They were hands down the best when it came time to looking for a photographer and videographer for our wedding. The customer service staff were responsive and very helpful with any questions we had and took care of everything from start to finish. Our photographer and videographer were true professionals in their respective field and made our wedding day truly special. The quality of their work was top notch and flawless. Eivans was there for our special day in June. Despite the hot weather they delivered wonderful photos and an incredible video. Both our videographer (Amy) and our photographer (Aline) were super professional. They showed up early to each spot and got every shot we asked for. Aline even battled through the hot sun to make sure everyone was in comfortable spots. The communication with Eivan was easy and they kept us updated on when everything was due and what we needed to do. We ordered rush delivery on the video and they were able to turn it around quickly while not sacrificing the quality. Overall, they were a wonderful company and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Absolutely amazing! Our photographer was very personable and fun yet kept us on track to capture every moment for us! Our videographer was so much fun and our guests loved having him! We had Kimberly and Quentin. They did a fantastic job!!

I highly recommend Evians to take photos at your wedding! We loved our photographer Percy. He was incredible, and so helpful. He came with several cameras and valued all of our ideas, and when we became stumped he offered ideas for us to try as well. He was very professional, kind, caring, and always on top of the game taking photos. Towards the end of our night he started to put the camera away and brought it back out to catch a few final moments. He was on top of responding to all questions before, during, and after. He took photos of me and my husband before the ceremony and got some wonderful shots (it was a 95° outside wedding so this was much appreciated because we all had some sweat on our faces). But before we got Percy and our booking process with evians it was super simple, and just an overall great experience.

Do NOT hire Eivan’s for your wedding photography/videography. Working with them has been the worst experience I’ve *ever* had dealing with a company — especially one I paid $3,000 for one night of service. Firstly, our wedding video was returned to us an absolute mess. There was no footage from our entire cocktail hour, all three of the speeches given were cut off and began in the middle of the speech, and one speech didn’t show the speaker at all but rather focused on the head table watching the speech. We sent all this back to Eivan’s as feedback and had to wait several weeks for an edited video — when the video came, they said they had addressed all of our concerns, yet almost nothing had been changed in the video. It seems that they bank on clients not watching the videos in full before approving them. After four rounds back and forth with the videography department, they finally admitted that our videographer simply didn’t capture any footage of some of these key moments (aside from our cocktail hour, which our videographer took a full five seconds of video during!—though they claimed they were “so busy” at cocktail hour and the “last ones to come down the elevator to the reception,” hence missing some of that footage). During this entire back and forth, our videographer reached out to us separately, countless times, on our personal numbers via phone call and text message, begging us to approve the wedding video because Eivan’s would not pay them for their work until we approved it. So, now we have a wedding video with only portions of what we asked for—memories that we thought we’d have preserved and now can NEVER get back—and Eivan’s refused to take any responsibility or accountability for the mistakes. They told us that it’s company policy not to issue ANY monetary refunds. They offered us a “free canvas” (whoopdeedoo - as if this would make up for it) instead, but they would only give us the free canvas if we signed a “resolution form,” which would bar us from saying anything negative about the company. So, in order to get that free canvas that already didn’t come close to making up for our terrible experience, I would not have been legally allowed to leave this review. I refused to sign it, and they refused to give us the canvas. Our wedding was also in mid-November, and the gallery wasn’t open for us to download any photos (except the measly 25 they allow) until late March. All the photos are there, and we paid $3k for them, yet we have to wait five months to download them? What’s more: they offer a $500 voucher to use in their photo store along with your contract, which sounds great until you realize ONE 5x7 print costs $17. Yes, you read that correctly: $500 only got us twenty-five 5x7 prints of photos—all of which would cost about $15 at Walgreens. Eivan’s has made looking back at our joyful day an experience of stress, anger, and frustration. If you care about preserving your memories without ruining your mood for six months while you deal with their incompetence and total lack of regard for their customers, do not use this lousy, backwards company for your special day. Your worst case scenario will BE the scenario, and they will do absolutely nothing to make amends with you. Heinous behavior when they’re dealing with some of the most precious moments of a person’s entire life. I would give zero stars if I could.

I would highly recommend Eivan's Photo & Video due to the great customer service and professionalism I received. Eivan's was very accommodating when it came to paying my final balance for the photo package. I was given some additional time to split my balance into two payments. I also was pleased with the editing process of my Video and Album. The service was well worth the affordable pricing.

Our photographer and videographer were great. They were professional and easy to work with. The only not so great things I would like to mention from our experience are that there is little to no communication with the photographer and videographer prior to the wedding. Luckily I was planning to just let them do their thing and not need much input from myself, but that may not be ideal for someone who had a specific vision for how they want their wedding shot. Also it has taken a long time to receive our wedding videography. It has been 6 weeks since our wedding and I have not received it yet unfortunately. We have received our photos and there are tons to see and they turned out beautiful.

We are so happy that we went with this company! The prices were amazingly affordable. The reps from the beginning to the final stage were professional and knowledgeable. When I had questions, someone responded quickly. Overall, Eivans provided great customer service I cannot thank them enough for capturing our wedding day!

Eivan’s was a photo and video company that I stumbled across using The Knot. They were the most affordable and offered the most value to what we needed for our wedding. I was so impressed with how involved the photo and video person were. They were on top of things, and were very nice and professional. I 10 out of 10 would recommend them.

Eivan's did my photography and videography for my wedding, needless to say this process was flawless. The reps from the beginning to the final stages of prepping our photos and setting up who would be handling the photos and video were exceptional! Any time I had a question someone responding within hours if it took that long. They provided great customer service with explaining how each package worked. the photo's and video was everything I had hoped for. I was able to request a specific photographer and videographer based off of their portfolio's and they had my dates available! I cannot thank Eivan's enough for capturing our wedding day!

We were apprehensive at first because Eivan’s seemed so much less expensive than other photography/videography companies. We saved a ton of money booking both in the Storytelling package. It was so worth it. Both photographers and the videographer were super professional. I would have been lost without them guiding us through everything. One of our friends, who just got engaged, came up to us after the wedding to get their info so they could book Eivan’s for their wedding. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who asks. Shoutout to Sarah in the office for being incredibly sweet and patient with us and all of our questions.

We are profoundly grateful that we chose Eivian's as our photographer and videographer. The price was reasonable, and the service provided was truly wonderful. The customer service was superb, with excellent communication whenever we needed assistance via call, email, or questions. We genuinely loved our photographer and videographer—they were truly awesome. Our connection was so strong that at one point, I found myself dancing with the videographer on the dance floor. The attention to detail was extraordinary. Post-wedding, our photographer not only promptly printed a photo but also took the time to frame it and place it on our dinner table—a tasteful and delightful touch. Everyone at Eivans were super nice and easy to cook tact if needed. They made sure I was well informed with what came as part of my package and for a good price too! The photographer and videographer were fun and easy to work with! Our videographer, Ralph helped us ease the awkwardness of being filmed and helped us get a few good laughs in. He was super fun and outgoing! He had creative video ideas as well which I appreciated. I havent recieved any photos or the video yet but am hoping they come soon. Thank you Eivans!

I absolutely loved working with Eivans! My photographer was beyond amazing and he made my day so special! My videographer was very kind. I had a lot of rain on my wedding day and they patiently supported the delay. My only wish is that it was a little cheaper or easier to get all my photos back at once!

We used Eivan’s for videography and had an awful experience from start to finish. First, our videographer didn’t even get in contact with us at all since booking with them 6 months prior, until 4 days before the wedding. When he showed up on the day of, he didn’t introduce himself and I had no idea who he was… I originally thought he was our extra photographer until I asked him. He didn’t speak to us the entire day. No special shots or poses or anything. He basically got what our photographer got but in video form…. He only got half of me (the bride) walking down the aisle, plus my mom’s whole head in the shot covering me. He missed other important moments. The video was so shaky and has random shots of the ceiling and floor. The editing was no better. The sound and visual quality is terrible. Their music options for background are terrible. Because the video was so bad, I was hoping we could at least get the raw footage so we could fix it up ourselves, but they wanted an extra $1,600 for that! We told them we were disappointed and they didn’t care. Honestly they’re the only vendor we had a bad experience with for our whole wedding. This is not how we wanted to watch the memory of our perfect day. Very disappointed.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this company and regret ever working with them. I put down a deposit, then saw a Facebook post from a bride warning against using Eivan's. I then tried to cancel my services with them, assuming I would lose my $250 deposit. Eivan's told me that the cancellation fee was $2,724.98 (i.e., two times the price of the services). I panicked and spent a whole night crying. I called them with my fiancé and they lowered the cancellation fee to $1,362.49. This was still not in our budget, obviously. We then contacted the attorney general of Illinois. The biggest regret I have is signing the contract they sent me. It was a 1-page document agreeing to their prices. I did not realize until months later, upon close examination, that there was tiny gray print at the bottom of it stating that I agree to their "terms and services," which weren't actually attached to the document. If one goes to the terms and services page on their website, it is over 20 pages long. This is a deceptive business practice. Eivan's has sent us intimidating letters from their "legal" team claiming they will file suit with the state of IL if we don't pay the cancellation fee. These letters are riddled with spelling errors and sent from a gmail account. I am taking a risk by posting this review but I believe it is truly the right thing to do. I don't gain anything from this but I want to make the world a better place. I highly suggest contacting the attorney general to anyone who has had a similar experience with Eivan's.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They will try to get money from you at every turn. In my package I got a album and video included. Well after the wedding I got my watermarked photos about a month later, then still have to wait 90 days AFTER that to get the ones without the watermark. My wedding was in November, it is about to be April and I still haven’t received them. On top of that, you have to pay $110 for them to ship your album and to unarchive your video it’s about $800. So forget the fact that you already paid $2500, that doesn’t matter, they want more. When I posted a review on a wedding website someone emailed me to talk about it. I spoke with a Jay on the phone and he said he’ll give me a 50% discount on the shipping, so pay $55 instead of the $110 and that they’ll get me a discount on unarchiving MY wedding video that’s about $800, the one I already paid for mind you when I booked. They give you like 2 weeks to download you video and then you have to pay $800. I didn’t even get the email in the first place! Regardless I agreed to the discount for the shipping but not the wedding video because it’s too expensive. Mostly because I’m over this and just want my photos and to move on. But today they sent me a LEGAL CONTRACT to sign, stating in order for me to get my discount I have to erase any and all negative reviews and I can’t write any future ones, or they will take legal action against me. EXCUSE ME?! So you want me to lie about my experience or act like it never happen, all for a measly %50 off of shipping and accept the fact I can never get my wedding video?! Yea no, not happening. These people are deceiving and money hungry, they can care less about you, your wedding, or the money you spent already. They want more!! And again, I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PHOTOS !! It’s been 4 months!

We had an amazing experience. We got our engagement pics done. Photography and Videography for 12 hours, a trailer, wedding film, wedding album and two canvases in a very fair price. We love the pics and videos. We were able to revise what we liked and disliked, and they made any changes we wanted. We are forever grateful to Eivan's for capturing the most amazing day of our lives.

We had the best experience with Eivan's! We got married on NYE and needed 12 hours of photography and videography (we hired two photographers and one videographer for 12 hours each) to get us from the ceremony to ringing in the new year at midnight. I set out to look for a professional looking company that would also be a good deal since we needed SO MUCH coverage. Hiring Eivan's not only gave us the most "bang for our buck," but it was also the best decision we could have ever made for both quality and quantity of pictures. In our package we got a free engagement session. At our engagement session we got to meet one of our wedding day photographers which was HUGE because we felt much more at ease having a friendly face who we already worked with photograph our wedding. On our wedding day our photographer was just AMAZING! He kept me calm and was able to help us pace the day so that we got everything we wanted out of our photography. At one point our party bus driver brought us to the wrong location and our photographer knew immediately that the location was wrong and helped navigate the bus driver to a better place. He knew his craft and I felt like he was reading my mind all night! I just got all my pictures released yesterday and they are ALL so BEAUTIFUL! We are beyond thrilled with our experience with Eivan's!

We found Eivan's on a google search and decided to give them a try. We celebrated our 10 year vow renewal and wanted the most authentic wedding experience. Our photographer was incredible. On time and ready to get to work. Every time we turned around he was there to ask what pictures we wanted. He made sure to accommodate any requests that we had. He even took pictures on the dock in front of the lake using a drone, which was a very unique experience. He also suggested we take pictures in front of the decorated Christmas tree and advised us of other KEY spots. He went table to table taking pictures of us with each of them. Our young son was running around in between shots and he displayed great patience. Such a friendly person. He deserves a 10/10! I will recommend this agency for anyone who needs it.

Please be aware when choosing this company. We could not download our photos until 90 days AFTER receiving our photos, which took about 3 weeks. In addition, they allow you pick which photographer you would prefer from their list. I did my research and picked who I thought matched my likings & preferences. However, a month until my wedding they assigned me someone else. And when I told them I did not like the style and way he took his photos, they told me that they do not change photographers. Fast forward to receiving my photos, it was everything I was afraid of. We did not like the style, angle, lighting, etc. I gave two stars to this company for the videographer, because we love how our video came out.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I was very excited to book them because their website looked so official, and the way they talk they make it seem like they will do their best to get you what you expect on your wedding day. However, they are very unreliable because they outsource their photographers and videographers. My videographer did not call or text me back until the day of my wedding, did not seem like he knew what was going on, and in the end, made the worst video I could have imagined. It looked nothing like the samples that Eivan's provides on their website. I was not expecting the delivery of my photos and video to take so long, but when I finally received them, 4 months had passed. The video looked like it was made by an amateur. It was out of focus, shaky the whole time, shorter than promised, and completely unedited. I reached out to them, thinking they'll redo the video since I paid for the Exclusive Photo and Video package, which clearly states that they'd re-edit to your liking, but they sent me back the exact same video 3 times! In the end, I knew they would not edit it, and there were so many important moments missing from the video, so I asked them if I could please receive the raw footage so that I can hire someone else to edit it. They refused to give me MY own wedding raw footage! They said I must pay another $1499 for the raw footage, which is ridiculous because all other companies include that in your package anyway since it does no good to them to keep it to themselves. Overall, I had a horrible experience with them and would never recommend them to anyone. Customer service is useless and rude and I wish I had not paid them almost $2499.99 to begin with.

Our photographer Tommy was so fun and the photos turned out so beautifully!! He was so good with outdoor lighting and knew the perfect places to get the right shot !

Our wedding was 11/21/2022. We were given the names and contact information of our photographer and videographer in October. It was nice because we were able to speak with them and get to know them prior. We had an amazing experience with our photographer and videographer. They were a great team! We are very thankful and can not wait to see the outcome!

Eivan's captured every moment I wanted on our wedding day, but I am disappointed with the camera's shaky, out-of-focus, or odd positioning during some important parts (like during the ceremony). For example, the videographer had two cameras: one handheld and one stationary, and the stationary one was out of focus for the entire day. There are blurry clips in our wedding film because the videographer was moving (shaky video) and his handheld one is unusable while moving, but the stationary one is extremely blurry during that same time. I shouldn't have to choose between shaky video or blurry video if there are two cameras. We got a 5-minute highlight video with our package, and the first cut of it was so odd and focused on the wrong things, that I completely re-edited it myself by stating exactly which sections of the film to put in which order. I shouldn't have to tell a wedding video company how to edit a highlight video. I'm thankful that I have the 5-minute highlight and 1.5-hour wedding film so I can relive the day. I am also thankful that Eivan's took all my notes on the first cut and edited the films exactly how I wanted it, but again, there is still blurry or shaky footage because I had no other options. Overall, for the price, it's a good option if you want everything on video and don't need anything fancy, but in terms of quality, it is just okay. I would only recommend Eivan's to people who just want the day recorded, not a beautiful wedding video.

Our Wedding was a blast and Eivan’s did a great job at capturing every candid moment. We had the photographer and videographer combination and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They were very professional and even suggested different poses for pictures which was fun!! Definitely recommend them!

Our wedding consultant Sarah was great at explaining the process and ensuring we would have a photographer 3 weeks before our wedding since a previous photographer bailed on us last minute. Eivan’s saved our wedding from being postponed or having to forfeit having pictures of our special day. Our photographer Marc was professional and a delight to have with us throughout the day and into our dinner reception. Marc was knowledgeable and captured my vision of not just traditional photos but also amazing candids that let our personalities truly shine. Jay, one of the wedding specialists, assisted me over the phone and happily went over the gallery and purchasing options in a way I could understand without being impatient and telling me to just read the contract like other companies do. I have anxiety making phone calls and this was such a pleasant experience. I am positive any of their amazing photographers will do an exceptional job based on their bios and portfolios. We had such a hard time choosing just one photographer. I recommend Eivan’s especially for any bride with a short timeline like I did. Their professionalism took so much stress off our plate. We will absolutely utilize Eivan’s for future photography needs. Also, they were surprisingly more affordable than most of the recommended photographers on most wedding sites/blogs which offer far less coverage hours or charge extra for multiple locations. I was able to capture our wedding party’s preparation at 2 different hotels, our ceremony, separate family portraits and our dinner reception where other photographers were charging extra even though all locations were in proximity of each other. We can’t wait to share our photos! Looking at our gallery brings back the feelings of our wedding day. Regardless of any stress of that day (because whatever could go wrong did go wrong😅) we have these beautiful photos that captured all the love and joy of our wedding. This was such a great investment. We will cherish these photos for the rest of our lives together. Thank you Eivan’s!

Eivan’s offered a great price for a great package. Plenty of time with both the photographer & videographer and they were great to work with. Anytime I had a question, their customer service was so helpful. Proofs came out great so can’t wait to see the final images!

I am SO disappointed in Eivans and wish we didn’t go with them for our big day. It was my biggest wedding regret. The photos are fine, but you don’t get them for your own use until almost 4 months after the wedding. They tease you with watermarked previews and hide them behind a paywall so they can make more money off of you. So so so scummy. I wish I had went with a private photographer/videographer, but I was new to wedding planning and thought a company would be best. It’s NOT. So please don’t give your hard earned money to them and make the same mistake as me. You will be a lot happier going with anyone else.

WARNING!! Don’t use Eivan’s Photo Very very disappointed. They do not take responsibility or accountability for anything. Photographer showed up late. Did not look at place for background. Most of the pics have all same background except when family members requested a different place. Quality was poor. He had no organization and didn’t bring the list of pictures requested or any information we provided prior to our event. He was not good with large family groups and no attention to detail and balancing the pictures. After 30 days I reviewed pictures to see many missing pictures and watermarks over faces. So I don’t feel comfortable ordering some pictures to give to my family for Christmas. I can pay $2500 to see them without watermarks or wait 90 days. Guess I’m waiting 90 days so they don’t get anymore of my money. I can’t recreate my day and they don’t want to do anything to satisfy the bride and groom.

Our experience with Eivans has been absolutely horrible. Our photographer was late to our wedding which through our entire timeline off and I didn’t get photos I wanted due to this. In our initial inquiries we were told our photographer would arrive 15 min early to find good spots at the venue. This did not happen and we were not able to go to other locations at the venue due to the tardiness. The photographer did not have the photo list that I had submitted online. Then after the wedding we had to wait 30 days to see any photos, and the photos all had watermarks over our faces which will not be removed until 90 days after we received them. There are important pictures missing from the gallery that we took (with grandparents, members of the bridal party, and my family picture). Seriously, do not go through them!!

I regret using this company for my wedding! Quality of photos were terrible with way too many photos looking like they were taken at the wrong time. Watermarks obscure much of the photos, so it is difficult to determine which photos you even want to consider purchasing. ZERO photos or video footage of our first dance when I saw them recording it!! Thank God our guests were taking photos and recording because theirs came out way better than this company's. I was expecting something more magical with the photos and video and I did not get that at all. The pricing for photos, video and wedding album is way too much money and feels like a scam for the quality of work. You pay for them to take a video and photos, but do not get access to these things (without conspicuous watermarks on your faces) unless you dish out even more money than you paid to hire them in the first place. This, despite the fact, that we were led to believe a photo album was a part of the package that we purchased.

We are so happy we stumbled across Eivan’s Photo Inc! I can’t say enough about how professional the videographer and photographer were for us. We had Tyler Keef and Nadia they were both amazing and did such and amazing job on our photos and video. They were instantly able to put me at ease with everything happening on our big day! We will treasure these forever to remind us of the happiest day of our lives! I simply cannot recommend this company enough! I am begging you not to use this company. From start to finish this process has been so painful. Each person you talk to from the company tells you something different and just pushes the blame onto the next person that you will speak with. Our photographers and videographer made us extremely uncomfortable on the day of as they were rude to guests and were arguing with each other. I don't even have the patience to type out the specifics of how and why this was all so bad. Today was the moment I decided that I needed to leave a review on them, they sent us our video and we completed the edits now in fairness they did send us back a deadline of when to complete this by and we missed by two weeks. They are now charging us $1700 to unarchive our own photos and film of our wedding. Absolutely pathetic.

My biggest wedding day regret was choosing Eivan's for photography and videography. I am never one to write a bad review, but I hope to save future brides and grooms from the trouble of using them. I want to make it clear that I have NOTHING against the actual photographer and videographer they sent for the wedding day. They both were professional and talented. My actual issue is with the company themselves. My husband and I got married 9/25/21 and we did not get our wedding photos until 12/3/21. I had asked our photographer if we could have just a few pictures to post on social media (because we had absolutely NO professional pictures for 69 days!!). Out of the kindness of his heart, he edited about 5 of the pictures and sent them over to me. Thank goodness he gave us those pictures otherwise I would have had nothing to work with. When we finally received the photos, they were terrible. It looked like they just sat in their archive untouched for 2+ months. They were off centered, the lighting bad and none of the pictures were sorted through (they literally included pictures with people's eyes closed). I could have done better editing with my iPhone. I was absolutely heartbroken. I was so embarrassed with the pictures that I didn't want anyone to see them.  I emailed Eivan's about the situation and set up a meeting. After two meetings they failed to attend, I finally got a hold of someone who was able to "fix" the situation. They sent over newly edited photos on 3/21/22 (nearly 6 months post wedding) which were much better than the first batch, but still nothing to be excited over or proud of. I still don't like talking about the wedding pictures and have avoided showing most everyone. I would never recommend Eivan's to anyone planning a wedding or event. Your wedding day is something you should WANT to look back at and admire the pictures and memories from - I wish I had that experience when looking through the photos Eivan's sent me, but instead I feel a huge wave of regret.

Strongly advise to NOT use this company. They do not care about the quality of work they put out. The photographer and videographer were amazing and would highly recommend them but this company is absolutely horrible. They do not tell you everything up front. They advertise that you will get $300 store credit when you sign up with them but they don’t tell you until your able to use the credit when you get your photo gallery that you must have at least $330 worth in your cart before you can apply the $300 credit. You will also have to pay all the shipping and handling fees. They also will NOT give you all of your photos because we noticed some pictures were missing that we absolutely know we took (missing some groomsmen and bridesmaid pictures). When we called them to confront them, he goes well you can buy at an additional cost all the raw photos. And when we asked why they didn’t include all the photos, he acted like they should all be there and then he says they pick and choose the photos that they put in our gallery (which are obviously the only ones we can choose for our album). So if pictures don’t seem important to them in their opinion they will take them out of your gallery. Who is to say what is important and what is not important from our own wedding except for us? Which then takes us right into our wedding video. It took them only a couple weeks for us to receive our video which was great except for the fact that it was absolutely horrendous. Just like the photos they took out things that they thought were not important. They cut out half of our bridal party coming into the reception, they cut out OUR FIRST DANCE as a married couple and footage was taken behind all of our guests (can barely see us) for OUR VOWS during the ceremony. They also cut out the signing of the Ketubah (Jewish marriage document) which is extremely important to me and my religion and they completely disregarded that and cut it from the video. In my opinion that is discrimination and prejudice against me to take out a religious part of a wedding ceremony. Like the company says they choose what photos are in the gallery and what is put in our video. Our photographer and videographer were amazing and we know they captured everything we wanted them to so for Eivan to exclude important moments from our wedding is unacceptable. Our videographer had two video cameras set up and they chose to put only the footage of the one video camera in our video so we can see our actual videographer videoing our wedding from the other camera. This is poorly edited. They tell you that you will get one free edit for your wedding video and then after that you have to pay for it to be edited. However…make sure you read everything you sign because they make you sign a REQUIRED form in order for your video to be edited otherwise they won’t do it and this forms states it is up to the video production team if our edits exceeds their free edit terms then you will be charged an additional fee. So really it’s not a free edit.

Amazing work! Our photographer, Wael, and videographer, Ali, went above and beyond! They stayed light and fun, and helped pose us and tell us what to and everything. We love all the pictures and videos. Absolutely obsessed!! I’m recommending them and the company to everyone!

When I did do my due diligence I was not in love with the reviews Eivan had, however, we loved the price for 6 hours of photo & video service. Still not in love with the whole booking process as it required a lot of follow-up on our parts and we unfortunately could not meet Scott & Chris until a month before the wedding. But once we did get in contact with both of them they were spectacular! They were always mindful of our timeline to keep things on track and they worked together so well. At one point in time while we were waiting for Scott, Chris had put together my details on the table and hung my dress in front of a stain glass window so it would all be ready upon Scott’s arrival. Needless to say we cannot wait to receive our materials back!

My photographer and videographer were amazing!! They were extremely professional and got every shot I wanted. They showed up on time, and we had no issues. The booking process was also very easy and the prices were way better then anything I had found. Eivan’s Was by far our favorite vendor we booked for our wedding! I highly recommend.

This company is great to work with. The photographer and videography got my wedding we’re amazing, the pictures I reviewed were perfect! The price for video and photography together is also amazing!

When searching for a local photographer I cane across Eivans and was immediately impressed by their website as well as their fees. The process of picking a package to fit my personal needs was smooth. Max our photographer for the day of the wedding was prompt and personable. He was present the e tire evening snapping pictures and open to any requests and suggestions. We were very pleased with the service we received.

I absolutely loved the photographer and videographer that Eivans sent! They were professional, sweet and super knowledgable. They were on time, gave amazing pose suggestions and captured all the important moments of the night. The photos were also gorgeous!

Our wedding started a bit rocky. Officiant was running behind due to another event. However, photographer was very professional. He figured we should shoot as many shots of wedding party as possible to save time later. He captured very nice and unexpected pictures.

Highly recommend this photography and videography service. They were fantastic, came early, and we’re very attentive to our needs. Don’t have any doubts book them before they get filled up.

Edit- I spoke with Kim from customer service and she was very helpful with clarifying terms and was very receptive of the feedback I gave which was great. They don't send you an explicit contract, so it's unclear of what is covered. *I noted to customer service this would have been very helpful to see all of the terms laid out when speaking to a representative about our package. We did not know there was a 90 day period when the photos would be held before having copyright release for download. This time is meant for photo edits, album selections and things, but it was a shock to receive the email that they were ready- but I still couldn't have them yet. Again, I alerted Kim that this would have been nice to know ahead of time, so I hope this becomes known to all. I requested a photographer change since after we were assigned to him, he didn't reply to my emails or phone calls until the week before the wedding. Eivan's refused my request and said there was nothing they could do about it. I was panicking, I thought he must've died or something. I do realize this was on the photographer and not the company itself, but I wish they could have provided with me someone different because I went into the day with a horrible taste in my mouth. The photos are clear and we did get the shots we wanted, but we would have benefit from more direction from him in our group photos- again, that's on the photographer.

I got them for my spring wedding. It was windy, the priest made it hard for them to get too close to us during the religious ceremony. Both the videographer and photographer were amazing, kind, and seemed to enjoy the day along with me. I got the photos and video at a good time and they were perfect!

Eivan's photo and video company were amazing. Both The photographer and videographer called before the wedding to go over details and arrived on time. They captured all the pictures and videos I requested. I had Arthur for my photographer and hari for the videographer and they both reached my expectations. prices was very reasonable and very easy to go about booking. I highly recommend.

We got the digital package and added engagement photos! We did this because we thought it would help us get to know the photographer before the wedding, we didn't realize that the photographers would be different so that's worth noting. However, it all worked out and they were both phenomenal! Gabrielle took beautiful engagement photos and Lene did our wedding! Both were great to work with. Lene did a great job helping to pose everyone for photos and was a pleasure to work with! I can't wait to receive the final photos!
