I provided my medical records that showed I had lost about 8 pounds and they called me a liar that I lost 5 inch's off my bust, waist and hips with only a 8 pound weight loss. Elly's Formal Terri told me the dress could not be altered to fit me it was too big. It the photo's you will see what the dress should look like it fitted. I know I'm not the same size but see what my dress looked like. Then I found the dress had been discounted and they had a sample sale going on with discounts 20-60% off. I cried and just didn't want any dress from them. I ordered another dress of the SAME designer and style in the correct size. But not them them! Terri told me well see you just wanted to change styles...NO same style just not that shop. They were not good to me at all. Email, text over and over and they will only offer on the phone so no paper trail. The process is not what you think either was given the dress and said come out when you have it on. It's a ball gown and small buttons, no one would help me to put it on. Used the white clips in the "dressing room" which is a closet with a curtain that did not close and I could see people in the salon. Would have given my experience a zero if it was possible. Now I have a new dress never worn trying to sell for 80% off on line. Any my beautiful dress that I love from a never nice bouquet in NC. I would NEVER use them for anything.

Terri because she made sure that I could fit that dress by making an urgent alteration, and she also made sure to find a perfect alternative for my husband’s tux. She helped us in any way that she could and even though we had a problem with one of the tuxes we rented for one of the groomsmen, she was still very accommodating and amiable. We couldn’t have done this without her so thank you so much for helping us and being part of our wedding prep.

Elly's assured me that everything would be ready by 11am the next day! It was about $65 just to get my dress pressed but I needed it done! My wife had a fine top from BCBG and fine pants from Neiman Marcus that also needed to be pressed. They charged $5 for the top and $12 for the pants. The next day, as promised, our wedding clothes were perfect and wrinkle free! I definitely appreciated that quick service!
