Erica planned and coordinated our “Big Day” on 11/04/2017, it was nothing less of perfect! Rewinding back 08/29/2015 when my now husband, Brian proposed I immediately inquired about Erica with Elite Eventz services. She called me while I was out shopping one afternoon and we chatted like long lost BFF’s. I knew then she could be trusted with planning our wedding and proceeded with scheduling a consultation. My mother and I met with Erica for the consultation. Honestly, I was expecting to briefly discuss minor details of the wedding and review the services offered. Well, this was not the case. Erica went over EVERY intricate detail from color schemes to type of corsages, we discussed things I would have never thought of. Needless to say, a few weeks later we excitedly booked Elite Eventz to plan and coordinate our wedding. Erica made the dreadful process of planning a wedding seamless. I received an organized binder with homework assignments, timelines, vendors, business cards, order of ceremony, program outlines, duties of the bridal party and parents...pretty much everything needed leading up to the wedding and surprisingly afterwards too. She and her dolls were good with scheduling vendor meetings, keeping an open line of communication between me, them and vendors and responsive to emails and text messages. Not once did I stress about things getting done. I’m nonchalant and go with the flow which is not the typical “Bridezilla”. The week leading up to the wedding the entire bridal party and vendors received a timeline and intricate details of what to expect. The precision of the timeline amazed me, there was no room for error! It’s now 11/04/2017, I’m anxiously waiting to see all the planning and hard work come to life. When I walked into the chapel and reception I was in complete awe, my dreams had literally come true. My husband and I do not regret booking with Elite Eventz and recommend her to all of our engaged friends!

Thank you Erica! You pulled a 300 person wedding together in 7 months with a bride and groom who could think of a million things to do other than wedding planning! Erica is knowledgeable, organized, and a true professional who can help you navigate the wedding industry. My only regret is not hiring Erica sooner! Due to my busy schedule, I was unable to attend the decor/flower appointment but trusted Erica and my future husband to bring our vision to life. Everything turned out picture perfect! Our wedding day was more than I had envisioned and if any major/minor hiccups happened, Erica handled them like a true professional and made the day seamless. First being referred from another one of her clients, I decided to call Elite Eventz and was so happy that I did! Erica was awesome! She helped us from the beginning to the end with all of our planning needs. Even with all the unforeseen challenges that came about during the process, she was still able to help us plan and have our dream wedding and reception! We absolutely loved our wedding events and we're so happy and thankful to have a planner such as herself along with her Elite Dolls. I highly recommend Elite Eventz! Erica made the entire process stress free and she is so organized. She provided me with a binder with a variety of vendors that she recommended, songs for the wedding and reception, wedding traditions, duties of the wedding party, etc... She was very detailed with all aspects of my wedding, from the rehearsal to the reception. I loved the vendors that she recommended for my special day. In addition, Erica's team was very professional at all times. I was truly impressed with Elite Eventz and plan on using Erica and her team for my Baby Shower. She is officially my exclusive Event Planner!

Erica is the sweetest "Major Payne" drill Sargent I know!!! This girl knows her stuff! She was born to do this and so much more! I was one of those last minute brides and her patience level was out of this world. Her vision for design is amazing! I told her the things I wanted and she brought my vision to life! It's was perfect! She is very thorough and precise, with Erica and her team you won't have to worry about a thing on your wedding day! They are amazing and it was worth EVERY penny!

Erica and her team were amazing in coordinating, managing, and being flexible with my week long Indian wedding!! I had a variety of vendors for each of the three main events and Erica was able to put together each event while I was focusing on myself and having a good time with the guests. She was able to oversee any of the problems and create a solution before me or my husband started stressing. Would highly recommend to any future brides who want to enjoy their wedding and not stress about guests, vendors, or time management. Erica and her team were professional, detailed, and extremely organized!!

I first heard about Erica after seeing the amazing work she did for a friend's wedding. After doing some research and reading reviews, I knew I had to have her to plan and coordinate my special day. I went to the Bridal Expo solely for two vendors and she was one of them. We exchanged information and she was prompt with following up afterwards (despite her crazy schedule). From the beginning, she was very attentive to my concerns, hopes and dreams and provided excellent feedback. The only thing I regret, is not getting the full package. My Mother and I both have "type A" personalities and were convinced we would be able to handle everything prior to turning it over to Erica. Boy, were we wrong! Our first meeting, we spent hours around the table where she took my vision and completely overhauled it. Although this deviated from our original plan for the meeting, she didn't hesitate and immediately began to work things out. She told me to trust her and that was one of the best decisions I made. Our wedding was more than anything I could have ever dreamed of. To this day, my husband and I are still receiving compliments and rave reviews about how elegant and glamorous our wedding was. She paid attention to every detail and created the best night of our lives which we will never forget. We were truly blessed to have met Erica and can't wait for another reason for our paths to cross. Thank you Erica from the bottom of our hearts!

It's hard to put into words the joy, happiness, and overall satisfaction Elite Eventz has provided to us from the beginning of our wedding planning to the end of the honeymoon. The entire staff has become an extended family to us. From the business aspect, the service is A++. Erica was more then helpful, very involved, and most importantly, "VERY PATIENT" with us. She has really mastered the art of taking a fairytale and turning it into a reality without costing an arm and a leg. You will be more then satisfied with the end result of your wedding, party, or any other event you have in mind. I was introduced to Erica by a previous intern of hers a few months after I had gotten engaged. We hadn't picked a date let alone pick any other detail out pertaining to our wedding. We came to Erica as a blank canvas, but I had ideas that were all over the place. If I didn't have Erica I would have had a mixture of so many different themes!! Luckily, Erica was able to dig deep into what I had wanted and helped create something so much more. She is a true visionary, an artist that shouldn't be stifled! On top of that, she really worked with my now husband and I's schedule seeing as my husband travels for work often. I cannot express enough how she took my ideas and turned them into something amazing and how some of my wedding was purely her vision. From the flower ideas, the design of the ceremony and reception, down to knowing exactly what lighting would be best! Elite Eventz and staff are for the bride who has dreamed of this day for so long that you have so many ideas, you can't seem to get them all out on paper. Her lists of vendors exceeds your expectations and often times will give you more because of their relationship with Elite Eventz. Professionalism is key with Erica and her staff. Like every wedding, there are things that go wrong the day of, however, I wasn't stressed about any of them because of Erica and her team. She will truly listen to what you want and only intervene when she sees you may be struggling with some of the many decisions you'll have to make! I would definitely call on Erica and her team again for any other event I may host in the future! Her pricing is very reasonable and she offers payment plans as well! Erica Gordon is amazing! Best planner in Houston! She was always on point without skipping a beat throughout these past 17 months! She executed my wedding with ease and no hesitations. Her team is amazing and attentive as well. She always had an answer, solution, or better option to any questions or concerns. She is extremely organized and conducts herself professionally and holds true to who Elite Eventz is and what they stand for. We were complimented by many on day of for her dedication to the event and how attentive she was at all times. You will not be sorry to hire her as your planner, on the contrary you will be relieved. Will definitely use her again for any other events I may have.

We spent a year with Erica planning my daughter and son-in-law's wedding and was such a wonderful experience. She is so organized and professional about every detail. Erica was everything I needed in a wedding planner. Erica was knowledgeable honest, prompt, organized, and creative. When I first got engaged, I knew I wanted to use Erica, because I had been following her on Instagram for quite some time lol (all girls plan their big day before actually becoming engaged). To give myself options, I still decided to contact other "celebrity" and "popular" planners in Houston. Erica was the ONLY planner to contact me in a timely manner. She immediately set up a face to face meeting with me. Erica was able to look at my budget, write down everything I wanted for my dream wedding, and make my dreams come to fruition! Erica gave realistic ideas, and presented different options that kept me within my budget. I loved that Erica was familiar with a lot of venues in Houston, and already had a list of vendors who she felt comfortable working with. EVERYONE Erica suggested was just as professional as she was. Erica also went to every vendor meeting with me, one of the perks of becoming a full service bride :) One idea that I had seemed minute at first, but it ended up being the most talked about thing at my wedding. If it had not been for Erica giving her honest opinion about a real live brass band vs using my dj for my entrance into the reception, the tone for my fabulous wedding would have never been set! I am so happy with the way things came out and I am still getting compliments from my big day. Thanks Erica!!!! I will definitely use Erica for all of my future parties!

Omg! My review is waaaaay overdue, but I'm finally sitting my butt down to complete it. At any rate, let me start off by saying that I may be the most difficult bride/person to help orchestrate a wedding. My schedule is forever changing and I can never sit still for the life of me. Timeliness to me means 2 weeks after the due date (lol, get my drift!?!) However, Erica and her team still managed to help our process of planning a wedding go incredibly smooth. Not only is she patient, kind, hard working,and knowledgeable she has a gift that God has bestowed upon her. In the beginning of planning I could never make a decision on what I wanted/needed. I was super clueless! That never stopped her from treating me and my husband like it was still all about us. Our wedding day was like a fairytale! Erica and her team made my guests, wedding party, and friends feel presidential. I can't thank her enough for her patience with us and I will be forever grateful. Thank you Elite Eventz!

Erica and her dolls did an excellent job at making sure my wedding went smoothly. After all of my last minute changes Erica and her crew were extremely flexible and caring. Erica gave me ideas that I never would have thought of on my own. She ensured that my wedding ran smoothly and she kept her professionalism throughout the entire process. During the wedding rehersal she kept my wedding party on task and all I can do is praise all of her wonderful work! Erica has a wonderful personality and a very sweet disposition! She also has the necessary attitude to apply discipline and lay down the hammer to get things done! She was there with advide and guidance for me every step of the planning process. She stayed on top of me to get things done in a timly manner in preperation for the big day. When that day finally arrived, her and her team were so well organized and on top of all the vendors, they kept them in line. She took care of the smallest situations that may have arose, wrangled the intoxicated groomsmen, and corrdinated all the vendors to get everything to flow smoothly. Well worth the money!! My dad kept tipping her and telling her she did an amazing job. If my older sister ever gets married, Im sure we will use her services again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

From the first meeting with Erica G. of Elite Eventz I was certain that she was going to be the best thing that happened to our wedding! She reminded me of certain tasks and stayed on top of us which was great. Elite Eventz came to my rescue the last 4-weeks prior to my wedding day! Erica Gordon and her team worked MIRACLES with my budget and my wedding was spectaculor and went off without a glitch. At our initial consultation she provided a timeline and worked with me step-by-step; minute-by-minute. Elite Eventz went above and beyond!!! Erica called me the morning of my wedding and assisted me until we got in the limo after our reception; and after our departure she ensured the reception hall was cleaned and all of our personal belongings & gifts were delivered to our home.
