Joy and her assistant were absolutely wonderful! She listened to my vision and went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Everything from communication to execution was perfect. Would highly recommend!!!!!!

Joy was a 'joy' to work with :) She really helped me when a previous artist didn't understand my face/eye shapes and needs and I was scrambling at the last minute to find someone for my wedding. She really knows how to work with and enhance a hooded eye and she listened to all of my preferences and concerns. My makeup stayed ALL DAY! and I was wearing red lipstick and kissing my new husband most of the day. She is thorough, professional but also fun, I'll have to come up with something fun in the future so we can recreate this makeup look again, Thank you Joy!

Joy did my hair and makeup for my elopement and it was an actual dream!! I wasn't in town long enough for a trial so she took her time and made sure I loved my look (even when I asked to change my lip like 15+ times š). It rained, which turned into snow, and by the end of the night my hair was still intact. 10/10 would recommend.

Joy and her team did the most amazing job on all of the wedding party, relatives etc... 2 were on hair and Joyn on make up.
She arrived early and worked until 8:00 pm.
I highly recommend her for any event!!

Joy is fabulous to work with! I was coming from out of state, so I didnāt get to do the trial session. Joy studied my Pinterest board and came prepared with ideas and recommendations. I loved my hair and makeup on my wedding day! It still looked perfect when the night was over and I was ready for bed. Joy is a bright light and super fun to be around! We all had a great time getting ready with her! I would recommend her to any bride looking for wedding day hair and makeup!

Joy was an absolute wonder to work with. The trial went smoothly, and the wedding day was perfect. I added two of my bridesmaids to the contract very last minute and Joy handled everything with ease. She is talented and amazing with or without a makeup brush.

Joy is so good at her job! I donāt wear a lot of make up in general and I had expressed that to her and she made my look so effortless and stunning! I honestly didnāt have much ideas when it came to my hair and I am completely obsessed with how my hair turned out! Joy is so amazing!

I wanted to love my experience, but unfortunately, it wasnāt excellent. Lauren and Demi, Joyās assistants, did an AMAZING job and were absolutely phenomenal! However, the month leading up to the wedding was stressful. I didnāt hear from Joy the entire month before my wedding, and the week of, I called several times and sent several follow up emails. At the 48 hour mark until the wedding, my family and I actively started looking for other vendors. Joy and her people are so talentedā I just hoped for better communication. It didnāt feel right that I had to be the initiator of all communication. It felt unprofessional and stressful for me as a bride. Their services were great but it was not worth the anxiety of not knowing what was happening the week of. Best of luck! š

bly sorry that our communication lacked so much leading up to your wedding day and caused stress around an event that is already very stressful. I do have emails that are scheduled to go out with the final details and due to some issues in my back end, that didnāt happen, but I didnāt realize it as August and September were the most high volume months Iāve experienced so far in my career. I have since started implementing back up systems to make sure no one ever feels stressed with us leading up to any event. Elegance by Joy Renee does pride ourself on our customer experience and we regret that you did not get that level of service with us.

Joy was a pleasure to work with on my wedding day! She arrived early and worked quickly to do hair and makeup on myself, two bridesmaids, my mom, and mother and law. Joy and her assistant did great work! The makeup was exactly what I asked for - a natural bridal look, not too heavy. She even put false eyelashes on me (which I never do) and I still looked natural - just enhanced a little for photos š also, the hairstyles on my bridesmaids and the moms were 10 out of 10!! āļø SO CUTE. I would definitely recommend š¤

I had planned my entire wedding since it was destination via phone and email. She called me to ask about all the services needed and the look that I wanted. I sent her a couple pictures and she went above and beyond. I was so pleased with how everything turned out. She left me a touch up bag (which I didn't need because everything stayed put for the entire day/night). Loved all the products she used. My skin felt so light but her coverage and techniques were amazing.

Joy did an amazing job on my bridal hair and makeup along with the hair and make up for four other ladies. Anybody coming from out of town? This is your girl!! Have curly hair? She is VERY MUCH your girl!! She can do it all. She kept in communication with me up until the big day and assured me with all my worries and concerns. Joy was able to travel from Whitefish all the way to West Yellowstone and her prices are very reasonable. We had such a great time hanging out with her and she really knew how to help calm those pre-wedding nerves. Please consider her for your wedding. She is filled with so much talent and loves what she does!!

Joy did a phenomenal job on my bridal makeup as well as my four bridesmaids and mom. She traveled from Whitefish to Bozeman for my big day and her pricing was very reasonable. There were even some issues with the hotel arrangements and she handled it with patience and grace! The skin tones across my bridal this group range from very fair to very deep, which made me very nervous when seeking a makeup artist. Joy handled it masterfully and everyone looked SO good! I was nervous about my eyebrows and lipstick as I am very particular on these things in my daily makeup wearing. Joy listened to my concerns and was very flexible in ensuring I had my dream bridal makeup! I would absolutely recommend her, especially for bridal parties with diverse skin tone ranges!

Joy was so wonderful to work with from the moment I reached out to her. She was quick to reply and gave me a phone call to talk about my vision, my daily makeup, and ask about any allergies or sensitivities and was very professional. She did an awesome job on me at my trial, and on wedding day me and my four bridesmaids all raved about how great our makeup and lashes were. She kept everything on schedule on wedding morning and was even able to add in some makeup for the flower girl. She had us ready with time to relax before we had to start pictures. On top of that, she was so sweet and brought a calming presence to wedding morning! I am so glad I hired her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for wedding day makeup in the Glacier area!

Joy was an absolute blessing I found her just in time for my wedding about 2 months before. She was punctual and responded pretty quickly when I had questions. She did a make up trial 2 weeks before my wedding and made all the changes I had requested right then and there. She arrived early and was very pleasant the day of our wedding she even did he best to make the changes I had requested that morning. My hair and makeup looked absolutely stunning!!! 10/10 recommend. š

Joy was very professional and easy to talk to! She did a bridal makeup trial with me the week of my wedding and went the extra mile to make changes until I decided what look I loved. She was punctual the day of the wedding and very prepared. She brought an entire portable makeup studio and lighting set-up to my onsite cabin wedding. She was very personable and even thought to bring me a straw and touch up kit!
