consultation. She showed me lots of pictures and examples and we started picking our flowers I liked with lots of guidance. I ended up changing my colors and having to sit down to see if what we picked would still work. We did make some changes but I had a hard time envisioning what it would look like. I just decided to trust her to do her thing and she exceeded my expectations. We had to make some other changes here and there on numbers of things needed/not needed anymore and she was more than accommodating. Electronic communication is okay but great in person, which was also reassuring that everything would turn out okay!

lite Floral for all of our floral arrangements, and made snide comments about the other vendor we used. I spoke with her the week before our wedding to confirm everything. When the day of our wedding came, there were no center pieces. She told our venue that she emailed me four times, and that I never responded. She also said that none of her brides ever got back to her. Horrible experience, but luckily the coordinator at our venue made sure the center pieces were delivered before our reception started.

The mums that she provided along the ceremony aisle were truly amazing especially since we were able to keep them afterwards! I would recommend going to this florist for your flowers! Edie loves her job and it truly shows no matter where she is. She is a remarkable woman!

She was very professional and reliable and she worked through every detail with me on my final consult call. I love all her hard work and how amazing everything turned out- they were so perfect, and I got so many compliments. :) I totally recommend her to everyone!

sure enough she did. My flowers exceeded my expectations! They were absolutely beautiful. She was very pleasant throughout the process, and very sweet when I saw her on my wedding day! Communication throughout was a little choppy, but we didn’t really need to communicate too much anyway so it didn’t impact my opinion! I had a great experience with Elite Florals.

select flowers that would fit. She truly took the time to listen to us and what we wanted. I wasn't 100% sure what we were going to end up with as we had to make a lot of decisions quickly and the contract was vague, but I was very happy with all of our flowers. My bouquet was beautiful, the centerpieces were high quality, and the colors were perfect for our theme. Edie also helped with a last minute issue with our drapery for our ceremony arch. It was greatly appreciated and we were overall pleased with her work!

Edie worked with me when our invoice was released to make sure the flowers were within our budget and helped me make my vision fit. In the end, our bouquets and center pieces truly did turn out beautifully and Edie and her team executed on the order and delivered the flowers on time. Cons: I had two major qualms with this florist. First, I know some brides have a clear picture of exactly what they want their flowers to look like, but I wasn't exactly sure. Edie started to share a couple of pictures and before I even had a chance to react, she said, "Nope, you don't like it I can tell." I didn't really appreciate how quickly she tried to read my response without giving me time to digest what she was sharing. Secondly, my family and I had minimal communications and lack of understanding about our balances weeks leading up to the wedding. The shop hired a college-bound intern to manage my account and they admittedly dropped the ball on follow-up communications. I appreciated her owning up to it, but I didn't appreciate the tone of the email that we had an "overdue balance" when we'd heard nothing from the shop since our meeting. True or not, it left a bad taste in my mouth.

r really been a flower person. Didn't want my bridesmaids to carry bouquets. And Edie got me right away. The only thing I truly cared about was a big beautiful arch to frame the ceremony, and for elegant subtle touches of flowers for our wedding party to wear, as headpieces and boutonnières. The headpieces were Edie's idea, when I wondered out loud about what we could do instead of bouquets. We didn't have a strong color theme either – all of my bridesmaids were wearing multi colored saris and their own personal dresses for the reception. And Edie ran with it, no problem. At the end of the day, the flowers looked absolutely stunning. Our photographs are gorgeous. By swapping bouquets for headpieces, we saved a lot of money and everything looked amazing, and the bridesmaids felt extra beautiful all night! So happy with our time with Edie. Would highly recommend.

essed with her resume, and after we finished talking, she said SHE would reach out to us when things were quieting down. We greatly appreciated when her team contacted us 2 weeks later and we set up an appointment for a Saturday 2 months later. On Thursday, 2 days before our meeting, I had no contact with them since setting up the appointment so I personally called to confirm if it was still on. They had NOT reached out to us earlier. When I called, her team had told us specifically that "they were overbooked" and that we had to reschedule. I was disappointed since we have busy season coming up and literally no other available weekend free. I rescheduled but I called to cancel, I let them know I was disappointed in the earlier cancellation (in which I would have driven 2 hours in 4" of snow, if I didn't have the insight to call ahead). What I got subsequently was a personal voicemail, from who I presume was Edie herself, alluding that 1) she told her staff to let clients know she had a personal emergency, and 2) I was rude to have put myself above her loved one. LET US RECAP. Her team did not reach out to me to begin with, and when I did it myself, they gave me a different excuse. A personal emergency is ALWAYS more important and we would have understood immediately if that is what we were told in the first place. What's even funnier is that both Edie and her team got my name wrong all 3 times I called. Some attention to detail. I'm sure the team and Edie are lovely people, but there are some communication issues that need to be addressed.

a kind and beautiful person and was soo excited to work with us as well as us with her!! Contact with her was easy with quick response time. Day of the wedding when she brought the flowers in I may have teared up because the flowers were exactly what we wanted and absolutely beautiful! They were me and Ed in flower form!!! She is amazing and knows what she is doing for sure!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend Edie with Elite florals!!! Magnificent!!!!!

ectful and caused a ton of anxiety on my part. The rest of her staff were very sweet and helpful, and the flowers were beautiful, which is the only reason why I am giving a 3 star rating. Edie was very fun and kind when I met with her to discuss flowers. For months I was in touch with her, mostly through her assistant who acted as a middle man, but all of my questions were always answered which I was thankful for. I met with Edie one final time about 4 weeks before my wedding, and following that I received my final invoice. I just had to clarify the details of 1 item (my ceremony arrangements) with Edie. Her assistant arranged a time for me to call and speak with her, but when I did, someone else answered and told me that Edie was currently unavailable and that she would call me back that day. She never did. Her assistant was very apologetic and said that she spoke to Edie about my questions. She sent me Edie's answers, and Edie totally misunderstood what I was even asking. I practically begged to speak with her. Her assistant even called me to personally apologize at one point, saying that Edie wanted me to know that things were hectic with other weddings. That's no excuse. I am a paying client just like the other brides. I understand if she needs to wait a few days to get back to me, but for the entire 3 weeks before my wedding I tried desperately to get in touch with Edie and eventually gave up and cancelled that item entirely, and found flowers for it myself. All I needed was 5 minutes of her time. She either doesn't care about her brides enough to give them the time of day, or she just can't handle being overwhelmed with business. Either way, there is no excuse for how I was treated.

I really had no clue what they were even going to look like or turn out. If I didn't trust my venue on their quality, I probably would have been apprehensive. So overall, while the quality was good and the flowers looked great, I did feel like there was a lack of communication.

Even though I had pictures of what I wanted, Edie informed me that my wedding has to be special and that my flowers must be unique for my special day. Edie told me to trust her and I'm so glad that I did. Every arrangement was stunning. Edie even offered advice that was helpful for my big day. Even before the wedding, I used Elite Florals for my son's prom because Edie's first impression was the best. I'm glad I used Elite Florals and definitely recommend this florist for anyone seeking "stunning" arrangements. B. Hill (Massey)

le of meetings with Edie so she could get a sense of what we were looking for, and she did a great job. All of our bouquets and the boutineers were gorgeous. Edie is so knowledgeable about flowers and puts together beautiful bouquets. She coordinated with our officiant and delivered the altar flowers to the church and delivered the bridal party's bouquets to us at the venue. She also helped us put together our favors for our guests, making the day of our wedding less stressful. Elite Florals was great - I don't think I could have found a florist as good as them on my own.

The flowers were delivered on time, however they were different than we expected. We were looking at something different than what we had been shown in the meetings, and it was a disappointment. I feel as if we have been tricked and scammed, and most importantly, my daughter felt disappointment on the most important day of her life. The worst part is, after the event when I called to explain to Edie, she refused to refund my money or even give me so much as an apology, because I hadn't called sooner. I called a few days after the wedding. I wasn't going to step out of my daughter's reception to call the florist - what did she expect? Overall, I was very upset. She knows what she is doing, and she can be a great florist, however I would never recommend Elite Florals to anyone I know.

s. I met with Edith and she was so passionate I instantly felt confident in her vision. I had seen beautiful arrangements on Pinterest and with Edith's help we chose an arrangement that was not only beautiful but also meaningful. I was able to use flowers that were part of my childhood memories and also reflected my fiance's background. I had such high hopes and expectations that I felt, surely nothing would be as good as my imagination. I was wrong. Edith walked into my bridal suite and I could not have been happier. A beautiful arrangement was before me and I could not stop staring. I am so happy with the final result and will be looking at the pictures of the amazing arrangements for the rest of my life. nd my idea and construct it perfectly! It was nice to know exactly who would be making my bouquet for the big day and gave me piece of mind about it! I could not of asked for a better experience! If I ever need flowers again, it will be the first and only place I go!

AY, and she was making a fool out of herself. She ran up to me as soon as I walked in my venue to get dressed to tell me that the staff of the venue was "screwing up my day" and I later found that she was only causing drama - there were no issues but the ones she caused. The flowers were beautiful, the meetings went well, the organization and emails and communication all flowed smoothly, but when it came down to it, I was nearly in tears by the reception when 2 different guests approached me to ask me who the crazy flower lady was. AS MY GUESTS GATHERED IN THE LOBBY FOR THE CEREMONY, EDIE WAS THROWING HUGE EMPTY BOXES ONTO THE SIDEWALK RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE HUGE GLASS DOORS, YELLING AT HER STAFF. They shouldn't have even still been there, they took way too long and left late, but that wasn't what I was most upset about. I was devastated to find that she would conduct something so ridiculous, embarrassing and unprofessional in front of my guests. I asked around and SEVERAL of my guests said that they witnessed this insanity. I didn't even tell her. I told her everything was beautiful, I thanked her for the hard work, and that was that. But I will NEVER call her, use her or write her a good review AGAIN. I did everything I was asked to, and now I am posting an HONEST review. I will never use her again, and I will make sure nobody that I know will either.

If we had a bad reaction to a particular flower type, it was gone. She has an excellent sense of how to retain the theme throughout the bride’s, bridesmaids’, and flower girl’s bouquets while also making them distinct from one another. Edie and her team arrived in plenty of time to get the bridal party their bouquets before photos began (we did most of our photos before the ceremony) and made sure we were happy with everything before heading out. We had many guests comment on how beautiful the centerpieces were (flower arrangements in pumpkins) and even had some people who were disappointed when they didn’t get to take one home. Edie and her team definitely put a lot of effort into making their clients happy and frankly they treated us more like family than people they had just met. We will definitely be using Elite Florals for any of our future floral needs!

I called Edie the following week and made an appointment with her to discuss my wedding flowers. I wanted exotic flowers, all different Orchids. We discussed the upgrades for the table top flowers. Keeping cost in mind, Edie made several suggestions on slightly less expensive flowers, that would keep the fullness I wanted and keep the richness of colors and size. What Edie delivered to me on my wedding day, still gives me goosebumps. My bouquet was the most beautiful I've ever seen, my Jr. Bridesmaids bouquet was exactly as I pictured. The flower girls basket was adorable. The table flowers were spectacular. Edie took such pride in everything. Little extra touches she put into everything. She's a joy to work with and full suggestions, ideas. I highly recommend Elite Florals for your wedding or any special event. My husband recently called Elite and had a dozen red roses delivered to my job. Gorgeous flowers, big blooms and they last more than a week!!! Give Edie a call. You won't be disappointed.

She is very talented and knowledgeable about her craft - at the other consultations I went to I felt like I was simply giving the florist directions - Edie gave me a lot of direction in the appointment and came up with things that I would have never thought of on my own. I even had a special request for leopard ribbon around the bouquets, which she didn't even have to special order because she already had some in the back! Prices are reasonable considering that I was buying wedding flowers, and Edie was very helpful with adjusting the flower choices to help me stay within my budget. She and her staff were very responsive whenever I had a question or concern, and of course the flowers turned out beautiful on the big day! I would highly recommend Elite Florals to anyone looking for a wedding florist.

When I reviewed her price estimate, it was a little bit more than I had planned on spending but a quick phone call to Edithy and we were able to make a couple of small changes to save a little bit of money and still have a wonderful quality. I was so thrilled on my wedding day! Edith came to my house to deliver my flowers and the flowers for my girls in person! I knew that she would be at the venue later in the day to make sure that everything was perfect and it was! The flowers were everything I wanted them to be!

She pulled information out of me by inquiring about my personality, my then-fiance, etc. She pulled out a few books, and I gave her comments like "yes-love!" and "no, not my style." Mostly I wanted it to be different. She came up with something beyond my wildest dreams. My "rustic, woodsy" vision became an enchanted forest. Come the day of the wedding, her team ran the show (after my caterer and his team dropped the ball). When it became clear that the catering staff didn't know what they were doing, Edie became the wedding supervisor and stayed for the entire wedding. Thank God she did, because I found out later that there were some SERIOUS issues, with which Edie dealt with and no one was the wiser. I could not be more grateful to Edie and the team at Elite Florals for not only the STUNNING centerpieces, bouquets, altar pieces, and more, but for being truly good people who look out for the overall beauty and planning of the wedding.

I was wrong, becasue as we walked into our reception, I was blow away with the atmosphere elegance and beauty they had created for us.
