It's official - you're getting married!
Embassy Suites Old Town provided the perfect setting for our wedding celebration. Sonia is the reason I chose the venue and I'm so glad my decision was right - her support and guidance were invaluable throughout the entire process. Kevin was also incredibly supportive and responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. When Sonia was out for a month, her coverage Maddie was also exceptional to work with. Having our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in different spaces within the hotel made the logistics much smoother while creating distinct experiences for guests throughout the event. One of our guests even mentioned it was their favorite wedding they'd attended! For summer brides: pack bug spray if you plan photos by the fountain - beautiful pictures, but plan ahead!
Sonia was on top of everything during my wedding and the months leading up to it. I was able to communicate effectively through email and meet in person several times before the wedding.

The Garden Atrium offers an indoor ceremony location with an outdoor vibe. Make your entrance down a grand staircase into this airy, high-ceilinged court surrounded by lush greenery. Meanwhile, both of the hotel's well-appointed ballrooms can accommodate events large and small. The elegant Virginia Ballroom boasts a 16-foot ceiling and crystal chandeliers and can host 110 - 180 guests for a banquet and/or reception space. Within the more intimate Mason Room, lined with windows to let in the sunlight, you'll be able to accommodate up to 110 loved ones. Both spaces offer adjoining foyers, ideal for your cocktail hour.
