We needed a lot of rooms, and she was always willing and able to add more rooms on to our block as quick as they filled up. She was even able to find a room and honor the room block discount for a guest a day before the wedding even though the block had long been closed!! They handed out my goody bags at the front desk with no problems. All of our guests raved about and loved the hotel. The delicious breakfast was just the icing on the cake!! Beautiful hotel. Highly recommend!!! Only negatives-the elevators were a little slow and the rooms could use a face lift!

super organized and had a ton of suggestions and advice that made our day even better. Plus the hotel has many relationships with other vendors and we were able to get our cake WAY cheaper by going through the hotel to add it on to our package. We were told by almost all of our 100 guests that it was THE BEST wedding they had ever been to because of the beautiful decorations, the delicious food, and the drink selection at our open bar!! With Katie's help, our day was stress free and literally the best day of our lives thus far! I highly recommend this as a reception, they have a gorgeous atrium area with a waterfall. The level of service and package inclusions let you stretch your dollars AND have the wedding of your dreams!

They contacted me before the wedding to find out if we were going to hand out welcome bags to the guests and if we wanted to have the hotel bar remain open late on the night of the wedding in case we wanted to have people come back and hang out after the event. They were very helpful and conveniently located, as there was a mall and several restaurants located directly across the street.
The rooms were amazing and very comfortable, and it was very easy to arrange for late checkout, which was complimentary. The rooms are big enough to share with either double queens or a king plus a pull out sofa. There are several mirrors which help for more than one person getting ready at the same time. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the one where the wedding party stays (which is what we used it for) as it was a little pricier than our other option. It was still very affordable for a stay for your wedding :)
They also offer a free hot breakfast (for everyone) and wifi (if you are a Hilton Honors member). Parking was also free. There is a little convenience store downstairs near the front desk with alcohol and last minute items you may need for the wedding (hairspray, etc.) I would definitely recommend!

any guest rooms.. They made us pay $50 to keep the bar open till 1am.... and come to find out 3 other couples also had to pay to "keep the bar open". We worked with Savitri Hufnagel, I even complained to Hilton Honors but they do not care. Unfortunately they are the only real good option in Hunt Valley... The hotel is beautiful inside.
