Founded by Melissa Brooks, Owner and Lead Planner with over 10 years in operations & administrative management; Melissa found the desire to begin a wedding planning business that was driven by the foundation of logistics, management and detailed organization for the most special events in her client’s lives. The EA Team is a diverse team of Wedding Coordinators that encompass experience, passion, and fun personality!

Melissa was an amazing, supportive , kind, reliable , organized, and professional wedding planner. I am so happy I found her at the beginning of my planning once I already found a few of my bigger vendors. I needed her expertise to guide me for the next 10 months. She informed me of when to do certain tasks which tremendously reduced the nervousness that comes with planning a wedding. She assisted us with our website by handpicking photos to enhance it as well provided the guests with places to visit in the area. She came prepared and on time to every virtual meeting with detailed and thoughtful action items, agendas, and next steps. She organized my many ideas and suggested when I should incorporate them into my ceremony and reception. She also provided us with endless vendor recommendations whenever I needed them. On the day of the walk through at the venue Melissa handled everything with ease , letting me feel like a weight had been lifted and all of the hard work has worth it. I couldn’t have planned and executed the wedding without her and her extremely kind team. On the day of the wedding I felt like I could breathe and relax once Melissa and her team arrived. I would definitely recommend her and her team to plan anyone’s wedding!!!
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Enchanted Allure Events, and I cannot recommend them enough! Melissa was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire event. She was on top of everything, making sure every detail was taken care of. Not only did she hold my lip gloss and keep me looking fresh all night, but she also helped tidy up our bags in the bridal suite and loaded them up for us at the end of the evening. Melissa also took photos for us on our phones so that we had a little sneak peak to look at right away!
Melissa went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, from organizing the photo schedule to making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. She even had mints, gum, and Tylenol on hand—literally anticipating every need! I could share every detail about my wedding day—the nooks and crannies that made it special—but for the purpose of this note, I want to focus entirely on Melissa and her incredible team.
When the wedding day arrived, so many moments unfolded, but the one that stood out most to me was how Melissa and her team moved. They were flawless. At 9am, Melissa arrived in her signature black outfit and sneakers, ready to work. She immediately took command, introducing Carmella, equally prepared and professional. Folder in hand, Melissa was completely in her element.
I already knew I was in good hands, but seeing her in action took it to another level. Melissa was calm yet reassuring, even during the most chaotic moments. She took charge with a firm but respectful approach that commanded admiration from everyone—vendors and guests alike. She was bright, sharp, and handled every moment with care.
As a bride, there are countless things to focus on, but watching Melissa work captivated me. It validated my decision to work with her and showed how deeply she loves what she does. Her joy and light were undeniable. It was clear that her work is a love letter to her brides—reminding us that we are in capable hands and that her passion and dedication extend to every aspect of the day.

Melissa and her entire team made me and my Husband’s wedding experience incredibly amazing! We brought Melissa in to be our planner/coordinator 90 days out and couldn’t have made a better choice. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and a pure joy to bring into your environment on one of the best days of anyone’s life. The MVPs of the day, no contest - EA's day-of coordination package was our most well-spent wedding cost BY FAR. We hesitated for a while to hire a DOC because I am a big planner myself and had seen reviews that my venue's staff would handle it all and it wasn't needed. Ultimately, we hired EA because we wanted to take the pressure off of ourselves to keep the day on track and we are SO, so grateful we did!
Melissa was our primary contact leading up to the official start of our package and she was incredibly thorough, confident, and responsive. On our wedding day, we had Carmella as our lead DOC and Millicent as our assistant and they were both MAGIC the entire day. No wedding day is completely free of unexpected drama and ours was unfortunately no exception, but Carmella (who was with us every step of the way!) was unfazed and managed to keep us smiling, on schedule, and focused on each other even when things out of our control got tough. Carmella was the definition of calm, cool and collected and treated us with such care and empathy the entire day, and it has meant the world to us as we reflect back on our day. She worked exceptionally well with our photographer and other vendors and is a true pro at what she does!
While Carmella was with me and my husband for our first look, private vows, and photos, Millicent worked behind the scenes to bring our entire wedding vision to life. I had a LOT of DIY decor and a very specific theme and look I was going for, and Millicent did not even bat an eye! The final room reveal was better than we ever could have imagined and we are so thankful for Millicent's creative eye and attention to detail.
If you are a "I can do it myself" kind of bride like I was and you're wondering if a DOC is really worth it, do not hesitate on hiring EA. The EA team truly goes above and beyond and our wedding day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. They are an incredible team of rockstar women who deserve so much more than just 5 stars! For the level of support, enthusiasm, care, and coordination you receive from EA (even for the smallest package like DOC!), the return on your investment will be 10000% worth it.
Where do I begin. Michael and I originally planned to have our wedding at the Art Factory, and choosing Enchanted Allure Events was the best decision we could have made.
However, our journey took an unexpected turn when we discovered our wedding was double booked in the International Room. David made many promises that ultimately went unfulfilled. This was one of the many bumps in the road we encountered with the Art Factory.
As many may know, just 48 hours before our wedding, we received a notification via Basecamp stating that “all future events cannot continue effective immediately.” In an instant, our plans for the past year seemed to vanish. It felt like our world had been turned upside down. On top of our venue going poof, next thing we knew our caterer was backing out. Without Melissa, we were so close to giving up because it was one thing after another. It started to feel like a wedding horror story you read on reddit!!
Without Melissa, our wedding would not have happened. Her countless late-night phone calls and texts provided unwavering support during this chaotic time. Even before the crisis, Melissa was always our go-to person. Her kindness and dedication are truly unmatched. Over the months of planning, we not only developed a professional relationship but also a genuine friendship. The wedding planning process was enjoyable with Melissa by our side. I could not have imagined any of this without her.
On our wedding day, Melissa continuously checked in on us to ensure we were okay. Melissa and her sidekick Carmella became our advocates, picking up on our needs and emotions with incredible intuition. Melissa and Carmella, you truly are my people. I love you both dearly and cannot express enough gratitude for what you helped us accomplish—pulling together our dream wedding in just 24 hours!!!
Our wedding day was so much more than we could have imagined. It was truly magical.

When my now husband and I began planning our wedding I didn’t think we would need a wedding planner/coordinator at all, but after experiencing all of the stress and logistics of planning a wedding I would rank it as one of, if not the MOST important service to get and I’m so glad that we chose Melissa and Enchanted Allure Events for our wedding. We worked mostly with Melissa beginning 90 days from our wedding who was professional, organized, prompt, and most importantly truly made us feel like she cared about us and our wedding vision. On the day of our wedding we also had help from Carmella who was with me every step of the way making sure things were going smoothly too. Thanks to Melissa and Carmella me and my husband were both able to fully enjoy our wedding day and not have to worry about taking care of any issues ourselves. I truly attribute so much of our enjoyment and success of our wedding day to Enchanted Allure Events. Bottom line: hiring EA was the greatest last minute decision I made! I hired them about a month out from my wedding when it really became crunch time and as soon as I did I felt all the stress melt away. They literally took care of everything and made my wedding day flow smoothly and seamlessly. Melissa and Carmella are both such down to earth, efficient, organized, fun, helpful ladies and they were also a joy to have around, both on the actual day of and in those 4 weeks leading up to the day. If you’re thinking about hiring a wedding planner, look no further. Just book them!! I’m so thankful I did!

We love Melissa!!!!! Truly, I don't know what we would've done without Melissa's guidance and expertise during the final six months of our wedding planning. She helped communicate with all our vendors, helped us secure all our rentals, spent so much time coordinating with our venue, and then, on the day of, she made sure we stayed on track and that every detail was covered. We found out later on that she even went to the tables and encouraged guests to sign our guest book, because not many people had done it yet. And, unprompted, multiple guests, including my mom, told me that they thought she was incredible. We're endlessly grateful for all Melissa and her team did to make sure our day was magical and that the months leading up were smooth and easy. Thank you for everything, EA!!!!
Melissa was a rockstar from beginning to end. She is so detailed — I don't know how she kept track of all the emails, details, and requests I sent but she did it seamlessly. She provided us checklist and timeline of when tasks should be started and completed (super helpful!!). Melissa and her team thinks of every small detail — details we would have otherwise forgotten.
The weeks leading up to the wedding, she took over all vendor communication. It made the weeks prior to the big day so easygoing — I was not stressed at all!!
The day of the wedding, we were able to be fully present because of Melissa. I could not imagine our wedding day without her and the team. They were meticulous about every detail and really pushed to ensure we were running on schedule. I cannot recommend Enchanted Allure Events enough!!

Hiring the EA team as my wedding planners was truly the best decision I made for my special day! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Melissa, Carmella, and the entire EA team to anyone planning their wedding. As someone who was overwhelmed by the process, dealing with personal challenges like family illnesses and recent bereavement, I initially sought their month-of service feeling slightly late to the game. However, Melissa's warmth and assurance immediately put me at ease. Her impeccable organization, coupled with Carmella's skill and efficiency, ensured that every detail was flawlessly executed. Despite unexpected challenges such as sudden rain and a botched cake order, they remained composed and swiftly resolved each issue, even providing much-needed emotional support with a reassuring pep talk. I do not even know where to begin to highlight the magnitude to which Enchanted Allure is the entire reason my wedding went off without a hitch. There is not a single detail they do not have under control. They are dependable, professional, quick, observant, FUN PEOPLE, and truly get the job done. We got to work with Melissa who owns the company. We did the 90-day option as I reached out after I booked most of the vendors. Melissa was so calm and answered all of our questions. Wish I found her earlier in the process so she could have handled the front-end wedding planning, but she made sure our timeline was set, handled most if not all communication with our vendors once the 90 days started, and ran the wedding rehearsal. I don’t think the wedding would have happened without Melissa and Susie. They also packed up everything at the end of the night! Our check ins were great at keeping my husband and me accountable for all of the things we needed to handle on our end. No question was a dumb question with Melissa and Susie and I am forever grateful.

For background, we were married in September 2023 and started our month-of-coordination with Melissa in early August. After interviewing several wedding planners and coordinators, we knew Melissa was the perfect fit for us, because of her cool and calm demeanor! We fully trusted her to manage our team of wedding vendors, smooth over our existing wedding day timeline, and to set-up and pack-up our wedding decorations at the wedding venue.
From the final stages of planning to last minute adjustments to the seating chart to sewing me into my wedding gown immediately before I walked down the aisle, I felt Melissa’s (and Carmella’s) unwavering support throughout the wedding day as we navigated the unknowns of the wedding day together! Most importantly, Melissa stepped into the unknown family and wedding guest dynamics and was able to keep certain wedding guests at an arm’s-length distance from my spouse and I, while demonstrating an exceptional level of poise and professionalism.

Stop what you’re doing and hire Enchanted Allure Events to run the show the day of your wedding! We hired Melissa Brooks and her team to coordinate our April 14, 2023 Prospect Park Boathouse wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made. From our initial call until the “thank you” email she sent after the wedding, we felt like we were in excellent hands with Melissa. Even though our package with Melissa didn’t technically begin until 90 days before the wedding, she provided us with a planning spreadsheet we were able to use during our entire wedding planning process and she checked in with us from time to time, always available to answer questions. Once our package officially began, Melissa took our vision for our wedding day and ran with it. With every vendor, Melissa was our biggest advocate. And with every quirky idea or tradition we thought of to include, Melissa immediately had ideas for how to best execute it. On the day of the wedding, we were joined by Melissa, Carmella, and Jerome; there’s no other way to describe them but “the dream team.” Our entire wedding party and family felt like we were in such good hands with the three of them running the show. Enchanted Allure Events truly went above and beyond. Here’s some examples: we had disposable cameras on our tables, and our coordinators handed them to guests throughout the night to ensure they were used; at the end of the night, every single camera had been used and we got some amazing candid photos out of it. For our final song, we wanted to do a Solidarity Forever sing-along with lyric sheets; Melissa thought of an idea to have the DJ explain the context while the coordinators handed out the lyric sheets. On the night of the wedding, the entire sing-along went off without a hitch. Afterwards, our wedding party told us about multiple problems Enchanted Allure Events had solved that we hadn’t even noticed. That’s the beauty of hiring Enchanted Allure Events: you actually get to *experience* your wedding, executed flawlessly, while feeling totally comfortable to live in the moment because you know the EA team is behind the scenes making sure everything is going as planned.
Where to even begin! We met with Melissa before we started our wedding planning process. From the first consultation we knew she would be the best planner for us - she was very thorough, organized, understood our vision, and had the promise to ensure we would be ready two weeks before our big day. We went with Melissa's partial wedding planning service and could not have gone through this wedding journey without her! From her check-in calls, her comprehensive spreadsheet, vendor recommendations -- she not only helped us stay on schedule and provided guidance along the way but she helped calm my nerves and worries (which most couples have who have never been married before! lol) She went above and beyond in the months leading up to the day. Daniel and I felt we had the best person in our corner. When the day finally came, Melissa and her coordinator Suzie, made sure the day went exactly as planned. We had the best and happiest day of our lives and it was thanks to Melissa working so diligently behind the scenes. Melissa was a lifesaver through the planning process. She kept everything organized from start to finish. Wedding stress caused a lot of indecisiveness being a bride and Melissa was truly remarkable keeping it all together from start to finish. She helped me create a vision for how I wanted our wedding to look, outsource vendors rentals, advised me on what would be the most affordable options. Her knowledge and experience helped us so much. The day of she and her team executed everything perfectly. The set up and take down was so smooth. I can’t express how grateful we are for all her work. This review is long overdue! Melissa was excellent from the moment I first spoke to her to the minute we said goodbye after the wedding!! I hired her for my daughters wedding October of 2021. She thinks of everything, is so organized, takes care of absolutely everything, and was so amazing to have coordinating the wedding. Honestly….the day went so smooth and flawless! I give her and her team the credit! As the mother of the bride I was very happy to enjoy the entire day knowing Melissa and her team would take care of everything and anything! I am sooo pleased and now we have amazing memories of the perfect day coordinated by the perfect team! I can’t rave about this company enough!! My husband and I hired Enchanted Allure Events for their Day of Coordination package after hearing some bad reviews of how our venue’s new coordinator was running things. From the moment we met Melissa she was a sweetheart and so helpful! We felt at peace knowing she would help handle all of the day-of activities. She worked with us three months prior to our wedding to make sure we were on track with planning and had everything in order for our big day. She handled the day-of timeline, our inventory list, and coordinated with our other vendors to ensure they were aware of the schedule. Melissa even came to our rehearsal dinner to run a quick ceremony rehearsal with our bridal party. The team really shined on the day of our wedding! Melissa and her sister helped set up decor, keep us on schedule, and pull all our decor and gifts together at the end of the night for an easy clean up. Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for and we truly believe that was due to Melissa and her sister! I cannot emphasize that enough! They were everywhere, doing everything, all at once, all night long. My family still raves about how helpful, nice, and fun they were! If you’re looking for one of the best event planners, book Melissa! She is highly organized and easy to work with. My husband and I utilized her partial planning services for our wedding and she came with a ton of ideas and suggestions that we never would have thought of by ourselves. In the beginning, I was nervous about working with my particular venue and all of the small details that came with them, but Melissa had spreadsheets detailing everything we needed to accomplish and their due dates. She constantly checked in with us and always remained calm and in control (even when my anxiety kicked into high gear!). Melissa also connected me with other vendors, bridal groups and introduced different ideas that helped us save money.
On the day of the wedding, Melissa and Carmella walked through everything. I knew I was in good hands! If any details went wrong, I had no clue because they handled everything and ensured my day went by smoothly. They continuously checked in on me, made sure I had food/water, and was comfortable. We met Melissa and Mariam in person at the venue the day of our wedding and they were AMAZING, professional, again - took all of our worries away, and even brought us water as we took pictures in the heat! My Husband and I hired Melissa for our NYC wedding in June 2022. She was Amazing! We were very worried about the little details and not feeling prepared and she kept us on track months leading up to our wedding. She has a million spread sheets and lists that helped ease my nerves. She also came to any requested vendor appointments and asked all the questions we didn't think of. She was even better the day of! She made the day go so smoothly and had such a calming vibe. I already recommended her to my sister for her upcoming Sept wedding so she can have the same ease for her day.

No words can capture how incredible Melissa and her team are. Melissa is a rare blend of capable, smart, kind, polished, and calm, and she flawlessly executed our vision. I get emotional thinking about how much she did for us. Just a small glimpse of the ways her and her team went above and beyond:
1. Seamlessly coordinating all vendors, some of which were like herding cats
2. They pulled together the decor after our decor provider, Royal Vivaah, scammed us. These women are visionaries, and made the room look beautiful and kept everything running
3. Jamie set up the pooja for the ceremony
4. They helped us think about details we never thought about which went on to create some of our favorite memories, like which song to cut the cake to
5. Carmella learned how to put on a sari from YouTube and dressed me with Jamie
6. Carmella fixed a broken bracelet *while* walking in traffic and giving us water. How??
I could go on forever. Everyone told me something would invariably go wrong on my wedding day, and things did - but because of Melissa and her team, no one but us knew. Having these amazing women in your corner on your wedding day will be the best decision you can make. There is nothing they cannot do or pull off.
Melissa and the whole EA team are absolutely incredible. Both me and my now wife, are at a loss for words at how above and beyond they went. But I will give it a try. We hired Melissa and the EA team for day of coordination. Through out the process she kept us on track and gave us great recommendations through out the process. Where Melissa, Carmela, and Jamie really shined was the 36 hours before the wedding. Our decor provider tried to swindle us. The debacle continued through to the actual day of, and infuriated us. Melissa and her team were the utmost professionals by holding our decor vendor accountable, keeping us calm, and executing our vision. They made sure we had plenty of water (important in the heat) and well fed (at least as one can be on their wedding). I could not recommend their services any stronger. If I am in need of any party planning or day of coordination work, Enchanted Allure Events will be my first email.
Melissa was fantastic with planning for the big day, but unfortunately my day did not go as planned. Melissa and her team worked very hard to make sure my day continued with as few hitches as possible and I’m very grateful for that!

Excellent! Melissa and her team was a pleasure to work with and went beyond expectations to perfection. From our initial introduction, we knew we will be in excellent hands. Melissa's timely communication, expertise, advice and suggestions were superb. She paid attention to every detail and provided such warmth, care while delivering true professionalism. Melissa orchestrated everything flawlessly. She even helped me get into my dress. She put out all my decorations the way I wanted them and even packed them back up with care at the end of the night. I hired Melissa to help me plan my Nikkah - an Islamic marriage ceremony. She made my event an absolute dream! I first started trying to plan it on my own and found it to be a really time consuming process. I kept finding venues to be out of my budget. After I hired Melissa, everything was smooth sailing - Melissa found me the vendors I needed, within my budget, who were extremely professional and gave me the event of my dreams! My friends and family were raving about the decor, and how beautiful the event was made by the simple touches Melissa added. I truly was blown away by how perfectly she brought my vision to life. Hiring Melissa and her team was the best decision we made during the wedding process. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we wanted. She flawlessly executed our rehearsal dinner as well. She gave us great vendor recommendations and made sure all of our vendors were in place. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Melissa and her team. From day one, she kept me on track with planning. She left enough space for me to DIY as much as I chose to but she also kept me on track with realistically planning out our day. She has fantastic communication skills and professionalism. On our wedding day, she made sure everything we discussed leading up to that day was perfectly executed. Melissa was extremely helpful in the wedding planning process. She started helping us full time at our 90 day mark, and I honestly don’t know what I would of done without her. She created all these spreadsheets for timeline, inventory, and orders and announcements for the church and reception. NONE of this was on my mind while planning. She confirmed with all the vendors that everything was good to go a week or two before our wedding and sent them the schedule for the day, which allowed me to rest and relax. She also allowed us to use a ton of the inventory they had which made me less stressed to know I didn’t have to find and buy all these items for the day of! When it came to the day of the wedding, Melissa and Liz were nothing but the best. It was so chaotic but I barely even knew there was so much running around behind the scenes. I’d 1000% percent recommend Melissa and Liz for any bridal couple that just needs that sense of security that their day will run smoothly !
I got married in August 2021 after having to postpone from October 2020. Even though having to move everything was super annoying, it ended up being one of the best blessings in disguise because that’s when I ended up finding Melissa and her team. From the moment I spoke to Melissa on the phone, I knew she was the perfect person to help us plan the most important day of our lives. I hired Melissa for day of coordination, but she and her team truly went way above that. She started working with me around 8-10 months prior to that with monthly zoom calls and always being available via email, text and phone. The day of was even more seamless with Melissa and her team member Maria. When I tell you they executed the day perfectly, that’s an understatement. Melissa made the day even more seamless and magical than my husband and I could have ever imagined. She made us feel like royalty, made sure we had food throughout the party and just had such a beautiful spirit the entire time! I highly highly highly recommend Melissa, you will not be disappointed!
This review is long overdue because it’s difficult to put into words just how appreciative Byron and I are for Melissa. She is a GEM, a ROCKSTAR, and we truly could not have had such a perfect day without her! Of course, my husband and I noticed, but my family and our wedding party also made sure to point out to us just how amazing she was.
After ending our first Zoom call, my first words to Byron were “OMG! I love her!” That sentiment only continued with every meeting. Byron, who is hard to please, even said “Wow! She’s really about business!” The passion she has for her business and her clients is evident in just how kind, honest, thorough, accommodating, and extremely professional she was throughout our time working with her.
I’ve always loved the details of things and even created an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of wedding planning. But I also easily become overwhelmed when it becomes too much for me to handle. From day 1, Melissa made it so easy to let go and put our trust in her. We never had to follow-up with her on something or felt like we had to be over-involved. However, she made herself readily available and was only a text away if needed.
Melissa took care of everything and more. She led our wedding rehearsal, set up all of the small details for our ceremony and reception — from lining the ceremony aisle with flowers to ensuring the placement of candelabras on our sweetheart table was just right. She created and led the entire timeline of our wedding day, communicated with all of our vendors, the list truly goes on and on.
She listened, she guided us, and most notably she gave us peace of mind leading up to and on our wedding day, and that is something that is priceless. Not only an amazing wedding planner, but also an amazing person. Would highly recommend to any and everyone!

Enchanted Allure made me feel 1000% sure that my wedding would be lovely. At absolutely no fault of Enchanted Allure, things went super wrong at my wedding (florist didn't show up, half done work by other vendors, etc.) but the team at Enchanted Allure sprang into action to make sure that I never fretted for one minute during the festivities. Several of my guests commented on their thoroughness and warmth in corraling over 100 people while still in a pandemic. Can't say enough good things and will definitely be using Enchanted Allure for all my future events :)
Melissa and her team were fabulous ! We worked with Melissa as early as 3 months prior to the wedding. From then to the day of - Melissa took time to understand our vision and planned our timeline perfectly. She got in touch with all our vendors to ensure our day went smoothly. Absolutely loved working with the Enchanted Allure Team!! Since the day I hired them, Melissa was always in contact and leading up to the wedding the team was constantly in contact with all vendors an myself. Melissa attended vendor meetings with me and made sure everything I wanted was done by all vendors. On the day of the wedding, Melissa and Susie outdid themselves. They made sure everything was running on time, all decor was ready, and I, as the bride, did NOT stress about anything!! All I did was enjoy my day! I’m sooo glad I decided to trust the team with my day because I was the most relaxed bride ever!! Definitely recommend!!
We had a micro wedding and it was a great decision to have extra set of hands helping us! They took care of setting up all the decorations and cleaning up at the end. We had a tight timeline during the day so we are very grateful that they were there to help with all the details.
Melissa and her team were wonderful from the beginning to the end. I explained my vision for my wedding and she executed. Not only is she a great planner, she’s a wonderful women inside and out.
