Our wedding day was made absolutely perfect thanks to Whitney and her assistant, Sarah. Whitney did a phenomenal job at making sure everything went smoothly and looked beautiful. From communication leading up to the wedding to last minute tweaks day of, Whitney was thoughtful, organized, and professional. She took so much stress off of my plate during my wedding week, and even had a great plan when all of the sudden there was a tornado warning! I truly cannot recommend Whitney and her team enough!

We were very impressed with our wedding coordinating with Emerald and Whitney LLC! Whitney and her helper, Sarah, were professional, organized, and helped the day run so smoothly! She took my ideas for decorations and centerpieces and executed them perfectly! I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Whitney's insights and expertise on how the day should run were so helpful. Even leading up to my wedding day Whitney was prompt in planning meetings, communicating, and making sure I thought of all the details. Whitney is very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her services!

Let me start by saying Whitney is absolutely amazing and the best person we could have possibly found to help us plan our wedding. I gave her a pretty short time frame and she immediately was all in. For every vendor she provided multiple options all in different price points and tried to take as much mental load off of me as possible every step of the way. We decided to skip over some of the very traditional aspects of a wedding and she was always quick to back us up on those decisions. She is so kind and personable and went above and beyond in every single aspect. We were hesitant to hire a planner and looking back I can’t imagine doing all of this without her. We have said several times that this was the best investment we could have ever made for our wedding.

I had the pleasure of working with Whitney and want to start this review by saying I highly recommend requesting her. If you are reading this review, you are probably at the same point I was in my wedding planning stage where I said, "wow this is a lot maybe I could use some help." I wish I could answer my past self with YES YOU DO!!! and Whitney is the person for the job. I thought I had a good handle on everything that needed done on my wedding day, thinking I could handle most tasks myself, and I was wrong. Whitney not only coordinated with all of my vendors, but also made sure the day went seamlessly and took care of things that I did not even think of. We had several meetings leading up to our wedding day that covered every part of the day in detail and she constantly made sure ALL of our concerns were adrdressed. If you are wrestling with the idea of "do I need a coordinator?" The answer is again YES! There were so many things that I did not think about in the planning stages of the wedding that Whitney planned for and handled flawlessly. She made sure all the groomsmen looked great, pinned their boutineers, and kept us on schedule. When she was not working on the bridal party she was making sure the flowers and table settings looked perfect. Finally, she completely handled clean up. By the end of the wedding I was too exhausted to notice, but the following day was a breeze with clean up because she had packed all our decorations in our totes and we only needed to load them in our cars. One of the moments that stands out in my mind is her bringing drinks for us immedietly after the ceremony. It was a small gesture but very impactful at the time. If you are considering hiring a wedding coordinator, Whitney gets my highest recommendation. My only regret was that I did not think to hire her earlier in my planning stage.

Whitney and her partner were FANTASTIC!! The level of attention to detail made it so that I (bride) didn’t have to worry about how everything would come together for our reception vision. It also poured ALL day and she made sure we weren’t worried about a single thing! I would highly recommend their services - our wedding could not have been better, and a big part of that was picking the right vendors for us. Whitney was committed to making sure our needs were met, all the while being incredibly friendly and personable. She was very thorough and covered all the questions necessary to make sure our other vendors were set up for success, our ceremony was intimate and reflected our love, and our reception was a fun party with all of our people :) 10/10!

The Emerald and Whitney crew were great. They helped keep our wedding organized/coordinated and knocked it out of the park. We had a medium sized wedding (100 guests) and only had roughly two hours to set up the day of. Macie was the lead of the event and had 3 others to help due to the time crunch. Everything was decorated like we talked. The team was able to move tables during the reception to make room for a dance for since our venue wasn't quite large enough to everything. They stayed till the very end to pack things up and move to our cars. We wouldn't have been able to do it without them. One of the best choices we could have made was booking Whitney and Emerald. Thank you!

I wish I could give a 10 star review. Our big day would not have been possible without Emerald and Whitney's day-of coordination. Lacey, our coordinator, handled every single detail of our day, allowing my husband and I to just be in the moment. We were able to just enjoy our wedding day without having to stress. Lacey kept all of our guests and vendors informed throughout the day, leaving everyone in the loop.

They were the best! Whitney was so helpful when it came to advocating for us as a couple when our venue was not communicating to us. Her and her team made sure we were happy on our day and decorated everything beautifully. Loved working with them!!

We had Whitney as our day-of-coordinator for our May 26 wedding, and she went above and beyond in every way. Whitney was professional, warm, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Whitney, and her assistant, Chrystal, made sure our big day ran without a hitch. We're so glad we chose her as our day-of-coordinator! Thank you again for everything Whitney!

Whitney and Mindy were a huge part of our wedding day on 6/23/2023 and the days leading up to it. From the meetings leading up to our day, rehearsal and then wedding day I could not have been more pleased and appreciative. They allowed our (rainy) day to go on without a hitch! My family and guests have all been commenting on how wonderful their team was. They both made us feel so comfortable and we are not only grateful for their services but that they felt likes guests as well! Would recommend Emerald and Whitney LLC over and over again!

Whitney was FANTASTIC! Leading up to the event, she was very responsive to any questions that we had and VERY organized. Knowing we had Whitney to handle the big day put my mind at ease. No detail was left untouched. She made sure to capture my vision with the decor and checked in on my throughout the day but gave us breathing room to fully enjoy it. I rarely had to asked about one thing during the day because she and her team already had it handled. If I did have a question, she and her team were immediately on it. It was such a pleasure to work with them. I can't praise Whitney and her team enough!

Whitney was amazing! She helped me navigate the whole process. On the day of the wedding I was nervous for set up and she completely eased my worries. She understand my vision and made it come to life. She will worked with your vendors and make sure small or big problems get solved.

Whitney was phenomenal!! I had no idea what to expect from a coordinator but she went above and beyond anything I could have imagined!! I’m very indecisive and she helped me with Everything!! Her fiancé came to help set up the day before the wedding and then her partner Cat came the day of and everybody was super friendly, Whitney allowed me to change plans on timeline (I was sick head cold) she even went to our air bnb during the wedding and cleaned up (that’s where all the girls and guys got ready!!) she was amazing and felt like someone we’ve known for years!! BOOK WHITNEY!!

As the Mother of the bride, I cannot express enough the pivotal role Whitney and her team played in having a very successful wedding. I hired her as a wedding day coordinator. Whitney went above and beyond what I expected her to handle. She was fabulous. If you are looking for someone to help with your wedding, I highly recommend Whitney! She felt like part of our family.

Whitney and her team worked extremely hard to set up and execute a 115 person wedding, and worked tirelessly to break it down and clean up afterwards. They were energetic, pleasant, and eager to please. Unfortunately, the team’s attention to detail was lacking, which resulted in significantly more contact and engagement from the bride’s family on the day of the wedding than was planned, despite explicit and clear instructions. Many things that E&W had said they would handle or would not be a problem were forgotten day-of, leading to mishaps that derailed the day. E&W were provided with a very in-depth document that we went through step-by-step the week before the wedding; it had pictures and detailed descriptions about every single set up and decoration logistic. We do not know what we would have done if the bride’s mother and sister were not able to go back and forth to the venue multiple times throughout the day to answer questions and fix set up confusion. One MAJOR mishap that affected our wedding was that we were supposed to have two bars open for our cocktail hour; E&W did not tell the bartenders to open the second bar (despite explicit instructions to do so), which led to guests having to wait over 30 minutes for their first drink. Additionally, the ‘one-month’ planning period did not begin until 10 days before the wedding, leading the bride’s family to handle all contact and coordination with vendors until that point. I am sure that E&W would execute well on helping to plan a wedding for which the venue handled much of the vendor coordination and setup, but if you are looking for a coordinator with the ability to think independently and problem-solve to help execute an elegant, sophisticated event, this is not the planner for you.

We hired Whitney and just a Day of Coordinator. She was super accommodating with meet times, which was helpful with my job and hours. Once I booked all of my vendors, I contacted her again and she created my timeline/spreadsheet. She was always available if I needed to ask her a question, but she wasn’t overbearing as well. Which was nice considering all the other people I needed to respond to throughout the process. Once the day got closer, we had a couple meetings to really nail down the timeline. She contacted all of my vendors a week or two early to make sure everyone knew to look for her for questions. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing my wedding day. She took care of the odd and end things the day of such as setting out the cupcakes. She came to me to let me know how things were going and kept everything on schedule. And she was very willing to help with anything myself or my bridesmaids needed. They also cleaned up the decorations and put them into vehicles at the end of the night. Highly recommend these girls!! My day went so smooth with them there :)

Can't say enough good things about Whitney. Super organized, friendly, helpful, and just there for you throughout the planning process. She built our day-of schedule, shared this and stayed in touch with all of our vendors, worked with our schedule for calls and always replied quickly to our emails/texts. Day-of, we would have been lost without Whitney and Mindy! They stayed on top of everything, resolved a tiny issue with one vendor, kept everything on track and just did everything we needed. I was surprised how many times I relied on them throughout the day to update me or make a decision or find something/someone for me. Then at the end of the day it was so helpful to have them for packing things up so we could relax and enjoy time with our guests. We would hire them again and again! We were so grateful to have them on our big day and you will be so glad you hired them too. Thank you a million times over!!

Whitney was AMAZING to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. She always made herself available to me whenever I had a question, and she always made me feel so cared for. She made the wedding day itself run so smoothly and quickly solved any issues that came about. Her professionalism and kindness are unmatched! Our day simply would not have been possible without her!!!

Whitney did an outstanding job coordinating my July wedding!!! She was extremely organized, resourceful and was a great leader. Not to mention, she solved several last minute crises for me. Unfortunately the staff at my venue was not very helpful, but she handled everything I needed. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. It took SO much stress off my plate leading up to the wedding and especially the day of- it really allowed me to relax and enjoy the day. 11/10 would recommend.

Working with Whitney and Lacey for our wedding was an absolute dream! Whitney met with me several times before the big day to make sure she had everything she needed and answered all my questions along the way. I asked for her help to pick a few things up before our wedding and she went out of her way to get them which was such a big help. Whitney and Lacey made sure everything ran smoothly on the day and did it and were so positive and helpful the whole time. Multiple people came up to me after the wedding to let me know how great they were and that they were the MVPs of the day. I felt that they truly cared about how our day went and couldn’t have imagined the day going as well as it did without them. We used their photo booth as well which was a huge hit! I can’t recommend Whitney, Lacey and their team enough for your wedding day!

Whitney helped me coordinate my wedding and was truly wonderful! She had two other team members with her on the day of my wedding (Macie and Melanie) who were equally as fantastic. Whitney asked all the right questions, covered SO many of my last minute tasks that I thought I'd need to do myself, and just generally kept the night running perfectly. Couldn't have done the event without her team, so thankful for them!

Emerald and Whitney are a PERFECT team! From the very beginning until executing the most magical wedding, they were incredible. The team went above and beyond to check in on the down time to reassure the wedding process is going smoothly. Following up closer to the wedding we went through everything top to bottom. Having Emerald and Whitney as our Day of Coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. They went above and beyond and I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was rainy and cold on our wedding day and we had to change to an indoor ceremony. Whitney created a beautiful indoor ceremony area that I will remember forever. Things came up during the whole day, as they do, and I didn't feel stressed at all because Whitney and Lacey handled everything. They made sure we got food and drinks for cocktail hour since we were taking pictures, communicated with the other vendors and made sure the day stayed on schedule. I can't thank them enough!

Emerald and Whitney were an incredible addition to our wedding day and went above and beyond! They helped us with day of coordination and were there for anything and everything that we could possibly need. They even had our signature drink ready for us when we were done taking photos and went to the convenience store to pick up medicine for my husband who wasn’t feeling 100% at the start of the reception (without even being asked)! They were always thinking ahead and knew exactly what to do so we didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding! I can’t say enough about Whitney and Emerald. We hired them as day or coordinators, and they crushed it. So much so, they heard I hadn’t eaten all morning and brought me some bread before walking down the aisles. I would recommend them ten times over. Emerald and Whitney were amazing for our day-of coordinating! They took so much care to help every detail fall into place. I had so much peace knowing they truly cared about everything working out. My husband and I hired Whitney and Emerald for our September 2020 wedding. We did not want to pay an arm and a leg for a wedding coordinator. We did however need someone to get us through the day smoothly and to be able to be in contact with other vendors during our big day. Emerald and Whitney exceeded our expectations and made the day flow smoothly. I would not have gotten through the day without the two of them. Emerald and Whitney are professional and trustworthy wedding coordinators. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me for a wedding coordinator. Having two people was perfect.
