Our wedding was March 9, 2024, at the spectacular Mt. Washington Mill Dye House. From the moment we began working with Lauren and her team at Elle & Co., we knew we were in the best of hands. Another was when we surprised our bridal party with a dance floor champagne toast — a detail we forgot to tell her about, but she stepped in and magically made multiple bottles of champagne appear at a moments notice. Their meticulous attention to detail was beyond anything we could have imagined. If there were any issues, we never knew about them, which is a testament to their flawless coordination. I wish I could even begin to explain how amazing of an experience it was working with Jillian and the EED team. From our very first meeting, she really made my husband and I feel so comfortable and excited about the whole journey. We met with a handful of wedding planners, but she was the only one that sat down with us, heard our story and listened to what we wanted. She made everything so easy, helped me pick out every vendor and helped plan not only one wedding but two weddings for us (Indian and American). She answered every email in less than an hour and texted me back almost immediately every time. She was extremely hands on when it came to communicating with vendors. Which I think is one of the most daunting parts about the process. She reviewed and negotiated contracts for me and helped us score a deal on almost every single vendor we booked. She truly is an expert in the field when it comes to knowing what vendors to work with. We met up in person a handful of times where we went over timeline, what was still needed, and just talked about how we (my husband and I) were feeling. It was very important to us to be kept on track with our budget; She provided a budget tracker for us and communicated about the pricing for vendors along the way. Leading up to the wedding (month/week) she made sure we were on track with our timeline and had all the items. She even let me send items to her house, so she could bring them to the venue, and I didn’t have to worry about it. There were plenty of times the week of the wedding I called her in a panic or just to vent and she was always there and available to talk. (Above and beyond) She not only worked with me (The bride) but my extended family as well. My family still talks about how amazing Jillian and her team were. For both weddings Jillian and her team were incredible. They ensured that everything was in order and organized. She brought her life saving suitcase with all the goodies. Let me tell you it helped so much because my bridesmaids forgot a couple of important items and they had them available to us. When we did the ballroom reveal I cried tears of joy and still cry thinking of how amazing it was. She truly made my vision come to life! Both days went extremely smooth and were beautiful thanks to Jillian. We worked with Jillian for a little over a year and half, and I miss her so much. I still am in awe about how amazing her and the EED team is. I cannot recommend them enough!

The Elle & Co team was by far my favorite wedding vendor to work with. I did month of coordination and they were the biggest blessing the final month! They took over all vendor communication, planning, day of timeline and much more to allow me to enjoy the last month before my wedding. They allowed the day to run smoothly, handled all the chaos on the wedding day and kept me as calm as I could be. They truly were the best blessing the last month before my wedding.
