our bridal parties in separate trips. They were less expensive than other options we looked into, and had a five-hour minimum for their services, rather than six-hour. For just driving us to and from pictures and the ceremony, we didn’t even need the full five hours, but couldn’t find any transportation services that had minimums lower than five hours. They actually had a real person answer the phone every time I called who was always super helpful. They were also fairly proactive about calling us to get details for the day of the event. There were some minor miscommunications on the day of the event—for instance, at the end of the night they took some of the wrong people back to the hotel. However, this was as much a miscommunication on our end as theirs (we did give them the names of the bridal party and their significant others though). Even still, their services are worthy of five stars. They made this experience as seamless as possible for us, which is no small feat when getting married in the city.

We also used a shuttle bus for our morning after brunch to transport our hotel guests to and from the restaurant. The shuttle was on time and clean and made everyone feel comfortable. Washington after the ceremony and then she took us back to the reception. She was so funny and the nicest! Our bus was amazing and we had vodka, whiskey, champagne, water, and pop. Every time I called Elite to confirm or make a payment they were so helpful and went over each detail with me. I would highly recommend Elite Transportation when you are searching for transportation for your wedding day. We had bus 224 and had 14 people in the bus. We fit great and had a blast! illed with multiple lights. This pushed us back past our time. When we arrived at our reception venue, the driver was nasty towards my husband and his brothers regarding the whole situation. Shortly after while on our honeymoon, I received a notice that Elite charged my card on file an ADDITIONAL $200 for the extra 30 mins that driver tacked on by not taking the parkway east. I would not recommend this company because in the end, we ended up with a rude driver and a huge additional payment that should have been avoided in the first place.

. The only vendor Molley's had referred that had something similar was Elite transportation. I called to get a quote on a limo bus. We read reviews and still were on the fence after some people stated they were late, and attitude issues. Our only requirement that was to arrive on time. I know people tend to only post when there are bad things to say so we took it with a grain of salt and make our own judgement. When I first called to get pricing information I spoke with a man who was very kind and informative. I called back later after work after talking with my fiancé we were very interested and just had a couple of final questions. This time I spoke to a female who was so rude and arrogant. I asked if there was a spot on the contract for the agreed upon time since they were already jumping to asking for our credit card when we had never even discussed a time. She stated no and that they just discuss that verbally. This was the first red flag since this does not allow of the person booking them to hold them accountable in court if the service is not on time. When I asked how the contract worked and if we could see a copy before making a downpayment, I received attitude and stated that they can only hold a date with money. I stated I understood and we were fully prepared to lose the date ,but it was a requirement of ours to see a copy first. She huffed and puffed and sighed and finally agreed to mail a copy to us. I spoke honestly and said that we were interested ,but a little concerned there was no time on the contract and could this be added in since we saw some reviews stating they have had instances of not showing up on time. The girl then preceded to flip out and say " we have 56,000 good reviews and only one bad one ever and that is the only thing people want to read" . I was flustered and just quickly got off the phone after that. You would think this lady would at the very least would not be yelling at me on the phone when we were trying to sign a contract and give them our service. I gave them even a 3rd chance at this point and collected my thoughts and called back ten minutes later and only asked if the contract could be emailed to us instead of mailed to speed up the process. The same girl I spoke with earlier again proceeded to get rude and said the copy of the contract had already been put in an envelope and picked up for mail and they could not email a copy. I politely said okay, thank you and hung up. After their attitude about me simply asking to see what we would be signing before handing over my credit card it was extremely off putting and we started looking elsewhere. We received the copy of the "contract" and it was a piece of carbon paper with our name and and cost pretty much. That was the final nail in the coffin. We found another vendor with much better reviews, cheaper and extremely kind and polite. Tip to Vendor: Remember you are not the only servicer in town and that you actually need to be professional and NOT RUDE. Every other vendor in this century can email you a copy of a document & doesn't start getting rude at a person trying to book their service. We made our own impression and we are so thankful they showed their true colors before we booked. STAY AWAY!

e charging for transportation services. We had a large wedding party and required one car for 6-8 passengers and another vehicle for about 24-28 passengers. After my research we decided to go with this company because the prices were unbeatable and everywhere else was at least 3 times more expensive than Elite Coach. Working with them was great they were very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. The only thing I was unhappy with was on the 24-28 passenger vehicle there was supposed to be complimentary beverages (water, pop, juice) for the ride as stated in the contract. We were not provided these beverages or informed where to get them if they were on the vehicle and I was extremely disappointed with this. As stated earlier, we had a large wedding party and after taking countless pictures at the ceremony location, everyone was looking forward to a drink, as contracted. Other than that issue, the prices cannot be beat and our driver was friendly so I would recommend them!

was easy to fill out and fax back. I liked that because our subdivision is fairly new and this took the guesswork out of trying to figure out how to get here. The day of, the driver showed up promptly (he actually ended up being here about 20 minutes early) which was nice. He got us to the church early and helped me get out with my huge train. He then took us to the venue which was great except for when we were almost there he kinda practically passed the entrance and had to slam on the brakes, which sent the bridesmaids flying off the seat and of course everyone was holding a drink in their hands. Other than that one little hiccup, everything else was great. The driver was really friendly and the drinks inside were nice. We had plenty of bottled water, some liquor and the yummiest champagne I have ever tasted. We had reserved the Chrysler 300 tuxedo limo that day too, which I had never heard of before. The limo was white with a black top, which I thought was really cute. Would highly recommend.

d. While they were a little more expensive than other companies that I checked into, the money was totally worth it! The guy that I booked with also gave me a discount from a bridal show that I attended even though I lost the coupon code they gave out. My only compliants are that the cooler that they supplied for our beer was leaky and they didn't have enough water bottles in the bus for all 14 members of the bridal party.

ff, and I'm so glad I listened. With the bus, we were all able to walk right on and sit down, unlike in a traditional stretch limo where the first people in have to "slide" down to accommodate others. The bus was AMAZING, it was brand new and had not been used yet. Our driver, Ken, was awesome and was able to navigate a sticky situation at the church with ease. And to top things off, HE WAS EARLY!!! Arrived at my house a whole half hour early :-), doesn't get much better!

The limo was in very good condition. The only thing we were disappointed in was that they told us it was a 14 passenger, but only 10 of us actually fit. 3 people had to sit on the floor, and one of us in the passenger seat. Good thing my bridesmaids were good sports!

n itinerary. They said that the Thursday before wedding they would call to verify all information. They never called I had to call them;as though brides don't have enough to do. Then the driver got lost 3 TIMES. He dropped us off at mellon square not mellon park. We lost out on 45min of pictures and arrived late to reception; where he almost got LOST AGAIN. I explicitly wrote clear directions. He had mapquest directions and a SUPPOSEDLY A GPS and he got lost too many times. I was crying on the day of my wedding because of this and he never apologized. His excuse was when getting lost for pictures " Oh I thought you said Mellon square"- He just didn't care enough to look at the directions and location. He ruined a lot. So learn from me- Please book somewhere else. We were refunded $200 but that doesn't give you back the time you lost.

: he took care of me and my dress, was super attentive, very friendly. One of my bridesmaids that is engaged plans on calling Elite and requesting Dave for her wedding as well. We had a ton of fun, and no complaints at all about the limo service.
