or our wedding. Answered in a timely manner day of did everything I asked and more would highly recommend.
My husband and I were married on May 15, 2026, and booked both Cedar Creek Ranch as our venue and Eliza Paige Weddings and Events (Eucalyptus package) for planning services. While ...
Cedar Creek Ranch is undeniably a beautiful venue, we were very disappointed with our experience working with Eliza Paige and feel it’s important to share honest feedback for future couples.
We chose to bundle these services, both owned by Ashton and Karen, based on the expectation of a seamless, coordinated planning process and cost savings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations.
1. Delayed Vendor Approvals:
Cedar Creek Ranch requires vendors to be approved before booking. However, approval responses often took weeks, which caused us to lose out on several vendors who became unavailable during the delay. This created unnecessary stress and limited our options.
2. Lack of Organization:
Throughout the planning process, we were asked the same questions multiple times, indicating a lack of internal organization and communication. This made the experience feel disjointed and inefficient. I had to reach out to Eliza Paige on so many occasions, often asking the same questions since I didn't get a response the first time.
3. Unexpected and Undisclosed Fees:
Several items that were presented as included during the sales process were later charged as additional fees. Most notably, the bridal suite, which was a major factor in our decision given several members of the bridal party were from out of town, was not disclosed as an extra cost until much later. Since reservations for the suite are not allowed until 45 days before the wedding, we were only informed of the $300 fee at that time. This felt misleading and poorly communicated.
4. Failure to Coordinate Vendors:
At our 30-day walkthrough (April 15) the planning team committed to contacting our vendors to begin coordination. Unfortunately, this did not happen. By May 1, our caterer, who was recommended by Eliza Paige, confirmed they had not been contacted. Our bartender and photographer reported the same in the following days. This was especially concerning given that this timeframe marked the start of their “day-of coordination” services.
5. Unprofessional Conduct on Wedding Day:
During the rehearsal and wedding day, the planners’ interactions with family members and the wedding party came across as rude and unprofessional. Additionally, their attire (black tank tops and visibly worn, casual bottoms) was not appropriate for a formal wedding and was noticeable in photos. After the reception, their demeanor during cleanup further left a negative impression on our family and guests.
Final Thoughts:
Our wedding day itself was wonderful, thanks to the incredible efforts of our other vendors (photographer, hairstylist, bartender, caterer, etc.). However, Eliza Paige Weddings and Events was a notable exception and did not provide the level of service or professionalism we expected.
We hope this feedback helps other couples make informed decisions during their planning process.

m, organized approach made everything feel effortless, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. Her team was equally amazing — professional, friendly, and on top of everything. Thanks to Karen and her team, our wedding day was seamless and unforgettable. Highly recommend!
Karen and Ashton had their work cut out for them with me as a bride. We hired them for the 30 day polish and day of coordination and I was not prepared and not great at communicati...
ng. Somehow, they managed to read my mind and make the day perfect anyways. Everything was set up exactly how I pictured, probably even better. If there were any issues, I wasn’t made aware. They made our big day so beautiful and stress free for me. I can’t imagine not having them there!
Can’t say enough good things about Karen and Ashton! Not only are they awesome people who I really had a good time getting to know, they were very knowledgeable, full of good advic...
e, and were able to ease my mind about some things I was stressing over. I was a little indecisive about decor and some other details and they were very patient and helped me out a lot. I had a VERY short timeline and they were able to make it work and make it wonderful. They were also very communicative and quick to respond, and I feel like they really went the extra mile for us. On the wedding day we arrived to a BEAUTIFUL reception, even better than I had imagined, and they were there the whole time, very organized and on top of everything. They also cleaned everything up quickly and got the leftover food and drinks, and the gifts, into our cars. I’m so glad I hired Eliza Paige Events, they truly made our day incredible!

tion of her big day, and I can confidently say that this company fell short of their promises in almost every way.
The day-of coordinator, Addison, was supposed to be the backbone of the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, she was far from the “go-getter” we were assured we’d have. Addison consistently dropped the ball on crucial details throughout the day. From failing to communicate effectively with vendors to mismanaging the timeline, her lack of initiative and attention to detail caused unnecessary stress for everyone involved. Basic responsibilities like ensuring the 86-year-old grandmothers would lead the processional into the ceremony and had a golf cart to transport them down the steep driveway instead of their walkers as was discussed at the rehearsal; guests arriving at tables that didn't have chairs; the caterer asking the mother-of-the-bride when to cut the cake and the DJ taking over the timeline are just a small sample of the responsibilities my parents paid for and did not receive.
The owners of Eliza Paige Wedding & Events have been no better in addressing these issues. Despite our attempts to communicate our concerns and seek resolution, they have failed to take accountability or offer any meaningful remedy for their company’s lack of professionalism. It’s disheartening that a business in such a personal and important industry would show so little care for their clients' experiences.
I would not recommend Eliza Paige Wedding & Events to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and capable event coordination. Your wedding day is too important to leave in the hands of a company that doesn’t deliver on their promises.
My wife and I can not say enough spectacular things about the Eliza Paige Team! We had our wedding on 11/16/24 with Ashton as our Lead Planner. To start, we met Ashton in February ...
and fell in love with the vision that we discussed and that she felt comfortable putting together. Over the next 9 months, she was consistent with follow up and answering any questions we had throughout the process, continously keeping us at ease. My wife definitely had a vision of what she wanted the wedding to be and look like, and Ashton helped us with feeling confident in how everything would come together! She was there by our side the whole time to not just handle execution of the wedding day, but also offer guidance and advice on all aspects of the wedding. On top of that, the preparation calls over those 9 months were both helpful and instrumental in making sure nothing was missed.
Now for the day of our wedding...everything was FLAWLESS! Ashton, and the two other planners that assisted with our wedding, Addison and Robyn, were amazing. From the second they got there, and even the day before, they made sure everything was set up perfectly and as planned. For any hiccups that came up due to unforeseen circumstances, they had plans in place that were executed without any distractions. The whole team was there early, stayed late, and allowed us the opportunity to enjoy our day with family and friends. To say they all went above and beyond would be an understatement.
To wrap this up, the team is no longer just a vendor to us, but close friends. Thank you so much Ashton, Addison, and Robyn!
We chose Eliza Paige for our day-of-coordinator using their Eucalyptus Package. Our coordinator was SO GREAT up until the day of the wedding. I planned just about the entire wedd...
ing ahead of time, so she was helpful in tying up some loose ends and providing a spreadsheet to check off our to-dos. However, when the actual wedding day came, our coordinating was a train wreck. I will share a couple of instances that occurred - if I shared them all, I would be over the character limit for the review. There was a major lack of communication and coordination that caused so much to go wrong on the day-of. When our bartenders ended up having food poisoning, instead of handling it as a coordinator should, our coordinator came to ME in the middle of my makeup to tell me we MAY not have bartenders. It ended up getting worked out about 30 min later, but she came and got me worked up first before trying to fix the problem...my bridal suite turned into a frenzy of people texting friends to bartend. When things started to go wrong around dinner time, she did NOTHING until myself and my husband got up from dinner and asked her to - otherwise she would have been in the corner all night. Guests were asking who "the girl in the corner with the sneakers and sweater" was as she was not dressed very professionally. At one point, our coordinator disappeared for HOURS! My mom was the one who had to let the caterers know the cake cutting was happening, and I gave the thumbs up to the DJ. My mom unfortunately had to take over the majority of coordinating throughout the day, which was a service that came out of her pocket. At the very end of the night, I noticed our coordinator rolling her eyes as she helped clean up the last couple of decorations off the table (my family cleared the rest). I came back the next day to some rolled up table runners (really the only thing she had to help clear off the tables) which STUNK because she rolled some leftover food up inside the runners. When we laid out all our concerns post-wedding, the response we received from EP included a lot of finger pointing to other vendors and zero accountability. We then spoke to all of the vendors and the clear consensus was that the things that went wrong were because of a LACK OF COORDINATION. Our very large wedding was not the place for an inexperienced coordinator with no assistant. I was extremely disappointed on the day of my wedding and even further disappointed in EP's lack of desire to rectify their wrongdoings. We have sent multiple emails, and after saying they would meet with us, we have not received a response to make that happen.
First, let me start by saying that I had an amazing wedding day. However, I felt like the planning process was more stressful and time consuming than needed. At first, we thought w...
e would have Karen, who gave us the venue tour, but got Ashton instead - we chose this company because they have venue perks (Cedar Creek Ranch) you can't get with other planning companies. Throughout the process, Ashton was bit aloof and repetitive when asking questions about our wants. At times I didn't feel heard because we could state our preferences, then she could offer alternatives..after we had already made a decision. She also gets a bit chatty and off-topic, so meetings tend to take longer than they should because she's reminiscing about other couples' weddings and what they did. I do think Ashton enjoys what she does, but really enjoys attending weddings. She would make statements like: "oh I love live bands... your menu/desserts look so good" and after: "I had a great time!" as if her day of experience mattered like a wedding guests'. Meanwhile, we had to stay on top of her to get things done that she said she would do (but doesn't write down or seem to remember). I never truly felt "safe" in the planning process, as if things were taken care of. The kicker is that Ashton told my mother the night of my wedding that there was no leftover alcohol --that we purchased to comfortably serve all of our guests-- to be packaged and go home "most couples purchase 2-3x more than they did", when in fact there was about $200 left according to the bartenders. After pestering Ashton for 3 days and having to ask about the remaining alcohol --again, it was not offered up-- we got about half of it back and the rest is nowhere to be found--she suggests that our guests or wedding party took it. I would not recommend her to other couples.

d comfortable throughout the entire process, and really turned our vision for our wedding into the most magical day! From keeping our very large bridal party organized, to handling most of the decor, to being there to make sure everything runs smoothly, there is nothing this team wasn't on top of, and it made our day just about us instead of us having to worry about all of the details of our wedding day. We are so thankful to the Eliza Paige team and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

tiple times during the planning process, answered all of my questions, and completely took care of any concern I had. On the actual wedding day, Karen and her team were at the venue to set up even before I arrived with the bridesmaids for hair and makeup. Every single part of the day went off without a hitch - if there were any issues, I never knew about them! In my opinion, she under charges and over delivers. I cannot recommend this company enough. If I ever have to put together a big event again, I will be calling them!
