your day of coordinator. Everything from check-ins, to helping with planning, to doing so much for us on our wedding day was way beyond what I would have asked. She is super sweet and so was her assistant on the day of the wedding. Everything went so smoothly and I couldn’t be more thankful for everything she did. She even helped with tear down of the venue, trash, and during the wedding kept everything on schedule, even got us our drinks. I can’t say enough of good things about her and this company. All I can say is my husband and I were so glad we went with her as our day of coordinator. Absolutely was amazing and our wedding was so amazing as well. Thank you so much Whitney for everything you did for Nakana and I for our wedding at the Promise Farm yesterday. She was kind and my whole family loved her by the end. I was wary about the value of hiring a wedding coordinator but it was honestly the best decision I made. to us. We were planning the wedding from a distance, so she let us ship things to her ahead of time to make sure that it was all there and ready to go. She helped us find suitable vendors that all turned out to be amazing in their own right, and attended meetings with us to make sure that everything was covered. Not only did she plan and run our rehearsal, but she stayed for our welcome dinner (which was not asked for, but was greatly appreciated) to make sure it ran smoothly. And when one of our groomsmen had to fly in to Lancaster airport during the welcome dinner, she immediately volunteered to go pick him up so that none of us had too. On the day of, she was proactive in working with my groom and maid of honor to make sure that things were taken care of and they only came to me with solutions and not problems. By the time I heard about anything, it was essentially just a sign off to make sure that I was okay with the solution so I could remain unstressed all day. I cannot recommend Whitney (and her assistant Lacey) enough!

diately was all in. For every vendor she provided multiple options all in different price points and tried to take as much mental load off of me as possible every step of the way. We decided to skip over some of the very traditional aspects of a wedding and she was always quick to back us up on those decisions. She is so kind and personable and went above and beyond in every single aspect. We were hesitant to hire a planner and looking back I can’t imagine doing all of this without her. We have said several times that this was the best investment we could have ever made for our wedding.

point I was in my wedding planning stage where I said, "wow this is a lot maybe I could use some help." I wish I could answer my past self with YES YOU DO!!! and Whitney is the person for the job. I thought I had a good handle on everything that needed done on my wedding day, thinking I could handle most tasks myself, and I was wrong. Whitney not only coordinated with all of my vendors, but also made sure the day went seamlessly and took care of things that I did not even think of. We had several meetings leading up to our wedding day that covered every part of the day in detail and she constantly made sure ALL of our concerns were adrdressed. If you are wrestling with the idea of "do I need a coordinator?" The answer is again YES! There were so many things that I did not think about in the planning stages of the wedding that Whitney planned for and handled flawlessly. She made sure all the groomsmen looked great, pinned their boutineers, and kept us on schedule. When she was not working on the bridal party she was making sure the flowers and table settings looked perfect. Finally, she completely handled clean up. By the end of the wedding I was too exhausted to notice, but the following day was a breeze with clean up because she had packed all our decorations in our totes and we only needed to load them in our cars. One of the moments that stands out in my mind is her bringing drinks for us immedietly after the ceremony. It was a small gesture but very impactful at the time. If you are considering hiring a wedding coordinator, Whitney gets my highest recommendation. My only regret was that I did not think to hire her earlier in my planning stage.

Unfortunately, the team’s attention to detail was lacking, which resulted in significantly more contact and engagement from the bride’s family on the day of the wedding than was planned, despite explicit and clear instructions. Many things that E&W had said they would handle or would not be a problem were forgotten day-of, leading to mishaps that derailed the day. E&W were provided with a very in-depth document that we went through step-by-step the week before the wedding; it had pictures and detailed descriptions about every single set up and decoration logistic. We do not know what we would have done if the bride’s mother and sister were not able to go back and forth to the venue multiple times throughout the day to answer questions and fix set up confusion. One MAJOR mishap that affected our wedding was that we were supposed to have two bars open for our cocktail hour; E&W did not tell the bartenders to open the second bar (despite explicit instructions to do so), which led to guests having to wait over 30 minutes for their first drink. Additionally, the ‘one-month’ planning period did not begin until 10 days before the wedding, leading the bride’s family to handle all contact and coordination with vendors until that point. I am sure that E&W would execute well on helping to plan a wedding for which the venue handled much of the vendor coordination and setup, but if you are looking for a coordinator with the ability to think independently and problem-solve to help execute an elegant, sophisticated event, this is not the planner for you.

er again and she created my timeline/spreadsheet. She was always available if I needed to ask her a question, but she wasn’t overbearing as well. Which was nice considering all the other people I needed to respond to throughout the process. Once the day got closer, we had a couple meetings to really nail down the timeline. She contacted all of my vendors a week or two early to make sure everyone knew to look for her for questions. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing my wedding day. She took care of the odd and end things the day of such as setting out the cupcakes. She came to me to let me know how things were going and kept everything on schedule. And she was very willing to help with anything myself or my bridesmaids needed. They also cleaned up the decorations and put them into vehicles at the end of the night. Highly recommend these girls!! My day went so smooth with them there :)

nd stayed in touch with all of our vendors, worked with our schedule for calls and always replied quickly to our emails/texts. Day-of, we would have been lost without Whitney and Mindy! They stayed on top of everything, resolved a tiny issue with one vendor, kept everything on track and just did everything we needed. I was surprised how many times I relied on them throughout the day to update me or make a decision or find something/someone for me. Then at the end of the day it was so helpful to have them for packing things up so we could relax and enjoy time with our guests. We would hire them again and again! We were so grateful to have them on our big day and you will be so glad you hired them too. Thank you a million times over!!

Things came up during the whole day, as they do, and I didn't feel stressed at all because Whitney and Lacey handled everything. They made sure we got food and drinks for cocktail hour since we were taking pictures, communicated with the other vendors and made sure the day stayed on schedule. I can't thank them enough!
