I really enjoyed my experience at Off White! Each appointment was on-time and efficient - I appreciated that my consultants (Jenna and I forget the other one’s name after 18 months oops) were really “on my side” when trying on dresses. The pick up process was smooth and the team did a good job keeping me updated on the status of the dress. I got alterations elsewhere so can’t comment on that :) I loved my wedding dress, and I feel very fortunate to have gotten to work with Off White!

I had a great experience here! Charlene was super helpful and though I didn’t have much of a vision when I came in, she helped me to find a style I liked and felt confident in. Despite not having many options in my size (which I expected from a sample dress store), the very first dress I tried fit perfectly and was the one I ended up purchasing. They allowed me to put it on hold and come back for it the next day, and have lots of recommendations for alterations, since I was new to Ohio. When I took the dress home, they also gifted me a “Mrs.” mug! I was impressed with the level of communication and the customer care overall. Strongly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a one of a kind dress!

I am dyslexic and often read documents wrong. When I expressed concern about additional costs for alterations I was met by a rude consultant. I was told to essentially read the fine print with no consideration. It just makes me feel like less of a person 🫥 guess I expected to be treated with more understanding . I think the dress I picked was cute. But I could of gotten a cute dress anywhere from a more helpful and up front staff.

I had such a great experience at Off White! The consultants are so kind and patient and helped me pick the perfect dress for my big day. I received so many compliments on the dress and would highly recommend Off White to other future brides.

I just had those most amazing experience at Off White of Dublin! Karishma was so sweet and helpful. Everyone there hyped up my dream of wearing a black wedding dress, and they were the most accepting salon I have been to. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Even though I ended up purchasing my wedding gown at a different boutique, my experience at Off White was amazing. Adriana was so helpful, and really listened to what I was looking for in my dress. She didn't push me to purchase anything. I felt like she was genuinely excited for me to find the dress of my dreams.

We were treated very poorly by this shop. They took advantage of my fiancé who has English as a second language. A close friend who works in the bridal industry doing hair and makeup had recommended this establishment as a must checkout priority. She said they might require an appointment. My fiancé called on Friday evening for an appointment on Sunday at 4:30 pm. She was warned they didn’t have much in stock in her size, so we went to David’s Bridal on Saturday without an appointment. She found a perfect dress and purchased it. She immediately called Off White and left a message to tell them to cancel the appointment. They did ot return the call, so she called again on Sunday morning to make sure there were no charges, as they had taken her credit card information for a $75 cancellation fee. They called back to say she was stuck with the fee. So we decided to go over at the appointment time of 4:30 to purchase a cover up or headpiece. We were treated extremely rudely and were told she could not have any merchandise for the $75 cancellation fee even though we came in at the appointed time. Had my fiancé understood their policy, she never would have made the appointment. And we certainly would have kept the appointment had wei known it was going to be so costly. We could not recommend this place to anyone who takes advantage of widows who speak broken English. Very bad business model. Our friend was not aware of this policy and will not be referring future brides to this place.

I bought a dress here yesterday and couldn't be happier! I was not expecting to buy one at this appointment, but the dress was too perfect. I'd planned only to look around and try on different styles, because I had another appointment later in the day! The consultants were so patient with me. They were kind, honest, and considerate of what I wanted in terms of style and budget. I was the only bride in the whole place, which was so special! This a beautiful boutique. I highly recommend it!! Dublin is so cute, too. Walk around the town before/after your appt. to relieve some stress!

We had a wonderful afternoon at Off White! We got the shop all to ourselves, with personal undivided attention from both Adriana and Miranda. Felt so special, and like they really listened to what I wanted and was saying! They were incredibly sweet, and Adriana held my hand through the whole thing. My search was in July 2018 but I wanted to thank Roth for his assistance and encouragement in finding my dress! He listened to my specifics and brought great energy and a positive attitude to our search. He also recommended Carolyn Fang who did outstanding alterations for me. Thanks again!

Kelsey and Roth really made me and my family feel special. I came here two weeks after trying on dresses at Wendy's and not finding anything I liked there. We were the only ones in the Off White salon during our appointment so we felt very special. All attention was on us. The staff started by getting to know me and what I was looking for. They really listened to what I did and didnt like. I ended up finding The Dress and going home with it then and there. Now I'll be coming back to get it altered and cleaned three months before the wedding. I'd recommend Off White to other brides. Roth was great to work with!

The store has beautiful dresses that were all very high quality. Unfortunately, the salesperson was not the best. I gave my budget and then my “absolute highest” I would pay and I was told they wouldn’t pull dresses that were above that budget. When I found a gown I really liked (wasn’t “the one”) I was told the dress was $600 over my max price and that if I bought it at that first appointment, I could get it for still $100 above my budget. I was not crushed, because this gown, while beautiful, wasn’t the one, but I found it very unprofessional to mislead me and offer a dress that was over my budget and then pressure me to buy it right then and there. It was clear after I decided not to make the purchase, the salesperson was no longer bright and chipper as at the beginning of the appointment. It was a very disappointing ending to an otherwise good offering of dresses.

I walked into Off White after visiting David's Bridal. I didn't feel welcome at DB as a walk-in, even to browse through the dresses. I immediately searched for a bridal shop near me and found Off White on a fluke. THANK GOD I DID! This place is amazing, and the staff is top notch. They were so helpful, welcoming, kind, and knew their stuff. I ended up buying the first (out of many) dresses I tried on. And I LOVE it. Thank you for helping my big day be even more amazing!

This was the second shop I visited (1st was Wendy’s). We scheduled them back to back to compare. I found a dress that I thought was the one and Wendy’s pressured me to just say YES right then and there since my whole family was there. I thought I would not like this experience because I would be trying on samples that other people have worn. I did not feel that way at all!!! I loved trying on THE dress that I knew I would walk down the aisle in! Victoria was a wonderful stylist that made me very comfortable, was not pushy (like Wendy’s). She picked out dresses that fit what I was looking for, and also encouraged me to try on whatever else I wanted. My soon-to-be mother-in-law and I were looking at this crazy-looking dress on the rack. I said “who wears something like this??”. My MIL told me “Oh, you only do this once, try it for fun!”... little did we know that I would fall in love with that dress. I was against strapless completely but turns out my dress is strapless. Victoria quickly found the perfect lace jacket to cover me up so it didn’t feel strapless. This shop was intimate, quiet and just great! I was so glad to CONFIDENTLY say yes to my dress here. Thank you Victoria!! I will be returning in the next few months to pick out dresses for the bridesmaids, flower girls, and moms (who will get 10% off now!). This was the dream experience I was looking for.

This was by far the best bridal shopping experience we have had and the bride said yes to the dress! The sales associates not only knew the look that the bride wanted but knew the exact dress that she would pick. Plus they catered the appointment to the needs of the bride, had a broad selection of dresses and were knowledgeable of the designers and fabrics that could be altered to get to the bride’s end look. It was perfect!

The girls at Off White were incredible! The second that we walked in they were able to read the bride and provide her with an amazing selection of gowns to try on - and they chose the gown that she will be walking down the aisle to! We knew that a wedding only a few months out would limit our options, but we had tried a few different places before we found this gem and walked into our appointment frustrated and nervous that we wouldn’t find what we needed. Off White made us feel at home immediately - helped us to have that “bridal experience” that our whole party was looking for - and got us back on track for a wedding only 4 months away!

I loved this place! First of all it’s cute and has an array of beautiful unique dresses at great prices. Second, the staff is so fun. They’re really there for you. I was hesitant about the dress I ultimately did buy because it needed some alterations to look how I was really imagining it would. They helped me see how perfect the dress was and I’m so grateful for that. This place is amazing! I would 100% recommend it to other brides. Love!

So in love with this place!! I had Kelsey as my consultant and I do not have enough good things to say about her! She genuinely cared and was so thoughtful and amazing! They have so many good dress selections which was awesome!! 100% recommend!!

I booked an appointment here last minute after another appointment fell through and was so impressed! The stylist was so friendly and took everything into consideration that I wanted. She made the experience so lovely and I fell in love with the first dress she put me in. I would recommend to anyone looking in the area!

Loved, loved, loved this store! It was my 4th bridal appointment, and I was pleasantly surprised that the whole place was reserved for my appointment only! There was not a mass of people running around me, stealing the dresses I wanted to try on, bumping into me, crowding around my family. Just me! The staff was so great, it was the first appointment I had fun and felt comfortable. They ended up getting me out of comfort zone and helped me find the perfect dress, without being pushy at all. They even offered to call and cancel my next appointment after I found THE dress. I highly recommend this store for any bride, this is the treatment a bride deserves!

I had a wonderful experience at Off White. I shopped around at other stores first and had an idea of what I liked. Kelsey was so lovely to work with! She knows her stuff and is a total professional. She listened and understood what I wanted, and was helpful in supporting me make my decision! After trying on so many dresses, I was shocked and excited to finally find MY dress! Thank you so much to Off White! Came in yesterday thinking I had already chosen my dress at another store but since I had this appointment, I may as well look. Game changer. To start, the entire store was reserved for me. I didn’t have a million other people pushing past me to look through the racks. The personalized experience Off White provided was above and beyond what I expected. Kelsey took the time up front to talk to me about what I envisioned and went to work! Every dress she pulled for me was something I could see myself wearing. And then, I found THE dress! As expected, the dress will need altered, but she did everything possible to help me envision how it will look on my wedding day. As promised, afterwards, she also sent me a list of places that could provide the alterations I would need. All in all, I can not recommend enough! They made the experience easy and fun. Definitely include this store as part of your hunt for the perfect dress. Oh... and the prices are amazing too, especially for a designer dress!!

I had such an awesome experience with Off White of Dublin. I found my dream bridesmaids dresses there and they looked absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day. The girls were comfortable too, which is always a plus. The consultants were great with communication and making sure everything was completed in a timely manner. The best experience from beginning to end! Highly recommend!

Wonderful store and staff. They have an excellent selection of dresses - both for bridesmaids and mothers of the groom/bride. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. While shopping for a dress with my mother, Roth provided us such a great experience full of knowledge and humor - a true delight! He was so patient and understanding with each comment my mom had about each dress she tried on, and I truly appreciate the kindness he showed us during our time there. Be sure to work with Roth during your appointment if you can, you won't regret it!

LOVED Off White and so did my bridesmaids. Martha is amazing I can’t say enough about her, she helped me so much. Off White was the first shop on my hunt for my wedding dress and Martha started off by telling me that if I don’t find my dress at Off White that’s fine but when I leave today I’ll know exactly what type and style of dress I wanted. And that’s exactly what happened, she was that helpful to me by explaining every dress for me and the designer. I did find one dress that I did love in Off White and thought about coming back for but I ended up finding my dress at another boutique but I believe it’s thanks to Martha because I knew exactly what I was looking for, wanted and envisioned. My bridesmaids loved that Martha gave them free reign to the store to pick out dresses for me. Martha made the trip fun and informational.

I had the best experience at Off White of Dublin! Martha is amazing and so patient - especially when I swapped back and forth trying on my last 2 dresses over and over. The nicest people with very reasonable prices for beautiful gowns!

My bridesmaids and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Unlike larger box stores, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, which I greatly appreciated. Diane was very knowledgeable and has a good eye for design. When one of my bridesmaids picked up a dress priced over $500, she immediately let us know. I truly value a forthcoming salesperson. All in all, it was a great experience.

Overall I was disappointed in this store. The store was beautiful inside, but their selection was very small (I'd estimate around 30-40 gowns) and their sizes were all pretty much a bridal size 8 or 10. I found exactly one dress in a bridal size 14 and one in an 18. The rest were predominantly 8 and 10 with a handful of 12's. I think this could be a good option for a bride who is normally a size 4-6 and on a budget, as she'd probably have a decent number of dresses to try. They should probably advertise on their website how small their selection is, especially in sizes larger than a 12. This is especially important since they only sell the sample gowns off the rack. The girl working was nice enough, but really didn't seem interested in helping me. Many of the other consultants I worked with talked to me about my vision for my dress and helped me find things that were close, but I was pretty much on my own looking through the racks here. My advise before making an appointment is to ask what sizes they have in stock and how many dresses in each size. I love the idea of a sample store, but this store really missed the mark and was disappointing for me.

Amber was very patient with me while I was looking for my bridesmaid's dresses. I had a particular look in mind and she showed me color swatches and was very clear on what dresses were options and which were not. She even wrote down all of the design numbers and prices so that I had all the information to take back to my girls! Thanks so much!!

I needed a last minute dress for an event and decided to stop in at Off White hoping to find something to buy off rack. Not only did they have gorgeous off the rack bridal gown to buy, but I was able to find many options for an occasion dress off rack, too! Martha and Amber were so helpful and I looked and felt amazing in the dress - thank you!

Great selection of bridesmaids dresses! It was such a breeze working with the staff and they truly made it fun for me! Normally, finding bridesmaids dresses has been stressful, but here, it wasn't. The atmosphere is really calming and inviting, which I think is what helped me. They do have weddings gowns, which I thought was really cool and when they explained to me that they are off rack and at discounted prices, I was jealous because I thought since I had such a great experience with the bridesmaids dresses, shopping for my wedding gown would have been stellar! I was in a crunch- only two weeks away from my wedding and needed to find a dress! I knew that White of Dublin has a beautiful selection of gowns, but I wouldn't be able to get something in time. Then I remembered, Off White sold the sample gowns that I could purchase on the spot! I went in and worked with the wonderful and patient Martha! She listened to my needs and found something that was a great fit, in my budget, appropriate for my venue and most important MY style!! I highly recommend Off White!

Purchased my bridesmaid dresses from off White! The staff was so helpful and accommodating since I am doing different colors and styles and all of my girls are out of state. Wow, Haliy at Off White blew me away. I had gone to every shop in Columbus and the service I received at Off White blew the rest out of the water. Haliy even told me where I could find the designer gown I was looking for since they didn't carry it. After trying it on, I went back to Off White and they picked the perfect gown for me! I'm so thankful for their patience and service. I can't recommend them enough!!!!

Off White helped me to find the perfect dress! They were the perfect store!! We were in there all by ourselves with cupcakes and a wonderful lady, Martha. Martha helped me to find the PERFECT dress and made my day. By the end of the day, I felt like I should invite Martha to the wedding after she was such a wonderful help!

Off White of Dublin is a perfect bridal boutique. The minute we walked in Off White, we were welcomed with open arms. We had such a great experience during our appointment with Martha. She explained different things to keep in mind while trying on dresses, as this was my first bridal appointment. Dresses were reasonably priced as most dresses were samples at their sister store White of Dublin. Off White's consultants were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were welcomed back to Off White at the end of the day to try on my favorite dress one more time. I was able to put it on hold, but I ended up purchasing my dress and taking it home with me. I highly suggest Off White of Dublin to any bride looking for the perfect wedding dress. We had the best time with Martha. She truly wanted me to find my dream dress!
