I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Eliza Paige Wedding & Events for my sister’s wedding. As the maid of honor, I was actively involved in the planning and execution of her big day, and I can confidently say that this company fell short of their promises in almost every way. The day-of coordinator, Addison, was supposed to be the backbone of the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, she was far from the “go-getter” we were assured we’d have. Addison consistently dropped the ball on crucial details throughout the day. From failing to communicate effectively with vendors to mismanaging the timeline, her lack of initiative and attention to detail caused unnecessary stress for everyone involved. Basic responsibilities like ensuring the 86-year-old grandmothers would lead the processional into the ceremony and had a golf cart to transport them down the steep driveway instead of their walkers as was discussed at the rehearsal; guests arriving at tables that didn't have chairs; the caterer asking the mother-of-the-bride when to cut the cake and the DJ taking over the timeline are just a small sample of the responsibilities my parents paid for and did not receive. The owners of Eliza Paige Wedding & Events have been no better in addressing these issues. Despite our attempts to communicate our concerns and seek resolution, they have failed to take accountability or offer any meaningful remedy for their company’s lack of professionalism. It’s disheartening that a business in such a personal and important industry would show so little care for their clients' experiences. I would not recommend Eliza Paige Wedding & Events to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and capable event coordination. Your wedding day is too important to leave in the hands of a company that doesn’t deliver on their promises.

We chose Eliza Paige for our day-of-coordinator using their Eucalyptus Package. Our coordinator was SO GREAT up until the day of the wedding. I planned just about the entire wedding ahead of time, so she was helpful in tying up some loose ends and providing a spreadsheet to check off our to-dos. However, when the actual wedding day came, our coordinating was a train wreck. I will share a couple of instances that occurred - if I shared them all, I would be over the character limit for the review. There was a major lack of communication and coordination that caused so much to go wrong on the day-of. When our bartenders ended up having food poisoning, instead of handling it as a coordinator should, our coordinator came to ME in the middle of my makeup to tell me we MAY not have bartenders. It ended up getting worked out about 30 min later, but she came and got me worked up first before trying to fix the problem...my bridal suite turned into a frenzy of people texting friends to bartend. When things started to go wrong around dinner time, she did NOTHING until myself and my husband got up from dinner and asked her to - otherwise she would have been in the corner all night. Guests were asking who "the girl in the corner with the sneakers and sweater" was as she was not dressed very professionally. At one point, our coordinator disappeared for HOURS! My mom was the one who had to let the caterers know the cake cutting was happening, and I gave the thumbs up to the DJ. My mom unfortunately had to take over the majority of coordinating throughout the day, which was a service that came out of her pocket. At the very end of the night, I noticed our coordinator rolling her eyes as she helped clean up the last couple of decorations off the table (my family cleared the rest). I came back the next day to some rolled up table runners (really the only thing she had to help clear off the tables) which STUNK because she rolled some leftover food up inside the runners. When we laid out all our concerns post-wedding, the response we received from EP included a lot of finger pointing to other vendors and zero accountability. We then spoke to all of the vendors and the clear consensus was that the things that went wrong were because of a LACK OF COORDINATION. Our very large wedding was not the place for an inexperienced coordinator with no assistant. I was extremely disappointed on the day of my wedding and even further disappointed in EP's lack of desire to rectify their wrongdoings. We have sent multiple emails, and after saying they would meet with us, we have not received a response to make that happen.

First, let me start by saying that I had an amazing wedding day. However, I felt like the planning process was more stressful and time consuming than needed. At first, we thought we would have Karen, who gave us the venue tour, but got Ashton instead - we chose this company because they have venue perks (Cedar Creek Ranch) you can't get with other planning companies. Throughout the process, Ashton was bit aloof and repetitive when asking questions about our wants. At times I didn't feel heard because we could state our preferences, then she could offer alternatives..after we had already made a decision. She also gets a bit chatty and off-topic, so meetings tend to take longer than they should because she's reminiscing about other couples' weddings and what they did. I do think Ashton enjoys what she does, but really enjoys attending weddings. She would make statements like: "oh I love live bands... your menu/desserts look so good" and after: "I had a great time!" as if her day of experience mattered like a wedding guests'. Meanwhile, we had to stay on top of her to get things done that she said she would do (but doesn't write down or seem to remember). I never truly felt "safe" in the planning process, as if things were taken care of. The kicker is that Ashton told my mother the night of my wedding that there was no leftover alcohol --that we purchased to comfortably serve all of our guests-- to be packaged and go home "most couples purchase 2-3x more than they did", when in fact there was about $200 left according to the bartenders. After pestering Ashton for 3 days and having to ask about the remaining alcohol --again, it was not offered up-- we got about half of it back and the rest is nowhere to be found--she suggests that our guests or wedding party took it. I would not recommend her to other couples.
