Our wedding reception was amazing and I could not have done it without Elements at Water Street and Cheryl Cady. I changed the date of my wedding so that we could have the reception at Elements. I had visited a couple other places before going ...to Elements, and everything left me feeling “Eh,” but once I went to Elements, I told my fiancé we HAVE to have it there. It was elegant, sophisticated, had a “downtown feel,” and the venue has it all. They have bartenders, servers, tables and chairs, silverware and plates, table linens, and the most amazing food, and it all comes with the package- I did not have to hire out or search for those types of vendors. The only thing to keep in mind is that the room holds at most 230 guests, so you have to take that into account when creating your guest list. Cheryl was great to work with. She is approachable and over the course of 1.5 years, I asked her many questions that she happily and readily answered. Even when I would email on a Sunday night, she would get back to me. We ended up using a lot of her “preferred” vendors, and they definitely did not disappoint! They came recommended by Cheryl, and I liked that because then I knew the vendors knew how things worked at Elements, which would hopefully prevent any problems. And I was right because all my vendors worked well together and the reception was perfect. I already told my husband that one day I hope to have a baby shower there- LOL! We are so glad we had our reception at Elements. Also, I live super close to the venue so we would occasionally show up and examine the layout etc, and they were totally cool with it! Overall, we felt very welcome and our guests did as well.
