarks until April... which is frustrating. The photos are wonderful and we paid for all of them, but we won't get them until 6 months after the wedding. The proofs are online for purchase, but the prices in the online gallery are significantly inflated, and getting the photos released earlier is the same price as our whole photo package! The whole process of getting the photos after the wedding has been disappointing, and definitely feels like a way for the company to make an insane amount of money after the event. Although our photos were well worth the 5 week wait, it is disappointing to now have them and not be able to use them or share them without a watermark for months. And our video... they are saying we won't get that for months. Even our trailor video will take months - they send them together. I wish that the quality of the service during the event matched the experience afterwards, but the wait and process of getting your photos/videos was disappointing to us. I am sure the video will be just as amazing as our photos, but if you are expecting your materials quickly after your event, you will be highly disappointed with the wait! If they made the process of getting your materials after the wedding better, and less expensive, this would have been 5/5 for sure!

I worked with a photographer (Suad) and Videographer (Drew) from Eivan's for my wedding which took place on October 30, 2021. I cannot speak more highly of the experience I had with them. After we booked with Eivan's and we were asked to fill out documents highlighting what I was looking for in terms of style, moments to be captured, things important to me, etc. The team at Eivan's was easy to communicate with and responsive to all my emails. We found out who our photographer and videographer were 30 days before the wedding, which I thought was a bit stressful and last minute, but it worked out great. They were more than I could have wished for! Both were extremely professional but personable and were willing to help whenever help was needed. Overall, just about everything I was looking for from my photo/video team. After the event the team at Eivan also checked in to make sure everything went well. So far Eivan’s gets a 5-star review from us! We are waiting for our content, which I’m sure will be incredible!

I hired Eivan's Photo & Video for my special day and I am happy that I decided to pull the trigger. My photographer and videographer were a dream to work with and they truly captured everything I wanted on the big day.

Eivan's helped make our wedding as stress free as possible! My husband and I were planning on getting married in Dec 2020, but had to postpone due to the pandemic. Eivan's was super easy to work with and helped take the stress away from delaying our big day. When our big day finally arrived, our photographer and videographer were so professional, friendly, and took so much of the days stress away. They were able to take charge of our crazy family so we could get all our photos done before the ceremony. They also were able to capture my husband and I's personalities in our photos and make everything seem effortless. I highly recommend Eivan's to any couple looking for a wedding photographer and/or videographer.

Eivan has been great to work with, they’ve been open about everything and have responded with any questions we may have had. Our package was very affordable and they threw in a credit for us to use on any items we may want. Our photography, Jennifer was amazing and because of her she made our day easy going. The wait time from wedding to release is long, especially without any sneak peaks. We are looking at a full digital release at most 20 weeks after our wedding. For the price, we are willing to wait. If you can wait for your release, you really can’t go wrong with using Eivan!

I'm so happy with the decision I made when I chose Eivans, if I can do my wedding all over again I still choose them hands down my photographer and videographer made a great team and got the best pictures and video.

Hands down Evian's photo and video are the BEST service out there take it from me because I searched from A to Z looking for good services and many imposters appeared in my email wanted to reach deep in my pockets but I was just another wedding to them...another meal ticket! Shatha H, at Evian's said WHAT she was going to do and did WHAT she said!!! Every dime I spent was well worth it! Their services exceeded my expectations and I didn't have to stay on top of them because Evian's sent me one videographer and one photographer name Matthew and Jamy who were awesome, I mean awesome!!!! They made my wedding epic and exciting and exceptional....Professional to the highest power! My guess loved them and believe me my friends are tough on people but Matthew and Jamy treated my wedding with respect like they were doing it for their own parents... My husband and I used Eivan’s photography for our wedding and we were incredibly pleased with the process used the entire time. They were very thorough on their processes before, during and after our wedding. Our photographer, Peter, was professional, kind and attentive to our wedding needs and dreams. We are so thankful for their services! I will be recommending their photography in the future.

This is the worst photography service I have ever experienced. The lack of professionalism is just the tip of the iceberg. Not only is our wedding album ruined, from terrible shots and angles, but the "edited" portion is laughable. I have reached out 4 separate times for support and not one single response from their end. Not only was my head cut off during the wedding ceremony photos, but all images are almost whited out and blurry. I asked for assistance and to confirm if this was truly the "edited" version or not, and have yet to receive a response. We were hoping to have another re-edit or any help, since we paid for this service. Stay clear of this company if you want to have memories of your wedding day.

I really wish I could write as better review but I was pretty disappointed about the outcome. The only thing I can say was the staff was friendly and customer service was decent. I cannot give a good review for the below reason: -The photographer was very hands off. She did not try to pose us to even try to position us differently, she told us to do whatever we wanted. When you are taking wedding photos you need guidance. No one does this in every day life. The photographer is the one who is seeing what will be displayed, you need their input of angles. No closeups, everything was from afar. It rained the day of our wedding in the morning but was on and off the rest of the day. I was told I could not take any pictures outside even when it was not raining. I figured she would try to get some goods ones inside the beautiful venue I chose, no effort was given to this. Also, it looked like these could have been taken with a basic camera. -The video was just overall lame. The music they chose was horrible and I do not remember being asked what song I would like. It also looked like it was shot on a handheld camera. The worst part was i had to wait 5 months for this video. 5 MONTHS. That is ridiculous. And to be disappointed about it after waiting that amount of time was worse. Was the price good for 10 hours of photo/video? Absolutely Would I have picked a different company that might have cost more if I knew this in advance? Absolutely You cannot go back in time and get more pictures or video, the moment has passed.

We are very pleased with the photographs and video on our wedding day. The venue was a beautiful vintage house in the heart of Washington D.C. Our photographer Dawn and videographer Keith managed to get the most out of it. Dawn is an amazing artist with a very creative mind and she is also very detail-oriented. She knows how to direct the couple for capturing their best version. She cordially cares about the couple getting married and reassures that their photography will be unique. In particular, she came up with little scenarios for us to act in while she photographed us so that our pictures looked candid and natural. In addition, we asked for outdoor photography because we wanted to capture the beautiful scenery of D.C. downtown as our background. It was mid-January and the temperature was 14 degrees! Dawn and Keith were out working with us for more than 2 hours in that cold weather while we walked around the city and found the best spots. Keith is also very good at catching the right moments to record and he patiently walked the city with us while carrying all the equipment he had for videography. Overall, we have been very satisfied regarding Eivan's photography with their reasonable pricing and we would be remiss if we did not acknowledge the extraordinary job Dawn and Keith accomplished.

Very disappointed with the outcome of the photographs at my daughters wedding. The venue was a beautiful farm in late summer with many opportunities for some beautiful pictures. The photographer was not artistic at all and at best the pictures were okay. Many of the pictures taken by guests with their phones and posted on Facebook were better than the photographers. He also did not take any of the requested shots of family members even after being asked, and was told that the grandmother of the bride was terminally ill and this was undoubtedly the last wedding she would attend. Very disappointing. And before you reply that I must be from a competitor because you can’t find my name, it was my daughters wedding not mine.

I cannot express enough what a great job that eivans did. We had the photographer (dorin) go through mud to get the best shot. Seriously I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much they worked for us and we're flexible with changes. Best company ever. Also very affordable.

For going into my wedding day blind, by not previously meeting either my photographer or videographer I was very impressed by the services we received. Our photographer William was so great! He walked right into the salon in the morning and started to get to work without any hesitation what so ever. I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. Overall I am very pleased with the service we were provided with!

Mitchell and Galen were our videographer/photography team. I was pretty nervous because they did not know each other and it was our videographers first event with the company. However, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made my husband's and I wedding day unbelievably special. The photographer and videographer we're amazing! They were definitely fun to work with! Our pictures and video turned out amazing, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. I felt comfortable with what they were doing, and trusted them fully. They made my pictures look beautiful. I am speechless with the way they did everything. Also, reaching them is never a problem and if you leave a message they do return your call their customer service is excellent. I will never forget my wedding day and thanks to Eivan's for giving us a wonderful experience. They are fun to work with!!! We booked Eivans last year for our July 9th wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the services that we received. From the initial phone call to finally getting our pictures, they were always professional with our interactions and answering the multiple questions that I had. After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality photographer/videographer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Eivan's Photo & Video Inc. for our special day last month. It was really easy to communicate with Sam and he made sure he was always there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day. I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I was hesitant at first since Eivans provided such a good deal. I sent emails, triple checked the contract to make sure there were no strings attached. Again, I was super skeptical. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

I did not think this quality of photography / videography existed for this price. Eivan’s blew us away with how professional they were to work with, and the quality of their work is unmatchable. We used Eivans to coordinate a photographer / videographer for our wedding in Austin in June. We got matched with Sandor G and John A. They were fantastic! They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. The team at Eivan's was very helpful when we were choosing the photo package we wanted. Never did we feel pressured to add on anything we didn't want. On our wedding day, our photographer, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, flexible, and friendly. We have already recommended Eivan's to other friends who are starting to plan their big days!

I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

I was beyond excited to find this company!! So many services were outside our budget and I was nervous that I would have to sacrifice quality and professionalism but with Eivan's, NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

From beginning to end, our experience with Eivan's was first rate. We were looking for wedding photography over the course of our big day and Eivan's delivered. Our sales representative, Dughan, was highly responsive to every question we had, took us through our entire contract in great detail and was attentive to our needs at every step. Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

All I can say is wow! We hired Eivan's for our wedding day and I have to say it was the absolute best decision and right choice! The price was very fair and the employee who booked us was very flexible and willing to help us out in any way possible. Our photographer, Tom Widmar, was absolutely AMAZING! He was very prompt in responding to emails, he communicated well with me, he was on time and ready, he stayed busy the entire time taking thousands of pictures, he was patient with me when I was overwhelmed, he was kind, and most of all he shot BEAUTIFUL work. I would do business with both Eivan's and Tom as well. Thanks for having such an important part in my special day!

Our Wedding was June 12th 2016 at the Abbey Resort in Fontana, WI. The venue was beautiful, and our photographer, Mike, knew exactly how to capture our perfect day. He had structure, which I appreciated. It was very clear that he knew exactly what to do to get great photos. I felt he, and Brandon (our videographer), were very flexible and professional. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get exactly what I needed. We highly suggest Eivan's!

Eivans did such a wonderful job the day of our wedding on May 28, 2016. The entire staff was polite and respectful and they showed up on time to each location the day of our wedding. I would recommend Eivans to all of my family and friends looking to hire a a photography company.

My husband and I were married on 12/12/15 and we were very grateful to have Eivan's photography and videography capture our special day. We worked with Mike and Shannon and they were a pleasure to work with. They captured moments that I wouldn't have otherwise seen which made me very happy. They were very professional and prompt and worked well with my large bridal party. The price for what you get is amazing and Eivan's was always quick to answer questions throughout the planning process.

I got married September 28, 2013! Not sure why it took me this long to write a review. But here it goes: I love pictures, I think they are one of the most important aspects of any celebration. A picture can take you back in time and allow you to remember that day like it was yesterday. For that reason I was looking for a company that took their job seriously and was affordable. I came across Eivans while searching on this website www.theknot.com and gave it a shot. I saw the price and thought it was too good to be true. We scheduled a consultation and got lucky to have Steve as the consultant and as our photographer. He was awesome, so easy to work with and went along with anything I asked of him. He was so helpful and friendly. He was yes to make sure the day went smoothly. They prices were reasonable, compared to other companies. I felt that we got a lot for our money. The one thing I wish I would had done however was buy the copy rights to the pictures before the wedding. As they become extremely expensive after the wedding. After almost three years I called Evian's to see if the price for the pictures' copy rights had gone down, unfortunately it was the same price. I asked my husband if the pictures were worth it, which to be honest they are, but the price was out of our budget. I called again and asked if something could be done, they were able to bring the price down to something more comfortable. Though ideally it's not what I wanted to pay, I'm thankful they worked with me and lowered the price. I went ahead and bought the copyrights to my pictures and I don't regret it one bit! I do love the pictures and the work that Steve did! I know I will have these memories to cherish for years to come! I recommend Evian's Photography in a heartbeat.

Our photographer and videographer were amazing! very artistic and had great ideas. The customer service is great too, they always emailed back or returned my calls in a timely manner! Cant wait to see my photos and video.

We had a wonderful experience with Will as our photographer and Nancy as our videographer! The day was handled with efficiency and professionalism and Will was wonderful at directing the flow of the pictures and arranging us for pictures. We received the picture proofs this week and we are so pleased with the photos and the fact that we received 2300 pictures! Eivans lets you see the proofs on their website with a watermark and then you can purchase the download rights immediately at an additional cost or wait a couple of months to receive the CD of all the photos (if purchased with your package). We will be waiting, but we are very happy with how they turned out and looking forward to sharing the photos!

Eivan's Photo & Video provided me and my wife exceptional service. They were very kind and professional and they helped me with accomplishing our desires. The photographers have great knowledge because they took superb engagement photos and our photographer chose our beautiful location. So no worries if you can't think of a place to do your photos! They were also very helpful in what I wanted to do in the reception because I wanted to sing for my wife and they provided me a mic to clip on my jacket and it was heard directly to the video so there was no echo. Overall, the service was stellar and you get a lot for your money so if you want QUALITY, go with Eivan's Photo & Video.

Eivan's was a great company for photo and video. The package that I received was a fantastic price! I was a little upset that my photographer was 3o minutes late to the hotel. The videographer was on time and didn't stop rolling for the majority of the time. I had to remind my wedding coordinator to tell the photographer to take photos during certain times, but it still went well. The photographer was very funny and easy to work with. I would recommend them again!

Every moment I wanted captured was done, even the ones I didn't expect. Both photographer and videographer were wonderful. Publications department are very professional and cooperative.

I couldn't have asked for a better team for my wedding. Will and John were both amazing and had no problem creating any visions I had for pictures. They did all I asked plus more and were so great in carrying out requests made by me or guests. I had several guests rave about how wonderful will was in taking photos from table to table. I was skeptical in pricing from the beginning but after I have no doubt I received the best for my money.

I would recommend Eivans to everyone. They did such a phenomenal job with our video and photos, that I cannot thank them enough. I know, after having our wedding, that one of the most important things that a bride and groom need to look into is their photographer and videographer. That is the only thing, besides your memory, that lasts from that day, until forever. They were able to capture such amazing footage that I did not know was possible. I've never really done any photo shoots or anything, and the way they made us look in these photos were incredible! Some of the shots they took were so amazing, we had about another 5 couples book with them, just based on the two or three photos they saw of us on our wedding day. Not to mention, the prices and their customer service is great. Someone always gets back to me immediately if I call with any questions, and we were shocked that the pricing for photos and videos were not outrageous compared to several other companies. We are so happy we chose them for one of the most important days of our lives. This is truly a great company that I would recommend to anyone!
