We used the Embassy Suites as the hotel block for our wedding, so we did not utilize any of the event space at the hotel. However, our experience with booking rooms here was less than satisfying. We were informed that we couldn't create a room block until 6 months out from our date. At exactly 6 months, we reached back out, only to be told that we couldn't get as many rooms as we wanted because they were already full from another group. It is also disappointing that there is only one room type available to be booked under the block, this makes it difficult for families or people who may need different sleeping arrangements. Once on site, we did not have any complaints about the actual accommodations or the hotel amenities themselves. However, as the bride and groom we received nothing that made us feel special. We had to ask (and pay for) an upgraded room from the block, and there were no other efforts to make it different from a normal hotel stay.

Had my wedding reception here and the event went perfectly. The staff who helped out during was so great! Raquel and Devin worked so hard to make sure our event was perfect. Planning it? Terrible. If you’re trying to have a stress free wedding, might look somewhere else. I first booked and had to push back because of the pandemic - they were great and understanding. Trying to get the second event set up was a nightmare. I frequently emailed and got no response or very late responses. Weeks between responses. I tried hard to plan with no problems and it was road block after road block. They would not answer basic questions until put on the spot. I had meetings set up that went passed with no call or email explanation when missed. I frequently asked for my receipts and did not get them. Still waiting. Things that I had double checked were going to be there on our day, weren’t there when we began setting up and we had to convince them that we had planned and asked for them. (The dance floor, other tables) The hotel rooms were decent. - really Raquel (the person running the event the night of) and Devin (the bartender) made the night unbelievably great. Went above and beyond for us.
