Elite DJ Solutions

I got married in May and we hired Elite DJ Solutions for the wedding. Best decision! They were organized, punctual, understanding, and fun to work with! I really enjoyed their services. I would highly recommend to others hosting parties/weddings!

Elite DJ was great to work with for our wedding. Spencer was very responsive in answering our initial questions and setting up the contract. The company assigns a specific DJ a few weeks before the event based on your musical style and preferences. Our DJ was Joe (with Tegan assisting). Our priority was to keep guests up and dancing and they did an awesome job with that. Everybody had a blast! The DJs kept the focus on the music and dancing, which is what we wanted (no "contests", not a lot of DJ talking, etc). Joe did a great job as emcee and discreetly kept the buffet line moving quickly. It was all seamless! My only advice to others planning an event is that if you have an outdoor component, as we did, pay some attention up front to where the sound hookups will be outside. Our processional music was a little hard to hear, but I think that was just because the speakers couldn't be plugged in close enough to the tent location. The sound quality was good everywhere and the lights package was great, too.

We LOVE Elite DJ!!! I found them from a Google search & when I called to inquire about their availability and pricing for my daughter’s high school graduation party, Spencer was extremely personable & professional. The signing and payment process is extreme user friendly. Spencer was all about making our night exactly what we wanted it to be. He asked for our favorite music genres and bands and took it from there. We had an outdoor celebration with about 100 folks of all ages. Spencer played songs that everyone enjoyed. We also rented the photo booth which was a HUGE hit! We have hundreds of pix of our loved ones being goofy and having fun! It helped capture the pure joy of the night & gave us a way to look back on it in the future! By the end of the night we were on stage doing karaoke & Spencer had every song we requested! Everyone, both young and old, was laughing and dancing and scream singing at the top of their lungs. It was a night that we will forever remember and Elite DJ was integral in making our celebration a success!! We can’t wait for them to play at our next graduation celebration in 2023!!

Spencer was incredible!! Made our night!! We found him through a referral by our event coordinator. Spencer really was the first DJ who was professional, on-time (had multiple no call/no shows before him), willing to talk about what we wanted, and actually sent us some of his mixes/work! That was a big advantage for us because we had heard so many horror stories from friends and loved ones about their DJ. We got to speak with him multiple times, he was flexible as we changed songs, and his personality through the ceremony and reception made our night. We will be recommending him to every couple we come across. Such a cool dude too!

We recently hired Elite DJ Solutions for our daughter’s 15th birthday celebration. They were professional, reliable, and attentive to every detail before and during the event. It was very easy to get in contact with them, and they were available to answer questions throughout the planning process. The party was a success - the girls had a blast! I would definitely hire them again in the future.

My wife and I recently got married and used them for our reception and could not be happier with them. Spencer was not only very attentive and responsive to our needs and requests before the reception but during as well, more than capable of working on the fly and making for a seamless party that everyone loved.

We had Elite DJ Solutions for a Surprise 60th Birthday event and I would highly recommend Joe and his team again. They were truly amazing and the dance floor was full all night. Joe is very easy to work with and made this event a huge success.

The DJ and the management were very friendly and attentive before the wedding with phone calls and survey, offered advice on timeline and were very responsive. During the ceremony we had a small issue trying to hook up a keyboard up through his mixer to play through the speakers for the ceremony but worked it out without involving bride & groom. They gave us a number of songs that were guaranteed to play and notes that we provided for the feel of the types of music we wanted which seemed good intent but he didn't play all the songs we had been promised, including a few on the must play list and the last song. We had to change around the first dance schedule due to an unforeseen problem though and the DJ was very flexible. He was engaging, got the crowd pumped and did some fun shout outs to the bride and groom. Laser light show was a fun add on

Elite DJ was the first company we contacted for a DJ. I spoke with Joe for about an hour at first about all details and what we were looking for. We could tell right from the gate Joe was the man we wanted for our event, his personality stood right out. Elite DJ solutions is literally the only company I would recommend for any wedding!! All of our guests had nothing but compliments and everyone said the wedding was “untoppable” and all had an amazing time. Joe kept the ball rolling and coordinated with our planner to make sure everything went smooth just the way we wanted. Thank you guys so much for everything!! The night was unforgettable.

DJ Joe did my granddaughter’s first birthday party this weekend and he was wonderful. Who knew DJ’s weren’t for weddings only! He played Baby Shark and the babies were amazed! Thank you for a memorable day.

Joe is amazing! He is very attentive & has been very easy to work with. He knows how to work the crowd and get everybody up on their feet. He was able to work with all the different types of songs requested between the bridal party & guests. Which wasn’t easy. We are so grateful to work with him! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because he deserves it!

Joe is the BEST! We used him for our wedding and he made it a blast! He really gets to know your crowd and plays songs that keeps them up and dancing while still mixing in your special requests. He is easy to contact and an all around nice guy. Joe is also super affordable so don't make the mistake of skimping on a DJ or using your cousin who thinks he can DJ lol Joe will make your special day memorable!

Joe Eastmann did such a great job at our wedding in September 2019! He was very knowledgeable and professional and kept the party going! He went out of his way to make sure the day was everything we could have dreamed of!

Joe was very engaging with us making our song selection for our reception. He energized the crowd and kept the flow of the event going well. Joe is a master at coordinating with the event host to provide a well synchronized reception. We would hire Joe from Elite again for our next event.

So I have not had my wedding yet, but I just want to say that these guys make me feel very comfortable in my decision to choose them as my vendor. The service I had received so far is great. Joe is always one text away and very responsive on getting back to me. He really listen to my wants and concerns. He had even noticed a mistake on my contact that was my fault, and he caught it early enough for us to nip it in the butt before it became an issue, and he was very understanding and fixed it right away. They are super professional and I am SO EXCITED to have them running the show on my big day!

Joe and Tobias were the DJ's at my wedding and it was awesome! Working with Joe before the wedding was great especially working to get the ceremony songs I wanted. Joe was very thorough stayed in communication and offered great advise. I went into my wedding weekend without any worries about music as I knew Joe was prepared. He was an awesome MC and made sure my husband and I were comfortable with all the announcements and even arranged us during the best man/maid of honor speeches to ensure the photos turned out well. Tobias was super friendly as well and kept the party going. We had people dancing all night that we had never seen dance before. Joe with Elite DJ Solutions did my daughter's wedding just yesterday and we could not have been happier. Very professional - met us in the driveway of the venue to introduce himself. Played the right music at the right time - everything my daughter had requested. He also took requests on the spot and played them almost immediately! The management at the venue was very "lax" to say the least, and when it was time for the cake-cutting, no knife or plate was there w/no one to find to help. It was JOE who went into the kitchen to get the plate and handed it to the bride! He went above and beyond - I had a blast and my daughter was very happy! He was excellent, cannot rate him higher (wish they had 10 stars to give)!

Elite dj solutions did an AMAZING job at our wedding. Joe has every type of genre and song that we wanted at our wedding and if we didn’t have it he found it. Made sure that we were 100% satisfied. We were very pleased with Joe and made our wonderful night happen.

Brandon worked our event and did amazing. My husband used to DJ weddings so he had high expectations and a lot of song requests and Brandon pulled it off without a hitch! He really went above and beyond making sure the timing of the music for the ceremony went well and coordinating with our photographer for introduction, dinner, toasts, and special dances. The one mishap we had was a week before the wedding I got a call saying they didn't have any of the information we sent over! Luckily it was just a glitch in the system and was ironed out quickly! Can't thank them enough!

Tobias was one of the many reasons why our wedding was our absolute favorite day! His organization, enthusiasm and flexibility made our day amazing and our guests absolutely adored him. Joe and his team were absolutely fantastic. We were married during hurricane Florence and one of the few weddings in the triangle (if not the only) that was NOT canceled. Thankfully, their commitment never wavered and they threw a GREAT party.

Joe and his team did an awesome job for our wedding this July, we had a very specific playlist and special requests and Joe nailed it! We wanted an interactive DJ that got our guests on the dance floor and Joe did exactly that. All our guests had a blast and they are still talking about the great time they all had!

I thought you just pick out your first dance and that's it, right? No way. There were so many things that I had no idea we needed to cover when hiring a DJ. Elite made it easy. I reached out and explained what we were looking for as a couple and Joe Eastmann made it happen. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to get done and gave us great advice on our time line to make things flow. He sent us over some guide sheets that were very easy to fill out and then followed up over and over until the big day. It was an amazing reception and we never had to worry what was next or where we had to be as Joe ran everything as needed all night. He played great music all night and really made the reception fun to be a part of. Highly recommend for any occasion.

I dont even know where to start! We loved loved loved them! Joe Eastmann is amazing! He was very easy to work and communicate with throughout my whole wedding planning. I had no worries when it came to my music and DJ. He made sure it was what me and my husband wanted for our special day. What can I say, Elite DJ Solutions is a no brainer when picking a DJ for your big day. We worked with Joe who is the owner of Elite DJ Solutions. Not only do they include so much in their packages, but also at a value that can't be beat! Joe did an amazing job guiding us through picking songs for the ceremony and reception. There are so many songs that go into a wedding, which I never even thought of and would of totally not thought to pick... such as a song for important events like cake cutting! As for the day of, Joe got there early set up for the ceremony and reception and never missed a beat as the night went along. Together with my Day of Coordinator Nicole, from Timeless Events, they kept the night rolling while quickly and promptly adding in requests from us and/family. To top it off Joe was great at reading the crowd and being interactive with the wedding. He kept the dancing going, performed the shoe game for us and even took videos of the crowd dancing which he shared with us later. If you go with Elite DJ Solutions, you won't regret it!

Joe was absolutely amazing to work with. He arrived early, setup in plenty of time, and went with the flow of the entire day. As a wedding coordinator trusting your DJ to ensure things are done on time and all the requests from the bride and groom are met is the number 1 priority. It was an absolute pleasure working with Joe and I couldn't recommend his services enough. I hope to be able to work with him in the future!

I was not the most organized bride ever, but Joe was very easy-going about helping things run smoothly the entire night. The music he chose also fit well with what my groom and I wanted. We gave him a few songs but not many. I was blown away at the dance floor lighting, it really felt like we were at a nightclub. If I had to plan my wedding again, I wouldn't change anything! Thank You for a fun night we will never forget.

We had the pleasure of having Joe from Elite Dj's do our wedding and from the very beginning of the process he handled our event with the utmost professionalism. He is incredibly experienced in his craft and has a vast knowledge in music so that he can really mix any type of music you would like played. Joe worked very hard in guiding us through the whole process and helped us greatly when we were having difficulty deciding on songs. He had the guests at our wedding dancing up a storm and knew just what to play to please the crowd. We were 100% satisfied with choosing Elite and we cannot recommend them enough! Our Family is still talking about the end of the day, Joe decided to take it back to the old days by playing "Love Train" We all of a sudden ended up in a conga line that wrapped around the entire room. I had high hopes for Joe and Elite DJ Solutions. I enjoyed working with Joe before my wedding and he assured me several times that things would be great. We had similar thought processes and I had no complaints... until the wedding. There was a mix up on the reception bridal party entrance where the names were all wrong. There was some serious miscommunication between my day of coordinator and the DJ (so much so that the coordinator had to ask me to handle it). The DJ would not follow the schedule and play songs that were not requested/ on the schedule. There is a guideline that Elite DJ Solutions has you fill out before your event (that I filled out!) but the DJ did NOT follow the order or requested songs. I also was given two DJs, however one was in training. I allowed this but I somewhat regret the decision because I had some complaints from guests about the music. The music played was ok but not very memorable. The logistical issues were enough to mention it in this review.

Elite Dj Solutions saved the day for us! After a major problem, we had to find a DJ for my daughters wedding just a couple of weeks before the date. I really worried about a DJ just jumping in last minute. My son found Elite Dj's and when I called and left a message on a Sunday, my call was returned immediately, and the first words out of Joe's mouth were, "don't panic, we can help". He knew we were already stressed and went straight into figuring out what was the best for us. I had a good feeling right then, and that feeling was correct. He worked with me on price for exactly what we would need, and walked me through every detail to insure my daughter would have the perfect day. After getting to the venue, Joe had to do an extra setup that I didn't know about. He grabbed a speaker and his laptop and just made it happen. I would highly recommend these guys and want to just say thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving the day.

I'm not much of a dancer but Joe had me on the dance floor literally the entire night. I think I stepped aside once the whole evening, to say an early goodbye to a family member. Booking my DJ was an easy process, we did everything over the phone. He showed up early to make sure everything was perfect and he was open to song requests made throughout the night by our friends and family. He was very professional and friendly in the planning meetings and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Elite DJ Solutions for any event.

If you're looking for an amazing DJ, look no further. Joe and Tobias were kind and great DJs. They made our event so special and fun! They got people up and out of their seats, he really has a knack for reading the crowd and seeing what they like to dance to. He is also incredible at keeping our timeline on schedule. On our wedding day me and my husband were so busy and had no concept of time but Joe kept us on track in a kind and respectful way. I would recommend him to anyone I know (or don't) getting married. He will make your event fun and special! We had an awesome time dancing at our wedding and interacting with Joe and Tobias.

We first spoke with Joe just a few months before our wedding and found his energy contagious. When we met him in person he made us feel very comfortable and we knew almost instantly that this was the group for us. Dae was our DJ and he did a fantastic job for us. The reception flowed organically and people started dancing because the music was perfect. He did our announcements and introductions and was generally awesome. Highly recommended!

I made a last minute switch to Elite DJ solutions 2 weeks before my wedding, because of an awful experience with another DJ service. Joe, the manager immediately responded to my request and we set up a meeting right away. The same day I signed up for their service, I was assigned DJ Dae Emerson. Dae was an outstanding DJ! He played all he music I requested and knew how to get people dancing during the reception. He was even able to handle minor changes I needed during the night. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the night too. Elite DJ solutions is a reliable DJ service who truly cares about making your wedding day special. I am amazed at what they were able to do with two weeks notice!

We found Joe through a Google search of local DJs and he already had great reviews. Joe was one of the most professional vendors we dealt with through out our Wedding Planning process. He was always a call away and kept on top of every piece of our wedding even though he was extremely busy with wedding shows and other weddings, it felt like we were his only client. His run through the week before the wedding put me at ease for the way everything would play out on the big day. We all know the big day doesn't go as scheduled some times and even though we had to mix it up Joe did not miss a beat and rolled with the punches like a champ. He was there early and had everything ready to go, his basic package provided everything we needed. I found Joe on The Knot and from our first conversation he was very friendly and professional. He quickly responded to emails and text. I had several conversations with Joe and what impressed me the most was that he actually cared about how our special day turned out. We had an outdoor ceremony (with no access to electricity) and Joe was very helpful making recommendations on what generator would be best to use. On our wedding day he was very supportive. He arrived super early to ensure everything with the music was perfect. Joe you were fantastic and we say thank you.

Joe was the DJ at my wedding. He was amazing even with our last minute requests. I think I sent him our first dance song and final timeline a couple days before the wedding, if not the day before. He was on point with the timeline down to the minute. Anything he wasn't clear on, he discreetly asked us questions to make sure he had the right information. My guests were on their feet from the minute the music started till the very end. My family who are very hard to please kept raving about how good the DJ was even the day after the reception. He played all the songs on my must play list and none of the songs on my "do not play' list so I was pretty happy with that. My husband was requesting obscure songs and if he didn't have them, Joe found them somehow and played them. He really did not disappoint. We had a string duo for our ceremony and Joe played for cocktail hour + reception. The transition from the string duo to his music was absolutely flawless. I realized only a couple minutes into the first song that the change had been made. Thank you so much Joe for a fabulous event!!
