We now have a small event venue that is perfect for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and micro weddings. In addition to our cozy, quaint event venue, we still provide Event Planning and Design, Day of Coordination, Decorating and Event Rental services. Our products still include Chiavari chairs, Throne Chairs, Chair Covers & Sashes, ceiling drapery, backdrops, wall draping, uplighting, monograms, centerpieces, dinnerware, and other wedding rentals. We ordered 200 silver Chaivari chairs from Andrea, and they were beautiful and in great condition. We had no issues with delivery or set up, and she much more affordable than other vendors.
My wedding isn’t until next year and she’s already a no go for me! At first she was consistent and helpful but then she just blew me off when I told her my wedding date. I’ve contacted her in multiple different ways even filled out a form she told me to fill out and she’d get back to me and she just will flat out IGNORED me! It’s so unfortunate because all I wanted to do was put down a deposit but I’m afraid she’d take my money and run...LITERALLY!
I was recommended to Andrea for our wedding this past year. I was excited to work with her, but unfortunately began to regret it as the months progressed. In the beginning, she was very responsive and professional with any questions or concerns I’ve had. However, as we got closer to our wedding.. calls, emails and texts would be ignored. When I finally got a hold of her, she would apologize and tell me how much she had going on with the other weddings she was in charge of. When I asked her for a refund due to her lack of communication and my peace of mind, she explained that she couldn’t at the moment and to give her 30 days. I appreciated that and respected her for actually abiding by her policy. 30 days came and gone, no refund, but she began to give me names of individuals that owed her money which is why she couldn’t give me mine. This had nothing to do with me because we paid her on time when she requested but when we needed our money back she didn’t bother to make it a priority. Finally, after a few months she was able to give me back my money and that is the only reason I gave her an extra star. I was really pushing to work with Andrea because her prices were unmatched. But she became extremely undependable and it caused me to stress about things I didn’t have to when I could’ve paid for a better experience with someone else.
I used Andrea for my wedding on October 13, 2018 at the Sheraton in Station Square for Chiavari Chair rentals and cushions. Andrea was extremely unprofessional. Not only did it take her weeks to respond to emails, but she caused my wedding to be A HALF HOUR LATE! Andrea showed up to the Sheraton around 2pm to set up for my wedding reception which started at 6pm. Andrea arrived with the chairs but not the seat cushions. The cushions did not arrive until 6:20pm but she had no one to help her put them on. All guests and our entire bridal party had to stand in a hallway for 35 minutes, waiting. It was horrific! Thankfully the Director of the Sheraton had all employees on staff to put the cushions on the chairs to allow us to start at 6:35pm. Andrea caused my entire wedding timeline to be adjusted. We didn’t get to do certain dances that we wanted to, photos with guests were eliminated, all food was brought out at once because it was going to get cold, speeches were cut short, SHE STOLE MY NIGHT FROM MY HUSBAND AND I. My wedding planner demanded a refund and it was never received, not even an email apology. DO NOT USE HER, she deserves to be turned into the BBB.
Andrea is absolutely amazing! I had a DIY yourself wedding but I got in touch with Andrea to do my drapery, let’s not mention I was very last minute. The job was much bigger than I expected and she took in the task like superwoman. She provided with wall to wall drapery with beautiful uplifting, also some of my items didn’t make it time and she told me not to worry. She went and got the most beautiful table cloths for my six naked tables and also fixed up my cake table so beautiful. She promised me not to worry and I left it in her hands. When I came back to my reception after the wedding I was floored. I couldn’t possibly thank Andrea enough!

We used Andrea for our 10/13/18 wedding because my friend had used her in the past. I ordered chairs from her a while before the wedding because she had a great sale going on. She was amazing in following up and confirming all of our details. She also delivered and setup all of the chairs earlier than we expected. I would highly recommend her company for all rentals!
Working with Andrea for our chair rentals was a simple and stress-free process and extremely cost effective compared to other vendors we explored. We met her at a bridal show well in advance of our wedding and ended up reaching out a few months later to book our chair rentals. She honored her bridal show pricing for us and took our information, and then all we had to do closer to our wedding day was give her the final number. She did set up and tear down, and I never even had to think about it. It was great to have such a self-sufficient vendor when all of the details are coming together. And the chairs were beautiful and great quality! They completely transformed the room. :)
Andrea did my wall draping at Phipps Conservatory and I was incredibly pleased with the work she and her staff did. I paid my invoice online ahead of time, and then it was smooth sailing. They showed up on time and did efficient work. It was truly elegant and really dressed up an otherwise plain looking room. I highly recommend her - she charged fair prices and did a great job!
I would find another rental company to use. She doesn’t respond to messages or inquires, or says she will send you information and then you never hear from her again. Very unprofessional.
We used Andrea for our wedding in August. From the beginning, she was very difficult to get a hold of. We rented 200 chairs, bows, table cloths, napkins, and head table lighting from her. She failed to deliver the head table lighting that we paid for in full on the day of the wedding and told my wedding coordinator that she was going to go home and get it, and come back to the venue to deliver it before the reception started, which she never did. She simply decided on her on not to return with the lighting. I was very disappointed, as it was the first thing I noticed when my husband and I entered the reception.
When I spoke to Andrea after my honeymoon, not only was she unapologetic for not delivering the items we paid her for and for the disappointment of her mistake, she blamed it on another wedding and told me I had no idea what she was dealing with with other clients. She took no responsibility and she has still not even refunded us for the missing items.
A friend of mine was planning to rent from Andrea for her wedding. Needless to say, she decided to go with a different vendor.
I went to a bridal show when I met Andrea & she offered a great spandex chair cover deal that I could not pass up! I booked her within a week & was very satisfied initially during the planning process - she was very responsive & answered a lot of my questions via email. She also let me take a sample to determine if I wanted white or ivory, which I appreciated. She also worked well with our reception hall &set up/tore down the site as promised. I was super satisfied with the spandex chair covers & it definitely added a touch of elegance to our reception. My only complaint is in regard to after our wedding communication. As most vendors, I did have to pay upfront for x amount of chair covers and sashes which ended up being more than I really needed for our final headcount. Per the contract, all refunds would be returned within 30 days. After 30 days I started to reach out to Angela via email to see when I would receive my refund and she would not respond at all. I started with emails and then called and left messages. It took almost 55 days (from wedding day) for her to answer me and then receive my refund of the security deposit and additional funds I over paid. After going through other post-wedding to dos, the last thing I wanted to do was chase a vendor for a refund that was owed to me. I understand that it was the end of a busy wedding season, but not being able to communicate with customers is no excuse... especially if the turn around time exceed the promised timeframe per contract.

If you are in the Pittsburgh area and looking for linens and/or chair covers, scroll no further. You are seriously crazy if you don’t book this woman. You have my word that you will not find anyone better. I would actually give her 7 out of 5 stars. There is no one like her.
We actually met her while touring our venue, shortly after our engagement. She was actually setting up for another wedding and we loved how she made our venue look. She gave us her card that day, and I kept it over a year….14 months later we called her and booked her. We got our chair covers for I think for $2 or $2.50 each…this is WITH the sash. We could not find prices anywhere else that came anywhere near this. She also provided napkins, linens, and ceiling drapes.
Andrea arrived the day before the wedding to begin setting up, and stayed long after we were gone finishing. She consistently sent me pictures of the hall, so I could see the finish product. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this, as I had been curious about how the finished product looked. She even went over and above and set out all of our coaster favors and menus on the table. There is a calmness that she gives off that makes you think everything is going to be alright, as crazy as everything is the eve of the wedding.
If I ever get married again, Andrea will be the first vendor I call! :)
We were able to take advantage of a bridal show promo Andrea was running. We received our chair covers, sashes, and set up for only $2 per chair. Andrea was really easy to work with from emailing, planning, and the chair covers looked awesome on our wedding day. She was half the cost of everywhere else we found, had a large selection of colors and styles, and was perfect for us.
We rented Gold beaded chargers from Andrea, and they were exactly what we dreamed of! Her prices are perfect and affordable, and the quality of the product is truly amazing.
