Jane and Misty were absolutely AMAZING!! We used them for our wedding reception and they completely exceeded our expectations! They were extremely easy to communicate with and made the planning process so easy! They thought of everything. They were even able to accommodate my request of serving a “boozy” hot chocolate prior to our ceremony. All of our guests were extremely happy with them and the service they provided at our reception. I can’t recommend them enough!!

This vendor was THE most professional, succinct, and polite to deal with during the planning. They respond quickly, are clear and concise in their language, and they delivered great service during our reception as well.

Embrace the Grape was our bartender for our whole ceremony/wedding and they did a fantastic job. Responsive communication, very punctual and friendly. Bartender was fast and our custom couples Moscow Mule was delicious! As the bride, I didn't have to worry about anything! Could not have asked for more.

We were recommended this vendor by the Knot website, Janice and Misty were wonderful. We had a fantastic time and we couldn’t be happier with this vendor. Janice is super nice to work with, she would go out of her way to meet us with a sample package so we could try the special drinks, we got a lot of complements on the those special drinks they made. One of them is Manhattan and it is delicious. I was sad that I was too busy and couldn’t have another one of those! Everything was fabulous! Definitely recommend this vendor!!!

These guys came with our venue and I was a bit skittish at first. However, after working with them, I'd recommend them to anyone. Jane and her team were truly amazing. We had numerous special requests for our specific event and they accommodated us every step of the way. The team who actually worked the event were hilarious, friendly, and talented. Our guests are still raving about it. They will definitely be our first call for any future events.

Our bartending service was amazing for our wedding! This company was so great on communicating and helping us pick the right package for our wedding. Our bartender was Sherri and EVERYONE loved her!! Very responsibly priced. I highly recommend their service!!!

All of our guests loved how quick the bartenders were. A few made a comment that the bartender started knowing what drink they were about to order so had it ready as soon as they came up. The bartenders made sure that the we as (bride and groom) had a drink when we were sitting at the head table.

Jane and her crew were absolutely amazing to work with! Jane helped us with everything from selections to make sure we had a variety for everyone at both our wedding and rehersal, to last minute changes due to rain starting and stopping. Embrace the grape was absolutely wonderful to work with and it was so wonderful to just not have to worry about beverages and just know they were handled.

Jane was amazing throughout the whole planning process! Any time we had a question, all it took was an email and she responded quickly, and guided us through the choices for our open bar. We had planned on two bartenders for our crowd, but due to it being a rainy, chilly night at our outdoor venue, some of our guests left earlier than planned, so after a little bit they sent the second one home. But for the first half of the reception, they were both amazing and handled the line of parched guests like champs! This company is so easy to work with, and the staff are amazing and so kind. We could see why they were on the preferred vendor list of several venues!

We hired Embrace The Grape for my daughter’s wedding this past weekend. (6/29) I can’t say enough about how sweet Jane, Dani and Monica were ! We worked with Jane to set up all of the services and she was so full of advice and very accommodating for all of my questions. The bartenders were Dani and Monica and they were so sweet and helpful. They made this process so easy for me because once they arrived at the venue they worked with the venue owners and tried to take care of everything so I wouldn’t have to do anything! ( that goes for during the reception also ) All of our guests at the reception seemed very pleased with the choices of beer and wine that were offered. Also, they kept things moving and there was never a long line for guests to get their beverages ! Having a company like Embrace The Grape do your bar service is so worth it to not have to haul in and out all of the heavy alcohol and beer bottles. Plus, they were so accommodating to our numbers and making sure to cover people who may not RSVP. There was absolutely no worry of running out of alcohol ! They even kept refilling the bucket we had for personalized beer koozies! I appreciated that extra little help ! I am so happy I hired this company. Thank you again !😊

Embrace the Grape Beverage Catering was honestly amazing. From the initial meeting to discuss what we wanted to serve our guests to the actual event, the process was flawless. Incredible customer service, the bartenders were energetic and happy to be there serving the guests, and none of our guests had anything negative to say. We had about 120 folks at our reception and I cannot think of a time where there was a line. The service was quick and positive! Thank you thank you for adding to our special day!

We choose Embrace the Grape based on recommendation from my friend who owns the venue we used. He has used them for many different types of events and always gotten great service. Now we definitely recommend them too! Embrace the Grape was an excellent bar service for our wedding! Jane had to deal with me having a bit of a ‘bridal meltdown’ on the phone a few days before the wedding. I didn’t realize until trying to give her a headcount the lack of rsvps we had gotten. She helped talk me through that and brought my stress level way down. She even changed from 2 bartenders (on the original quote) to 1 due to the headcount change. I thought that was very fair of them since it was only a few days before the wedding. They easily could have still sent the 2 and charged us for that. Everything went so smoothly the day of the wedding! The bartender (I can’t remember her name) was great. She was very professional and efficient. I didn’t feel like people were ever standing around waiting for drinks. Everyone had such a great time. Like I said, I would definitely recommend Embrace the Grape to anyone looking for a bartending service for their wedding.

Absolutely fantastic! They were hassle-free and I never had to worry (which is all I can ask for!). Added bonus that the bartenders remembered what I was drinking and never had to ask after the first time, which left me more time to mingle/dance/enjoy my wedding!!

How in the WORLD does Embrace the Grape only have 40-something reviews??!! They should be helping every couple in KC, because they were truly one of the best vendors we got to work with. Jane is SO sweet and incredibly accommodating. The team at ETB really helped our guests have a wonderful time and had a great attitude the entire night. They even checked in with my husband and I to make sure if we wanted to extend the bar time (because the night was not ending anytime soon and they wanted to make sure they were open long enough!). Jane even gave us a surprise in regards to our liquor selections and we are SO incredibly grateful for her and her generosity. I will tell everyone about ETB until the end of time!!! The ETG bartenders were complete pros. They just showed up and took care of business. The one detail that I didn't even have to think twice about. Even with our 200+ thirsty crowd with one bar, no one waited for a drink. Several couples mentioned that they were so impressed they want to use them for their upcoming weddings.

Wonderful! We used Embrace The Grape for our October 2017 wedding and they went above and beyond! Easy communication and they were happy to research and provide special requests (we didn't want Coke, Sprite, etc. but local, real sugar, vintage looking glass soda bottles and they NAILED it!) I gave them an idea for a signature drink that I wasn't sure if they could replicate and they did without any problems and made it totally easy on my end. Jane was really responsive and our bartenders the day of were really nice and helpful.

They were awesome!!! We had no idea what we wanted alcohol wise; so it was nice when we had our meeting that they had a list of alcohol that we choose from. She even gave us the idea of buying everyones first drink and giving everyone tickets for their first drink. I would recommend them to anyone

We enjoyed working with Embrace the Grape. The staff are professional and courteous. We did have a few hiccups in that they ran out of all wine being served and garnishes for our signature cocktails. But overall they did well!

I think I would be able to give embrace the grape a better rating if in a different venue. There was no menu for the guest to read and I did not understand why wine and our signature drinks were served in such a small glass. Also felt that I paid for several hours that I didn’t get because of transitioning and dinner. Again, I do recommend them be aware of sizes and time.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Jane and all of the staff at Embrace The Grape. I communicated with Dani quite a lot via email and she was always so responsive and patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. The staff members that bar-tended at our wedding reception were Heather and Melinda and they were both amazing to work with. The night of our wedding reception, they constantly made sure that my new husband and I were enjoying ourselves, checking in on if we needed a drink refill or anything at all. Embrace the Grape was so great for our wedding! I worked with Jane and Dani and everything was perfect! We knew we wanted signature drinks and just gave her a few notes on what we liked, they ended up making us a raspberry rum runner and blueberry vodka lemonade. Both were so amazing, I had guests asking me all night for the recipes! They took care of everything drink wise at the reception so there was no worries from me all night long! Embrace the grape does an amazing job at accommodating what you are wanting if it is wine, hard liquor, beer, or soda. I liked the fact that we got to choose what was available for our wedding. I enjoyed having them supply the beverages for our wedding. It was laid back and it was very easy for everyone. I hardly recognized they were there.

We had one little hiccup at the reception where the kegs weren't cooling down so they dipped into the bottles for our guests, but didn't charge us for this mishap, only for the kegs. OMG Embrace the Grape was AHmazing! From the moment we met with them at a Bridal Expo we knew we wanted to go with them. They are SO accommodating and were willing to go the extra mile when it came to alcohol selection as well as set up. I was not expecting to get to choose so many choices, from liquor to wine to microbrews to soda, ETG has got it going on! Our guests were thrilled as well, and I don't recall seeing lines at all at the three bars at our 200 person wedding!

I had stumbled upon Embrace the Grape online in February, before our December 2016 wedding and was quite impressed when I requested a quote. I promptly received an email from Jane and set up a phone call to talk over exactly what we wanted for the wedding, as far as drinks go. Embrace the Grape was not only the best value, but also had a lot of options, which was important to us since we were doing an open bar with beer and wine only. I had waited to book it, until I got an email about two weeks later from Jane again, saying she had met my mom at a Bridal show and just checking in. It was polite and professional and I was sold! They were extremely helpful and accomadating the entire planning process, As for the wedding day, they sent one bartender for our wedding of 100 people. I was a little nervous that it wouldn't be enough or that we would run out of alcohol (we had some serious partiers and drinkers haha) but the open bar stayed full the whole night and the bartender was great and had a huge smile on her face all night! It was all so great. I wish I could use Embrace the Grape for every event I hosted, everywhere!

Embrace the Grape was fantastic! I met Jane at a bridal show. I only interested in bartending services because I was set on buying my own liquor at Costco. Jane gave me a bid for an open bar for all of my guests, bartenders, drinkware, garnish, etc. The price was unbeatable and I couldn't make it not make sense. After we booked, Jane kept in contact with me and was always so upbeat and complimentary of my wedding "vision"/theme. Jane made it so easy for us. I received amazing feedback from our guests on the friendliness/appearance/speediness of the bartenders. Highly recommend!
