Our experience with Elite Dreams was a lesson in misplaced trust and unwarranted expense. It truly saddens us that we ended up feeling this way. It's crucial that future couples are aware of the multitude of issues we encountered that made our experience not worth the investment in an already expensive industry.
Vendor Communication Failures: Despite assurances that the coordination team would handle vendor communication weeks before our wedding, the reality was starkly different. Most of our vendors were unaware of who the coordinator was until we personally introduced them. We ended up being the primary point of contact (despite us not wanting to be that) for crucial vendors like the hotel coordination, hair/makeup team, PV, and DJ throughout all the events.
Late Arrival and Absence: Coordinator and their team arrived late to the first night's event, therefore, being absent during the setup process. This left us scrambling to deal with several issues that arose, completely defeating the purpose of hiring a coordinator. Their lack of presence added unnecessary stress to an already hectic situation before our first event even started.
Poor Handling of Last-Minute Requirements: Despite contractual obligations, coordinator failed to manage last-minute requirements from vendors, leaving us and the hotel management team to handle them instead. This negligence resulted in additional burdens on us and our loved ones, who had to pick up the slack to ensure everything ran smoothly. This led our family to believe that it was pointless and a waste of money to have a coordinator in the first place.
Incompetent Team and Lack of Preparation: Throughout the events, the coordinator and team demonstrated a shocking lack of preparation. They consistently forgot essential items in the storage room despite proper labeling for each event, leaving us and them to run back and forth to collect the items. Moreover, numerous personal items used for decorations or gifted to us were lost during setup and breakdown for each event, which was one of the listed responsibilities of the coordinator in the contract. Our family members were left feeling disrespected after being yelled at, while we struggled to maintain order amidst the chaos caused by their negligence.
In summary, entrusting this team with our wedding coordination was a mistake and their services was an unjustifiable expense given the level of incompetence and disappointment we experienced. Our experience with them turned what should have been a joyous occasion into a logistical nightmare. Spare yourself the stress and disappointment by seeking reliable coordination services elsewhere.
The elite dream creation team did an impeccable job at our 400+ attendence wedding. 8 months prior to our wedding they started the planning and took care of every aspect to create our extraordinary dream vision. The few weeks leading up to the wedding, they were available 24/7 and kept everyone on track. It made for a very enjoyable and stress free time for us as the bride and groom and were immediately there for any potential hiccups ☺️ Thanks to this amazing team for making our dream weekend come true!

Umangi and Rikti were absolutely one of the best decisions we've made for our wedding day! My husband and I got married on 10/10/2020 and they both made our day easier than I had ever hoped for! We weren't sure if we wanted to hire a coordinator in the beginning and roughly a month before the wedding we decided to make the move. From our first call, both Rikti and Umangi were extremely attentive and listened to everything we wanted for our day. They took so many notes and made so many suggestions. They kept in touch with us through the entire process and kept in contact with all our vendors to ease the burden off of us. They both attended our rehearsal and ensured that everything would run smoothly for the day. The day of would not have been the way it was without them. They both showed up early in the morning when I started getting my makeup and hair done - they ensured to keep in contact with our vendors to ensure everyone was where they needed to be. They also made sure all our contracts and the details in them were honored by our vendors. I truly could not be more thankful for them and truly believe our day would have not been the same. I am an extremely organized and detail-orientated person and I wanted the same attitude towards the management of my wedding. I am the luckiest girl to have found Umangi and Rikti to go above and beyond my expectations. It was a worry-free, beautiful day. HIRE THEM! Don't think about it. It'll be the best decision you can make for your wedding day.
