An amazing wedding chair rental experience - thank you!!
I could not have been happier with Elements and Accents for our daughter’s wedding. Everyone was very professional, especially Janette, when assisting us in picking furniture and ...
accessories for the reception. We had to add to our order several times at the last minute and they were very accommodating. Overall, a very good experience for us with personnel and quality products.
The setup was beautiful. However, it was in our contract to have pickup on the Thursday morning (the morning after our wedding) and the pickup crew came around 10pm DURING our wedd...
ing on the Wednesday and removed the head table we were still sitting at...I the bride had to start taking candles and my dessert plate off of it! I told them that it was supposed to be picked up the next morning but they said they had to take it then and wouldn't budge. Disappointing as it was agreed upon ahead of time to have it taken the following morning and if we had known we would have arranged a different setup so we weren't left without a seat ourselves as the bride and groom as our party ended 2 hours later. I emailed feedback but was never given a reply after that..
We are writing to thank you for the outstanding professionalism you and your staff provided on our wedding day. The rental delivery and pickup went excellent! Thank you again.

nd we really loved the pieces that were ultimately used for our wedding. They had so many great options to choose from (inventory is huge!), and we ended up with some beautiful and detailed couches/sofas and coffee tables that went along with some nice area rugs. Our guests really appreciated the outdoor and indoor lounge areas, and we think this was a great additional touch to our wedding. It was great working with them.

ce the different shades of blue during the wedding. We had a contract for our specific color and not other shades because it was important to us. Well, I rated them one star because although they did have enough for everyone (roughly 170 people), they had multiple shades of blue. A guest even mentioned they sat on a gray cover. Since they did not honor our specific request, I would not recommend. If you want an affordable company with basic colors for covers, then you'll be fine with this company. If you want a specific color, then you should not hire the company!
We live in the Philippines and Miami was a destination wedding for us.
