If you're looking for a baker with good customer service, I would look elsewhere. I was expecting the cake to be the best part of my wedding day after she provided a bunch of actually good tasting samples for the cake tasting. Naturally I was excited. Seems that of all the vendors hired for my wedding, the baker was the only one who had the "incorrect" date. Things happen, I can almost look past that. What I can't look past is the fact she knew that she rushed a cake to my wedding day, which you could tell was quickly cooked and burnt on the outside, but missing part of what we had already paid for, and DID NOT reach out about anything. Again, we're specifically talking about customer service. She may have gleefully kept our money had we not reached out to her 8 days after the wedding day.
I would NOT recommend doing business with this "company". She may make tasty treats(I wouldn't know because the stuff delivered on my wedding day weren't nearly as good as her samples), but that doesn't mean everyone should run a business.
