I worked with Elite Coach Transportation for my June 2024 wedding and had a great experience! We hired a limo to drive me and my bridesmaids from my parents' house to the church, then from the church to the reception (and the groom and groomsmen joined us). We also hired two shuttles to transport our out-of-town guests to and from the ceremony location. The drivers were on time and professional and I highly recommend working with them!

It was easy to schedule this ride into downtown Pittsburgh and saved my wedding party from having to find parking. Gratuity was included which made it easy to just be transported and not have to worry about carrying cash for tipping the driver. The party bus was stocked with cold water which was much needed by all 11 of us on this 84 degree day. Also our driver was very responsive when we needed an earlier pickup and he was an excellent driver. Thank you Elite Transportation for providing us with a safe and knowledgeable driver.

Elite was exactly that, elite. We hired Elite to provide a 23-person coach to bring the wedding party, family, and guests between two hotels and the venue. The customer service team was incredible as we had to change our plans, many times including just a couple days before the wedding and they were quick, responsive, and able to meet all of our changes with no issues whatsoever. Our driver was timely, kind, safe, and easy to work with throughout the evening and the coach was updated and clean. All in all, I would highly recommend Elite Coach for any transportation needs you have.

We used Elite for our wedding day transportation from the hotel to the venue, and at the end of the night from the venue back to the hotel. The 40 passenger bus was very clean and comfortable to ride in. 10/10 would book this vendor again for any type of transportation services. They are willing to work with you and make the service effortless. Thank you Elite!

We used Elite transportation to provide transportation for our bridal party to get to the rehearsal, guests to get to the rehearsal dinner, bridal party to get to places to take pictures, the ceremony, and to the reception! We also used an SUV from them to have the parents taken around on the wedding day. It was Pittsburgh Marathon weekend and this team delivered! We had someone follow up with all the details with us twice before the events. They called and worked with us when they could not physically get where they needed to go because of the road being closed off so we were able to walk and meet them somewhere nearby. Overall, the shuttles and limos were great, and the drivers were able to help us out immensely on our wedding weekend.

We booked Elite after our friends used them. We loved that they could split up the hours of the bus and weren't stuck paying for the bus to sit unused in the parking lot. They were extremely easy to communicate with and the buses were clean and the driver felt safe. The driver at the end of the night was so patient with us as we scrambled to clean up and get on the bus!

Elite Coach Limousine did an excellent job providing transportation to and from our wedding. James was quick to respond and very flexible with planning around our needs. Bill was an excellent driver and very friendly. My husband and I recommend Elite Coach Limousine to anyone looking to book transportation for their event.

I loved this company because we were able to split our transportation; 2 hours before the wedding to transport the wedding party and guests and then 3 hours during the reception to take guests back to the hotel and then the wedding party at the end of the night. It saved us so much money being able to use this option so I highly recommend this company! I changed the times of transport several times and it was never an issue. The two drivers we had were very professional, pleasant, and accommodating to the wedding party and our guests.

Mike was fantastic to work with at Elite Coach! Made sure multiple times that our timing and drop offs were accurate to get our guests from the Hotel to our Venue. I can't recommend Elite Coach enough to anyone! Complete professionalism.

We knew we wanted to provide a shuttle for our guests, but Elite went above and beyond in creating the best experience for them and for us. Our driver Ernesto was a joyful presence who made sure the soundtrack fit perfectly, and Lori was fantastic to work with to find a contact that was just right for us. I would recommend them for any event in town.

Working with Elite Coach was so easy and everything went great! We went back and forth whether to get a shuttle for the bridal party since we were getting ready across the street. We were so glad we ended up booking elite coach to take our bridal party around Pittsburgh while we took pictures and it turned out to be one of the most fun parts of our day! Elite coach was super responsive, punctual and the limo bus (22 passenger) was incredibly clean. They provided some alcohol and allowed us to play our own music, our bridal party appreciated having somewhere air conditioned to keep them entertained during photos, I would highly recommend elite coach!

Elite Coach was great on our wedding day. We had 70+ guests staying at a hotel and their shuttle was clean and on time. The only downfall was communication after booking. Would recommend!

We hired Elite Coach to provide transportation for ourselves (via SUV), our parents (via limo) and our guests (via two motorcoaches) between Hotel Indigo and our venue in Ambridge on our wedding day. They were easy to coordinate with, punctual, and friendly. The vehicles were very clean and spacious. We appreciate them giving our guests and ourselves a safe and easy ride on such an important day!

We had a 24 passenger shuttle for our bridal party on our wedding day. Elite Coach was incredibly accommodating, and easy to work with. We worked specifically with Calvin and he was excellent/easy to get ahold of. Their services were affordable compared to very similar options locally. We’d recommend to anyone!

We chose Elite to help us shuttle our 300 guests from the Wyndham Grand Downtown to St. Mary of the Mount and back. Lori and the Elite staff were amazing to work planning the best way to transport so many people. We utilized their 40 passenger and two 28 passengers shuttles. It went so smoothly and everyone arrived safely on time! We also had the 22 passenger limo bus that took trips to drop off the groomsmen then the bridesmaids and took us all together to take pictures around Pittsburgh after. The bar was stocked and it had great vibes with the lights before our reception! It was super roomy for 22 of us. Definitely would recommend Elite!

We used Elite Coach Limousine for both our post wedding ceremony bridal party bus and for guest transportation to and from the reception. Leading up to the wedding, they were super helpful in terms of working with us to understand the timing of everything and what our needs were. We had a fairly large gap of time between the ceremony ending and cocktail hour starting, so our bus driver made sure to take the long way to the venue so the bridal party could enjoy the drinks on board and celebrate the occasion. The drivers were incredibly friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend using Elite for any of your wedding transportation needs!

We rented a party bus and shuttle bus for our wedding day and we were very pleased with the quality of Elite’s services! They did a great job responding to questions beforehand and working with us during last-minute schedule changes.

The name says it all. We hired elite for transport of my husband and I after our wedding reception. They were there right on time and the ride was smooth and quick. The driver was awesome. He even offered us some great newly wed advice when he dropped us off at the airport hotel. We also had a pick up upon returning from our honeymoon and again, right on time. Friendly and pleasant driver as well. I will use them in the future.

When my wedding was postponed a year by the pandemic and the time line for my day had to totally change, Elite was so helpful in figuring out how to make the transportation work. I wouldn’t have been able to figure it out without them. My bridal party had so much fun on our party bus- memories I will always cherish. Thank you!

Posting for posterity. Elite Coach did a good job for our wedding in August. However, it should have gone smoother. Our wedding was in the summer , so naturally it's hot. While myself (the bride), bridesmaids, and parents were en route to the church, the AC vent was spouting condensation onto us. This was disturbing and should have been addressed before bringing the bridal party on board. There was next to no water provided on the bus as their offered services state, so our brother-in-law had to ask the bus driver to go buy more water. At one point, the driver hit the brakes so hard that I (the bride) flew out of my seat and champagne glasses fell over and broke on one of my bridesmaids. Thankfully she wasn't injured. Most sadly, the drivers transporting one of our guest buses from the Westin to the church should have checked the routes as he ended up taking the guests through Lawrenceville during little Italy days instead of taking route 28 and nearly getting into an accident when trying to turn a large bus down a narrow road. It's a "funny" story to tell later, but should never have happened as my husband and I worked hard to hammer out these details with this company. You can only provide as much as you know when planning with a vendor, the rest you have to rely on and trust their expertise. They did apologize and make this right with us, however what happened, happened and appropriate preparation could have helped with this.

We used Elite Coach for our recent wedding (12.17.21) and had an exceptional experience. Specifically, we needed a way to keep the bridal party together for pictures taken at multiple locations throughout the city (Pittsburgh), and Elite Coach provided the perfect solution for a fair price. We used the 24-passenger shuttle bus, which itself was beautiful: luxurious leather seats, sparkling clean, and very spacious. Our driver (although unfortunately can’t remember his name), was pleasant, drove smoothly, and transported us to all of our planned destinations without a hitch. Communication with the company itself was also a breeze and they were in contact with us multiple times before our date to make sure all of the details were in order. I highly recommend Elite Coach and will certainly use them again if the opportunity presents itself!

We used Elite Coach to transport our wedding guests to and from the hotel and the wedding venue. Overall they were a great company, the shuttles were clean and the driver that took my husband and I back to the hotel after the reception was extremely friendly. My only complaint comes from the communication prior to the wedding day, in trying to finalize shuttle times and routes we were constantly being shuffled back and forth between a multitude of representatives and they were less than responsive via email which made it a little hard to finalize exactly what we wanted. It ended up being okay, and everything worked out perfectly, but it was stressful a week leading up to the big day because of this.

A huge thank you to Mike and the team at Elite Coach for transporting our wedding party the day of our wedding. Despite postponing our wedding by one year due to Covid, Mike and his team were nothing but accommodating and helpful. On the day of our wedding, our driver arrived early, stayed later than expected and ensured we had a fantastic experience in the large coach that we hired. I would use Elite Coach again and again! Our experience with Elite Limousine was a smooth and simple process. The booking and timeline setup was straightforward, and their driver showed up exactly as expected. We were able to get to and from the ceremony location with ease. The driver was super friendly and really allowed us to celebrate our wedding day. The bus style limo was big enough for our large bridal party, had a great sound system, and was fully loaded with drinks and glassware for our use. The party didn’t stop while we were on the limo.

We used two of the 56 passenger buses to shuttle our wedding guests to and from out hotel and venue. Everything went very smooth throughout the night and the guests were so pleased to have a nice comfortable bus with AC! Would recommend to future couples!

Elite was amazing with the whole planning process. Their staff responding quickly to emails. Our drive was right on time the day of and I even received a text message when they were arriving. The bus was stocked with water and alcohol which was nice so we didn't have to bring our own. We had about 14 people on the bus and it was very spacious.

Our driver on the day of was fantastic and was willing to accommodate our additional requests for stops along the way from the ceremony to the reception. The inside of the bus was spacious, aesthetically pleasing and it was very nice that they had provided a substantial amount of alcohol, water, and soda so we did not have to coordinate lugging that around with us throughout the day. My only complaint is communication from the company was minimal, we signed the contract and never got a notification for the final payment balance or a link to pay until I reached out a week after the due date. Then beyond that the only communication was a confirmation call the day before. It was nearly a 6 month gap in communication, so I do wish they reached out periodically to go over itinerary, confirm details, the vehicle etc.

We recently used Elite for our wedding shuttle transportation on 6/12/21. We were very pleased with their customer service leading up to the event and on our wedding day. Highly recommend!

Late review, but finally getting settled after my June 12th wedding and can gather my thoughts. Overall not impressed. The driver was late picking up our bridal party, and took the LONGEST possible route to get to our venue - which caused us to lose an hour in our schedule, so we had to for-go picture taking. After our ceremony, the driver was EXTREMELY rude! She denied a person from entering the bus without even consulting myself or the groom. (This person was okayed to join us, and there were 4 available seats on the 22 passenger bus). She also kept threating to charge us overtime if we went one minute over when we were scheduled to leave, which made us scramble to take pictures. Again...this was after SHE took the longest route possible and lost us an hour that we would have had if it weren't for her awful driving. Did I mention how gross the alcohol was on the bus? There were dead bugs in the bottom of the decanters and 4 glasses had lipstick stains on them...clearly never cleaned from the last party. Also, the back of the bus AC was spitting water everywhere, which was VERY annoying. There HAS to be a better party bus service out there. DO NOT USE ELITE COACH TRANSPORTATION.

We chose a 27 passenger van for our daughter's wedding on July 3, 2021 and had exceptional service from driver Kathleen Johnson! The van was wonderful, clean and so comfortable. She arrived on time and kept us up to date with messages. Kathleen took care with our older relatives, helping them on and off the van. She even waited for other relatives who were driving themselves so they could follow the bus to the event site. I would highly recommend them for your next event.

Elite Coach was very accommodating for our wedding transportation. The bus was the perfect size, clean and the driver stayed a few extra minutes to make sure everyone made it back to the hotel. Thank you!

For our wedding, we wanted to try to save money on transportation, but have something a little classier than just a family member driving us to and from. Elite’s service worked quite well, as we were able to hire just one SUV to transfer us and our bridal parties in separate trips. They were less expensive than other options we looked into, and had a five-hour minimum for their services, rather than six-hour. For just driving us to and from pictures and the ceremony, we didn’t even need the full five hours, but couldn’t find any transportation services that had minimums lower than five hours. They actually had a real person answer the phone every time I called who was always super helpful. They were also fairly proactive about calling us to get details for the day of the event. There were some minor miscommunications on the day of the event—for instance, at the end of the night they took some of the wrong people back to the hotel. However, this was as much a miscommunication on our end as theirs (we did give them the names of the bridal party and their significant others though). Even still, their services are worthy of five stars. They made this experience as seamless as possible for us, which is no small feat when getting married in the city.

We used Elite for two different occasions during our wedding weekend and both trips were completed flawlessly! We had a limo drive us to our hotel after our reception and our driver was incredibly kind and courteous and made us feel so comfortable! He even drove back to the hotel after finding my husband’s phone in the limo after dropping us off which we were so grateful for. We also used a shuttle bus for our morning after brunch to transport our hotel guests to and from the restaurant. The shuttle was on time and clean and made everyone feel comfortable. We really enjoyed using Elite and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for transportation in the Pittsburgh Area! Thank you for the amazing service!

Elite Coach was a pure pleasure to work with for our wedding! We had over 100 out of town guests that needed moved about the city plus the bridal party. Elite Coach worked to find the perfect solution, which included 1 limo bus and 6 28-passenger shuttle buses. Elite was early to every location, stocked the limo bus with the cold beer we dropped off, and treated our guests with high professionalism. The guest transportation was the one aspect of the wedding day I never saw, but with Elite, I never had to worry.

The price was very reasonable, and our guests were appreciative to have a clean, professional shuttle service available to them.

The process was so easy from booking to pick up. Our limo driver was a few minutes early to pick up us and had no issues navigating the drive from the salon to church to the reception. He helped all of us in and out of the limo. The limo itself was clean and all of the lighting, music, and heat/air was in good working condition. Really put me at ease to know that we were getting to and from the wedding and reception without issue.

Elite Transportation was great from every time I had contact with them! I was really nervous about transportation and just so worried our bus was not going to show up on our wedding day. I shouldn’t have worried because our driver Donna was amazing! She picked up the guys first and took them to the church and then picked up the girls and took them. We then went down to Mt. Washington after the ceremony and then she took us back to the reception. She was so funny and the nicest! Our bus was amazing and we had vodka, whiskey, champagne, water, and pop. Every time I called Elite to confirm or make a payment they were so helpful and went over each detail with me. I would highly recommend Elite Transportation when you are searching for transportation for your wedding day. We had bus 224 and had 14 people in the bus. We fit great and had a blast! Extremely professional! Our driver showed up on time and was very friendly. We booked last minute after finding out our original mode of transportation wouldn’t work. This company was helpful and worth every penny!

The limousine was very nice and was kept very well. Our driver for our town car was a very good driver. The cars showed up on time and everything went very smoothly which helped eliminate any stress the day of. Similarly, the people I worked with on the phone were very nice and helpful.

We thought going with Elite would be the best choice since we live in Murrysville and had a local wedding. The bus was nice and on time; however, our driver ignored the directions we gave him for the reception and took us a much longer route filled with multiple lights. This pushed us back past our time. When we arrived at our reception venue, the driver was nasty towards my husband and his brothers regarding the whole situation. Shortly after while on our honeymoon, I received a notice that Elite charged my card on file an ADDITIONAL $200 for the extra 30 mins that driver tacked on by not taking the parkway east. I would not recommend this company because in the end, we ended up with a rude driver and a huge additional payment that should have been avoided in the first place.

We had originally booked Molley's Trolleys. They were amazing and professional. We received notice they were canceling service effective January 1st 2018 ( Before our wedding). We received referal information from them on 4 vendors to look into. The only vendor Molley's had referred that had something similar was Elite transportation. I called to get a quote on a limo bus. We read reviews and still were on the fence after some people stated they were late, and attitude issues. Our only requirement that was to arrive on time. I know people tend to only post when there are bad things to say so we took it with a grain of salt and make our own judgement. When I first called to get pricing information I spoke with a man who was very kind and informative. I called back later after work after talking with my fiancé we were very interested and just had a couple of final questions. This time I spoke to a female who was so rude and arrogant. I asked if there was a spot on the contract for the agreed upon time since they were already jumping to asking for our credit card when we had never even discussed a time. She stated no and that they just discuss that verbally. This was the first red flag since this does not allow of the person booking them to hold them accountable in court if the service is not on time. When I asked how the contract worked and if we could see a copy before making a downpayment, I received attitude and stated that they can only hold a date with money. I stated I understood and we were fully prepared to lose the date ,but it was a requirement of ours to see a copy first. She huffed and puffed and sighed and finally agreed to mail a copy to us. I spoke honestly and said that we were interested ,but a little concerned there was no time on the contract and could this be added in since we saw some reviews stating they have had instances of not showing up on time. The girl then preceded to flip out and say " we have 56,000 good reviews and only one bad one ever and that is the only thing people want to read" . I was flustered and just quickly got off the phone after that. You would think this lady would at the very least would not be yelling at me on the phone when we were trying to sign a contract and give them our service. I gave them even a 3rd chance at this point and collected my thoughts and called back ten minutes later and only asked if the contract could be emailed to us instead of mailed to speed up the process. The same girl I spoke with earlier again proceeded to get rude and said the copy of the contract had already been put in an envelope and picked up for mail and they could not email a copy. I politely said okay, thank you and hung up. After their attitude about me simply asking to see what we would be signing before handing over my credit card it was extremely off putting and we started looking elsewhere. We received the copy of the "contract" and it was a piece of carbon paper with our name and and cost pretty much. That was the final nail in the coffin. We found another vendor with much better reviews, cheaper and extremely kind and polite. Tip to Vendor: Remember you are not the only servicer in town and that you actually need to be professional and NOT RUDE. Every other vendor in this century can email you a copy of a document & doesn't start getting rude at a person trying to book their service. We made our own impression and we are so thankful they showed their true colors before we booked. STAY AWAY!

I can't speak highly enough of Greg and Elite. He was so responsive during the planning process, and the drivers were in constant communication with us on the day of. We had a rehearsal dinner shuttle, motor coach for guests, a limo bus, a "getaway car" and airport transportation, and we didn't have issues with any of them -- even when the Liberty bridge was closed! Highly recommend this company for your wedding transportation. The only thing they could improve on is more of a "stocked" bar on the limo bus.
