The shuttle driver herself was incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate any location changes along the way specifically when getting pictures between ceremony and reception.

The drivers were friendly and professional, and overall the service ran smoothly. The only issue we heard from guests was that, during a heavy downpour, the driver didn’t drop them off right at the venue entrance, so some guests got wet walking in. Other than that, everything went exactly as planned. Elite had the best pricing out of all the companies we looked at for the size and quality of shuttle we needed. They even called the week of the wedding to confirm all details, which gave us extra peace of mind. I'd definitely recommend them to other couples looking for reliable and affordable wedding transportation.

We did not hear from them until 2 days before our wedding. We had set up the times for the shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel. The shuttle driver was telling everyone when they were being dropped off at the venue the wrong time and worrying the guests that they were going to miss the shuttle. The shuttle was great and none of the guests complained about anything with it, just the setting up of the shuttle was not the easiest.

We also provided them with the timeline of our day and events, and they confirmed everything. My matron of honor even confirmed the locations with the driver the day of, as we were getting on the bus. The bus was supposed to take us from the church to our picture location, which was a 10-minute drive max based on all traffic maps. However, after 25 plus minutes of driving around, our photographer asked the bus driver if he had the correct address. It was discovered that he did not use the correct address or location that we had provided to him and confirmed multiple times. He had to pull over and put the correct one into his GPS. It then took us another 15 minutes to get to the correct location for our pictures. The driver's mistakes put us very behind schedule, and we were very rushed at our picture location. This was incredibly frustrating because we had meticulously planned the timeline to ensure everything would go smoothly, and this delay threw everything off. When we left the picture location to return to our reception site, it should have been a 15-minute drive that ended up taking half an hour. Due to the mistakes of the driver, we were unable to get pictures at the reception venue as planned and were unable to have time in our suite with the bridal party during cocktail hour. We had to be rushed off the bus directly into introductions for the reception. This was a very stressful situation that took away from the magical moment of the day. We feel that we missed out on very important parts of our day due to the mistakes of the driver. To add to our frustration, the Monday after the wedding, I received a notification from my credit card company that it was charged an additional charge from Elite Coach Transportation. We had not received any correspondence from them or been notified why we were being charged. I had already planned on reaching out to them to explain the situation with our driver, but as soon as I saw the charge, I was even more upset. I immediately contacted the company to inquire about the additional charge and to express my dissatisfaction with their service. When I finally got in touch with someone, they were not very helpful or understanding. They claimed that the additional charge was for extra time that the driver had to spend driving us around, which was absolutely ridiculous considering it was their driver's mistake that caused the delays. I explained the entire situation to them, including how the driver had the wrong address and how it affected our schedule and overall experience. Despite this, they were not willing to refund the additional charge or offer any compensation for the inconvenience and stress they caused on our wedding day. I would strongly advise against using them for any important events, especially weddings. Their lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes made our experience with them extremely negative. Michelle had no empathy or understanding for our situation. As a person in a business that has to deal with the public they should be embarrassed to have an employee like Michelle representing their company.

We had someone follow up with all the details with us twice before the events. They called and worked with us when they could not physically get where they needed to go because of the road being closed off so we were able to walk and meet them somewhere nearby. Overall, the shuttles and limos were great, and the drivers were able to help us out immensely on our wedding weekend.

We were so glad we ended up booking elite coach to take our bridal party around Pittsburgh while we took pictures and it turned out to be one of the most fun parts of our day! Elite coach was super responsive, punctual and the limo bus (22 passenger) was incredibly clean. They provided some alcohol and allowed us to play our own music, our bridal party appreciated having somewhere air conditioned to keep them entertained during photos, I would highly recommend elite coach!

We had a fairly large gap of time between the ceremony ending and cocktail hour starting, so our bus driver made sure to take the long way to the venue so the bridal party could enjoy the drinks on board and celebrate the occasion. myself (the bride), bridesmaids, and parents were en route to the church, the AC vent was spouting condensation onto us. This was disturbing and should have been addressed before bringing the bridal party on board. There was next to no water provided on the bus as their offered services state, so our brother-in-law had to ask the bus driver to go buy more water. At one point, the driver hit the brakes so hard that I (the bride) flew out of my seat and champagne glasses fell over and broke on one of my bridesmaids. Thankfully she wasn't injured. Most sadly, the drivers transporting one of our guest buses from the Westin to the church should have checked the routes as he ended up taking the guests through Lawrenceville during little Italy days instead of taking route 28 and nearly getting into an accident when trying to turn a large bus down a narrow road. It's a "funny" story to tell later, but should never have happened as my husband and I worked hard to hammer out these details with this company. You can only provide as much as you know when planning with a vendor, the rest you have to rely on and trust their expertise. They did apologize and make this right with us, however what happened, happened and appropriate preparation could have helped with this.

We used the 24-passenger shuttle bus, which itself was beautiful: luxurious leather seats, sparkling clean, and very spacious. Our driver (although unfortunately can’t remember his name), was pleasant, drove smoothly, and transported us to all of our planned destinations without a hitch. Communication with the company itself was also a breeze and they were in contact with us multiple times before our date to make sure all of the details were in order. I highly recommend Elite Coach and will certainly use them again if the opportunity presents itself!

My only complaint comes from the communication prior to the wedding day, in trying to finalize shuttle times and routes we were constantly being shuffled back and forth between a multitude of representatives and they were less than responsive via email which made it a little hard to finalize exactly what we wanted. It ended up being okay, and everything worked out perfectly, but it was stressful a week leading up to the big day because of this.

The bus style limo was big enough for our large bridal party, had a great sound system, and was fully loaded with drinks and glassware for our use. The party didn’t stop while we were on the limo.

My only complaint is communication from the company was minimal, we signed the contract and never got a notification for the final payment balance or a link to pay until I reached out a week after the due date. Then beyond that the only communication was a confirmation call the day before. It was nearly a 6 month gap in communication, so I do wish they reached out periodically to go over itinerary, confirm details, the vehicle etc.

LONGEST possible route to get to our venue - which caused us to lose an hour in our schedule, so we had to for-go picture taking. After our ceremony, the driver was EXTREMELY rude! She denied a person from entering the bus without even consulting myself or the groom. (This person was okayed to join us, and there were 4 available seats on the 22 passenger bus). She also kept threating to charge us overtime if we went one minute over when we were scheduled to leave, which made us scramble to take pictures. Again...this was after SHE took the longest route possible and lost us an hour that we would have had if it weren't for her awful driving. Did I mention how gross the alcohol was on the bus? There were dead bugs in the bottom of the decanters and 4 glasses had lipstick stains on them...clearly never cleaned from the last party. Also, the back of the bus AC was spitting water everywhere, which was VERY annoying. There HAS to be a better party bus service out there. DO NOT USE ELITE COACH TRANSPORTATION.

She arrived on time and kept us up to date with messages. Kathleen took care with our older relatives, helping them on and off the van. She even waited for other relatives who were driving themselves so they could follow the bus to the event site. I would highly recommend them for your next event.
