We booked Emperor for our wedding day. We had a very smooth and easy transition and made several spots on our way. Our driver was helpful and ensured that we arrived safety and on time. We were able to receive the bus that we requested and it was clean and very spacious.

We had a great experience with Emperor Party Bus for the day of our wedding! They arrived earlier than our scheduled time and we had zero issues whatsoever! Our driver was very nice and stopped wherever our photographers needed him to stop throughout the day for pictures!

STAY AWAY!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND I DONT KNOW ...GHETTO I SAID IT! THEY ARE GHETTO /DRIVE LIKE IDIOTS AND PULLING OVER FOR NO REASON FLICKING OFF PEOPLE (85 YEAR OLD GRANDPA) IF YOU WANT A BEAUTIFUL DAY FOR YOUR WEDDING THEY CANT HANDLE IT!!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!

Terrible customer service, unreliable, and unprofessional. I booked a party bus for my wedding through Avital Limousine who I have used in the past and really liked. Due to a company split, my contract was transferred to Emperor Limo. When this occurred, I was assured by Emperor Limo that they use the same fleet as Avital and that I would receive the same vehicle and quality of service that I had originally booked. That however, was not the case. I paid for a party bus that would comfortably fit 30 passengers but the vehicle that Emperor provided did not even fit the 22 individuals that were with me. On top of that, the A/C on the bus did not work, there were holes in the ceiling, and there were no beverages in the coolers like we were guaranteed. The driver, Jose Morales, was dressed in jeans and a t-shirt instead of a pressed suit, did not get out to help any of us on the bus, and was extremely rude. When we arrived to our first stop, the driver would not let any of us off the bus until we paid him the full amount. I tried to explain to him that I did not have cash on me and that the payment was at the final destination but he refused let any of us go until we handed him money. I called Emperor the next day to complain about the terrible service that we received and spoke with Nancy and the owner Max. Both refused to listen to my complaints and told me that all of my claims were not valid. After persistently making multiple calls, the owner finally offered us a $100 refund which is still not enough to compensate for all of the issues that we experienced. The worst part is that they require all payments in cash so that you cannot contest the charges. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and book with a different limo company.

Used this company this month for our wedding, they were over an hour late and we were late to our own wedding. The bus driver repeatedly told me he was on his way to pick us up and he drove almost 5 miles in the wrong direction claiming he was at the correct location. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, especially for a wedding, look somewhere else before you call them! The worst!

I used this service for my wedding last month. Horrible experience and would strongly recommend to avoid for any important event. I requested a hummer limousine on the day of my wedding and instead, received one of their generic party buses. I was not informed of this significant change ahead of time. One of their employees called me the day before the wedding to confirm details of the itinerary, she confirmed that I would be getting the requested vehicle for tomorrow. I spoke with the owner regarding this mix-up. He told me that the requested vehicle "broke down" the day before, so they "upgraded" me to a party bus instead. Very convenient excuse. There was no mention of this when I spoke to their employee that day. Their contract mentions they can swap out vehicles in the event of a scheduling conflict or mechanical issues. Meaning, on the day of your wedding, you will actually have no idea on what vehicle will actually arrive. After spending a substantial amount of money, you would hope that any vendor or company would provide a notice or an update to any major changes agreed upon in the contract. That is common courtesy. This company does not practice this way, does not respect their clients, and are out to get your money. There are plenty of other companies in the Chicagoland area that provide the same service, and I would highly encourage others to look for a more reputable business. The number of negative reviews, particularly 1-star, for this company should deter others from ever using them.

Alison G., best service I’ve ever used! Their guarantee is to not be 15 minutes late and during a pandemic took us to where we wanted to take pictures. Even found a place for us to use a bathroom when we were driving around. Got us back perfectly on time too. Best service ever!

We booked Emperor for my bachelorette party & for our wedding. For my bachelorette party, everything was amazing! We walked to the bus once, & the driver, Marvin, told us not to do that - just call him & he will come to us. He helped us up, he decorated, he was awesome. I was so excited to use them on my wedding day because of the great service! Now, my wedding day was 11/7. The driver showed up & we had to walk a block to the bus.. he said he couldn't pull down the drive (semi's and school busses do all of the time), he sat there while all of us ladies were getting into the bus (my mom had to ask him to help me, as I was clearly struggling with my dress), the air did not work (he said this time of year it doesn't?), after the ceremony, there was no red carpet, decorations, or champagne toast (as stated in our contract - weather permitting - uh it was freaking beautiful out). My mother also asked for ice - which for only weddings they are supposed to have - the driver goes "it's right there. You know I wasn't even supposed to have ice but I stopped and got it." And points to the cooler on the ground without moving. He wanted my mother to bend down to the ground in her dress to grab ice. Before I came to right this review, I called and spoke with Nancy on Tuesday around 3pm (today is Saturday). She replied that she didn't know what to say about how terrible our experience was. She replied that he should have been able to fit down the driveway to pick us up because the driver has a CDL & was NOT new, and that she doesn't understand why none of the extras were done. The only thing she did say was that at this time of the year, the air is disconnected. If I knew that, I wouldn't have booked them for my wedding. Nancy told me that she would be contacting the driver & the owner & then would get right back to me. Still nothing. I hate writing reviews like this, but I am so disgusted with how we were treated on our wedding day - I felt like more of a bride on the bachelorette day than my wedding day, and even more disgusted with how this is being handled.

I can not believe I am about to write this, but here goes. I booked quickly with this company and should have read reviews. During our photos before our wedding I got a text that the driver would be ten minutes late, absolutely no problem with that. What I do have a problem with is that driver showing up to the wedding venue without my guests, he went to the wrong place first. When my soon to be husband and I go to talk to him he states no one told him he had to go to the hotel beforehand, first strike on the management. The driver then flies off to pick up our family and friends who are super concerned they are going to miss our wedding in 25 minutes, so we obviously decide to push it back until they all arrive. The driver gets to the hotel and boards our guests, starts to move then pulls over on the road and demands payment before he goes any further.... he states his boss is pressuring him to take cash before he moves on. Meanwhile my friends and family even more terrified that they are being held hostage start scrounging any cash they have and calling anyone who is already at the wedding venue. My maid of honor and groom are now on the phone telling him we are the ones with the cash and to get them there now so we can walk down the aisle. After ten minutes of arguing he moves the bus. At arrival he is still arguing with the groom and the wedding party. The driver who apologized a million times for he was just following his managers guidance, finally moved the bus and waited for us to have our ceremony then give him payment. As this was an outdoor wedding and we were losing daylight. He did wait the entire night and was friendly on the way home but management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for putting their employees and customers in that position. After four days of not getting a response because the owner wasn’t in, I finally call after both Nancy and Ashley dodge my calls and guess who answer? The owner Max....he was so rude and couldn’t even manage an apology, he made excuses that somehow this was our fault. So unprofessional and after reading their reviews on Yelp and Google, it looks like we weren’t their only victims.

I have booked with Emperor several times before booking a party bus with them for the big day. Everything worked out perfectly!My driver Dwight was punctual and the nicest to my bridal party and I. The bus currently can not have ice available for us due to covid but they still made us aware so that we can prepare accordingly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning any event in the area.

The planning and coordinating was beyond easy! The special touches with champagne, beer, carpet entrance, and unlimited stops, is what really sets this company apart from the rest! The bus was spacious enough for a bridal party of 14, for dancing and celebrating! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of some day of mishaps. A suggestion is to get a secondary number to contact in case the bride is not responding. It was a little added frustration to the morning and we were a bit behind schedule due these mishaps, but at the end of the day things went well.

Definitely recommend, would use again in a heartbeat. Huge selection of party busses. We used one for our wedding in November 2019 and couldn't have been happier with the entire process. Booking was a breeze and great prices. It was refreshing to not have any transportation issues on our wedding day.

Emperor Limousine was amazing in every regard! From figuring out where to park when our "Moving Tow Signs" did not get neighbors to move their cars; to cleaning up water puddles on the floor of the limo for us (it was raining and one of the soft coolers started leaking - this resulted in some of the BM's dresses getting soaked) and keeping the floor dry for the remainder of the ride; to getting us to all of our photo destinations safe and sound (and figuring out parking at ALL of the Chicago Landmarks we went to); to rolling out the just married sign, red carpet and champagne at our Venue for a photo op! They were on time, very polite and professional. The limo bus was clean, in working order (fireplace, temperature, tv and audio), comfy and a fun time all around. Our bridal party was in awe of how nice it was and we all had such a fun time! We are so happy we went with this company and we highly recommend them for future services!

Emperor Party Bus provided exceptional service for our wedding day. We rented a large party bus, and the price was fair and inclusive. Karla in the office was great to work with; she was very kind and answered all of our questions. They even let us come in and see the whole fleet to personally pick our bus. Their party buses are amazing, clean, and updated. The wedding party had an absolute blast in the bus. The service could not have been better. The one very minor criticism, is they provided *red* champagne for our wedding package, which I couldn't enjoy because I was in a bumpy bus in a white dress. The driver the day of was professional, kind, dressed for the occasion, and a great driver navigating downtown Chicago with many stops. He helped me in and out of the bus at every stop, and was great even with our last minute changes. The bus was on time and prepared for our wedding. We will definitely be using them again!

We had a great experience with Emperor Party bus - from picking out our bus to the day of the wedding. they did a fantastic job of being timely and kind. I got a complimentary text from the driver who again was prompt and professional. He told us what time we needed to head to our end destination as well so that we didn't get over charged! Highly recommend.

The bus arrived on time and our driver was great! He was so personable and helped our family members in and out of the bus as needed. He wore a smile on his face the whole time and quickly figured out how to navigate the park where we took pictures because the location was hard to find. Great sound system, clean bus, #13 dream was top notch.

You can’t beat the price! I also love that they stock the bar with drinks and I love that they have the red carpet out for your first toast as Mr. and Mrs!

The bus was very early and ready for the passengers. Our driver was Martin and he was AMAZING. The bus was clean and stocked. We had a wonderful time. Everything went perfectly.

They were everything I expected and more! Everyone including the driver were friendly and approachable. You really get a good deal with Emperor. Not only do you get the transportation but you get drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), champagne, your choice of music with music videos, and awesome lighting displays. It almost felt like we were in a club. We had a lot of fun on our ride to the reception after getting married. I highly recommend them for weddings!

We are so glad that we chose Emperor Limousines for our August 25th 2018 wedding. Booking with them was very easy . They were prompt in answering all of my questions and even offered a tour of the vehicles before booking! The rates are best in town! It's such a shame that I do not recall our driver's name because he provided exceptional service! He was so polite and accommodating! He went above and beyond his responsibilities. The limo inside and outside looked amazing and was very clean! We had so much fun and everybody loved it ! They also provided plenty of drinks for our group! Emperor party bus blew my mind! They were SO MUCH FUN! The red carpet, bud light, champagne and cups on the bus was such a nice touch and it was so great to have all of that taken care of. We used Emperor Party Bus for our wedding 2 weeks ago and they were great! Very professional and efficient through the planning process, always keeping me informed/sending detailed emails with what was included in the package I chose. On the day of our driver was wonderful- so nice and accommodating. Bus was beautiful, and well stocked with pop, water and our choice of beer! They had a good system so we could play our own music also (I've had a bus before where all we had was the radio). I would definitely choose this company again for an event!

For our wedding we hired one of Emperor Limousine's party buses. The office staff was very friendly! Our driver, Martin, was fantastic! He was on time with all of the pick-ups and drop offs. Amazing service all across the board. From the selection of party buses over 10 different party buses. The customer service was great, they are on top of everything. From the follow up calls, and confirmation to coming on time, we had 3-4 stops and it went just perfect, and the driver was great I can really say that everything went smoothly. Great company!

Greatest price for a 30 person party bus in the area! Ran late for my ceremony driver got us from Naperville to Hinsdale in 15min flat! Driver was awesome, very nice and courteous, the company was awesome about keeping in contact and making sure all the details were clear. Emperor Limo was so great to work with! My husband and I hired Emperor Limousine for our wedding this summer. They gave us tours of our options for party buses. We are a bit conservative so we were able to find a look that worked for us. They followed up numerous times to ensure they had the timeline correct. As a type-A bride, it was really re-assuring to have them double and triple check. Frank, our driver, was really timely and super accommodating on the day of the wedding. He was really nice even as our pictures were taking longer than expected and traffic was more than expected. It was so fun and definitely a great deal! Thanks Emperor Limousine!

Got married last Friday 3/10- Driver was nice and early, they responded to changes very well and the driver was amazing!! Unfortunately, the bus was having some mechanical issues, but the bus driver kept his composure the whole entire time! He got us to our destination safely and got the bus fixed afterwards instead of making a scene about it. They are very affordable and the busses look AWESOME!! The staff at the office are so nice and respond to emails almost immediately as well!

Driver showed up early, we had to change our route with pick up and drop off's due to weather. Jesus was accomodating and very nice, and a great driver. Thank you!

My fiance and I visited Emperor this past Saturday morning. Maggie and the team went above and beyond to help us out! We were able to tour all of the limos and buses, and we found one that we love and booked it for our wedding in August 2017. I love that although we have to pay a minimum 5 hours, we do get unlimited stops. Since we're doing a first look before the ceremony, they will be helping get our bridal party to and from the first look places before we head to the chapel. We're very much looking forward to working with them!

Emperor had a bunch of limos and buses to choose from. Before signing a contract, I was escorted on about 12 different buses to look at a variety of their options. Our party bus driver was extremely polite, on time, and accommodating (when I asked to hook up my own phone for music). My wedding day on 8/6/16 went very smooth. Thank you!

They definitely went an extra mile in making our wedding memorable. Staff was courteous, we had a lot of follow up and felt informed, they were on time, accommodating to our little requests and their prices were by far the best of all the places we researched. The driver (Martin) was fun and even took the initiative to take some pictures of our penguin mascots and the just married sign during the ceremony. The bus was clean and decked out in our wedding colors. Well worth the investment our bridal party had such a great time. Will definitely use these guys again!

We used Emperor Limousine for a party bus for our wedding in May. The bus was awesome, clean and cool looking. It was decked out in our wedding colors and had cold champagne and beer. The booking process was easy, they were able to match a competitors price and kept in great communication throughout. I had a contract right away and they called to make sure we were clear on the schedule before the wedding day. The bus was on time (early even) and the driver was very nice and set up our red carpet beautifully. Plus now we have so many cool pictures of our wedding party having fun on the bus!

This limo company was the worst part of my wedding day. The bus was EXTREMELY hot and the air vents were blowing out hot air. We complained several times and the bus driver shrugged us off. The bus driver also hit a curb sending the passengers drinks and bodies flying into the air. The driver didn't even check to make sure everything was okay. When talking to the owner he was rude and disrespectful and didn't care about our safety. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Emperor Limousine had many party buses to choose from so there is something for everyone. The driver was on time and very polite. Just remember that you need to pay with cash or check because they do an up charge for credit cards.

This company did such a great job on my wedding day. They made us feel so special! They are very reasonable and they throw in a lot of extra things. We had the party bus decorated in our colors, they had a red carpet and champagne waiting for my husband and I right after the ceremony. They were fantastic!

I cannot say enough how glad I am with choosing Emperor limousine for my wedding day transportation. Everything was easy from beginning to end. The booking process was very easy. We were able to view the inside of all of the vehicles before selecting our bus. Their price was one of the lowest that I found for all day service however they also provided a referral discount and threw in a bottle of champagne. The limo bus that we selected was a newer vehicle and was just breathtakingly clean and modern. The video and radio equipment paired with our Bluetooth and worked wonderfully. Our driver was prompt for all pickups - kind, polite, and safe. We had so much fun inside that bus and made memories I will never forget!

Emperor Limousine lived up to its reputation for sure. Mark was very attentive to our needs and made sure that their service was within our price-range. Emperor Limo was the only company that would offer us a package for less than four hours. We just wanted to be driven from the church to the reception, and they offered it to us for an extremely reasonable price. We had 17 people along for the ride. When I initially talked with Mark, he said that he would be sending a Ford Excursion. When we walked out the door from the church, a full-out party bus was waiting for us. We were absolutely thrilled. We had the time of our lives on the party bus that had plenty of room for dancing, screens for music videos to play, a port to play our own music, lights, decorations, and complementary drinks. WE HAD A BLAST. I would highly recommend Emperor Limousine for a wedding, and I'm sure it would be just as grand for any other occasion!!

I priced out a bunch of local limo companies, and though this wasn't the cheapest, it had the combination of a low price and great reviews. The original limo I wanted for my wedding date was booked, so the company gave me a bigger car for the same price, which was generous. However, their 18-20 passenger car still felt a little tight for our 12-person bridal party, so I would recommend getting a big car than you need for your own comfort. Our driver was very polite and made sure to help me into and out of the limo. He also was very prompt and patient while we took extra time take photos between the reception and ceremony. I will be recommending them to all brides to be that I know!

let me say that I had used this company twice prior to my wedding and had no issues until the big day. The day of my wedding on the way to the church the air conditioning broke and it was 90 degrees that day. The driver had suggested one of 2 things either deal with no air(obvioulsy being on a bus with 20+ people not a great idea) or have him go back to the location in addison to pick up another party bus. He had said he would be back in time once the ceremony ended since I was going downtown for my wedding pictures. That never happened I was waiting nearly 2 hours needless to day I never made it downtown there was not enough time to get there and to my venue in time. So I never got my dream pictures of the downtown Chicago. To add to that once we received the new bus that one seemed to have no air also. When I had attempted to talk to a supervisor that never happened. After a long week of back and forth with the company we finally received a full refund. Never received and apology for ruining my wedding day nor did I ever speak to a supervisor. Avoid this company!

We used Emperor limo service for our wedding on 9/13/2014. The driver was prompt, courteous and was punctual. The limo had cold beverages available for passengers and there was also a champagne toast included. Their pricing couldn't be beat, and they made sure that out of town guests were picked up and brought to our venue, all within the predetermined times....I would definitely use Emperor Limousine for another event! We rented a Hummer limo for our wedding party. It was brand new, very clean, and well decorated. The driver was at our house to pick us up a few minutes early, and he was very polite and courteous throughout the day. Sound system in the vehicle was great, and there was even an option to hook up your phone via bluetooth, which we utilized. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

The customer service with this company was exceptional and they updated our contract when we had last minute location changes. The transportation arrived early to start our wedding day transportation! The party bus limo was stocked and decorated as promised. We even got a champagne welcome and toast after our church ceremony. The sound in this party bus limo was incredible and it was definitely a great time for all! I wish they were not booked already or we would have used them for my bachelorette party too! The only reason we did not give them 5's is because the driver did not speak English very well and the driver was a little crazy hitting bumps pretty fast and hard (which is a little scary in a wedding gown with drinks everywhere), and making a random fast U-turn on a very busy street! Honestly, we learned all limos are very expensive so I would not give any limo company a 5-it is nothing against this specific company. Other than the little bit of crazy driving, their customer service throughout the process, to the day of details were PERFECT!!!

I do not recommend this company. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! When paying off our balance, we over paid and they sent us the difference. 3 days before our wedding, my (now) husband called to confirm with them.They told us that we had about $600 remaining on our balance. We argued that we had already paid the balance off. They made no attempt to try and find the check we wrote or assist us in confirming that we had paid. After searching our bank and credit card accounts, as well as going to the bank, we finally found the check that we had wrote. We called the company back to find that we could not get through- no one would pick up the phone. I called after hours to the emergency line to talk to the manager on duty. He was rude after I told him who I wass. After I commented that I shouldn't have to do this much searching as the customer, he shot back that it really couldn't have been that difficult (basically devaluing my time, especially since I shouldn't have to be dealing with this 2 days before my wedding). I finally hung up on him because I couldn't believe how rude he was. Later found out that he is the owner and he was even more rude to my (now) husband on the phone. The day of our wedding, one of the seats in the bus had a cigarette burn and the driver was not friendly.

MUST READ before booking Emperor Limousine – unprofessional, rude company! My husband and I got married on September 13, 2013. We booked Emperor Limo because it had great reviews and my friend also booked them for her wedding (which took place a month before ours without any issues). Expecting nothing else but the time of our lives on our wedding day turned into a heartbreaking discovery that put us in tears for the rest of the night! The night we’ll remember forever! I like to stay organized and wanted our wedding day to go as smooth as possible, so I prepared envelopes with cash tips inside of them addressed to each of the vendors beforehand. I had the envelopes in my bridal bag, which was on the bus all the time, even when the whole bridal party got off the bus to take pictures. The bus was never unattended, even when the whole bridal party was out, the driver stayed on the bus. When we got to the banquet hall, our final stop, I went into my bridal bag to get the driver’s envelope with tip and to my surprise all of the envelopes were missing!!! I was hysterical as the envelopes held a large amount of money. Once inside the banquet hall, I searched my other bags and tried to recapture what could’ve happened, when my bridesmaids discovered money was also missing from their purses! We immediately called the limo company to tell them what happened as we knew they provided ‘video surveillance’ on the bus that could’ve shed some light into the situation. They begged us not to call the police and that they would have the owner (Mark) review the camera from the bus and call us on Monday. Still in tears, we trusted the company and not to say we already missed our entire cocktail hour by that time, we decided to wait. To our surprise, the company did not call us back until Wednesday when we were notified that “the camera was unplugged”. The owner even had the nerve to accuse our bridal party of stealing the envelopes. In the meantime, we already had gone to the police station, reported what happened and had a detective assigned to work on this case. After months of the company not cooperating, the detective had the driver come in for a polygraph lie detector test, which he FAILED! I was also told that shortly after our wedding, the driver was no longer employed by this company. In addition, the driver told the detective that their cameras are not plugged in about 60% of the time! The owner of this company never reached out to us to apologize or to compensate us for the stolen money and the emotional distress. The company did not provide working video surveillance as stated in the contract, did not protect its customers, did not step up to its plate and instead turned its back to us. The owner was very rude, unprofessional and referred to us as “nothing but STUPID CUSTOMERS’. We felt very betrayed by this company. Please take this review into consideration when looking for a limo company and BEWARE! Not only did we have $800 dollars stolen from us, which we never got back, but we also missed our entire cocktail hour because we were crying and on the phone with the limo company.

I looked forever to find a reasonably priced limo service for a bachelorette party and for our wedding. Emperor Limo fit the bill! They were easy to contact and reserve, showed up promptly & were very polite.

Emperor Limousine was fantastic. They say they have the best price quotes in the area, they I can attest, they really do. Their staff is very attentive and patient. The limo arrived early, was very clean, and our driver was awesome! Plus, we had a very snowy day, and I called the day before to move up our timing, and they were completely accommodating. We booked a party bus to take our wedding party from the church to our reception location. We had 2 hours before the reception started so we stopped and took pictures. After pictures we asked the driver to just make sure we were at the reception by 6pm. At 6pm someone on our bus noticed we were quite far from where we were supposed to be. We talked to the driver and had to give him directions to get to the reception. We arrived 30 min later then planned. This is why I am giving 3 stars only. The driver should have been aware of how to get to the location as we had spoken with them on several occasions and given the address ahead of time. The actual bus was awesome. We got to pick the decor and we did the galaxy theme. We had a great time on the party bus I only wish we would have gotten to our location on time.

Our limo was perfect for our wedding! The driver was very professional and really great. They were affordable and offered a lot for their wedding package.
