My experience with this vendor could have been worse, but it definitely could have been better. All problems were fixed, but they were pretty big problems.
The first problem was after I bought my dress, veil, and a hair piece/decoration. My ...mother stopped by the store to ask about my dress and found THE STORE HAD MOVED AND NEVER TOLD ME THEY WERE MOVING!! It took a week before I found out where they moved to and what their new phone number was.
After they had moved and I went to a fitting, I found out that they had lost the hair piece/decoration I had ordered. This was not a problem because they told me they would reorder it for me and it would be there by my next fitting. When I was there for my next fitting, the replacement wasn't there and they said there was no record of another order being placed, but would place it and have the hair piece/decoration by my final fitting. At the final fitting, they had a replacement hair piece/decoration, but it wasn't the one I ordered. Eventually they told me just to pick out a new one of equal price.
I live in CA but was getting married in MD so I wanted a vendor closer to the wedding. I chose Elegant Touch because they assured me that they would be willing to work with me on scheduling fittings. This was the case at first, but towards the end, I to start do things when they wanted them done. I even bought plane tickets for a fitting after they told me the store's availability and then had to cancel them and buy new ones when they changed their availability and I was told they wouldn't be able to do the fitting on the original day I was told.
Finally, when I went to pick up my dress, I was given the wrong dress. Luckily I checked before leaving and they were able to find it in about 15 minutes.
