Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Olathe

Madison and the crew at the Embassy Suites did an AMAZING job. As with every bride and groom, we wanted to offer our guests a high-quality experience while not breaking the bank. What was included in their offer, as well as the convenience of being able to go right upstairs to hotel rooms to take breaks as needed for some of our special needs guests, etc, made this a very attractive place to have our reception. They had an event in the ballroom before ours with just an hour to turn everything over, but you would have never known. Everything was perfect, just how we envisioned it to be, and Madison was prompt to respond to all of our emails and concerns. We are thrilled with the experience.

The Embassy Suites and their event manager, Katie, helped make my daughter's wedding a beautiful and memorable celebration beyond our dreams. Katie was professional and extremely experienced in wedding planning. She was always a step ahead of us and went above and beyond her role to make the weekend perfect. She had ideas and added details that we'd not even thought of. The Embassy Suites rooms were perfect for a day of preparation. A stylist and makeup artist set up in the morning, and the photographer took many getting ready shots in the early afternoon in our brightly lit suites. Katie brought us mimosas. The florist even commented on how nice it was to work at a venue that was so prepared and helpful. The event staff were all amazing. The dinner (BBQ buffet) was great, and we had many guests comment on how delicious the food was. The staff moved people through the food line efficiently, the bars never made people wait, and the cake was served beautifully. At the end, the staff nicely gathered our decorations and the gifts and had the space cleaned up in no time. I should also mention that the event happened during the pandemic, and Katie was proactive about securing approval from the city and the county health department. The Embassy Suites' large space made the event safe for our many guests. It was a magical weekend and we are very grateful to Katie and Hilton!

Our daughter's wedding reception at the Embassy Suites - Olathe could not have gone better. Everything was great - the food, the service, and the facility! Our guests raved about the dinner service staff and loved the food. Hotel staff was wonderful to work with both in planning the event and at the reception. They had several managers onsite during the reception to answer questions and meet any needs. They were most helpful and responsive to our questions and requests throughout. Guests who stayed at the hotel were very pleased with their rooms and thrilled with the "made to order" breakfasts. We are so glad we chose this venue for our special day!

Lynn was incredible to work with for our wedding! Planning a Kansas wedding from the East Coast has its challenges, but Lynn and her staff made it easy. We didn't have our reception at the hotel, but our guests enjoyed the rooms, breakfasts and J Bar for the after party. Can't recommend this hotel enough!
