The photographer did an extremely good job of guiding us through our day as we weren’t 100% sure of what we wanted for photos. He was also very patient with our family’s. Would highly recommend this service due to customer service and quick response! We can’t wait to see the photos. Thank you, Eivan’s!

Eivan’s team was very easy to work with. Our Wedding photographer was very professional and was very attentive/helpful. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family members.

Would not use this company if they were the last photography option left on earth. Our wedding was 16 July21, it is now 8 February 22 and Eivan’s has still not provided what is required under the contract (a breach of contract is defined as the violation of a contractual obligation). They have our money & are withholding our photos & videos until we either pay them extra money or delete our negative reviews (extortion can be defined as the obtaining of property from another by wrongful exploitation of reasonable fear) & sign a release of claims (releasing them from obligations under their contract) and agree to never review them negatively. ———-This likely helps explains why they have nearly all positive reviews here…. In May 21 my wife and I purchased Eivan’s Expressions Photo & Video package for our 16 July 21 wedding in Arlington, VA (Sales Order # SO-05021). We paid $1,999.99 for a contract where Eivan’s should have primarily provided (1) photographer & videographer for 6 hours each; (2) complete set of copyright released edited images; (3) HD edited wedding film & trailer videos; (4) 16x20 canvas print; and (5) $300 photo credit for prints. It is now 8 February 22 and of these the only thing Eivans has actually provided is the 6 hrs of photographer and videographer coverage, in addition to countless hours of stress, frustration, anger, & pointless phone calls and emails. In the fall of 21 I deployed overseas and my wife has been desperately trying to reason with the call center who just gives her the run-around with scripted answers. In response to the unedited & poor quality photos, they repeatedly stated that we could purchase edits for $35/photo, or pay $1200 for the raw files in order for us to have a competent professional edit the photos. Then, in the middle of the dispute attempting to get from Eivan’s simply what we paid for, Eivan’s archived the photos and then told us we’d have to pay an extra $760 to unarchive the photos if we wanted them. When it came time to release the digital photo files we paid for, Eivan’s would not do so unless we signed a form stating we were satisfied with the quality, which we obviously were not and they knew that. After this my wife posted a straight-forward account of our situation, which immediately prompted Eivan’s to attempt to get us to remove the review and silence us going forward by trying to get us to sign a release of claims and NDA in exchange for what we had already paid for (including waiving the unarchiving fee that resulted from their unilateral action (i.e., they tried to create their own bargaining chip). Additionally, they misrepresented to my wife what the agreement they sent her would do. They told her if she signed it they would edit the & deliver our photos/videos, and that it would not affect our previous contract, so it didn’t need to mention the items they still owed us. This was blatantly false, as the agreement’s 1st paragraph would have had us releasing them from any claim/liability/obligation, either past present or future. I wish we would have just given guests old disposable cameras.

We were very impressed with Eivan’s services for our wedding in October of 2021. Eivan’s rep reached out to us very quickly with pricing and details after we inquired about their services and was very responsive throughout the whole process. Our photographer and videographer were very experienced and helpful in directing our photos throughout the day. We also thought Eivan’s was rather reasonable in pricing compared to other companies we considered. Highly recommend!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! This was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only was the photographer and videographer unprofessional, but the customer service was awful too. Nobody wanted to listen to us. We did not hear from our photographer until a week before our wedding and our videographer THREE DAYS before our wedding. We still had questions and things we wanted to talk about, but apparently a text message or email was too inconvenient for the videographer. They argued in my bridal suite multiple times while I was getting ready for the most important day of my life and I was already stressing out and trying to stay calm. The videographer was rude, impatient and demanding. At one point I had just told him to leave to go set up at the ceremony because I couldn’t take his condescending attitude anymore. He complained to my bridesmaids all day long and complained that he didn’t get a filet mignon meal like the rest of my wedding guests did. I did feed my vendors and we spent good money to make sure they were well fed and of good quality food. My parents were cut out of the video half of the time as well as my husbands. The quality was terrible. The photographer was found drinking at my bar during the reception and socializing with my guests instead of getting important shots of our night. The quality, again, was not good at all. Heads and body’s were chopped off and you can’t see any ones faces! They’re all the back of peoples heads. The company had asked for us in the forms to send our Pinterest board, but what was the point? There were so many missed shots that I had wanted. Nobody paid attention to that Pinterest board. This was the most important day of our lives and it was horribly captured. Stay away from the company unless you want horrible wedding photos and video and a huge headache. Once your photos are released, you have to wait another 90 days so you can download them. You’re able to purchase then early, but it is an unexplainable amount. This company comes off as affordable, but they are very greedy. The package we purchased said unlimited location. But a week after our wedding (when we had already paid our amount in full the year prior) an invoice for an additional $200 was sent to us for the videographers travel to which the mileage didn’t even make sense. We tried to reach out to customer service to fight it but we never got a response so we had to front it because we just wanted to see our wedding photos with hopes they would be amazing. They weren’t to our disappointment. There was so much more to this that I can’t even remember it all. It’s such a shame that we’ll never be able to get this opportunity back and this is what we have. A huge waste…. STAY AWAY!!!!

My husband and I used Eivan's for our wedding photos and we couldn't be happier!! They had the best price by far, and the service was excellent. The pictures came out better than we expected and everyone that interacted with the photographer at the wedding commented on how nice and professional they were. All the representatives we spoke with on the phone and through email had phenomenal customer service and were quick to respond with any questions we had throughout the process. Eivans was so easy to work with from start to finish! Payment process was easy and getting to know our photographer as well. My only concern is how long the process of getting my pictures back will take but I think they will be worth the wait!

Eivan's was a very reasonable price. They were great at communicating and getting back to you thought email/phone. They always answered all the questions we asked. Our photographer Holly was amazing. She went above and beyond what she need to do to make our day special.

We loved using Eivan’s for our photography. Anytime I had a question they always responded within 24hours, usually quicker. The online gallery is also nice to look at all of your pictures organized into categories. The editing of our photos was also really good and we loved all of our photos. They made the process extremely easy. The photographer they sent was also really great. We would recommend them to anyone who is getting married.

With all that is going on in the world with Covid-19 we had to postpone and finally cancel our wedding due to uncertainty and the safety of our family and friends. When I called and emailed them about the cancelation. I received no initial response back. In addition to that you are suppose to be given a photographer 60-30 days out from your wedding. We had not received a photographer and I was contacting them weekly. I waited 48 hours to follow up again. When I finally got ahold of someone 10 days out from our wedding and still no photographer at this point either. He informed me that he had in fact gotten my messages and just didn’t return my call as well as that I would not receive my deposit back ( which I understand due to the contract) and that I could have a $700 dollar voucher towards photography in the future. We had paid in full for a wedding photographer and had not been given a photographer. So now we are out the full price (1,700) we paid for a photographer with a voucher for a company that breaks their own contract with not providing you a photographer 60-30 days out prior to your wedding. The lack of professionalism from this company is sickening. If I could of given negative stars I would of. This was suppose to be a beautiful stress free day but this company made more of a headache for us. I would never recommend them to anyone

During these difficult times with Covid-19. I had postponed and then finally canceled our wedding due to the uncertainty and the safety of all of our friends and family. When I emailed about the cancelation, the told me that due to the contract I could not get my refund back. Usually when it comes to vendors they have a deposit and you don't pay in full until after the service is done...well this company you pay in full before the date. They do allow monthly payments, however it is still all due before the wedding. My fiance and I decided to pay it all In full a little earlier so that we didn't have to worry about payments up to the wedding date. Due to the circumstances, I would think that a corporation should at least be considerate of the times we are living in. This is not our fault that we had to cancel the biggest day of our lives, this is no one's fault. I understand contracts, however most companies are considerate of their clients and we were able to get full deposits back, or at least half our deposit back. Since we had to pay in full before the true wedding date, I would think that at least half back isn't asking too much for a CORPORATION. If this was a small business, I would be less inclined to send 1 star a review. I would NOT recommend them...go somewhere else that actually treats their clients with respect

I would have given 5 stars, but there are a handful of business practices that I was not terribly fond of. My photographer, Anthony, was a 5-star photographer. I was comfortable with him from the first phone call we had. With time constraints and weather scares, he was able to fully capture the day in a way that I'm not sure many people could. Lets talk about the company itself though. The price point and payment plan was hugely beneficial for us. I didn't have a huge budget for photography and I was super worried about the quality of photos that would we taken. Anthony helped with that fear really quickly. Eivan's sent us a quiz when we first booked to determine the style of photography we liked the most. After we completed the survey they sent us the portfolios for two photographers. After reviewing both, I sent them a response with the one we liked the most. They responded telling me they don't assign photographers right away and we would be assigned one closer to the date. It felt like a pretty huge waste of time to go through all that just to be told we may not even end up with the photographer we liked. Fast forward to 2 months pre-wedding I had to email the company to get my photographer assignment. They assigned us the one we didn't like, but I was willing to give it a shot since it did look like an old portfolio. I gave her a week to contact me and when she didn't I sent her an email which was never responded to. After a week I contacted the company and they were very quick to reassign us to Anthony to make sure I was comfortable. After all, if she couldn't even respond to an email in a timely manner how would she handle my big day? In the end, I was extremely pleased with everything. If you need something affordable and high quality, I definitely recommend Eivan's.

Eivan's images seem very beautiful but we decided for another photographer for our wedding since we experienced a major red flags with Eivan's. Once we paid our initial deposit, no staff was available via email or phone and they completely disappeared on us. Even when we asked for the refund and to cancel, they were not available, so that we were forced to get our bank involved in order to get our money back.

Definitely recommend! As a note--this is a national company, and when you sign your contract you'll fill out a survey with what kind of pictures you want to have taken and will be paired with a photographer. Our assigned photographer, Dawn, did a fabulous job at making my husband and I feel at ease during the entire day. She also did an amazing job at taking some really neat shots that we wouldn't have thought of (we got married in a modern art gallery...we're blown away by the creativity of some of the pictures she took!). We haven't received the final pictures yet, but the proofs came back to us within about a week. The proofs are absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Thank you for capturing our special day!

I cannot express enough what a great job that eivans did. We had the photographer (dorin) go through mud to get the best shot. Seriously I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much they worked for us and we're flexible with changes. Best company ever. Also very affordable.

For going into my wedding day blind, by not previously meeting either my photographer or videographer I was very impressed by the services we received. Our photographer William was so great! He walked right into the salon in the morning and started to get to work without any hesitation what so ever. I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. Overall I am very pleased with the service we were provided with!

Mitchell and Galen were our videographer/photography team. I was pretty nervous because they did not know each other and it was our videographers first event with the company. However, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made my husband's and I wedding day unbelievably special. The photographer and videographer we're amazing! They were definitely fun to work with! Our pictures and video turned out amazing, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. I felt comfortable with what they were doing, and trusted them fully. They made my pictures look beautiful. I am speechless with the way they did everything. Also, reaching them is never a problem and if you leave a message they do return your call their customer service is excellent. I will never forget my wedding day and thanks to Eivan's for giving us a wonderful experience. They are fun to work with!!! We booked Eivans last year for our July 9th wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the services that we received. From the initial phone call to finally getting our pictures, they were always professional with our interactions and answering the multiple questions that I had. After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality photographer/videographer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Eivan's Photo & Video Inc. for our special day last month. It was really easy to communicate with Sam and he made sure he was always there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day. I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I was hesitant at first since Eivans provided such a good deal. I sent emails, triple checked the contract to make sure there were no strings attached. Again, I was super skeptical. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

Sam was fantastic!!! He captured all the moments we wanted without being intrusive!!! Eivan's was such as easy company to work with too. Highly recommend!

I did not end up booking with Eivan's, but I had poor customer service which stopped me before I could even reach my consultation in person. I opted for a phone consultation before making the drive to their nearest location and the representative was poor, to say the least. He rushed me off of the phone and with every question I asked he simply told me to look on the website, which for the record I had many times and was where I got my questions from. Again, I cannot speak for their work as I did not book, but their customer service poor.

I did not think this quality of photography / videography existed for this price. Eivan’s blew us away with how professional they were to work with, and the quality of their work is unmatchable. We used Eivans to coordinate a photographer / videographer for our wedding in Austin in June. We got matched with Sandor G and John A. They were fantastic! They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. The team at Eivan's was very helpful when we were choosing the photo package we wanted. Never did we feel pressured to add on anything we didn't want. On our wedding day, our photographer, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, flexible, and friendly. We have already recommended Eivan's to other friends who are starting to plan their big days!

I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

I was beyond excited to find this company!! So many services were outside our budget and I was nervous that I would have to sacrifice quality and professionalism but with Eivan's, NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

From beginning to end, our experience with Eivan's was first rate. We were looking for wedding photography over the course of our big day and Eivan's delivered. Our sales representative, Dughan, was highly responsive to every question we had, took us through our entire contract in great detail and was attentive to our needs at every step. Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

All I can say is wow! We hired Eivan's for our wedding day and I have to say it was the absolute best decision and right choice! The price was very fair and the employee who booked us was very flexible and willing to help us out in any way possible. Our photographer, Tom Widmar, was absolutely AMAZING! He was very prompt in responding to emails, he communicated well with me, he was on time and ready, he stayed busy the entire time taking thousands of pictures, he was patient with me when I was overwhelmed, he was kind, and most of all he shot BEAUTIFUL work. I would do business with both Eivan's and Tom as well. Thanks for having such an important part in my special day!

Our Wedding was June 12th 2016 at the Abbey Resort in Fontana, WI. The venue was beautiful, and our photographer, Mike, knew exactly how to capture our perfect day. He had structure, which I appreciated. It was very clear that he knew exactly what to do to get great photos. I felt he, and Brandon (our videographer), were very flexible and professional. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get exactly what I needed. We highly suggest Eivan's!

Eivans did such a wonderful job the day of our wedding on May 28, 2016. The entire staff was polite and respectful and they showed up on time to each location the day of our wedding. I would recommend Eivans to all of my family and friends looking to hire a a photography company.

My husband and I were married on 12/12/15 and we were very grateful to have Eivan's photography and videography capture our special day. We worked with Mike and Shannon and they were a pleasure to work with. They captured moments that I wouldn't have otherwise seen which made me very happy. They were very professional and prompt and worked well with my large bridal party. The price for what you get is amazing and Eivan's was always quick to answer questions throughout the planning process.

So professional and creative! Started a head of schedule and continued throughout the day! Flexible with some new ideas we had. Took tons of pictures and kept things fresh and fun!

I got married September 28, 2013! Not sure why it took me this long to write a review. But here it goes: I love pictures, I think they are one of the most important aspects of any celebration. A picture can take you back in time and allow you to remember that day like it was yesterday. For that reason I was looking for a company that took their job seriously and was affordable. I came across Eivans while searching on this website www.theknot.com and gave it a shot. I saw the price and thought it was too good to be true. We scheduled a consultation and got lucky to have Steve as the consultant and as our photographer. He was awesome, so easy to work with and went along with anything I asked of him. He was so helpful and friendly. He was yes to make sure the day went smoothly. They prices were reasonable, compared to other companies. I felt that we got a lot for our money. The one thing I wish I would had done however was buy the copy rights to the pictures before the wedding. As they become extremely expensive after the wedding. After almost three years I called Evian's to see if the price for the pictures' copy rights had gone down, unfortunately it was the same price. I asked my husband if the pictures were worth it, which to be honest they are, but the price was out of our budget. I called again and asked if something could be done, they were able to bring the price down to something more comfortable. Though ideally it's not what I wanted to pay, I'm thankful they worked with me and lowered the price. I went ahead and bought the copyrights to my pictures and I don't regret it one bit! I do love the pictures and the work that Steve did! I know I will have these memories to cherish for years to come! I recommend Evian's Photography in a heartbeat.

Our photographer and videographer were amazing! very artistic and had great ideas. The customer service is great too, they always emailed back or returned my calls in a timely manner! Cant wait to see my photos and video.

We had a wonderful experience with Will as our photographer and Nancy as our videographer! The day was handled with efficiency and professionalism and Will was wonderful at directing the flow of the pictures and arranging us for pictures. We received the picture proofs this week and we are so pleased with the photos and the fact that we received 2300 pictures! Eivans lets you see the proofs on their website with a watermark and then you can purchase the download rights immediately at an additional cost or wait a couple of months to receive the CD of all the photos (if purchased with your package). We will be waiting, but we are very happy with how they turned out and looking forward to sharing the photos!

Read the contract! We were going to go with Eivan's for our photos and video until we read the contract. The experience from the beginning was a bit off. In the initial phone consultation, the girl spoke so fast and it seemed like she just wanted me off the phone to sign the contract. Then they want a $250 deposit before ever seeing the contract, which turned us off. It was refundable, but still, we don't get to read the contract before putting money down? And then when you get the contract, it's only good for 24 hours, so you can't shop around. Then in the contract, it states several times that they are not responsible for lost pictures, or pictures not taken. I'm sorry, but if the photographer erases all of the pictures, then he/she IS responsible. It also states that photographer has priority over the guests for pictures and will do whatever is needed, i.e. push guests out of the way or just not take the picture at all, which of course they are not responsible for. They are also not responsible for taking any pictures which you want them to take. If you need to cancel the event, then you have to pay the full amount of the contract PLUS 50%. Seriously? They claim it's not a penalty, it's for damages. Finally according to the contract, you are not allowed to write any negative reviews. If you do, they will charge you for every day the negative review is posted. It is not enforceable, but you would still have to fight it and this is why you can't find many, if any, negative reviews about their service. What are they hiding if you can't leave a negative review? Buyer beware!

We are throughly disappointed with the Eivan's Nationwide Photo vendor. Composition was not done well with legs cut off or too much foreground. Editing was incorrect with subjects so far away. The photographers were inconsiderate to wedding guest and wedding party alike. when we share our concerns before we had received our pictures, Eivan's held our photos "hostage" until we remove our poor review. Although we loved our personal photographer and videographer, working with this company was a nightmare. We were going back and forth with them for about 6 months after our wedding because there were missing pictures from our wedding. Some were still never located (some of the most important photos to us) and the few we did receive came back poor quality. When we asked the status of where our photos were, we were told they were "too busy" to find them. We were able to get enough to make our album something we are proud of, but I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Our photographer, Sandor was fantastic! He was energetic yet thoughtful about the poses we shot. My husband is not the best at taking picture, Sandor made him feel comfortable and the pictures turned out beautiful! Thank you so much!

Went through an online registration process to schedule a consultation. Consults were two weeks out, and they no-showed. Literally I'm writing this after waiting 15 mins past my scheduled time that I booked two weeks ago. In the meantime they've also sent me about 20 emails... I'll be spending my money on someone who will show up.

Eivan's Photo & Video provided me and my wife exceptional service. They were very kind and professional and they helped me with accomplishing our desires. The photographers have great knowledge because they took superb engagement photos and our photographer chose our beautiful location. So no worries if you can't think of a place to do your photos! They were also very helpful in what I wanted to do in the reception because I wanted to sing for my wife and they provided me a mic to clip on my jacket and it was heard directly to the video so there was no echo. Overall, the service was stellar and you get a lot for your money so if you want QUALITY, go with Eivan's Photo & Video.
