We offer tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, backdrops, dance floors, cake stands, card boxes, and more. Our showroom in Southwest Lincoln has table displays to help you get design ideas. We also have a table available so you can play around with your linen and centerpiece selections. We offer delivery, setup, decorating, teardown, and pickup services. You are also welcome to transport and set up your rentals on your own. You don't have to have final numbers to get started; orders can change up to 14 days before pickup or delivery. I called around in our area for rentals for our son's rehearsal dinner which was being held at our home. I needed round tables, chairs, and wine glasses. Hilary and Christine were so helpful- they were able to give me quotes right away and sent information to me on how to book them if they were who we decided to go with. I ended up needing to call them two more times to increase our rentals and they were friendly, professional and helpful. I had them deliver/pickup everything, which made it all very stress free. I will definitely use them again if I need to rent anything for a party. Because of the rental length, we ended up also hosting a post wedding brunch using different glasses and wine flutes that I also rented from them.

Elite Rentals was so great to work with for our wedding! The staff was super professional, all the rentals were at the venue early in the morning, and they delivered everything and picked it all up! Hillary even let my mom, sister, and I come into the showroom to piece together different ideas for our table settings. We were able to play around with different rentals and decor and place it like we actually would at the reception. It really helped us allow our vision for the wedding come to fruition and for us to nail down what we really loved! She gave us great suggestions for our table decor and totally understood our vision and style! I highly recommend Elite to anyone looking into wedding rentals!

We rented the beautiful white chairs for an outdoor wedding. We were able to pick them up for our Friday wedding on Wednesday and we didn't need to have them back until Monday which was great since our weekend was busy and we live an hour away. Prices were reasonable and customer service was great - very friendly. Easy to reach and helpful in answering questions!

Hilary is wonderful to work with. Prompt with helpful replies to email and eager to serve. The quality of the rental items is outstanding; you may expect clean, unstained, perfectly pressed linens. The delivery person was exceptionally helpful and also cheerful, accommodating our venue. The clean up and storage of used rental items following each of our daughter's weddings was easy as can be. We've relied on Elite Events Rental for two of our daughters. We'll be back should our third daughter marry. Thank you Hilary and team!

We used Elite for chairs for our outdoor ceremony. We got married at Holmes Lake, and had major difficulties finding someone who would deliver to a public park. Elite was our saving grace!! They pulled the truck right up, and after the wedding we stacked them up and they loaded them back into the truck. We would highly recommend them!

Elite was absolutely amazing when it came to coordinating with our venue. They were so helpful and flexible with the number of items we needed! We were only slightly disappointed with a few communication errors, but would still pick Elite again for other events!

We rented the Tall gold pillars with he crystal bulbs on top. We used them for a New Years Eve Wedding, and they looked amazing!! We were able to pick up a few days before and return a couple days later with out any hassle. They came nicely paced in boxes and were very easy to transport!

Overall had a perfectly fine experience working with Elite. The office team is very friendly and flexible. Their website is terrible, if you're in town I highly recommend going into the store front. I feel like it would better aligned my expectations for when we picked everything up. I recommend renting your sound system elsewhere, but for tables and tablecloths, etc they are a good choice.

Elite Event Rentals did a great job with our chair rental. We had an outdoor ceremony at the Sheldon Museum of Art, and we didn't have to think twice. Their employees were always there to help and always very polite.

Elite has a smaller selection than some other places in town, but you absolutely cannot go wrong. We rented our dinnerware, napkins, some centerpiece holders, a cake stand and candelabras from Elite and I was thrilled with the quality of everything. Heidi is wonderful at styling and helping you achieve your wedding esthetic.
