Oh my god where to start with Eva, she was so amazing from the start. During the tasting i felt that she was the sweetest vendor, such a humble gal. The cake tasting alone was delicious, but my wedding, my goodness. The desserts looked like from a magazine, everyone kept talking about how refreshing the cake flavors we picked were, how the cheesecakes were so cute and darling. Honestly cannot recommend her enough, she took my vision and made it come to life.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Eva at Elizabeth Oliver Baking. From the tasting, where we received an ample array of cake combinations to the gorgeous finished product, our experience was top notch. Aside from the delicious double flavor wedding cake, we also ordered Eva's chocolate chip cookies as our guest favors and they were a huge hit. This was truly our best vendor choice and I will continue to work with Elizabeth Oliver Baking for any future dessert needs.

Ava made the most beautiful cake for our wedding and it tasted delicious!! She was accommodating and very nice to work with.

Yum! Yum! Yum! What a delicious set of cakes! We had gotten a lemon, strawberry with real strawberries, and a poppyseed cake. We couldn’t decide on what type of cake so we went with a few. Everyone raved about them and wanted to try a few of them as well. Elizabeth was so helpful with my vision as well. She made fondant stamps with my wax seals for the cupcakes and then put designs of my dress onto the cake. It just turned out beautiful!

We had a destination wedding in San Diego, California. From the start Eva responded to all our questions and concerns. We flew in to do a cake testing( which i recommend 1000%) We tried different combinations of flavors and icing. We ended up choosing the snickerdoodle cake with hazelnut icing. Afterwards, I sent inspo pictures and she did such an AMAZING job recreating it the day of the wedding. We upgraded to have gold flakes in our cake and it made the cake beautiful! Everyone loved it! It was so easy and convenient to work with Eva, she does such an amazing job!

Eva helped us provide some amazing diverse deserts at a great price point for our wedding. We had lemon tarts, churros, mocha cupcake (delicious) and tres leches cake. We were really impressed that she was able to execute all of these very well even though they are quite far from one another in terms of technique and culture. It was quite a treat to be able to have a desert tasting before the wedding.

LOVE!! Highly recommend! Absolutely magical!! Who knew picking a wedding cake, with such a simple design, would be so fun and turn out so elegant?! We were looking for something classic with a twist of chic and the cake was perfect!! The tasting was so fun and she guided us through the whole thing, finding ways to accomodate many different requests for flavor and style. We also got SO much!! Planned for about 80 but the cake was big enough to feed twice that, with the low price. Truly - the least stressful, most streamlined, fun part of planning was working with Elizabeth Oliver Baking!!

Eva is kind, attentive, and so incredibly talented! She was so patient with me and my husband as we narrowed down our cake flavors and came up with the perfect design for our wedding cake. From our tasting, to the day we picked up our cake, she was so sweet and responsive. I can’t wait for her to bake for all of our big life events. You will be so happy to have her be a part of your special occasion!

I cannot recommend Elizabeth Oliver Baking enough! We booked EOB for our wedding. Eva made it so easy to schedule a tasting and made sure to give us flavors we would like, as well as our guests. She was super reasonable and her cake looked exactly how we wanted it to look! She was on time and made finding a cake vendor the smoothest process. HIGHLY recommend her for any events and will definitely use her in the future.

Getting my 6 inch cake and a few other mini desserts from Elizabeth Oliver Baking was amazing! The desserts were gone in SECONDS and I'm so glad our coordinator saved us a sampler plate before putting everything out. The fruit tarts, brownies, cookies, and coconut vanilla cake, SO YUM!

If you're looking for a baker with good customer service, I would look elsewhere. I was expecting the cake to be the best part of my wedding day after she provided a bunch of actually good tasting samples for the cake tasting. Naturally I was excited. Seems that of all the vendors hired for my wedding, the baker was the only one who had the "incorrect" date. Things happen, I can almost look past that. What I can't look past is the fact she knew that she rushed a cake to my wedding day, which you could tell was quickly cooked and burnt on the outside, but missing part of what we had already paid for, and DID NOT reach out about anything. Again, we're specifically talking about customer service. She may have gleefully kept our money had we not reached out to her 8 days after the wedding day. I would NOT recommend doing business with this "company". She may make tasty treats(I wouldn't know because the stuff delivered on my wedding day weren't nearly as good as her samples), but that doesn't mean everyone should run a business.

Eva was wonderful to work with, offers a variety of delicious cakes, and they look beautiful! She made my wedding cake and it was perfect!

The cake tasted different than it did for our taste testing but our guests loved all the desserts! The tarts were amazing, all of the donuts were gone before the wedding ended and I had guests ask to take the mini pies home after. I will use her again to make my desserts for future parties.

We partnered with Elizabeth Oliver Baking for our wedding and Eva was very easy to communicate with via email and the desserts came out amazing! We ordered a small single tiered cake, macaroons, and allergen free cookies for our wedding of 80 guests and all of the desserts were a hit! So delicious! We would totally recommend Eva for any event or desserts needs! Thanks so much!

Eva made our all of our deserts for our wedding in January (a 3-tiered cake and macarons!) and everything was FANTASTIC! We had some cake left over from the wedding, and continued to eat it the week after the wedding because it was SO GOOD. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. We did a cake tasting with her as well, and got to try 5 different flavors, all of which were absolutely delicious. Her cakes are as beautiful as they are tasty, and the macarons were fantastic as well. Eva is also super easy to work with and very sweet, and we cannot recommend her enough!

We worked with Elizabeth Oliver Baking for our destination wedding and could not be happier!! From the start she was responsive, professional and came up with some wonderful flavor matches. I am not much for cake but LOVE brownies. We requested brownie cupcakes with tropical flavored frosting and Elizabeth Oliver Banking did a fabulous job. Eva was fantastic to work with and her cake was incredible. We didn't have our heart set on any flavors for our wedding cake so during our tasting she made us several creative options that were all so delicious it was so hard for us to decide. Eva also made our sugar cookie favors which were a hit. The cake and the cookies were delicious and absolutely gorgeous. Eva is everything you want in a baker and made the process incredibly easy. You will not regret booking her for your wedding dessert needs!

I'm so thankful that we found Eva and that she was able to accommodate us with only a couple months to go before our wedding. She made the whole process seamless and the end result was fantastic and affordable! Our cake was exactly what I envisioned; beautiful and delicious. One of our tiers was carrot cake and I had multiple guests tell me it was the best carrot cake they had ever had.

We booked Elizabeth Oliver Baking to make our wedding cake about 2 weeks before our wedding after our original cake person fell through, and Eva was a lifesaver! She made us a GORGEOUS 3 tier cake plus a sheet cake with a bunch of yummy flavors (peanut butter/banana, lemon, snickerdoodle, vanilla/berry). Her cakes are very tall and look great in photos. I looked into a bunch of different places for desserts for my wedding and I am so happy I decided to go with Elizabeth! I struggled to find somewhere that could do the mini desserts I wanted along with a beautiful wedding cake. My personal favorite is cheesecake and my husband's is tiramisu. Elizabeth worked well with me to make minis of both of those along with cream puffs and the most beautiful, delicious wedding cake to go along with it. All of the desserts were absolutely stunning and delicious. Do not hesitate to book Elizabeth Oliver Baking!!

Genuinely so impressed with Eva and her cake baking services throughout our entire wedding planning process. From the initial cake tasting meeting, Eva was really able to customize the cakes for us based on flavors my husband and I enjoy on regular desserts. From there, she came up with some options that really suited us based on our personal taste. We chose 3 flavors (one per tier) a delicious lemon buttercream cake with fresh berries, white almond cake w/buttercream, and a carrot cake w/buttercream. The cake tasted exactly as it did during our tasting if not better—moist yet very light, and not too sweet! Decorated the cake beautifully too based on my inspiration photo that I showed her. She did a fabulous job, must hire in my opinion!

Eva was great to work with. We were uncertain as to the number of guests we would have and she was very patient with us being somewhat indecisive about what we wanted. In the end, we decided on three different cake flavors. They were all delicious! Also, she did a wonderful job of decorating with the flowers and cake topper we had. We were concerned about not having enough cake, but in the end, we had a LOT of leftover cake! It's not in the freezer to enjoy later. In our opinion, she is also very reasonably priced, including delivery. We are very happy to have chosen Elizabeth Oliver Baking for our daughter's wedding!

Do not hesitate to book Elizabeth Oliver Baking! We had a whole idea of a desert table and everything type of desert we wanted came to life for our special day! Everything was DELICIOUS, and Eva was great to work with. 10/10!!

Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with she answered all of our questions and also suggested other desserts for guest. Most importantly the presentation and taste were on point!!! Her prices are reasonable and I would definitely order another cake from her in future.

Eva was phenomenal. we found Eva Aaron's the beginning of the pandemic after the cake bake we planned to hire back out (thank goodness). Eva found a way to do tastings and even dropped it at our house. We initially planned for a 100 person cake which quickly changed with covid issues. Eva was so mindful, helpful, and flexible when it came to meeting our cake requests. She is willing to take on unique designs but is sure to focus on the integrity of the taste. and the taste, WOW we did a two tier cake, carrot w cream cheese second tier (my fav) coconut cake with cream cheese and fresh strawberry filling. Eva's cakes are moist and delicious. we even picked up our cake for serving on Saturday evening and it held well. HIRE her! her prices are affordable and soo soo worth it.

This is a great vendor to work with, she was very flexible during the entire process. Elizabeth Oiver baking, wanted to make sure we had our dream cake for our wedding. Tastings were so beyond amazing that we ordered extra cake and cupcakes we wanted all the flavors. Chocolate with chocolate ganache- amazing- chocolate lovers. I would leave out the buttercream but makes for an eye catching cake. Vanilla and chocolate- so good Red velvet cream cheese filling- too die for Chocolate with peanut butter- beyond amazing.

Eva made an AMAZING cake for our special occasion! I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted initially, so I sent some ideas to her and she helped me think through what I wanted. After we decided, she asked me a variety of follow up questions I hadn't even thought of that really helped solidify the design I was looking for. Eva is SO detail oriented and the cake turned out exactly like I wanted! It was delicious too! I had multiple people tell me they don't normally like cake but they LOVED the one Eva made! On top of that, Eva was very responsive, helpful, and supportive throughout the whole process. She gave us personal attention and was so easy to work with. Eva made a beautiful 6-inch banana cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling and white buttercream and a variety of cookies (Smores, Double Chocolate with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Salted Caramel, Red Velvet, Honey Lavender Shortbread) for our wedding in May. She offers a great variety in cake flavors and gave us a ton of freedom to come up with creative cookie flavors that we loved. She did an amazing job hand painting our cake with cacti which was such a wonderful reminder of the cactus garden where my husband proposed. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions leading up to the big day. Our guests absolutely loved trying the different cookie flavors. I would recommend Eva to anyone!

We had such a great experience working with Elizabeth Oliver baking!! The options were seriously endless in terms of flavors, and the only limitation is your imagination! We went with a 1-tier banana cake with nutella buttercream for ourselves, and cupcakes for our guests! We were able to do 2 flavors of cupcakes, which were delicious (even in the days after!). I HIGHLY recommend working with Eva! She has such a talent for design, and really made the whole process incredibly easy. We did a tasting- so much fun- and Eva was able to help us with recommendations and suggestions, as we were trying to come up with creative combinations of flavors. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVA! Elizabeth Oliver Baking makes DELICIOUS cakes and cupcakes. I recommend her Earl Grey buttercream with the honey cake. It was a hit among all our guests!

Elizabeth Oliver Baking was absolutely fantastic! I can't have any dairy as I am lactose intolerant and Elizabeth came through so nicely and was able to make my wedding cake and desserts all dairy free. She was so understanding and listened to what I wanted. All my guests raved about the cake and cakepops. Wow! Elizabeth went above and beyond to make our day AMAZING! Elizabeth flew all the way up to Seattle, baked our 3 tiered cake and then drove it an hour to our venue!
