We hired Priscilla to be our day of coordinator. At the exact time of our out door ceremony a huge storm rolled in. Priscilla handled everything to transition the ceremony inside plus arranged for our shuttles to bring guests to the hotel for outfit changes before the reception!
We reached out to Priscilla because our wedding venue required a day of coordinator. While we weren’t thrilled about the unexpected extra expense at the beginning, I am SO GRATEFUL we had Priscilla to make our day go smoothly. If I had to do it again, I would hands down hire a day of coordinator and Priscilla is your girl! Priscilla was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. She has executed many weddings at The Lodge at Breckenridge and her expertise of the wedding business paired with her knowledge about our venue was crucial as I planned my wedding from another state without having visited our venue until we arrived for our wedding. I had 10,000,000 questions for her and she was always prompt and detailed in her responses. She helped me stay on track with wedding planning. She helped me create a custom timeline for my wedding day. She was very professional, gave great advice to the wedding party regarding the processional, and kept us on schedule. We had a friend do our music and she helped organize/oversee the music (helping our friend with when to transition, stop, play, etc). She helped set up and take down our decorations (my only caveat is that we ended up helping her clean up because we just thought there was too much for one person and that she’d be there well past the time we were paying her for - though she did not ask for help 🙂). She even came prepared with commonly used (and also commonly forgotten) items - we forgot “reserved” signs and a card box and Priscilla came to the rescue!
Priscilla was great. She has worked many weddings at The Lodge, so I felt comfortable choosing her as we were long distance and she had knowledge of how a wedding worked there. Her expertise in the business, as well as how everything worked at The Lodge made the day go so smoothly. She picked up our decorations that we brought and decorated the venue herself. We literally showed up and everything was taken care of. She even packed everything away at the end of the night and packed up our car. The day was so easy because of Priscilla. Highly recommend.
Priscilla helped find vendors for us to reach out and created all the sheets and information we needed to organize the wedding. On the day of the ceremony she was super helpful and kept everyone on schedule. With the set up, timing, and anything else that was needed during the day she was so helpful. She only said yes to any request we made. "No" is not even in her vocabulary! The day definitely would not have gone smooth without her.
Priscilla was fantastic to work with! She finished setting up our venue with items we didn't get to the day before. Everything looked great and she even took care of things on her own that we forgot to mention to her. She also offered her personal items for us to use (easels, signs, etc.) which was such a great help! She was very professional and gave great reminders to the wedding party before walking out for the ceremony. She coordinated with our vendors and helped keep the night on track. She really surprised us with how quickly she had everything packed up at the end of the night for us! Definitely took a lot of stress off us and let us focus on enjoying the day/night. Highly recommend Priscilla for all of your day of coordinator needs! Thanks so much!
Priscilla was a dream to work with. She was amazing with communication and pre planning. But it was the ceremony were she shined. She was exactly where she needed to be as she said she would be. She nailed all the details of set up, schedule and props, I didn’t have to worry or stress for a second as she was there, all our guests and we needed to do was relax and focus on the moment. Thank you for making our day so stress free and enjoyable.
