Two years ago, we hired a wedding planner. Somewhere along the way, we became family. đ€

matched attention to details. No request was too big, no detail too small, and somehow you made the impossible look effortless. All we did was give her the colors and watched her work her magic!Â
What sets her apart is her integrity. She never pushed us beyond our budgetâshe found beautiful solutions without ever compromising our experience. She was always available during her business hours, always transparent, and always one step ahead.
Thank you for pouring your heart into every moment of our wedding. We are forever grateful⊠and so thankful this journey led us to becoming cousins đ„č and everybody knows how much I love my cousins!Â

Working with Erica was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during our entire wedding journey. From day one, her logistical expertise stood out. She has a well-structure...
d, thoughtful process that kept us on track with every decisionâfrom selecting vendors at the right times to managing key deadlines. With our busy careers, this level of organization was invaluable and kept the entire planning experience stress-free.
Erica also shines in budget management. Because of her deep industry experience, she quickly spotted opportunities to save money without sacrificing quality or design. She regularly updated us on how we were tracking against the budget and offered informed recommendations whenever we chose to splurge in one area. Thanks to her, we stayed financially grounded while still achieving a beautifully elevated wedding.
When it came to design, Erica worked magic. I asked for a candlelit dinner that felt intimate, warm, and elegantâan elevated family gathering. What started as a guest list of 50 somehow grew to 119, yet Erica still delivered a ceremony and reception space that felt deeply personal and inviting. Her ability to scale the design while maintaining the feeling I wanted was nothing short of remarkable.
Her vendor management was another standout. Erica was our advocate every step of the way. She didnât hesitate to negotiate contract terms, clarify miscellaneous charges, or push back when something didnât align with our vision. Her long-standing relationships in the industry meant she could confidently guide us toward the best vendors for our style and needs. We always felt protected, informed, and supported.
On top of all of her professional strengths, Erica is simply a warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful person. She answered every question promptly and thoroughly, made us feel completely taken care of, and brought a sense of calm confidence to every interaction. Erica is absolutely worth the investmentâespecially for couples with demanding schedules.
If you want a planner who is talented, trustworthy, detail-oriented, budget-savvy, design-forward, and truly invested in your wedding vision, Erica at EliteEventz is the one. Hiring her was the best gift we could have given ourselves. Our wedding day was PERFECT from beginning to end and there is not a single thing we would have changed. We have Erica to thank for this!

t, weddings can be very pricey. Pair that with the accumulated stress of planning and trying to focus on going into a marriage as blissful as possible, things can be difficult. Elite Eventz was helpful in providing a seem less roadmap for a successful day. Thank you Erica and team for assisting in making our special day just that, special.
Erica is absolutely amazing at what she does. She helped make my wedding the wedding of my dreams. She helped with everything from the smallest detail to the most important parts...
of our day. I HIGHLY recommend her for planning your special day and making sure everything runs smoothly and comes out better than imagined!
When searching for a wedding planner it was important to my fiancĂ© (now husband âșïž) and I to find someone who would not only understand our vision, but someone who could also keep ...
us within our budget. Erica, with Elite Eventz, came highly recommended, and she exceeded our expectations. We wanted a wedding reception that went against every typical tradition, and Erica was up for the challenge! We had access to all of the top vendors and venues, which helped us bring the âG Loungeâ to life. She meticulously executed every detail to ensure that our day was exactly what we envisioned. The day of the ceremony her team was very attentive, and never missed a beat! From the consultation, to the day of our ceremony Erica was there when we needed her. The professionalism, expertise, and top-notch service we received with Elite Eventz was EVERYTHING we needed...and more!! I would without hesitation, recommend her services to other brides.
Our wedding was in March 2020 and Erica and her crew assisted with our 3 day fusion wedding (Hispanic/Pakistani). She was so much help with tying up all the loose ends, getting us ...
in contact with vendors that hadnât really been communicating with us, and just reassuring us that everything would be okay.
She gave us a lot of ideas and really helped bring our vision together. Erica is knowledgeable about a lot of different cultures and was able to help us incorporate traditions from both the Ismaili & Hispanic culture in a way that melded well together.
On the day of, she made sure everything (and everyone) kept moving along and was following the timeline as close as possible.
We received lots of compliments on our wedding and our coordinator and definitely recommend her services to anyone. Our only regret is not hiring her sooner and we already have engaged friends and family asking for her contact info because she ran our wedding so well.
OMG!!! All I can say is that Erica & her team are lifesavers! From the day that we hired her, 3 months out from our wedding she has been nothing but amazing! We met with her in per...
son and knew right away that she was the one. She has such a great personality, super nice and gets down to business as soon as she's hired. She pretty much took over everything else that needed to be done which was a lot to me. I was stressing so much but once I hired her she took all the stress away. She talked to me all the time about what was going on and got my opinion on everything. If I ever had a question about anything she just a phone call away. Very fast response. If it wasn't for her and her team my wedding wouldn't have been everything I had dreamed of and more. She made it that way! I had the most beautiful & smooth wedding ever! It really was a dream come true for us. Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into our wedding. We appreciate you so much!!
All I can say is HIRE HER!! To say they made our day amazing would be an understatement. Erica and her staff make you feel like your family and remain professional at all times. I ...
didnât have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding because I knew Erica and her staff had it under control. We canât thank her enough for the best day of our lives.

Erica planned and coordinated our âBig Dayâ on 11/04/2017, it was nothing less of perfect!

out Erica with Elite Eventz services. She called me while I was out shopping one afternoon and we chatted like long lost BFFâs. I knew then she could be trusted with planning our wedding and proceeded with scheduling a consultation.
My mother and I met with Erica for the consultation. Honestly, I was expecting to briefly discuss minor details of the wedding and review the services offered. Well, this was not the case. Erica went over EVERY intricate detail from color schemes to type of corsages, we discussed things I would have never thought of. Needless to say, a few weeks later we excitedly booked Elite Eventz to plan and coordinate our wedding.
Erica made the dreadful process of planning a wedding seamless. I received an organized binder with homework assignments, timelines, vendors, business cards, order of ceremony, program outlines, duties of the bridal party and parents...pretty much everything needed leading up to the wedding and surprisingly afterwards too. She and her dolls were good with scheduling vendor meetings, keeping an open line of communication between me, them and vendors and responsive to emails and text messages. Not once did I stress about things getting done. Iâm nonchalant and go with the flow which is not the typical âBridezillaâ.
The week leading up to the wedding the entire bridal party and vendors received a timeline and intricate details of what to expect. The precision of the timeline amazed me, there was no room for error!
Itâs now 11/04/2017, Iâm anxiously waiting to see all the planning and hard work come to life. When I walked into the chapel and reception I was in complete awe, my dreams had literally come true. My husband and I do not regret booking with Elite Eventz and recommend her to all of our engaged friends!

dgeable, organized, and a true professional who can help you navigate the wedding industry. My only regret is not hiring Erica sooner! Due to my busy schedule, I was unable to attend the decor/flower appointment but trusted Erica and my future husband to bring our vision to life. Everything turned out picture perfect! Our wedding day was more than I had envisioned and if any major/minor hiccups happened, Erica handled them like a true professional and made the day seamless. Words of advice to future #elitecouples, 1) Hire Elite Eventz as soon as possible. 2) Do the homework! Only as a team will you and Elite Eventz make this as seamless as possible. 3) Relax! I stressed so much but Erica did her best to calm my nerves and keep me centered. - LA

z and was so happy that I did! Erica was awesome! She helped us from the beginning to the end with all of our planning needs. Even with all the unforeseen challenges that came about during the process, she was still able to help us plan and have our dream wedding and reception! We absolutely loved our wedding events and we're so happy and thankful to have a planner such as herself along with her Elite Dolls. She was very organized and even gave us homework assignments to keep us on track. She is also very thourough and once again would recommend her to any couple seeking wedding planning! We've had a great experience and also gained a friend in the process! Thanks again!

ngs for the wedding and reception, wedding traditions, duties of the wedding party, etc... She was very detailed with all aspects of my wedding, from the rehearsal to the reception. I loved the vendors that she recommended for my special day. In addition, Erica's team was very professional at all times. I was truly impressed with Elite Eventz and plan on using Erica and her team for my Baby Shower. She is officially my exclusive Event Planner!

ica was able to put together each event while I was focusing on myself and having a good time with the guests. She was able to oversee any of the problems and create a solution before me or my husband started stressing. Would highly recommend to any future brides who want to enjoy their wedding and not stress about guests, vendors, or time management. Erica and her team were professional, detailed, and extremely organized!!

te my special day. I went to the Bridal Expo solely for two vendors and she was one of them. We exchanged information and she was prompt with following up afterwards (despite her crazy schedule). From the beginning, she was very attentive to my concerns, hopes and dreams and provided excellent feedback.
The only thing I regret, is not getting the full package. My Mother and I both have "type A" personalities and were convinced we would be able to handle everything prior to turning it over to Erica. Boy, were we wrong! Our first meeting, we spent hours around the table where she took my vision and completely overhauled it. Although this deviated from our original plan for the meeting, she didn't hesitate and immediately began to work things out. She told me to trust her and that was one of the best decisions I made. Our wedding was more than anything I could have ever dreamed of.
To this day, my husband and I are still receiving compliments and rave reviews about how elegant and glamorous our wedding was. She paid attention to every detail and created the best night of our lives which we will never forget. We were truly blessed to have met Erica and can't wait for another reason for our paths to cross. Thank you Erica from the bottom of our hearts!

entire staff has become an extended family to us. From the business aspect, the service is A++. Erica was more then helpful, very involved, and most importantly, "VERY PATIENT" with us. She has really mastered the art of taking a fairytale and turning it into a reality without costing an arm and a leg. You will be more then satisfied with the end result of your wedding, party, or any other event you have in mind. The entire Elite Eventz team was very professional, courteous, and on point with everything. Elite Eventz is more then just a business to us, they are our family. Thanks again for making our dream into a reality.Â

g. We came to Erica as a blank canvas, but I had ideas that were all over the place. If I didn't have Erica I would have had a mixture of so many different themes!! Luckily, Erica was able to dig deep into what I had wanted and helped create something so much more. She is a true visionary, an artist that shouldn't be stifled! On top of that, she really worked with my now husband and I's schedule seeing as my husband travels for work often. I cannot express enough how she took my ideas and turned them into something amazing and how some of my wedding was purely her vision. From the flower ideas, the design of the ceremony and reception, down to knowing exactly what lighting would be best!
Elite Eventz and staff are for the bride who has dreamed of this day for so long that you have so many ideas, you can't seem to get them all out on paper. Her lists of vendors exceeds your expectations and often times will give you more because of their relationship with Elite Eventz. Professionalism is key with Erica and her staff. Like every wedding, there are things that go wrong the day of, however, I wasn't stressed about any of them because of Erica and her team. She will truly listen to what you want and only intervene when she sees you may be struggling with some of the many decisions you'll have to make!
I would definitely call on Erica and her team again for any other event I may host in the future! Her pricing is very reasonable and she offers payment plans as well! With Erica and her staff, you are family, so no matter what service you choose with them, your an Elite Bride and Groom for life!
Thanks Erica and Elite Eventz! Brian and I had an amazing day thanks to y'all!

She is extremely organized and conducts herself professionally and holds true to who Elite Eventz is and what they stand for. We were complimented by many on day of for her dedication to the event and how attentive she was at all times. You will not be sorry to hire her as your planner, on the contrary you will be relieved.
Will definitely use her again for any other events I may have.

Erica was everything I needed in a wedding planner. Erica was knowledgeable honest, prompt, organized, and creative. When I first got engaged, I knew I wanted to use Erica, because...
I had been following her on Instagram for quite some time lol (all girls plan their big day before actually becoming engaged). To give myself options, I still decided to contact other "celebrity" and "popular" planners in Houston. Erica was the ONLY planner to contact me in a timely manner. She immediately set up a face to face meeting with me. Erica was able to look at my budget, write down everything I wanted for my dream wedding, and make my dreams come to fruition! Erica gave realistic ideas, and presented different options that kept me within my budget. I loved that Erica was familiar with a lot of venues in Houston, and already had a list of vendors who she felt comfortable working with. EVERYONE Erica suggested was just as professional as she was. Erica also went to every vendor meeting with me, one of the perks of becoming a full service bride :) One idea that I had seemed minute at first, but it ended up being the most talked about thing at my wedding. If it had not been for Erica giving her honest opinion about a real live brass band vs using my dj for my entrance into the reception, the tone for my fabulous wedding would have never been set! I am so happy with the way things came out and I am still getting compliments from my big day. Thanks Erica!!!! I will definitely use Erica for all of my future parties!
Erica is very organized and on top of all things wedding! Her hardwork and determination helped make the wedding planning process go very smoothly. She is thorough, intelligent and...
knowledgable in the wedding industry. I would certainly recommend Erica to anyone seeking a wedding planner. When bumps in the road came along she did her best to smooth things over and make them right for our big day.
My planner was Erica; we received the partial service planning & coordination. I can admit that my fiancé and I were both skeptical before the consultation. But when you meet Erica...
she is on point from the beginning to end. She is hands down the best. To add to her expertise in wedding planning she is an awesome person. Very sweet & kind, and she wants you the bride to be happy with the outcome of your wedding day. We received many compliments from vendors and family members on how organized our wedding was. She provided me with a stress free wedding day. Erica & her Elite team go beyond just wedding planning. They are so much more. True blessing. Love you all. Thanks so much.

p orchestrate a wedding. My schedule is forever changing and I can never sit still for the life of me. Timeliness to me means 2 weeks after the due date (lol, get my drift!?!) However, Erica and her team still managed to help our process of planning a wedding go incredibly smooth.
Not only is she patient, kind, hard working, and knowledgeable she has a gift that God has bestowed upon her. In the beginning of planning I could never make a decision on what I wanted/needed. I was super clueless! That never stopped her from treating me and my husband like it was still all about us. Our wedding day was like a fairytale! Erica and her team made my guests, wedding party, and friends feel presidential.
I can't thank her enough for her patience with us and I will be forever grateful. Thank you Elite Eventz!

th advide and guidance for me every step of the planning process. She stayed on top of me to get things done in a timly manner in preperation for the big day. When that day finally arrived, her and her team were so well organized and on top of all the vendors, they kept them in line. She took care of the smallest situations that may have arose, wrangled the intoxicated groomsmen, and corrdinated all the vendors to get everything to flow smoothly. Well worth the money!! My dad kept tipping her and telling her she did an amazing job. If my older sister ever gets married, Im sure we will use her services again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
