of the important parts of our wedding that we wanted! It was really nice that they were able to come to different locations with us and they had shots that they knew would look nice that they helped us with! We are also really looking forward to the photo album that we got with them as well!

e got some great pics overall & we ended up using him as our 2nd photographer for our wedding. Marlenne was the main photographer I had chosen, but they originally had assigned Peter as our main one & it was kind of frustrating trying to call them & go back & forth to get the person I had chosen as the main photographer. The communication wasn't as straight forward or easy as I thought it should have been, but eventually I was able to get it switched & have Marlenne as the main & Peter as the secondary. In all of the chaos of the wedding day I had forgotten to print out my shot list so we were completely winging it. With those circumstances, I was trusting Marlenne and our videographer, Mario, to really guide me & I think they did great overall as a team. Looking back I do wish we had gotten my bridal portraits taken outside along the water & not just in the tiny bridal suite. Our venue had a beautiful lake front view & I wish our photographer would have had us take bridal portraits out there at some point. Granted, it was a very chaotic day & our venue was supposed to provide us with a day of coordinator who also should have been there & on top of this stuff, as it shouldn't all be on the bride, so maybe it's not completely on the photography, but it is still a disappointment. I am at the point where I'm planning a day to go back to my venue and take portraits which I shouldn't be having to do given the amount of money spent on photographers who should have maybe suggested it. There were definitely a few missed photos with my mom and MIL as well, but I know it was a very chaotic afternoon (largely due to my venue not letting us arrive early enough to decorate and lack of a day of coordinator until the hour before the actual wedding to step in and help guide us on photos). I am excited to see what we got, however, as we did get a gorgeous sunset and Marlenne was great at capturing some sweet pics of my husband and I post ceremony. Overall, I did like working with Marlenne, Peter, and Mario and think the pics and video will be good when we get them, just looking back maybe it would have been nice to have gotten some more variety of settings for the pre ceremony pictures since the location was so beautiful on the water. I know they had me sign a document at the end of the night before they leave stating they got everything photographed, but it is definitely hard to okay that as the bride on already such a chaotic day/night to fully know what all was taken. One thing to note, maybe have future clients be required to send a shot list with names and locations? That may help people not end up in my situation of not having their shot list on hand the day of. Update: after getting our picture samples back, I did not receive proper bridal portraits (only 4 and all of the back of my dress:() Thankfully, after speaking with Eivan's they are kindly allowing me to have a photo session free of charge to go back to my venue and recreate my bridal portraits as they should have been done on the wedding day. I was not expecting this from them and am very grateful for them making right of this situation.

Rachel was constantly snapping pictures of pur guests on the dance floor and we’ve had so much fun seeing all the candid photos after the wedding! I would highly suggest working with them both!

k. SO GLAD WE DID! Got connected with multiple photographers in our area and the ability to look at portfolios ahead of time made deciding on our photographer feel more personal. We booked our engagement shoot with Eivans as a practice run with our chosen photographer and for a couple who takes 1 picture every 4 years we had such a wonderful experience because we clicked very easily. By the time our wedding day came around we were so excited to reconnect with our photographer Raquel for our big day. We got to observe the process for our detail photos which we were both super excited for, and when it came to the big moments of our first look, our ceremony, and all the candid pictures, Raquel blended perfectly in the background you forgot she was even there but we know she captured every moment. A huge thing in a photographer who can capture your important moments, while not feeling intrusive on the entire event.   If you're on a budget and want great customer service, choices of amazing photographers you may not know exist, and ability to edit, choose, and cherish every photo you get we cannot recommend Eivans enough.   If you're using them and in eastern Massachusetts, we may be biased but Raquel de Souza was a godsend and a wonderful person to work with. Usually when it comes to vendors they have a deposit and you don't pay in full until after the service is done...well this company you pay in full before the date. They do allow monthly payments, however it is still all due before the wedding. My fiance and I decided to pay it all In full a little earlier so that we didn't have to worry about payments up to the wedding date. Due to the circumstances, I would think that a corporation should at least be considerate of the times we are living in. This is not our fault that we had to cancel the biggest day of our lives, this is no one's fault. I understand contracts, however most companies are considerate of their clients and we were able to get full deposits back, or at least half our deposit back. Since we had to pay in full before the true wedding date, I would think that at least half back isn't asking too much for a CORPORATION. If this was a small business, I would be less inclined to send 1 star a review. I would NOT recommend them...go somewhere else that actually treats their clients with respect

th him from the first phone call we had. With time constraints and weather scares, he was able to fully capture the day in a way that I'm not sure many people could. Lets talk about the company itself though. The price point and payment plan was hugely beneficial for us. I didn't have a huge budget for photography and I was super worried about the quality of photos that would we taken. Anthony helped with that fear really quickly. Eivan's sent us a quiz when we first booked to determine the style of photography we liked the most. After we completed the survey they sent us the portfolios for two photographers. After reviewing both, I sent them a response with the one we liked the most. They responded telling me they don't assign photographers right away and we would be assigned one closer to the date. It felt like a pretty huge waste of time to go through all that just to be told we may not even end up with the photographer we liked. Fast forward to 2 months pre-wedding I had to email the company to get my photographer assignment. They assigned us the one we didn't like, but I was willing to give it a shot since it did look like an old portfolio. I gave her a week to contact me and when she didn't I sent her an email which was never responded to. After a week I contacted the company and they were very quick to reassign us to Anthony to make sure I was comfortable. After all, if she couldn't even respond to an email in a timely manner how would she handle my big day? In the end, I was extremely pleased with everything. If you need something affordable and high quality, I definitely recommend Eivan's.

She also did an amazing job at taking some really neat shots that we wouldn't have thought of (we got married in a modern art gallery...we're blown away by the creativity of some of the pictures she took!). We haven't received the final pictures yet, but the proofs came back to us within about a week. The proofs are absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! ver, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day.
