Elements at Water Street - Hotel Indigo

Elements was the best decision we made for our wedding! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff was friendly and efficient. During the planning process, you get to work with Cheryl, who makes everything simple! Cheryl was flexible with our needs and provided suggestions for timeline and vendors! The day of our wedding was amazing thanks to the staff of Elements. It is obvious they have veteran staff members. Molly was so sweet and accommodating and the bartenders were quick and fun! However, the best part is the food! Elements prides themselves on their food. Our guests could not stop complimenting our appetizers and entrées! I recommend this place to any engaged couple, I promise you will not be disappointed!

My daughter's wedding was in August 2021. This venue exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was very professional and tried very hard to please us with any request. The food was absolutely delicious! Guests continue to comment on the excellent dinner. Cheryl was wonderful, easy to work with, and very accommodating. We also hosted a brunch the next morning at this venue. It was also done superbly and exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and the staff very attentive. I highly recommend this venue for weddings and any and all celebrations!

This venue is the perfect option for couples who are looking for a convenience, great service and amazing food! Cheryl is a pro and makes the planning and selection process easy and fun. The food was out of this world, many guests have connected with us to say that they’d love to eat at Elements again. We are so happy with our decision to hold our wedding reception at Elements. Elements at Water Street was the PERFECT venue for our wedding day!!! We fell in love with it as soon as we toured it and the layout was perfect for our big day. There was plenty of room to accommodate all of our guests without it feeling crowded for both cocktail hour and the reception. The space is beautiful with the wood texture ceiling giving it a unique look and feel. The food was better than most restaurants!! We are still getting compliments from our guests about how delicious all the food was! Everything is made in house and the chef is very accommodating to any special requests or food allergies. Cheryl was AMAZING to work with. We had to postpone due to Covid and Cheryl was so helpful with the whole process. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, has great suggestions, and made the whole process extremely easy and stress free! Another great perk is that this venue is connected to Hotel Indigo which made it super convenient for guest accommodations. Since the venue is in Downtown Naperville and right along the river walk there is plenty for people to do and see before and after the wedding. We absolutely loved Elements at Water Street and couldn't imagine having our wedding at any other venue!!!

Thank you Cheryl and your team!! We fell in love with this venue theoment we saw it. It is so beautiful! But that's not all you get at Elements. The location is so amazing! My now husband has anxiety and wanted a venue close to our hotel so he had a safe place in case he needed to take a break. And my sister/maid of honor was going through major surgery 4 weeks before the wedding. Elements is attached to Hotel Indigo. It also ended up being across the street from our ceremony venue at Naper Settlement and there were plenty of options for our rehearsal dinner right outside the doors of the hotel. Not to mention that bars in the area are open until 2am. So some of our guests were able to continue partying without driving. The food is amazing!! Check out the duo. Coming from an Italian family this is important to both of us. The staff impeccable and the service was great! They put aside apps for my husband and I to enjoy during cocktail hour. They included a signature drink. They brought me out coffee and made sure we actually got to eat some of our cake. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! We wouldn't have wanted to getarried anywhere else. Our guests all raved about it!

My husband and I got married at Elements this past Spring and had the absolute best wedding and experience. We had to reschedule our date several times due to the pandemic, and Elements was amazing to work with. Cheryl was our main point of contact and she was the reason everything went so smoothly. She guided us through every step of the process and was always willing to answer any questions we had. The wedding day was perfect. The room was set up exactly as we had envisioned, the food was amazing and the staff was so attentive. We received many compliments from our guests on how great the wedding was and how delicious the food was. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding.

There are not enough nice things to say about Cheryl and her team at Elements. We first booked our date in August 2018, and after three years of waiting, were finally married on September 4, 2021. Cheryl was an angel - from helping us reschedule our September 2020 wedding to LITERALLY alphabetizing our place cards, there was nothing Cheryl didn’t do spectacularly. She was so responsive, calm and reassuring, and always had our backs. The services she provided were worth thousands in and of itself. She provided fantastic recommendations for vendors and was so helpful and organized during our final planning sessions. Trust her recommendations- she is a pro! My wish for every bride and groom is to have their own Cheryl! Aside from Cheryl, Elements was incredible. Not only was it our dream location, but we had several people say the food (especially the parmesan crusted steak!) was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and some even said it was the best steak ever!! The food tasting was a blast and the apps also turned out incredible. My husband and I have been in several weddings, but we were very jealous we couldn’t attend our own as guests! I have zero complaints about our three year journey with Elements- it truly was the perfect experience from start to finish. I wish every wedding could be there! Thank you so much for all you did to make our day so special, we love the team at Elements!!

This venue was AMAZING! The food was incredible (biased, but the best wedding food I've ever had) and the staff memebers were so attentive. Cheryl was so helpful in planning during a pandemic. Any questions that I had, she was there to help! My husband and I were walking around and the staff even brought out a second entree for us as ours got cold. I would highly recommend this venue!

We were beyond thrilled with Elements. Cheryl and the entire staff made the entire wedding process such a breeze. The organization and communication always made us feel confident. Our guests have been raving about the food and the beauty of the venue. Everything worked out perfectly and we would not have changed a thing! We would highly recommend this venue to anyone. Elements at Water Street is truly incredible and where forever memories are made. My wife and I held our wedding here last month and it was truly special. If you are considering Elements for your wedding, DO IT. Everything was absolutely perfect on my big day. The decor and feel of the room was amazing and the food was raved about by everyone!!! Cheryl was so great to work with, she was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We had some changes with our ceremony due to covid and she was able to accommodate our needs no problem, which took a HUGE weight off our shoulders!!! The whole staff was great, they handled everything so well especially with covid and our guests were incredibly pleased with our event. Would highly recommend this venue 🙂

Elements was absolutely perfect for our special day! Planning during COVID was difficult, but Elements helped accommodate and create a safe environment for us and our guests. What originally sold us was how easy the planning was! Everything was laid out during our tour making the planning clear and easy. The food was seriously out of this world. Everything was excellent especially the service. I would recommend this venue to everyone!

This is the venue you want, trust me look no further!! The space is stunning, the staff is incredible, the location is perfect, and the food is to die for. Cheryl and her team think of every single detail and they have it all handled. From all of the things that they provide such as linens, and all food and drink, to the way that everything is set up and torn down for you, this venue is a dream. Especially in the era of COVID, Elements went above and beyond to not only communicate, but also put us at ease and provide us with options as we navigated the unknown together. Our wedding day was perfect and we owe so much of that to Elements and Cheryl! We are so grateful!!

The BEST wedding decision we made was choosing Elements as our venue. I honestly don't even want to think about how our September 2020 wedding would have played out had we chosen a different venue. The venue itself is so gorgeous, unique, elegant and located in a prime location. We fell in love with it immediately, so much so that we reluctantly booked a Friday wedding due to there being no Saturdays available. The food is fantastic (all our guests raved about it), the service is top-notch, and the overall vibe of the venue is very luxe. Our wedding was heavily impacted by Covid (we lost our ceremony venue, officiant and wedding band) and Cheryl was always there willing to help in anyway she could. She went above and beyond in trying to help us find a different ceremony location even working with the restaurant next door to try to secure their outdoor space as an option. In the end we chose to also have our ceremony at Elements and I'm so glad we did as it truly made the day so much easier. Elements and Cheryl were so accommodating throughout the entire process of planning a wedding during Covid and all the constantly changing restrictions imposed by the state. They were flexible with whatever we wanted to do, whether it was to reschedule or push forward and they did not hold us to our original contract minimum. All of our guests felt comfortable and were able to enjoy themselves even during a pandemic. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that we still had our dream wedding despite what was going on. I am so grateful to Cheryl and the entire Elements staff in making our special day run so seamlessly and giving us an absolutely perfect wedding. Do not hesitate to book your event with them, you will not regret it!!! 10 stars!

We decided to change our venue to Elements last minute due to the gathering restrictions from COVID. I do not know where to even begin with saying how great Cheryl was to work with. Planning a wedding during COVID was extra stressful and Cheryl was our saving grace. She responds to emails so fast and is extremely helpful with planning - all of our vendors had even commented on her responsiveness and helpfulness and said that it is hard to come by someone like her at venues. When it comes to events, she knows her stuff! The food and staff are also so amazing! We received many compliments on almost every aspect of the venue and what it had to offer.

Elements was perfect! This place was beautiful and had such an intimate feel! The staff was nothing but accommodating during these crazy times and I cannot thank them enough for that! Everyone LOVED the food! I have never had food at a wedding of this quality! It was superb! I highly recommend Elements for your big day!

I could not be happier to have had my wedding at Elements. The venue was perfect in every way. The food was phenomenal and we received so many compliments on how great it was. Our guests also couldn't stop raving about how great the drinks were as well (which at an open bar, can definitely be a huge miss). Besides just the beautiful layout of the event space and the complete privacy from other events, Cheryl (the event coordinator) was INCREDIBLE to work with. She made wedding planning so easy and she was a huge part in why I chose this venue. Also, the venue made so many accommodations to make my guests feel comfortable during this pandemic. The event was beautiful, safe, and so much fun and I would definitely choose Elements again!

Cheryl was lovely to work with. She listened to what I had to say and made sure that I got what I wanted. She and her staff worked extra hard to help during COVID. I had to reschedule and we had no issues. The staff here is amazing. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding here. My wedding reception couldn’t have been any more perfect.

We got married 8/1/20 in the middle of COVID and could not be more grateful to Elements for being so accommodating and flexible. Wedding planning is already stressful but adding a pandemic into your plans can make it especially challenging. Elements did everything possible to ensure that we had a beautiful, intimate, and safe wedding reception. They allowed us autonomy in deciding what was best for our event and did not hold us to the minimum even though we had a smaller and therefore less expensive reception. I believe that the true character of a vendor is shown when times are hard and things are not going well. Elements maintained their commitment to the satisfaction of the customer even when it went against their personal business interests. I give the owner and wedding coordinator, Cheryl, tremendous credit for dealing with countless stressed and panicking brides all wedding season long while being positive, supportive, and understanding. In the end, we had an amazingly perfect wedding because of them. I am forever grateful. Due to COVID-19, we made the difficult decision to move our wedding date. Elements was extremely helpful, and made the process of a hard situation much less stressful. Elements reached out to us well in advance with multiple options to insure we still had the day we always hoped for. We ultimately made the decision to move our wedding, and Elements allowed us to seamlessly change our date with no other changes or charges. We look forward to celebrating our wedding day at Elements in 2021!

We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at Elements. It is an amazing location in downtown Naperville. There's so much for your guests to do, and also great photo-op spots by the Naperville Riverwalk and inside the venue. The staff was really friendly and helpful the day of the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. The food was exceptional, and all our guests raved about it. It was a really easy process to make the entree, app, cake, and decor choices for the wedding. There was an issue with the passing out of apps because the servers kept coming out at the same spot and therefore giving apps to the same group of people. The people in the back never received the apps because of this. However, overall was an amazing experience. Our guests had a great time and said it was amazing how convenient it was having the hotel right there and so many shops/restaurants/bars near by.

Our wedding reception was amazing and I could not have done it without Elements at Water Street and Cheryl Cady. I changed the date of my wedding so that we could have the reception at Elements. I had visited a couple other places before going to Elements, and everything left me feeling “Eh,” but once I went to Elements, I told my fiancé we HAVE to have it there. It was elegant, sophisticated, had a “downtown feel,” and the venue has it all. They have bartenders, servers, tables and chairs, silverware and plates, table linens, and the most amazing food, and it all comes with the package- I did not have to hire out or search for those types of vendors. The only thing to keep in mind is that the room holds at most 230 guests, so you have to take that into account when creating your guest list. Cheryl was great to work with. She is approachable and over the course of 1.5 years, I asked her many questions that she happily and readily answered. Even when I would email on a Sunday night, she would get back to me. We ended up using a lot of her “preferred” vendors, and they definitely did not disappoint! They came recommended by Cheryl, and I liked that because then I knew the vendors knew how things worked at Elements, which would hopefully prevent any problems. And I was right because all my vendors worked well together and the reception was perfect. I already told my husband that one day I hope to have a baby shower there- LOL! We are so glad we had our reception at Elements. Also, I live super close to the venue so we would occasionally show up and examine the layout etc, and they were totally cool with it! Overall, we felt very welcome and our guests did as well.

We got married at Elements on November 2nd and we had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Cheryl and her team were so helpful and knowledge....seriously down to every detail. It made the wedding planning a breeze. Also, our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was for dinner and the appetizers during cocktail hour. One of our favorite parts of the day was having a moment together in the reception area to relax and have some appetizers just the two of us before joining our guests for cocktail hour. The day after they had everything packed up and brought to our room. We didn’t need to gather anything the morning after the wedding, which we really appreciated! We couldn’t be happier with our choice on choosing Elements for our wedding reception venue! Thank you again Cheryl and your team for helping to make our wedding perfect!

My husband and I got married at elements over the weekend and we had the best day ever. The staff at elements is truly irreplaceable. Cheryl Cady has been there from the start answering any of mine or my mothers ( who had a lot of question) calls or emails whenever we needed. She was there to guide us and put us at ease when planning such a big event. The night before we decided to add more to the order of our late night snack and it was taken care of immediately. Everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding and I got so many compliments on the venue and how awesome all the bartenders are. When I first booked the venue I was a little concerned with the dance floor space because we had a six piece band but it ended up working perfectly and the intimate sending actually made it more fun in my opinion. If your looking for an upscale experience outside of the city Elements is your place!!

My husband and I got married at Elements on August 17, 2019 and we are still gushing about our experience there. First, the service is impeccable. Not only did the staff display the utmost professionalism, they were also just nice and kind people that really accommodated the guests. Things ran as smoothly as possible. No lines or bars, I noticed all of the tables got food in an exceptionally timely manner, spills (eek!) were cleaned up immediately. Rich really took care of the head tables and our families. and that felt really special. One of the staff members, Gina, let me and my sister peek in the ballroom the morning of the wedding. A lovely server came up to me during the wedding and gave me two pieces of cake because I never left the dance floor and completely missed eating it. Molly was so wonderful at the end of the night making sure I got all of my things. She even packed an extra entree for me when she thought I didn't eat. The personal touch (at every level) for such a big event did not go unnoticed. And then there is Cheryl Cady. Cheryl went above and beyond in every aspect of my wedding planning experience with Elements. I just moved to Naperville, so didn't have any vendor contacts. Cheryl provided so many (amazing) vendor recommendations. She helped with design and aesthetics and just provided guidance and support along the way. She has so much confidence in what she does and her team does, it really made me feel completely comfortable and stress free leading up to the wedding. She is also fabulous and fun and it was a real pleasure working with her. Beyond the staff and service, the location is perfect - most of our out of town guests stayed at Hotel Indigo and got to explore downtown Naperville. The décor is original and stunning. The food was outstanding and the food display was so high-end. We couldn't have had a better experience at Elements.

My husband actually found this spot about a year before he proposed to me. I am so glad he did! What a BEAUTIFUL place to celebrate a very special day. Don’t look any further!! Cheryl is wonderful to work with. She is so nice and you can easily see she has a passion for her job. She goes above and beyond to make sure your day (and the days leading up to) is beyond perfect. She responds to emails pretty quickly and doesn’t make you feel that you’re asking too many questions or sends too many emails. Elements is a pretty reception spot with a nice view along the river. We got so many compliments on where we had our reception. The staff was so professional and nice. Everything about Elements was done beyond 100%! Elements was our perfect wedding venue. It was a SEAMLESS experience. Cheryl was so easy to work with - organized, on top of things, and made sure the day went perfect for us. The food is excellent, I'd go back for an event in a heartbeat and was one of the reasons we chose Elements. People raved about their meals. We love the location - right downtown for great pictures. Venue is new, clean, and has the most professional and kindest staff. I'd recommend elements in a heartbeat.

We had a bridal brunch for 100 people at Elements after the ceremony and before the evening reception. Food was outstanding and the Riverwalk room was beautiful. Staff did an excellent job refilling the buffet and people raved about the muffins. Cheryl was responsive to changes in the guest count and special dietary requests. All round great experience!

When we first started planning for our wedding, we visited Elements as our first reception site…after meeting Cheryl Cady, the wedding coordinator, and seeing the beautiful venue (as well as wandering around Hotel Indigo, which is attached), we made our decision on the spot and booked Elements without looking anywhere else. Elements is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t say a negative thing about it. Cheryl is so accommodating and professional, and really is on top of the whole process from the first booking to the actual day. She made this process very easy for us and we are so grateful. The other staff at Elements are also wonderful and made our wedding such an easy and memorable day. We have had numerous compliments from our guests about how good the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and overall, what a great time they had. We also loved that Cheryl added a special touch and gave us some alone time when we first arrived to the venue, where we could sit in the reception hall as a newly married couple, enjoy a drink and some appetizers, and get re-energized for the party that followed. Further, the fact that Elements is attached to Hotel Indigo, where our guests stayed, and is also in the heart of downtown Naperville really made it a perfect selection for hosting the biggest party of our lives. Can’t recommend Elements enough!

Cheryl Cady was FABULOUS to work with. She made our day so special and carved out time for my husband and I to enjoy our reception before the guests arrived. They made the process so much fun and very enjoyable. It was easy to work with them and it would be a mistake to not have your reception here. I would absolutely recommend!!

Our day at Elements was truly incredible. From the moment we walked into the ballroom, we knew this is where we wanted to have our wedding. It is booked relatively far out, which speaks to the quality of the space. It honestly speaks for itself. Throughout our year and a half engagement, we were in frequent contact with Cheryl and were kept briefed on what needed to take place when. A few things that really stood out about the space itself where the tables and chairs, the ceiling in the ballroom, and the decor of the cocktail hour room. You truly didn't need to overdo the decorations, as the space is well appointed as-is. The hallway leading to the cocktail room gets floral arrangements in regularly, so we didn't have to schlep a lot of stuff in to spruce it up. The apps and dinner all turned out great, and chef Zac was accommodating to the children in our family who had food allergies (and trust me, there were a LOT). The ballroom was set up as we wanted it, and we were taken in early to have some apps and a drink in silence. I wish I remember our banquet manager's name that evening, she was FANTASTIC and made sure we had drinks and food, got us up to our room with our gifts, etc.

We had our wedding here in August, and could not have asked for anything more. The service, food, drinks, and venue was perfect. Everyone was complementing us on the venue the entire night. We can't wait to go back for another wedding in the future!

From the very beginning of our planning we knew food was the most important item for us. We found Elements on the Knot and looked at the menu and it was basically a done deal from there. But it only got better! Meeting with Cheryl to plan was easy, they bundle the food and bar price together which I thought was nice, the staff is fantastic. At one point I noticed that one of our guests had moved tables; when I informed the captain she said they already took care of it. It was so nice to have every need anticipated and tended to beforehand. We got so many compliments on our food too! Honestly, the whole night was perfect, from the food, to the decor and ambiance, to the Riverwalk right outside, the drinks, the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We held our reception here last week and couldn't have been happier! We really wanted a big city feel, but wanted it close to home so it was convenient for our guests, and Elements delivered! The interior is beautiful, with a natural but contemporary style. The wooden ceiling is beautiful, and truly a focal point! And of course the food was excellent, by far the best food you will have at a wedding ever. The whole experience working with the Elements team was easy and organized. Cheryl was always available to answer any questions necessary. Any brides looking should look no further!

This venue is IT! Elements is great in the obvious ways: Prime location, great layout, clean and absolutely beautiful! But more importantly, it is great in ways that brides can sometime overlook when venue hunting: the staff makes you feel like family, the food is unbelievable and totally customizable because it’s all made in house! (we are still getting texts and calls about the steak/lamb chops!), they know and work with every other vendor in the area so there’s no need to worry about the vendors working well together or the flow of your night…they’ve worked with them before!, they are attached to a hotel , & they basically come with a built in day of coordinator- Cheryl exceeded our expectations on our wedding day and was so helpful the months leading up! During cocktail hour, she pulled us into the reception hall and had champagne/appetizers put aside for us and gave us a moment to enjoy the room and each other before hopping back in to the craziness- this was truly one of our favorite parts of the day and may possibly have been the only time we were alone, it was so special! BOOK THIS VENUE!

We had our wedding reception at Elements Event Venue on May 12, 2018. We could not have been more pleased with the staff and set-up of our event. Everything was just as I envisioned. Cheryl went above and beyond to ensure everything was set-up perfectly. She really was like having a wedding planner for the reception making sure everything ran on time and went exactly as her I discussed in our planning session. Our guests raved about the appetizers and dinner. Chef did an amazing job making sure each plate was perfectly prepared to his expectations. The reception area is beautiful and elegant. The price is affordable as well. I would highly recommend having a reception here for any wedding.

My husband and I had our wedding at Elements this past Memorial Day weekend 2018. Our day was absolutely magical! The location is just stunning and also convenient. Guests who were staying overnight loved that the chic Hotel Indigo was connected. The venue is just steps away from the downtown Naperville which is filled with shops/restaurants/bars/nightlife. This was perfect for the down time in-between our ceremony and reception and also for our friends wanting to continue the party after the reception! The best part was that it we were able to utilize the scenic and beautiful riverwalk for our wedding and wedding party photos. As for the Elements staff, they were beyond to happy to host our big day. I cannot stress how many compliments on the friendliness and attentive of the staff we received. We even had a hiccup when our limo broke down that caused a big shift in our timeline and they completely adjusted. On-top of all this, the chef and food was phenomenal. My husband and I are foodies so trendy, bold, delicious food was on the top of our list -- Elements hit it out of the ball park. The space itself is so beautiful with a wooden weave ceiling, windows overlooking the riverwalk, fine dining with modern finishes, and a grand corner bar. All in all, I couldn't recommend Elements enough. You will be so happy you booked your venue with them and they will do nothing less than make your day the best ever! Thank you Elements!

We absolutely loved having our reception at Elements. Cheryl, the coordinator, was such a big help through the entire planning process and answered all of our questions quickly. The actual reception was perfect!! The food and drinks were amazing, all of our guests said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding (and we know some picky eaters). During the night the staff were all so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I were even given time to ourselves in the ball room to have some apps and wine before joining our guests for the cocktail hour, an idea Cheryl had. It was a special moment we will always cherish. You can't go wrong having your reception here, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Cheryl Cady and her team made our wedding day absolutely perfect! Everything was so amazing... the service, the food, the ambiance of the venue and the entire weekend at the hotel! Our guests were blown away by everything! We have received numerous calls/texts/social media comments from guests telling us how much they loved our wedding and how we had the best food ever! Everyone commented on how beautiful Elements is and that they’ve never seen anything quite like it! Cheryl also checked in with our parents mid wedding to make sure everything was going well and even checked in again the following morning when they bumped into her in the hotel lobby. Elements is by far the best venue in the greater Chicago area!

Not only is the location and venue beautiful, but their staff is professional, friendly, and extremely hardworking. There weren't any reviews on this venue when we first booked our wedding because it hadn't yet had it's first event, but from the moment we met with the coordinator - Cheryl Cady - and after our first visit, I had no doubt that everything was going to be perfect. She's extremely knowledgeable in the industry and was willing to provide suggestions when we were having difficulty making decisions. It was so easy to work with her and her staff. I highly recommend Elements to couples looking for a wedding venue because of their exceptional service. It's also very conveniently located inside of Indigo Hotel - we were surprised at how many of our guests loved having the option to stay at one of their rooms.

Had a few major problems with Hotel Indigo for my wedding but Elements venue was great, Cheryl did amazing! Received many compliments, we are quite happy we chose this aa our wedding venue !

Elements was the perfect venue for our winter wedding! The bartenders and kitchen staff were very friendly and respectful (Rich especially). Cheryl is very great to work with, she accommodated all of our special requests and was very helpful during the event. You can tell that she's really been in this business for a while. Food and appetizers were great as well! I would definitely take Elements at Water Street into consideration as you search for your wedding venue.

Eric & I were some of the first people to book the venue back in May of 2016. We are SO incredibly happy we took a chance booking before they broke ground because it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. We worked closely with Cheryl throughout our 18 month engagement and she was so dedicated to making our day everything I had dreamed of & more. Even though the weather was FULL of storms, Cheryl took my mind off of it.. she welcomed us into the reception room to see it before anyone else, as we sat to eat and drink in privacy before the party started. The pictures of us in the venue space are some of my favorites from the day. From the excellent service, to the DELICIOUS food & gorgeous decor... it is worth every single penny! A month later & we're still stuck on how amazing & seamless it was. THANK YOU, ELEMENTS STAFF!!

We hosted our wedding reception at Elements at Water Street on 5/20/17 and it was an absolute DREAM! Our guests loved the location, and we got so many complements on how unique and gorgeous the event space was. Cheryl Cady was such a pleasure to work with! She is so professional, helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything goes as planned for your big day. We had a large wedding party (21 BM/GM) and were able to get ready in the pre-function space outside of the ballroom- it was so helpful and a great space for my bridesmaids and I to get ready. The hotel rooms are on the small side so be sure to book the pre function space for getting ready the morning of or you will be super cramped, even in a suite. The food was unbelievable, and our guests loved the late night snack -Lou Malnati's Pizza and the drinks were strong and the bartenders were quick! Honestly it was such a perfect day and I am so thankful for the whole Elements team- you will love working with them!! They know what they're doing and will make your day unforgettable!!

We just had our wedding at Elements this past weekend, and the reception space and staff are exceptional! Cheryl goes above and beyond to assist with all of the planning and preparation, and Molly was also a great help the night of. The food is fantastic, and all of our guests seemed to have a fun time and enjoy everything! I highly recommend Elements. *Note that Elements is a separate entity from the Hotel Indigo and these spaces are owned and operated separately. We unfortunately encountered some very frustrating problems with our stay as the bride and groom at the hotel and were not given the rooms and upgrades we booked and were promised which, long story short, impacted our plans for getting ready in our rooms with the bridesmaids/groomsmen and taking photographs together the morning of the wedding. You won't be let down by Elements, but I can't say the same for the Hotel Indigo, so just make sure to keep in mind that they are separate spaces and know that you can count on Cheryl and Elements, but stay on top of the staff at the hotel if you use them for your block!

I don't even know where to start. This venue was absolutely amazing. Cheryl was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire wedding planning process. She truly is passionate about her job and could not do enough for us to make sure our special day went smoothly. The venue is beautiful; very tastefully and modernly decorated. The view looking over the riverwalk makes the venue unlike any others. The food was absolutely amazing... we had filet and salmon and the taco bar for the midnight snack. It was also extremely convenient for our guests that the Hotel Indigo was attached. Our guests didn't have to worry about catching a shuttle or driving after the reception, they were able to just walk to their rooms. Again, I cannot say enough about Elements. I highly recommend!! We could not have asked for a better experience or venue for our special day! We got married two weeks ago and I am still getting texts from our guests raving about the wedding!

WOW, Elements was outstanding for our wedding day! The location was perfect for our many out-of-town guests; no one had to drive all weekend. Our guests raved about the food (filet and roulade of chicken) and bar. Cheryl was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and made us feel calm and confident. I cannot give Elements enough praise! I will recommend it to everyone, especially couples considering a ceremony at Naper Settlement.
