Ember & Stone Events

I am not even sure where to begin with this review. Meeting Niki and Sam from Ember & Stone was a blessing. After searching around with different planners out in Vegas, the second I talked to Niki I KNEW. Our wedding was PERFECT, there isn't one thing I would change. Being from Boston, I knew nothing about weddings in Las Vegas, I had a million questions and my vision changed 10 different times. Niki and her team were there with me for the ride, every call they were excited, and so when there were times I felt overwhelmed, when I talked to them that stress melted away. We ended up with 85 people traveling from the East Coast to Vegas, and seriously not one thing went wrong, EXCEPT the rain! The only day it rained in Vegas was on my wedding day, which forced us to switch ceremony locations day of. I will admit when you spend 2 years picturing your wedding one way, I was bummed, but trying not to panic. Within a couple hours E&S were able to secure a new location (which I ended up loving more than my original) and no one knew the difference. I can't imagine what it would have been like if I didn't have Niki and Sam. When we arrived everyone was in awe, every little detail was absolutely perfect. When we got to the reception at Mid Century Manor, I was even more blown away that my vision we had only spoke about had come alive. I couldn't have dreamed it up any more perfectly. Every last vendor she secured was more than perfect. Our photographer and videographer felt like our friends, the mobile bar was everything, the flowers and the details were incredible. My hair and makeup, I literally couldn't even handle how perfect it came out. The staff at Mid Century Manor was amazing, our bartenders were the BEST. When it decided to rain on us while dancing they stayed out there and kept the party going. The food was amazing, and lastly Niki was amazing. She stayed with us the entire time right until the end. Without E&S I would have never found these perfect vendors. Everyone single one of my guests commented on how amazing she was. We had the time of our lives, when we left Vegas to go home I was sad because E&S become part of life in a special way, and the thought of wedding planning being over and not being able to talk to them all the time was sad. They helped make my most important and biggest life event thus far be absolutely perfect. Though they will go on to make many more brides and grooms feel incredible, I will remember them for the rest of my life. Could not recommend more. -Ashley Taylor

If there is one piece of advice I could offer to you while you're planning your big day, it is working with Ember & Stone. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible work Niki and Sam put into making our wedding day absolutely magical. After securing all of our major vendors, my fiance and I found ourselves overwhelmed by all the smaller details and the challenge of crafting the perfect vibe for our special day. That's where Niki and Sam swooped in, bringing with them an unmatched level of dedication and creativity. From the moment we met them, it was evident that they poured their hearts and souls into every aspect of their work. Their genuine passion for what they do shined through in every interaction, and it was infectious. They didn't just see us as clients; they treated us like friends from the onset. One of the most reassuring aspects of working with Ember & Stone was their unwavering attention to detail and creative ideas that were brilliantly thought up on the spot at times! Niki's moodboard was an absolute lifesaver, which immediately gave us clarity and ease. And when it came to the big day itself, they were there every step of the way, ensuring that every last detail was executed flawlessly. Beyond their impeccable organizational skills and eye for design, it was their genuine care and support that made all the difference. Whether it was countless phone calls to hash out details or their reassuring presence on the day of the wedding, Niki and Sam went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Wow. Where do I begin? I spent a year and 5 months planning my dream destination Desert wedding with Niki, Sam and the rest of Ember and Stone Events. From our first call, I knew this was the team to execute the job. We were also instant friends and these were not only event planners, but people I could see myself hanging out with in real life! If only I lived in Vegas...For someone who was working with a specific budget and knew who I was but needed someone to take that info and help curate a vision and design...these girls were IT!!!! Not only design and vision but they also flawlessly helped me navigate the overwhelming task of finding and securing vendors in an area where I was unfamiliar. Anyone they recommended, I had peace of mind knowing they were reliable and high quality! They also communicated with them and made my life 100 times easier. I showed up the weekend of my wedding and did not lift a finger. They handled everything, even unexpected twists and turns (mother of the bride was in the hospital day of wedding!). They were my rocks and positivity. What resulted was the most beautiful celebration of love. When they reveled our reception to us, all I could do was cry. It was so beautiful and even better than any design board could depict. Niki also isn't afraid to push boundaries, take on unique ideas/projects and do anything to make your day feel authentic to you. Bottom line- I was blown away and so were all of my guests. They are still talking about it and will for years to come. Ember and Stone will always have a place in my heart! I recommend them to any future brides looking for the most unique and personable wedding planning team. There is no where they can't go and nothing they can't execute!

We were overall super happy with how our micro wedding turned out, and couldn't have done it without the help of Nicole and her team! Everything was gorgeous and they were super flexible with our special requests, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They took our vision and coordinated a beautiful day. The vendors they work with are all top-notch, and we were so impressed with all of them! The main reason I didn't give five stars is only because it felt like I had to be more on top of things than I expected to be when working with a full service planner -- it seemed like after sending the initial timeline I had to always be the one to push to make sure they sent stuff over, or remind multiple times to coordinate with the beauty team (like I ended up having to reach out to the MUA directly to book my trial because Ember and Stone didn't seem to remember to respond to emails about that). For example, they said they would send over the decor/vision board stuff 3 months prior to the wedding date; at 2 months before I realized I'd never gotten it and had to remind them to send it over. However, I do understand that our event was small and they had a couple of very large weddings (one of them out of the country) right around the same time so it might have just been they had a lot of other things going at the time. Our wedding day came out lovely though, and we were super happy with almost everything with their planning and day-of coordination. The only couple of things that didn't go great were pretty minor: after the ceremony when the snacks/charcuterie was served, there wasn't a table to put food out for the guests - the food was just placed on some chairs, and a lot of the chairs from the ceremony were put away by then so many guests didn't have anywhere to sit. The other thing was we did cinnamon rolls instead of a cake, and the amount of cinnamon rolls was such that a lot of our guests didn't get any. One would think that for the price of a wedding cake we could have gotten a lot more than like 7 cinnamon rolls. But everything looked great, and otherwise it went off without a hitch!

It was a breath of fresh air to be in contact with like minded people. I’m always told how organized I am, so having Sam and Niki to guide and help me thru wedding planning was amazing. Sam, you are a rockstar. My friends and family respected the hec out of you. You kept them in line. The day of the wedding was possible because of your leadership and detail orientation. Niki, your energy is contagious and I really appreciate hyping things up. I’ll miss ya girls!

Niki and Sam along with the entire E&S team were 100/100. As a corporate event planner myself I know all the little details that go into weddings, after meeting with a few teams this was the team I trusted most and could not be happier. The entire E&S team was quick to email back with any questions I had along with always offering to jump on a call to chat through items. They kept a tight planning agenda and made sure no planning milestones were missed. We had to change locations 3.5 weeks before the wedding and they made what could have been a horrible situation SO easy. The day of my wedding it was nice not to have to wonder about the details, or wonder if it would not be executed properly. I had full trust in Niki and Sam and they delivered an insane product. All my guests are still talking about how amazing the reception was and all the little details. I can’t imagine not using them. Also, being from out of state they had a great network of vendors to partner with. All my vendors were excited and had nothing but great things to say about the E&S team. Was super helpful to have people in Vegas that knew these other vendors and could truly recommend based off experience.

I truly do not have words to describe how grateful we were to have Niki & her team at Ember & Stone Events to help us with our wedding day. I did not even know where to begin with the planning process & Niki made it so easy from location to design & timeline. She does detailed research for you to find the perfect vendors for your day. It was seamless & took away all the stress. By the end of this process I felt like Niki & Lexi were my best girls. Not to mention the SUPPORT on the day of! I was a little stressed about the location & getting my guests & everything where it needed to be; Niki did not even seemed worried AT ALL she figured it all out in a blink & it was perfect. BEST PLANNER & GAL EVER. This team goes above & beyond for your perfect day. I truly would not change one thing about our day; it was a dream come true.

Sam White at Ember & Stone Events was instrumental in making our wedding day PERFECT. We had some, unfortunately, difficult venue coordinators, but Sam never faltered. She made sure to make us her top priority and it showed. We felt so relaxed throughout the wedding day, because we knew Sam had it handled. I couldn't be more thankful for Sam and everyone at Ember & Stone Events for bringing our dream wedding to fruition. These memories will live on forever. Thank you.

I truly wanted anything to do with my wedding to be stress free and Ember and Stone did that soo easily. Niki and Lexi were the main ones guiding me through. My work schedule can be pretty hectic but they were able to work with my through their portal and by sending me questionnaires. I love how they really took the time to get to know me and my husband first before we began to even pick vendors. There were various questionnaires for every vendor we chose including photographer, location, colors, cake, set up, music, officiant, hair and makeup, etc. Not only that, they also had a guide for vendors outside of what was including in my package including, transportation, wedding floral preservatives, music services, hotels, bar tending services, nail services, etc. If I ever had any questions either Niki or Lexi were always there to answer me. Day of my wedding was one of the easiest events ever. I worry about a lot of things especially things out of my control but I didn't have to with Ember and Stone by my side. I truly don't think I could've asked for a better wedding coordinator. Niki was everything and more!

I do not want to write this review, but if I can save just one other bride from the horrible experience I had on my wedding day, it's worth it. This team is not a good option for a 100+ guest wedding. It was bad enough that many of my guests commented on how poorly organized things were. Several of my vendors also complained about the disorganization. For the month of my wedding, they had other weddings and events almost every day. They were disorganized, scattered, and unfocused. I had to not only be on top of things for my wedding, but I also had to be on top of them. I had to review all of their work as it was often full of errors. I had to always keep track of my questions and items that were outstanding because they would often not reply or forget about them. I found no less than 4 mistakes on the timeline they sent me for the wedding day at different times. The last mistake I found was a few days before the wedding. The hair timeline was completely different than what was sent by the person doing hair, and they had one of my bridesmaids scheduled for hair who wasn’t getting it done. It was up to me to catch all of these mistakes. Two days before I left for the wedding, they realized we had no napkins for the wedding reception, so no napkins at dinner. Everything was so last minute. I paid for a 6-month partial planning service. I assumed that this meant we would start planning my wedding 6 months before the wedding date. When I had my call with them at the beginning of their 6-month service, they told me that they were not yet planning fall weddings and would get back to me once they finished their summer weddings. I had to wait another 2 months before they were ready for me. This is when I first received my mood board.  The final mood board I was supposed to have before the wedding was never sent to me by Niki. I assume she was just too busy and burnt out from other events. It’s really disappointing because a huge mistake was made with my welcome table, which could have been avoided. When corresponding with Ember and Stone via email, it always felt as if communicating with me was something on their list that they needed to check off. Their responses are short, uninspired, and largely unhelpful.  Their communication with our vendors was also very bad. In one incident, I asked Sam several times whether we could use different chairs for one of the fire pits. She repeatedly told me that the venue said I couldn't. The response seemed weird to me so I reached out to the venue directly. They told me of course, there were 40 chairs at the venue I could use. I wanted these additional chairs added around the main fire pit at our welcome party so we could fit as many people as possible. I communicated this. It wasn’t done. We had to rearrange everything ourselves.  The communication between Sam and Niki is very bad. I was constantly trying to keep them on track. Niki was completely clueless as to different aspects of our wedding because Sam wasn’t there on our wedding day and Sam ran our rehearsal and final timeline call. Niki was too busy with other clients.  On 2 different occasions, Ember and Stone sent me an invoice for our rental company with an incorrect amount of rentals on it. I had to catch these mistakes. For the reception, there were places set for people that I told Ember and Stone weren’t coming, so some of my guests had empty seats next to them. During the wedding rehearsal, we went over how my husband’s brother would be the ring bearer. However, on the actual day, Niki never made sure he had the ring. My husband specifically told Niki to make sure the ring was given to his brother, but at our ceremony, when it was time to exchange rings, my husband’s brother didn’t have it. In fact, his brother announced during the ceremony that Niki never gave the ring to him. I wanted to have people sage themselves before they walked into the ceremony area. I talked about this with Niki several times and told her how important this was to me. It was going to be one of my favorite parts of the wedding. I even had a specific welcome sign made for it which instructed guests to sage themselves before they walked into the ceremony area. However, Niki failed to put a lighter out by the sage; so there was a sage bundle and a sign telling people to sage themselves, but there was no way to light the sage. I made sure to give Ember and Stone a bag with a lighter in it and they still didn’t put it out. My friends were trying to be good sports and were saging themselves with unlit sage bundles. It was so embarrassing. We had different wine and beer for Saturday night than we did for Friday night but the Saturday night wine wasn’t put out so our bar sign didn’t match the alcohol we were serving.  I had light-up plastic cups for the after-party that were never used or taken out of the box.  I had to spend 30 minutes at my welcome party looking for simple syrup for our cocktails because Sam told me they couldn’t find it. It was in the exact spot I told them it was, just in a box that they didn’t bother to open. The same thing happened Saturday night. They told me we didn’t have any tequila and they ended up having to order more. It was again, in a box that they didn’t open. When we were doing my rentals, I asked Ember and Stone if I needed heat lamps. My wedding was the end of October and I knew it would be cold at night. They told me they would keep an eye on the weather and let me know if I needed it. Well, it was completely freezing during dinner and my guests were very uncomfortable. We only had 4 heat lamps from the venue to use between 16 tables. None of these heat lamps were set up for dinner. I had to ask for them in the middle of the dinner service. My guests were freezing.  Because Sam did our dress rehearsal and Niki coordinated our actual wedding, the way the chairs and seating was set up was totally different on our wedding day than how we rehearsed it. On my wedding day, there weren’t enough chairs for the wedding party. SEATS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SAVED FOR MY BRIDAL PARTY FOR THE CEREMONY WEREN'T SAVED. MY PARENTS DID NOT HAVE A SEAT SAVED FOR CEREMONY. IT WAS HORRIBLE. NIKI HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON. Niki also had the wedding party switch sides because of the wind but didn’t tell anyone, so our bridal party had to scramble to change sides. Even with my numerous timeline corrections, the timeline for my wedding was completely messed up and there was not enough time to get the photos I wanted with certain family members before the ceremony. We were rushed to get things done. Our ceremony started 20 minutes late and I still didn’t get the pictures I wanted. Again, Niki and her team didn’t bother to take the time to make sure the timeline aligned with what we wanted. Niki also messed up our grand entrance and first dance even though I told her several times how I wanted it to go.  I feel humiliated. It felt like everything was thrown together and done without much thought, care, or consideration. There was no attention to detail and no initiative. I knew there would be mistakes but I really wasn’t anticipating so many. It put a major damper on my wedding day.  The amount of things that went wrong was a topic of conversation amongst my guests. Having people come up to me on my wedding day and say how sorry they felt for me was horrible. This team is burnt out and cannot handle their client load. They’re stressed, overextended, overwhelmed, and sloppy. Unless you’re having an elopement, I would avoid at all costs. They cannot handle larger weddings. 

If you’re thinking about using another company.. don’t. Nicole and the Ember and Stone team are absolutely amazing and brought all of our dreams to life! You will not find a better planner to handle your day. Since our very first phone call with Nicole we felt as if we had known her for 10 years already. Her personality makes the experience even more enjoyable and all of our guests are still talking about how amazing and fun she was at our elopement! Seriously guys.. I looked at all the other elopement companies in Vegas as well. Do yourself a favor and let Ember and Stone handle your day. It will feel like more than an elopement. The day was truly magical and I can’t give this amazing team enough credit.💗

Ashley and Sam, part of the Ember and Stone Events crew, were amazing too. Teamwork makes the dream work, and they were all in sync. In short, Ember and Stone Events took our wedding and made it a masterpiece. From the first ember of an idea to the stunning final result, they're the real deal. Booked our vegas wedding with Nicole well in advance. We are from the UK so we wanted a little help and someone to help us make it extra special. Nicole and her team didn’t disappoint. The whole day was perfect and made it really Lovely for us. Wish we could do it all again.

The best of the best. Niki is upbeat and can work in pure chaos if needed. Acts like nothing is a problem! Good vibes to have! Sam helped keep us all in line and on task! Lol. Their team is amazing and couldn’t have done it without them!

My husband and I couldn’t be more impressed with Ember & Stone Events. It poured down rain on our wedding day and we had to do a venue change. Niki was notified of the change last minute and went out of her way to make sure our day was still absolutely perfect and was able to find us a beautiful alternate location. She is the ultimate hype girl! She made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. Everything about this experience was 5 star and there is no one else who could’ve made this such a special day for us!

I can not say enough good things about Niki and her team! Whenever we decided that a destination wedding was more of our vibe than a traditional wedding, I quickly became overwhelmed. I did not even know where to start. I actually found Niki on TikTok one day and thought “Wow! I want my day to look like this!” From our very first phone call, I knew that our day was in good hands if we handed things over to Niki. I was right! The whole wedding planning process was never once stressful for us. Niki made it a dream! We were involved in picking all of the elements that went into our day, but didn’t have to stress about putting everything together. On our big day, it was so fun to see everything put perfectly together. It was better than I ever could have imagined! I will be singing Niki’s praises and recommending her to literally everyone I know for the rest of my life because she is literally just that good! We could never thank her enough for making our dream day a reality!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Niki and her team. When I found Ember and Stone Events on instagram I knew I had to hire them for our micro wedding and messaged her right away. She responded so quickly, and instantly made me feel like I made the right choice. Being from Canada, I was so nervous booking a planner in another country, but right from the start, Niki and her team were so accommodating, answered all of my questions in a timely manor and were extremely helpful in all aspects. I absolutely loved all the questionnaire’s they sent over to get to know you better and to get a better understanding of your vision. They were so much fun to fill out! Niki also sent along a very detailed list of her vendors and recommendations which were so helpful as well and saved us so much time searching! Her and her team handled all the permits we needed, hired the officiant, organized our hairstylists, photographer and videographer for the day of which was such a weight off our shoulders, and allowed us to really enjoy the planning process. All we had to do was get ourselves to Las Vegas and show up to the venue on the day of the wedding. I gotta say the decor planning was my favourite part of the whole process! I sent over some reference photos and described what I was looking for in one of the questionnaires provided and a few days later Niki had put together a whole mood/vision board which was so cool to finally see your vision come to life. It was perfect and better than I expected! Once the wedding day arrived, Niki and her team handled everything. Any problem we came across she had a solution for, any question we had she had an answer. I would 1000% recommend Ember & Stone Events to anyone and everyone. I honestly could not imagine my wedding day without Niki! It was absolutely perfect. All of our guests that attended, had nothing but great things to say about our wedding too! Everyone from back home couldn’t believe how fun and stunning everything looked. Ember and Stone Events is run by badass women that treat you like one of their besties! From the moment we first had our initial phone call with you we knew you would be the person to create our dream day and damn was we right! You created all we could wish for and more. You are truly so so amazing at what you do and are such a beautiful happy person to be around! My wedding would not have happened without Ember & Stone.... truly. I came to Sam & Niki with a bundle of random ideas thrown into an e-mail that they turned into the BEST party/wedding/event/family reunion/dance ever. It's hard for me to even try to sum up my experience into a review but I will try. Sam & Niki truly became me and my husband's friends. We looked forward to video chats with them because it was like chatting with your best friend and catching up. When I was skeptical, they would reassure me. When I was annoying with questions, they would make me feel less crazy, When I needed their advice, I would get theirs in under 30 minutes. There was never an e-mail not replied to by them in the 1+ year we worked together. I always felt like the center of their work and that my wedding was the one and only they were working on. On the wedding day, I finally relaxed for the first time once they were there because I knew I was safe. I was so anxious about everything going right and they just sat in my hotel room with me until I was calm. Who knew that was apart of the wedding planner duties!? It's not - but they always give extra love to everyone. Even my family was obsessed them. If you are having a wedding ANYWHERE, not just Las Vegas, hire Ember & Stone with confidence. They will make your wildest dreams come true and more.

Ember & Stone Events quite literally made our wedding day PERFECT! She was recommended to me by my BFF, who was planning her wedding when I got engaged, and she had nothing but amazing things to say about working with Niki & Sam… & now I have nothing but good things to say too! I live and got married in CA, and even though there was some distance between myself and Niki, you could never tell! She and Sam came out to see my venue, and from that point on were so helpful in the planning process. Although you know they are BUSY, you never feel as though you aren’t a priority. It was great that you can always schedule a call with them through Calendly, so it’s easy to get on the books to talk to them when you’re drowning in wedding planning stress! When it came to design, Niki is a genius! Her mood board skills are seriously next level and she made my black and white dream wedding come to life. We changed our minds a whole lot when it came to wedding design, and Niki rolled with all of the punches. If she was ever frustrated with us you’d never know it! She was always positive, and focused on what we wanted our day to be! You seriously couldn’t ask for more! Now, when it came to the wedding day… WOW! I never knew how much I needed them. They handled everything. All of it. I got to enjoy spending my morning/afternoon with my girls and never felt not one bit of stress. If anything ever went wrong, I still have no idea it happened. My timeline was so smooth and perfect because of Niki & Sam. They communicated with all of my vendors and ensured everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. Also, Niki was SO helpful with photos. Our photographers were amazing but aren’t solely wedding photographers so don’t have all of the experience with suggesting poses or movements etc. & Niki was there the entire time telling us what to do - it was exactly what I needed! During the reception, they were always keeping an eye on me and my husband, and I swear as soon as I took the last sip of my drink, they were there with a new one. I truly felt so taken care of that day! They did all of the set up, and take down, and I just got to enjoy the entire magical day… SUCH A DREAM! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I promise, it’s worth every cent (Ember and Stone Events specifically!) I have heard so many stories of wedding day stress, and all of the things that went wrong, and I am confident it is because of them that I don’t have any of these stories to share. My wedding day was absolutely gorgeous and perfect, and I couldn’t recommended Niki & her team more highly. I wish we could do it all over again, not only because it was the best day ever, but because we also already miss Niki & Sam so much! They are a MUST for your wedding day.

My husband and I had the most beautiful day we could have ever imagined and we could NOT have done it without Ember & Stone (Niki, Sam, & Kenna!). No request or question was "stupid" and the sky was the limit with them - every detail was thought-out and planned perfectly! They are also the best wedding day hype team!! Our actual day was literally perfect - nothing "went wrong" and they were wholly present the entire day. Our friends and family couldn't stop talking about how smoothly everything ran, how friendly & attentive E&S were, and how beautiful & unique our wedding was. If you have the opportunity to work with Ember & Stone, for any event, you won't regret it and you HAVE to book them! Nikki, Sam, and their team are real life fairy godmothers. I am pretty type A/detail oriented/a bit of a control freak - but I did my best to let go and let the experts do their thing, and I'm glad I did :) These women know what they're doing, and had every detail and moment planned. There is no way my husband and I could have pulled off our wedding (which we got tons of compliments on) without them. No request was silly or crazy - they did everything they could to say "YES!" to any idea we had. Sam led the charge on our wedding day and deserves so many kudos for being so calm and kind while she was probably being pulled in 100 different directions. Nicole Day and her team at Ember and Stone Events made my wedding an unforgettable event that will forever live in our memories as the best day ever! We didn't know where to begin with planning our wedding and Niki was there every step of the way to answer every single question we had. She helped us with the date, venue, and all the little things in between. It didn't matter how small the detail was, Niki always had advice and suggestions. She provided an unlimited amount of support that truly allowed us to enjoy the months leading up to our wedding without being stressed. She gets your style, she learns about your personality, and gets a feel for what you both want. In spite of some of our indecisiveness with style or ideas, her team was able to get us to where we want to be. The real magic is truly the day of. Before I knew it, Niki handled potential problems and effortlessly moved us from photos to cocktails to our entrance and more without breaking a sweat. Her presence that day was so comforting and made us feel like the most special people. It's personalized and she was truly there for us. The decision to hire a wedding planner was harrowing, but Niki customizes each and every plan and package to her couples. This was a feature that made me feel like we would get exactly what we wanted on our wedding day- even if we didn't know what we wanted during the planning process! Hiring a planner to help us from beginning to end was a great decision, but hiring Niki to be a part of the best day of our lives was the BEST decision we made.

Niki and her team nailed every part of our wedding, but I really want to highlight her brilliant artistic talent as a designer. Niki is someone you can trust to keep everything organized AND to guide the style and aesthetic mood of your wedding to reflect you and your partner in a way that is better than you could dream of. Working with Niki and team is FUN, they are professional heavy hitters in their connections and communications with vendors, and they don’t miss a single detail in their planning process. My goal for my wedding day was to make sure I could be mentally and emotionally present to enjoy and experience the event instead of work it, and Niki and her amazing team made that happen. Niki and Sam really did become our best friends in the planning process, and then they felt like family during the wedding weekend as they worked tirelessly to execute everything flawlessly.

We got married in the desert outside of Las Vegas in October 2022. We recently had our wedding with Ember & Stone as our Planner. Being all the way from Miami and having a wedding in Vegas was a little scary, but Nicole and her whole crew made sure we were informed of anything and everything and ensured we never stressed it. They kept us updated with any changes and made sure all of our questions were always answered within a decent time. come our wedding day we were left breathless. Niki and the whole Ember & Stone are literally the best! I have no idea what I would have done without them when planning our micro wedding! Our wedding had been postponed twice due to the pandemic and after the ups and downs I was unsure if I wanted to plan a wedding all on my own! Even though I was in a different state from where the wedding was occurring I never felt out of loop. This was proven when the day before the wedding Niki, Sam and the rest of the team worked last minute to find a second venue due to weather. Ember and Stone Events are the best in the wedding planning business. Honestly, I wish I had more friends getting married, so I could convince them all to hire Niki and her team. I’ve already convinced one other friend! Going into wedding planning, I knew I needed some help and thank you to Instagram and the algorithm, I found Niki and her team. It was fate. Scrolling on her page, I knew that’s what I wanted and she honestly seemed like she genuinely cares about the couples she works with. After basically being BFFs w Niki and Sam for the past year while planning my wedding, I can confidently say they are the freaking best ever and care sooooo much. I booked them for Full Service Wedding Planning and Design. It was worth every penny and then some. We changed our vision for our wedding at least two times and Niki and Sam didn’t even hesitate and went along. When stuff didn’t go the way they should or needed to be problem solved, they would handle it. They are incredibly professional, well respected in the wedding industry in Vegas, and srsly know what they are doing. Our wedding was in a greenhouse in a cactus nursery. There was no power, nothing. Yet I wanted a magical, whimsical, romantic, and fun wedding. I thought I knew what I wanted and what they made happen was BEYOND my dreams. It was honestly the best day of my life. It was beautiful, romantic, and so much fun. People often say how stressful planning is, and yeah, it is. BUT Niki and Sam made it so much easier. You having a little panic? They’re available to chat it out and come up with back up plans. They were great throughout the whole experience, but they really really shined on the wedding day. They were my BFFs/Fairy Wedding Godmothers all day long. They made sure we were on time, we looked good, and had everything we needed for our special day. Need a Bobby pin to fix your hair? Niki got you. You forget to drink water? Sam got you. Family hogging your time? They will be your diversion. So many guests came up to me to tell me what badasses Ember and Stone Event were and they are not wrong. Now that it is over, I’m sad that they won’t be a fixture in my day to day anymore bc they really do become your friends. They go through this entire process with you. And not going to lie, I cried at the end of the night hugging them because everything was perfect. They made the wedding of my dreams and then some and took care of everything so I could just be present and in the moment. Book them now. Do it. You will not regret it! Promise.

Nicole and her team truly made our dream day come true! DREAM TEAM has never been a more appropriate term. Nicole's passion and dedication to wedding planning can be seen in every single step - from the first call with her through post-wedding, she is truly so excited and happy to be a part of the process. Her excitement made US even more excited! She feels like she is your best friend from the first phone call. The way she breaks everything down - from flowers to cake to photography etc - makes the entire process less overwhelming, and actually fun to plan! With so many vendors and options to choose from, it's hard to know where to start. Nicole's process took all of these challenges away. You can start to see your vision come to life almost immediately. No ideas are bad ideas with her, and we felt comfortable coming to her with any ideas! Our feedback was 100% considered. Nicole was ON IT the entire day as well. After forgetting all of our bouquets at the hotel, Nicole didn't miss a beat and said "Don't even worry! I'm on it." She came back a minute later with a bouquet she fashioned out of the arrangement on the bar, and I actually ended up loving it more than my actual bouquet. She made sure that I didn't worry for a second. Our friends still talk about our wedding day, and my husband and I often still say "can we just do our wedding again!?" It was truly the most magical day, and I would work with Nicole again and again if I could!

The team at Ember and Stone matched my vibe and really connected with me after listening to me talk about my wedding day vision. These ladies do EVERYTHING for you and make the wedding planning process stress free. On the day of the wedding, the Ember and Stone team made sure everything went flawless and put my husband and I first. They always made sure we had food and a drink in my hand. I wish I could put into words how amazing Niki and her team was. We had our wedding in Yosemite and decided to do the month-out coordinating. She and Sam were completely detail oriented and focused. They made the day run smoothly and paid attention to all our requests and needs. And if you are not sure if you need a wedding coordinator - you absolutely do!!! And Niki is a great choice. I have been telling everyone that Niki and her team allowed us to feel like guests at our own wedding rather than hosts. I feel the need to tell this story because I think about it often and it shows how dedicated Niki is. I was doing sunrise first look photos at Yosemite - so we had hair and makeup come at 2 AM - Niki was there bright eyed and bushy tailed. She helped me put on my dress and then drove me there. While on the drive I started to feel sick, Niki pulled over and held my hair back while I vomitted from nerves. Made sure it didn't get on my dress and then cleaned up the mess - and had a positive attitude and smile the whole time. I couldn't believe it. She truly cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to make the day special!! On top of that - she is amazing at styling!! I just gave her the box of the decor that I wanted integrated with no direction and she made it look better than I could have imagined! And I NEVER trust other people when it comes to aesthetics. We had the best experience with Nikki and her team for our (very) micro wedding/elopement in Colorado a few weeks ago! She was so communicative and helpful throughout the process, and made the process very easy for the two of us (who are in no way, shape, or form good at planning events). We were able to have the wedding of our dreams with essentially no stress on our part, and the day of went SO smoothly thanks to Nikki and her team's expertise and planning. I booked Niki and her team quickly after getting engaged in August of 2020. With my date being set in May of 2022, she fully took the reigns and made my dreams come true. I’m completely obsessed with how everything in my wedding turned out, even with only having an hour to set up an entire reception. I cannot recommend her enough.
