We hired Audrey from Elevated Events to be our wedding coordinator. Her and her team went above and beyond in their roll. She made sure all the vendors were prepared for the day, got into contact with all of them, and was communicating with us the entire time during planning. Not once did we feel stressed about our big day. She was even there to help for rehearsal! On wedding day, she came to our ceremony venue early to make sure everything was running smoothly, dresses were being steamed, and the boys were where they needed to be before going to the reception venue to set up. Once we arrived at the reception venue, she was waiting for us making sure we had time to soak in all in. We got time before making our grand entrance to enjoy a cocktail and some food. She even helped me with my dress change. Anytime we felt overwhelmed during the reception, she was there to make sure we had a few minutes and a full cocktail to regroup and relax before going back in. I would recommend Audrey and her team to every bride!!! SHE IS AMAZING!!!!
Before my daughter had even met her now husband, we discussed how on the day she got married, that we both wanted a stress-free day not having to worry about any details. That day became 100% true! Audrey at Elevated Events was so attentive from the start. Audrey's organization, knowledge and love for what she does exuded through every detail in planning the day and in the flawless execution of that special day. By having Elevated Events, I didn't have one concern. In fact, Audrey and her staff took care of not only the details but of us making sure we were taken care of throughout the day. They went above and beyond what I could have even imagined.
Everyone loves their wedding planner but Audrey not only became a friend, she was incredibly creative which made the wedding weekend event so much more meaningful as well as more beautiful than it might have been without her. She recommended TopGolf for the rehearsal which never crossed my mind, came up with great decor ideas that supported the golf theme. She had amazing ideas for the Welcome gift boxes (as well as assembled them). She connected my son and DIL with Atlanta’s best vendors (and not all were ‘well known’ but were fabulous). In addition, she was there every second of the rehearsal event and obviously the wedding day. She conducted the rehearsal (which was like herding cats with these families). And above all, she answered texts, emails and phone calls quickly and did so with a calm demeanor and friendly southern charm. I just can’t say enough good things about Audrey - she was professional, kind, friendly and maintained a great sense of humor (appropriately though). You absolutely can do no better!
Audrey was very great and always responsive to any last minute questions or thoughts that I had about my wedding! She made sure everything went as planned and we couldn’t have done it without her!!!
We found Audrey and her staff to be outstanding in helping you plan and coordinate a big Wedding. She exhibits every characteristic you could be looking for in a Coordinator. She is extremely organized, an excellent listener and a born problem solver. For example, if run into an issue, she will quickly help you explore new options and decide on a solution. Several times she went the extra mile to ensure it got done right away. Another astonishing thing about her was everyone liked and respected her right away. She carried herself with confidence and most importantly kindness while guiding everyone on what they needed to do every step of the way. Her Assistant also did a phenomenal job in setting up the reception area under a tight timeline. We couldn't be more pleased. The details of planning a wedding can be very overwhelming. Audrey and her staff do an amazing job in putting you at ease before, during and after the event. Amazing. We are eternally grateful to her for helping us make our good wedding into a magical wedding. I highly recommend Elevated Events for your upcoming wedding or special event.
Audrey is THE STAR, and she is THE BEST. Trust me. My first one did not work out was from I Do Details Events. I am so blessed to find Audrey. She was a godsend. We can’t do it without her!

We live in MN and our daughter’s wedding was in Atlanta, GA. Her wedding was very hard to execute due to time restrictions. The ceremony was at the outdoor and the reception was in the different venue. It was very tight schedules to the point that we had to put the timeline on the Excel spread sheet and every minute counts. If an unconfident coordinator would run away like my first one. But Audrey embraced it. If I said she went above and beyond her job is understatement. She put her hearts and souls into it.
She did such a nice job with all my vendors, venues, and all the communications 2 weeks prior to the wedding to the point that during our daughter's wedding we only have some minor hiccups, but she was on the phone and took care of them on the spot without stressing any of us.
We hired her 8 hours for the day of the wedding. She ended it up to coordinate the rehearsal dinner with 70 people. Next day she came to the hotel early to the bridal suite to make sure all their breakfast came on time for the girls. She worked until midnight. She did all of that for us for 8hrs paid. Her kindness, her honesty, her positive energy, her hard works were contagious for people around her. She made my daughter’s wedding day went perfectly, and it was so magical! I had lots of people notice her specially the brides to be.

Audrey was present, proactive, and professional every step of the way. Even though we hired her as a day of coordinator, she helped us so much in the planning as well. She went above and beyond what was expected, and did it all with such kindness and intentionality. We consistently said she was a God-send because of how much she helped us. I feel as though we can call her friend. For every step and check-in point Audrey was communicative as well as highly accessible for any question or concern. The day of, she made my husband and I feel like we could actually relax and take the day in. She was there to support and encourage us, and when the schedule changed because of delays, she worked with the vendors to give my husband and I time alone to pray and regroup. I could write a full essay on how much we loved Audrey. Truly, I tell everyone and anyone that they need to hire a coordinator for their wedding, and they need to hire Audrey.
