Maggie was great! We really appreciated how she pulled everything together for us at the end and made our vision and hard work come to life. We couldn't have been happier with how our wedding day turned out. She is also kind, experienced, and really knows her stuff. Thank you, Maggie!
Maggie is seriously the best! Communication was flawless. She walks you through everything and lets you know what to expect. I cannot recommend her enough!
Hiring Maggie was hands-down the best decision my now-husband and I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Maggie is truly one-of-a-kind, and I really don’t think I could even put a price on the peace of mind she brought us while we were planning our wedding. We hired Maggie as our day-of coordinator to make sure things ran smoothly on our wedding day, but she really did SO much more than that. Maggie was always available and responsive during our planning process, answering our questions and helping us figure our logistical aspects of the wedding day. She really took the time to understand every single detail of our wedding and executed everything even better than we had envisioned it. Maggie is incredibly detail-oriented and an absolute professional, but she is also thoughtful and kind. While running the entire event, Maggie checked in with us frequently to make sure we were doing okay. She made sure we actually got to eat and had drinks, and she packed up extra cake for us to take with us at the end of the night. Not only that, but Maggie was kind and available for our bridal party, family, and guests. So many people came up to us to tell us about their positive interactions with Maggie. My mom was raving about how helpful she was, especially during the end-of-the-night cleanup process. In summary, if you’re considering hiring Maggie–do it!!! She is the BEST, and we really cannot recommend her highly enough!
Maggie was a dream to work with! We used her services as day of coordinator for our wedding and everything was PERFECT! She really knows how to get things done and does them exactly how you planned. She was very detail oriented and kept me in the loop on the day of, which I appreciated. She was so well prepared and answered all of my questions promptly! I'm so glad we found her and appreciated all of her hard work so much!
Maggie is so kind, caring, and always makes me laugh when I’m around her. She works so hard for every client and will pitch in wherever she is needed at any time. Her experience in different avenues of the wedding industry in addition to coordinating gives her great perspective and advice when it comes to your wedding day and vendors. She has worked at our venue, The Union on Eighth, countless times and it is always a pleasure to work with her!
How can I possibly sum up Maggie? She was so fantastic to work with, I’m not really sure where to begin. We booked Maggie for our wedding about a year and a half out. We first met her while touring a venue we were considering (she was the site manager), and once we ended up booking a different venue, she ended up being their preferred coordinator! We met with her once and booked her pretty quickly after that, but we knew from the first time we met her that she was really talented in this industry. She was so helpful at that first venue with our questions, it was obvious she knew a how to execute a wedding (which thank goodness, because I don’t!) During the year and a half before our wedding, Maggie was always available to answer my questions. She was always an email or text away and never shied from offering her advice. It ended up that she had previously worked with most of our vendors, if not all, and everything went off without a hitch. You know how they say there is always something that goes wrong on your wedding day? I don’t think there was for mine. And if there was, I never found out about it. Maggie handled everything single thing with grace and ease. My friends and family loved her too! Many of them told me after the wedding how great, helpful, and kind she was. I didn’t even know they ever needed something, Maggie truly handled it all! All the best, E + M
Maggie is AMAZING! Hiring her as our wedding coordinator was absolutely the best wedding-related decision we made! She was incredibly responsive and patient from the time we hired her. She has excellent recommendations for vendors and is very knowledgeable about all things wedding. She had so many great tips and tricks, and sent out several checklists and guides to ensure that every detail was addressed. She is also so sweet, organized, and easy to work with. I cannot say enough great things about her. She played such a huge role in making our big day perfect, and I am forever grateful!!
We hired Maggie as our coordinator for our reception at The Grove on Brushy Creek and she was wonderful! She was communicative and highly organized and helped us keep to our timeline, even when there were a few family surprises. I would highly recommend her.
We had our wedding this weekend and before I go any further I have to implore that if you are looking for a coordinator, hiring Maggie was the BEST DECISION I ever made. I would pay 3 times what she charges for her derives because she absolutely MADE my wedding day what it was: absolutely flawless and perfect. Maggie goes above and beyond, truly listens to your needs and wants, takes care of all of the details, and puts together the day of your dreams. She took away all of my stress and gave us the wedding we always wanted. The vendors she recommended to me were also absolutely phenomenal. Maggie, thank you for everything!
