Prior to the wedding, both Bruce and Naveed talked with my husband and I about the process, what to expect on our wedding day, and gave us tips to get the best pictures we could. As if I was not already impressed, on the day of our wedding, Bruce and Naveed arrived promptly ready to photograph our wedding parties, families, and venue. They were extraordinarily patient with us as we posed for pictures. Further, they followed us throughout the night with the cameras making sure to capture every image we wanted. service received pre-booking to post-event is organized and supportive. We appreciated that we were able to look at real photos and videos from the photographers/videographers employed by Eivan’s prior to booking. We also believe being able to chat with the photographer prior to our event really allowed all expectations to be understood and met. It was a huge plus that we hired both from the same company as they coordinated and worked well together. Our photographer and videographer arrived on time, dressed appropriately, and excited to capture our big day. They were creative, quick thinking and patient. They were not in the way and allowed us to enjoy our day while still getting the moments we would cherish. They skillfully captured us and our guests in posed encounters as well as candid moments. Although, we had not met the photographer and videographer in person prior to our event, they blended in like invited guests. We laughed, adjusted awkward poses, fixed wardrobe imperfections and had a wonderful time. We are so grateful for their interest, professionalism and skill. We are able to look at our photos/video and relive the best day of our lives.

Our wedding was on 3.11.22 and while when we asked for a Spanish-speaking videographer months in advance, they said they’ll do their best, but it wasn’t a guarantee. Fair. While they didn’t meet our request, they made up for it with matching us up with George O. — a fantastic videographer.
From the moment he showed up, he was all smiles, high energy, great personality, passionate, and kind. He showed us some sneak peeks of the 360 degree angle shots and they were amazing.
Any time we had a question about our invoice or service, customer service was also there to find a solution — before and after our wedding.
We are looking forward to seeing the finished product ( a reel and a portrait for free, in addition to our 30-min video). We recommend Evians for their high-level team and solution-based communications!

ites I googled and we can honestly say we couldn't be happier. Our photographer Andrey, and videographer Jamy and his partner, where so amazing. They accommodated to all of our requests and needs. Eivan's offered great package deals for all what we where looking for, and they have the best prices. It's honestly a relief to get both video and photo in one place. Other places I called where offering the same packages Eivan's offered for $8,000- 10,000. Eivan's was more than half that. I got married in September 2021.
I really like who I got for my photographer and videographer. I am just upset with their customer service and not responding to emails.
I got an...
email the week of Christmas saying that my video was ready. Both me and my husband didn’t see the email since 1 they send like one email a day with coupon codes. And 2 it was the holidays we were trying to stay off our phones and be with family.
On New Year’s Eve we got an email saying that if we don’t approve or ask for a revision in 1 week they will DELETE or archive our video and we will have to pay $760 dollars to get it back.
We can’t even look at our video since Our link doesn’t work it says it’s a fluke and the email says it should work for 30 days.
I have tried calling and a nice girl answered and said she wrote on my file saying I have been trying to get ahold of them. I told her I am not paying the 760 dollars for MY video when the link isn’t even working.
1. I understand it is around the holidays and people could be out of work.
2. I understand that we are in a pandemic and things are getting worse right now and people could be sick.
But you should have an automated email stating you are experiencing delays. Because not hearing from you is driving me crazy.
I am a pretty understanding person. But don’t say you are going to delete my video and say I need to response and you guys don’t even respond me.

Save your money, tears and sanity and do not book with Eivans. With a just a month to go to our wedding we were disappointed to find out that not only did we not get matched with o...
ur number 1 preference but we didn’t match with any of our 3 selections. When this happens, they randomly choose a photographer for you and leave you no say in the matter. When I called to voice my concerns they always revert back to the classic line of “this is our policy”. They also have the audacity to say that it’s too late to pair me with another photographer when they are the ones who wouldn’t tell me who I matched with until 30 days before the wedding date. I was so unhappy with my pairing that I am now cutting the loss of money paid in full for Eivans and booking another photographer. Under no circumstance will they provide a refund, even when their services are misleading and provide false hope. Their contract states they are able to provide a substitute. The definition of a substitute is a person serving in place of another however I was never matched with another photographer to begin with. Unless you want to feel like you’re playing Russian Roulette with your wedding photographer, I would literally book ANYONE else. The whole process has been a nightmare. Please please do not do business with them.

We were advised we’d receive pictures in 3-6 weeks. We’re now 8 weeks out with no wedding pictures still. You try to call and they become very difficult to reach and my request for...
a manager is dated for January 2022! They also sent a photographer that we did not choose nor had we seen his work. They are extremely unprofessional and only out for your money. Please save yourself the trouble and find a photographer…Not a company that will send anyone with a camera they can pay minimum wage while you pay them thousands.

agement photos were mediocre at best, the lighting and editing was not good and the photographer acted like they all looked good but the photos did not turn out good.
The worst part was the wedding though.. to start it off our photographer was an hour late!! Then tried to rush through everything and did not get ANY of the photos that we really wanted or that requested in our pre wedding form and we also told him when he got there was our MUST HAVE photos were.
There are ZERO posed photos of just the bride and groom. No posed photos of the entire wedding party together, no posed photos of the bride and her family, no posed photos of the bride groom moh and best man. No photos of the full venue before guest got there.. I could go on… and the photographer said he had gotten the photos we requested before the end of the night …but he did not. This is a day that people can’t do over and the photos we really wanted and hoped for and in reality, paid for are not there. To make matters worse there there customer service department is a joke. They have refused to work with us to try to compensate us for the wedding photos. We spoke with them and ended up requesting a discount to buy all the photos( since our package didn’t include all photos taken ) because my husband can crop and edit and combine photos to try to make the photos we wanted but didn’t get(lots of unneeded out and time of ours) and they are refusing to do anything to help. They haven’t even spoken to the photographer! They are still using him to contract work.
So if you go to there website all you see are posed photos of the brides and grooms and wedding party’s, if you ask me it’s material misrepresentation. We are beyond disappointed with this company, don’t use them go somewhere else, anywhere else please we can’t get back our day but you can still save yours and be satisfied with anywhere else but here.

Photographers and videographers are independent workers. I was told they would not be the one editing any of the work they provided. Our wedding video was not edited, it’s frustrat...
ing that we had to request for it to be done. Our photographer gave little to no direction which led gaps in our photos. Evian had reached out to resolve my complaint but only to offer products that I didn’t want or paid for (in return for a positive review) Items that I had paid for, they didn’t want to review or work on. Please see the products I had paid for and how they were package and delivered to me residence. We had to edit 90% of our photos. Non of our photos were like what they promoted on their website which is very off putting for a company to enhance photos on their website but does do deliver the same product for our wedding.

Also the package pricing seems good until you realize they don’t include a lot of features other companies automatically include such as digital download of photos, full unedited film of wedding, etc.

We had a mixed experience with Eivan’s. The photographer and videographer they connected us with were wonderful—they were friendly and had some great ideas throughout the reception...
. But the company itself was completely useless otherwise. We had some initial issues connecting with our photographer and videographer, and I tried repeatedly to get in touch with Eivan’s for help, and they were completely unresponsive. I finally got a kind assistant on the phone, and she promised someone would respond to me by email in 3-5 business days (this was 10 days before the wedding), but no one did. After the wedding, we shared this info through the Eivan’s site when prompted for feedback, and then they were eager to talk to us on the phone. They were pretty rude when we responded that, needless to say, we weren’t interested in talking further. So, they do have a great network of photographers and videographers, which is of course the most important thing. But if you’re looking for any extra benefits by booking through a large company with extra resources, you won’t find any of that here.

The quality of what we got back was nowhere near the quality that you see on the Eivan’s portfolio online, leaving us very disappointed. We had to edit 90% of our wedding photos. Nothing was done to what standards that we’re set by their portfolio and website. I am honestly heartbroken at the lost opportunity for gorgeous wedding photos. That’s something that we can never get back, and I regret booking Eivan’s wholeheartedly. Their sale pricing that we booked at was very reasonable, but after receiving our content, it definitely felt overpriced for the low quality work.
