I have had the pleasure of having Lauren with Elle M Events be my wedding planner/ coordinator for my wedding this past month. It was the best decision I could have ever made. Her attention to detail, patience and professionalism is unmatched. She was there to answer all my questions and provided me compassion at my lowest moments. She truly is passionate about what she does and works hard to make your wedding dreams come true. I would not have had the wedding of my dreams if I didn’t have her with me every step of the way. I would not have changed anything about my wedding and I have her to thank for that. If you are looking for someone who is not only great at what they do but has a great heart please reach out. You will not regret it at all. I sure didn’t!

Lauren and Abigail were a dream team. Our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without them! Lauren was great at answering all my planning questions and always had great suggestions and vendor recs. Abigail stepping in for the last month and a half was such a relief. We felt totally confident she had everything covered. Her day of help was also a necessity! Highly recommend them for your wedding.

Abigail and Lauren were amazing to work with from start to finish. I saw the teamwork and effort they put in when I was in a friends wedding and I knew I had to snatch them up for mine. Even though they didn’t fully take over until 45 days out, Lauren still checked in on us to make sure we were on track and answer any questions we had. Their dedication and professionalism was beyond words and I highly recommend them if you are looking! We had absolutely no issues and they helped take so much off of my shoulders with wedding planning.

Abigail was the coordinator for our son’s wedding in Belmont NC. She was amazing! Punctual, courteous, professional, calming to those in wedding party and especially the bride! She had the schedule and stuck to it. I highly suggest Abigail. She was delightful!

Abigail and Lauren hit the ball out of the park with coordinating our wedding! Abigail was so wonderful to work with- she was a huge help with the rehearsal and made our wedding day run smoothly as well! When we arrived at the venue after set up I was truly blown away with how perfect everything looked. Abigail made sure everyone had the schedule and kept us all on track. We had the most wonderful wedding and Elle M Events made the day stress free and fun! They also stepped in and saved the day when the groom ripped his pants 30 minutes before the ceremony- they were prepared with an emergency sewing kit and pins!! Definitely recommend for wedding coordination!

Lauren from Elle M Events was nothing short of absolutely amazing. She was detail oriented and patient while we worked out all the little things and helped to make arrangements for our wedding day to go perfectly. She was accommodating and kind, and we felt so relieved knowing we had her to help us through every step of the process. We cannot recommend her enough!

Halle and I thought the service was great. Really putting the details in the best of your interest and making sure it’s to your standards or needs. We worked with Abigail and she was great. It was like communicating with a friend. We always felt like she totally attentive to our wedding and didn’t have many distractions pulling away from our event. I would recommend Elle M Events to any size party as we had roughly 200 people at our wedding.

We recently worked with the Elle M Events team at the wedding of Morgan and Tyler at Norfolk Hall. As a DJ/MC, coming in, parking and loading in can be hectic at times. This was also the case for Norfolk Hall on a Sunday when it was pretty busy in the area. Thankfully Abigail and team helped me out with a place to unload and park which is key in the timing of my day. They also were able to secure a table from the venue as well which made everything smooth sailing from there. We worked well off the timeline together and honestly we had a great overall wedding and it seemed like the guests had a great time as well. The Elle M Events team worked very hard and put together a very smooth "flip of the room" in an hours time to make sure the reception stayed on time. Nice job team!!! I was actually a DJ at this event Abigail and her staff did an amazing job. We had rain for ceremony while Abigail kept the bride relaxed waiting for the rain to pass. Her assistant kept guest relaxed as well. Very Organized and on top of everything without showing any stress. Making the night seamless.

Working with Abigail was a wonderful experience. She knew all the ins and outs of the wedding and was very helpful. Abigail is a wonderful wedding planner who pays close attention to detail. It was a breeze and she was always available for questions and responded very quickly!

These ladies are cool under pressure! The bride requested some last-minute switcheroo‘s with her flowers from the rehearsal dinner that they were repurposing at the reception, and without any questions asked, these ladies made it happen! If you want to relax and enjoy your day, give them a call!

Lauren Petervary, Lead Planner of Elle M Events, was the most organized day of planner we could have ever dreamed of, especially with all the changes that took place during our 10-10-20 wedding with COVID. Our daughters wedding turned out to be the most amazing day, thanks to all the time and effort Lauren put in behind the scenes! We are so grateful for all her assistance; from walking us through the Wedding Rehearsal Friday Night to our beautiful Wedding being organized to the smallest detail. Lauren is the best and my daughter and I would highly recommend her!

Lauren and Abigail were incredible from start to finish! They made the wedding planning process very easy by having excellent and affordable vendor recommendations. They were always available for questions and quick to solve problems as they arose (which were very few). They did an amazing job in coordinating and directing the show on our big day, making everything flow and stay on time. They both are extremely nice, prompt and well organized. They kept us well informed with our timeline and took care of all the communication with our vendors as our day approached, allowing us to relax weeks prior to the wedding. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend them to help your wedding be the most perfect day!

Lauren and Abigail were amazing to work with! From the very beginning they were providing guidance on narrowing down vendors (because there are SO many) by taking our desires into consideration and helping us make decisions from there. We had several conversations leading up to the wedding and then as it got closer and closer they were able to take over all coordination for the day of the event. Our day was seamless. Abigail and Lauren had everything nailed down and things went off without a hitch. It was a huge relief to know we had people we could trust handling the details of our wedding day. Lauren was a pleasure to work with and always a professional. All of my vendors specifically complimented how coordinated, kind, and professional she was. My band was my brother in law who plays weddings every weekend, and he said she was the best wedding planner he has ever worked with. She always made me feel at ease, and my wedding went off so smoothly and I have never once regretted hiring her. She was always calm and positive every time I spoke to her, even in the middle of the wedding, and always was one step ahead of me in planning so that she knew exactly how to make everything work. If there were any kinks, I was never made aware because she solved them and made sure my day stayed perfect, just like the dream I had imagined. She was so much fun to work with, so much so that I actually miss all the chaos of planning the wedding. But seriously, wedding planning is the most stressful thing I've ever done in my life and if I had to do it again, the very first thing I would do is hire Lauren. It was the best wedding decision I made.

Lauren was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is personable, organized, and has an eye for detail. My wedding or planning could not of gone as seamlessly without her. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions, big or small. She contacted all vendors and wedding party members with a schedule the week prior and make sure it was followed the day of. Her team ensured no detail was overlooked. Every one of my vendors and bridesmaids reached out to let me know how much they loved her. You could not pick a better person to work with for your wedding!

Lauren and her assistant did a fantastic job at our wedding. Everything from when the big day started to the end of the night ran smoothly and efficiently. Not once did I nor my bride worry about the timing of anything on our big day. We were even ahead of schedule and were able to squeeze in some extra photo time in some cool spots. She was very enthusiastic and fun to work with. I would highly recommend her services if your looking for a no stress wedding day as she and her team let us enjoy our big day and not worry about the timeline or vendors during the big day.

Lauren was amazing! We were the wedding photographers for Ellen & Jakes's big day, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. She made sure all of our questions were answered leading up to the wedding, and she sent us a detailed timeline that kept us on schedule (even ahead of schedule!) on the day of the wedding. Lauren was professional, organized, and extremely friendly and welcoming. We hope we get to work with her in the future!!!

I recently filmed a wedding where Lauren was the lead planner. She was awesome to work with. Before the wedding she made sure I had all the information I needed and provided us with a detailed timeline as well as a venue layout. Lauren was fantastic! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and usually at weddings I'm in, I feel like I have to work the weddings too since I have a background in events management. But, Lauren had it all covered - she sent us a thorough itinerary before the wedding, ran the rehearsal like a boss, and coordinated the ceremony-reception space flip so smoothly. Elle M Events is fantastic to work with. I can’t imagine anyone ever saying anything negative about the business owner, Lauren, personally or professionally. We chose to have Lauren take over a month out from our wedding date and were more than pleased with her patience with us, overall kind demeanor, and her professional input to help us answer any (even silly) questions we had through her years of experience in the industry. I have also never seen or had to function off of such a detailed, organized timeline before that had every 5 minutes planned out on it that Lauren helped us put together for the wedding day. She knows her stuff when it comes to making a timeline! She will also give a copy of this to all of your vendors and take over communication with them so they’re all on the same page for your wedding day. Lauren and her assistants made every transition between the many many events that occur during set up, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception seamless and smooth. They were also amazing at herding a bunch of adults that had enjoyed an open bar all night out of the reception hall for the grand exit, all while sticking to her timeline — I can’t imagine that being easy! Overall, if you’re looking for someone to make you feel prepared and organized instead of frazzled and stressed prior to your wedding, give Lauren a call. Lauren was wonderful to work with. We planned our wedding in about five months, so we had a difficult time finding some of the vendors, but Lauren had good connections and helped make everything come together perfectly. She also helped coordinate and plan my rehearsal dinner, which turned out wonderfully. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside, but due to rain, we had to come up with a backup plan. Lauren and the venue devised an absolutely perfect backup that did not seem like a plan B. Highly recommend working with Lauren!

Lauren is so sweet! The first time meeting her she made myself, my fiancé and mother feel so comfortable and at ease about wedding talk. Which was much needed! Lauren is AMAZING! So creative and so great at pulling everything together! Plus super friendly! We were able to work together on a styled shoot and all I did was provide stationery. Lauren is fantastic. At just about every step in our wedding planning process, she was detail-oriented, friendly, flexible in change, and accommodating. From the initial contact, we were able to get details easily. When it came time to book, all our questions related to locations, cost, vendors, and timing were answered quickly, accurately, and the answer was almost always what we wanted to hear. We were able to handle every detail over email/phone (mostly email, which was very super convenient in our 3 month planning window). Lauren was accommodating every step of the way, and made known her desire to help make everything work for us. Of all the logistical pieces of the wedding we had to deal with, Lauren was the most pleasant and helpful. We were able to setup and rehearse on location with her help. The wedding day itself could not have gone more perfectly. My wife and I are filled with nothing but positive memories from that day, and the process with Lauren (if you don't count the standard wedding stress everyone feels!!). We would recommend Lauren for any friend's wedding.

Lauren is great! She was very accommodating & a great resource before the wedding. The day before & day of the wedding went so smoothly because of her...I honestly can't imagine what it would have been like without her!
